Objective: This paper presents the results of a literature review undertaken to analyze the types and risk factors of unsafe posture in accordance with the crops and the working position and to introduce various ergonomic intervention approaches. Background: There is clear and consistent evidence that agricultural work has been rated as one of the dangerous occupations in the world. A considerable number of adverse health conditions, including musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) are related to agricultural work. Method: An agricultural work requires squatting, kneeling, and bending(stooping) postures for significant periods of the work day which due to a wide variety of activities such as planting, cultivating and harvesting various agricultural products. Thus, each of these postures is analyzed in detail to recommend the improvement methods. Results: Various unsafe postures in agricultural works are revealed and analyzed. It is proven that ergonomics intervention has the potential benefits to reduce MSDs among agricultural workers. Two types of ergonomic intervention methods were discussed to improve unsafe working postures, engineering controls and administrative controls. Conclusion & Application: As a concluding remark, this article can be used as a reference manual for the agricultural workers and also used to raise the research community's awareness to the risk of unsafe working postures for workers in agriculture.

서울, 경기 지역의 중소 병 의원 회원들의 근무환경 실태를 파악하여, 국민보건증진과 무면허자의 방사선 검사업무 금지, 사기진작과 불만족해소, 직무만족도를 높여 복지와 권익을 향상, 정책 참여를 유도, 근무환경 개선에 목적이 있다. 2003년 7월부터 8월까지 271명을 대상으로 일반적 기본사항, 병실 수, 고용실태, 고용 및 업무범위, 이직빈도, 고용계약서 작성여부, 임금실태, 근무환경, 방사선사 호칭, 방사선안전관리, 품질관리, 방사선 차폐시설, 영상획득시스템, 필름시스템 종류, 장비보유현황, 방사선 피폭 방어기구, 협회와 관련된 항목을 설문 조사하였다. 근무환경, 불만족 문제점을 파악하여, 합리적이고 나은 근무환경을 제공하는 기초 자료로 활용하는데 이용하고, 근무환경 및 근무제도, 직제의 개선을 가져올 수 있도록 협회와 회원은 노력하여야한다. 주기적으로 설문조사를 실시하고 불만족을 해소하는 정책을 추진하도록 한다.

Further improvement of existing $H_{2}O/LiBr$ absorption refrigeration machine is absolutely neces-sary to promote the utilization of gas-cooling system Among various methods to improve the per-formance of the absorption refrigeration machine this research has focused on the use of a new working fluid that has better properties than the existing $H_{2}O/LiBr$ working fluid. In the series of the research, $H_{2}O/LiBr+HO{(CH_{2})}_{3}OH$ system was selected as the most promisable candidate. The absorption refrigeration machine is water-cooled double-effect, $H_{2}O/LiBr+HO{(CH_{2})}_{3}OH$ sys-tem with series flow type. In this study we found out the characteristic of new working solution through the cycle simulation and compared the result with that of LiBr solution to evaluate. Theoptimum designs and operating conditions were determined based on the operating constraints and the coefficient of performance. Results demonstrate that new working fluid subsrantially increases COP by as much as 10% and has a wider working range with 8% higher crystallization limits compared to the conventional $H_{2}O/LiBr$.

The present Study investigated on effect of working time and physical work environment on job satisfaction, and is based on a representative survey carried out in the 15 European Union Member States in 2,000 on behalf of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions by Infratest Burke Sozialforschung and a consortium of national fieldwork institutes. In the course of the survey, a total of 21,703 people drawn from the economically active populations in the 15 countries were questioned about their working time, overtime, weekend work, physical work environment, social support of supervisor and co-worker and job satisfaction. Regression analysis and subgroup analysis were employed to examine the hypotheses. It was found that weekend work, overtime and physical work environment associate negatively with job satisfaction. Social support of supervisor and co-worker moderated only relation between working time and job satisfaction. The results provide support for prior quantitative studies partly. Based on these significant research findings, theoretical implications were discussed.

The changes in korean economic environment, from quantitative to qualitative growth of economy, go with making desperate efforts, that is, companies have put through many technical improvements, quality control, improvement of service, and so forth. Enterprises cut the number of employees through labor-management adjustment, so that a shortage of labor caused. An increase in intension of labor brought about growing the proportion of occupational diseases which is musculoskeletal diseases. Because of a rapid change in society and a change in our circumstances, we have many difficulties in examine a business disease closely. In support corroboration of relevance on admission of business, a criterion for dudging afford a basis for a causal relationship of medical science, take the state of working conditions into consideration, and at the same time, give a adaptable decision based on the purpose and point of "The Labor Standard Law" as well as "The Law about Industrial Accident Compensation insurance". In conclusion, it is necessary for the dental hygienists 10 reduce the on-duty hours a day, to make good postures in working, and to remove the stressful conditions in order to reduce the incidence of the lumbago. Good working postures, appropriate rest time, and early detection, care and education of the lumbago could be recommended for the dental hygienists.

본 연구는 코로나 발생 이후 사회복지실천현장의 변화 중 '세대 간 차이'를 중심으로 분석을 실시하고 이들의 차이점을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 사회복지사의 경험과 인식, 사회복지사의 요구사항 등 2개의 영역에서 다양한 의견들이 제시되었다. 세대별로 20대는 현재의 근무환경, 서울시 및 서울시사회복지사협회에 대한 요구와 관련된 진술이 많았고, 40~50대는 근무환경에 대한 언급은 많았지만 서울시와 서울시사회복지사협회에 대한 요구는 적게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 실천적·정책적 개선방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 낮은 보수수준과 근무여건 및 환경개선이 필요하다. 둘째, 사회복지사에게 안전한 업무환경이 필요하다. 셋째, 변화된 사회복지사의 인식에 대해 관심을 갖고 여기에 맞추는 노력이 필요하다.

The aim of this study is to analyze the improvement of housing renewal project and suggest the conditions of rural housing environment filled with the resident's desire, requirements concerning about characteristics of a rural environment and temporal and social requirements. The project for improvement of rural housing environment has been executed in a few ways: reform of the rural housing environment and the development of territories for settlement of a desolate region. To analyze and assess the accomplishments, we considered codes and process related to the project for improvement of rural housing environment and analyzed present conditions and problems through many reference books and administrative data. According to these results, devices in future business for improvement of rural housing environment are as follows; It should required a rational allocation of working space, living space, cultural activity space suitable for rural area characteristics and changed into uniformed system in various projects governed by different institutions.

해안지대나 습지와 같은 연약지반에 도로나 철도 건설이 빈번해지면서 이를 위한 연약지반 개량 사례가 증가하고 있다. 일반적으로 연약지반 개량시 작업조건만을 고려하거나 경제성만을 고려한 공법은 다수 존재하나 작업조건과 경제성을 함께 고려할 경우 적용 가능한 공법은 제한적이다. 이러한 경우 표층부와 심층부를 병용하여 개량하는 공법이 적용되어지는데, 이에 대한 기초적인 연구가 부족한 현실이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 연약지반에서 표층부 개량과 심층부 개량을 병용하는 경우에 대해 모형시험을 수행하여 지오그리드 보강 효과를 확인하고자 하였으며, 이때 표층부의 두께, 심층부 개량체의 직경 및 길이가 지오그리드 보강 효과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 그 결과 표층부의 두께가 심층부의 직경보다 보강효과가 크다는 것을 확인하였고, 또한 표층부를 지오그리드로 보강한 경우 표층부의 강도가 증진되어 침하량이 저감됨을 확인하였다.

The materials used in a ship screw propeller are commonly made with brass. The seawater corrosion and seawater cavitation of the screw propeller reduces the propulsive performance of the ship. In screw manufacturing, the corrosion rust of the screw propeller is removed through a hand grinding method. The grinding process produces dust of the heavy metals from the brass. The dust creates a poor working environment that is harmful to the health of the workers. An automatic corrosionrust removing apparatus, using a blasting method, was developed for the improvement of screw polishing conditions and its working environment. The performance of this apparatus was investigated by surface roughness, weight loss rate, hardness, electrochemical corrosion resistance, and cavitation erosion, after removing of the corrosion rust under various blasting conditions. Two medias of alumina and emery were used in this experiment. The surface roughness and hardness of the screw were improved by this apparatus. The electrochemical corrosion potential (Ecorr) and current density (Icorr) were measured by the dynamic polarization method, using a potentiostat,under the conditions of surface polishing with grinding, blasting, wire brushing, and fine sand papering. The test results prove that the new corrosion rust-removing apparatus improves the surface performance of a screw propeller.

본 연구는 보육발전과정에서 보육교사 처우관련 정책이 소외되어 왔다는 문제를 인식하고 보육교사의 처우현황을 분석하여 이의 개선방안을 제안하고자 시도되었다. 이를 위해서 보육교사 처우와 관련된 정부의 정책, 정부출연 연구기관의 연구물, 관련 통계, 그리고 선행연구 문헌을 수집 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 보육교사의 처우가 유사직종의 보수 수준에 비해 현저하게 낮아 시급한 개선이 요구되고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 보육교사의 학력과 자격급수가 고려된 보수체계의 마련, 호봉 승급제도의 실시, 수당항목의 명시적 제시 등을 제안하였다. 이외에도 원장초임 호봉의 상향조정, 초과근 무수당의 지급규정 준수, 정부 미지원 어린이집 교사의 인건비 관련 규정 명시, 그리고 정부지원어린이집에 대한 정부의 인건비 지원 비율 조정 등과 같은 보육교사 처우를 위한 개선책이 시급하게 마련되어야 할 것을 제안하였다.
