고등학교 선택중심 교육과정의 활성화 방안이 학교시설 개선에 주는 시사점 탐색 - 서울특별시 교육청의 선지원 후추첨제의 도입과 관련하여 - (A Study of School Facilities Required for Effective Implementation of Elective - Based Curriculum in High Schools -)

  • This study is to explore effective implementation strategies of elective-based curriculum in high schools, and to infer some implications for the improvement of school facilities. For the purpose, this study did three things. First, it tried to find the degree to which students are provided with the courses they want to take for the elective-based curriculum. Second, it explored effective implementation strategies of elective-based curriculum in high schools with the introduction of students' 'pre-application and lottery-allotted system' of high school admission. Third, it tried to infer the changed policy's implications for the improvement of school facilities. As a result of the study, three points are to be emphasized for the future plan and design of high school facilities. First, different school facilities are needed for each school because each school would implement different types of school curricula. Second, schools should be provided with different sized classrooms and different number of classrooms because three different types of students are assigned for each school as a result of new students' allocation policy. Third, new measures should be taken to provide students who are assigned to unwanted schools with opportunities to take courses outside their schools because students assigned by lottery system cannot have so much opportunity as students who are allocated to chosen schools.

미용 교과과정의 문제점과 개선방안 (A Study on the Problems of the Cosmetology Education Curricula and their Improvement Measures)

  • This research was attempted in order to raise the actual effectiveness of beauty education by reviewing the problems on beauty education curricula of junior colleges and arranging their countermeasures. This thesis suggests improvement plans of curricula in Korean beauty education as follows. First, one of the main aims of beauty education sought at a junior college should be verified that it is to raise beauty leaders, furthermore, by including artistic knowledge on top of skill-based education purposes we shall put more efforts improve and sublimate beauty art, not only as skills but also as art. Second, it is necessary to fix the department titles in accordance with the contents of curricula. The titles have to be standardized for the right recognition of each curriculum by dividing beauty into hair beauty, skin-care or make up with each curriculum based. Third, it is necessary to standardize major requisite subjects to be completed in certain units by each major among colleges as well as class hours. forth, the curriculum system needs to be revised in accordance with school system for example suitable curricula for each school system level of private institutes and secondary vocational institutes, high school, junior collage, university, post graduates, etc, I have to be developed and enforced.

  • 7차 교육과정이 시작된 지 벌써 5년이 지났지만 기대했던 것만큼의 성과를 얻지 못한 채 여러가지 문제점이 드러났으며, 빠르게 발전하는 컴퓨터 기술에 교육과정이 효율적으로 대응하지 못하고 있다. 지금까지 중등학교 컴퓨터 교육의 일반적이고 총괄적인 문제점은 많은 선행 연구에서 제시되었다. 하지만 일선 학교 현장에서 수업을 담당하는 교사와 수업을 받는 학생들이 느끼고 가졌던 여러 가지 컴퓨터 교육의 세부 문제점들을 정확히 조사하여 앞으로의 컴퓨터 교육의 정책에 반영해야 할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지금까지 선행 연구에서 제시한 컴퓨터 교육의 일반적인 문제점들을 바탕으로 실제 중학교 현장의 정확한 실태와 교과재량으로 선택한 컴퓨터 교과의 실질적인 문제점을 컴퓨터 담당 교사와 학생들의 설문 조사를 통하여 객관적으로 분석하고, 이를 토대로 중학교 컴퓨터 교육의 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

특성화 고등학교 BIM 교육 현황 분석 및 활성화를 위한 개선방안 (A Study on the Improvement Plan for Activation and Analysis of BIM Education in Specialized High School)

  • In order to meet current AEC(Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industrial demand, BIM related NCS(National Competency Standards)'s study module in architectural design and construction has been created and it has been applied into the NCS-based curriculum of Specialized High Schools and Meister High Schools from March 2016. Therefore, the goal of this study is to identify the limitations BIM education in the Specialized High School and to find out the improvement plan for activation. Analysis of previous research literature and current education curriculums in the Specialized High School, and questionnaire survey of related teachers have been conducted. Finally, this paper investigated the case of BIM education in 'S' Technical High School where BIM education is carried out. This paper suggests the following three points in conclusion: 1) Updated curriculum reflecting NCS and industrial demand is necessary, 2) Continuing BIM education for teachers and financial support is necessary to get the qualified teaching capacity, 3) Curriculum reflecting BIM's possibilities needs to be developed across the interdisciplinary subjects to maximize its effect.

대학 신입생 대상 전략교양 교과 콘텐츠의 팀티칭 운영 효과 -지역대학(중등특수교육과) 사례를 중심으로- (Effects of Team Teaching on Strategic Cultural Curriculum Contents against Freshmen -focused on case of Local University(Department of Secondary Special Education)-)

  • 새로운 대학생활과 학습 환경의 적응 및 교우 교수자와의 관계 형성에 부담을 가져야 하는 대학 신입생들을 돕기 위하여 많은 대학들이 노력하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 대학 신입생들의 학교 적응 등을 돕기 위한 하나의 방안인 지역 대학 전략교양 교과('의사소통과 대인관계')의 팀티칭 운영(지도 교수 별 팀티칭 시행, 표준 교재 중심 지도 vs. 자율 멘토링 지도)의 효과성을 알아보고 고찰해 보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 충북에 소재한 신입생 대상 수강인원 31명과 교수자 5명을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구 도구는 대학 전략교양 교과 개발팀이 제공한 '의사소통능력 평가지' 및 '교과 만족도, 대학 적응감, 친밀도' 그리고 관련 의견에 대한 간단한 설문을 제작 적용하였다. 이에 대한 자료 분석은 대응 및 독립 표본 T-검정과 평정척도 평가 결과를 중심으로 실시하였다. 연구 문제에 따른 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 두 가지 유형의 팀티칭 교육과정 운영이 전략교양 교과의 수업목표측면(의사소통능력 개선)에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 알아본 결과, 표준 교재 지도 중심 운영 팀이 유의한 효과를 나타내었으며, 둘째, 두 가지 유형의 팀티칭 운영에 따라 전략 교양 교과를 이수한 수강생들이 지각하고 있는 대학생활 적응 측면(대학 적응감, 친밀감)에의 변화가 어떠한지를 알아본 결과, '표준 교재 중심 운영 팀'이 각 각 유의한 차이의 변화를 나타내었음이 확인되었다. 셋째, 전략교양 교과의 이러한 팀티칭 교육과정 운영에 대해 학습자(수강생)들과 교수자들이 지각하고 있는 전반적인 교과의 만족도와 관련 의견이나 인식(강 약점, 개선 의견)그리고 기타 변화 상황 등을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들을 중심으로 지도교수 중심 팀티칭의 교수 형태와 표준 콘텐츠 운영 방안의 교육적 함의점을 고찰하고 제안과 제한점을 제시하였다.

제7차 지구과학I, II 교육과정 개선 방안 연구 (Research on Ways to Improve the 7th National Earth Science I, II Curriculum)

  • In this research we conducted a survey on the actual status of the 7th National Earth Science I & II curriculum to explore ways of revising the next Earth Science curriculum for better education. Of the 180 Earth Science teachers, 60% responded to the survey. The domains of the survey consist of (1) the necessity of Earth Science I & II curriculum revision, (2) educational goals, (3) content coverage, (4) level of difficulty and students' interest for Earth Science content, and (5) ways to overcome the crisis of Earth Science education. Majority of the respondents demanded the revision of Earth Science I, II curriculum because of overlapping and repetition of contents among 10th grade science and Earth Science I and overcrowded Earth Science II contents. Based on the survey results, recommendations on how to improve Earth Science I, II curriculum and how to adjust Earth Science contents are suggested. In addition to curriculum improvement, systematic supports are required for Earth science not to be excluded and turned down by the student and the scholastic aptitude test for university admission.

2007개정 교육과정 분석을 통한 중학교 컴퓨터 교육과정 개선 (An Improvement of the Computer Curriculum of the Middle School through the Analysis of 2007 Revised Curriculum)

  • The aim of this study is to find out problems between the '7th National Curriculum' and '2007 Revised National Curriculum' that would initially apply from 2009 and then to suggest better ways to improve computer education in Middle schools. A survey was carried out with a questionnaire. Based on the result, a comparison was made and a suggestion has been derived: Firstly, the computer subject should not be treated as a rival to others anymore, rather it should be considered as an essential subjects. Secondly, teachers who take computer subjects as their major should be allocated to middle schools. Thirdly, computer subjects should be taught systematically from elementary and be continued throughout in order to promote the level of the computer science education. Fourthly, the advantages of computer utilisation should be taken into account to layout the computer curriculum that is practicable and learner-centered. Finally, teachers should recognise the main aim of computer education and teach computer subjects to be useful in education. Though the revised version is not perfect the more the curriculums are revised, the better they might be expected to be developed. Consequently, whenever the newly revised computer curriculum emerges, the defects should be identified and addressed in order to achieve the aim of the computer curriculum.

수학교육 개혁 운동과 우리나라 수학 교육과정 (Mathematics Education Reform Movements and Korean Mathematics Curriculum)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate various mathematics education improvement or reform movements of Western Europe countries (United Kingdom, Germany, etc.) and the United States of America, to see the effects of those movements on Korean mathematics education circle, and to find a direction of Korean mathematics curriculum design. The third Korean mathematics curriculum was most affected by the new mathematics movement of the United States of America. This movement was emphasizing abstract structure, logical rigorousness and discovery learning of mathematics, which was fired from late fifties. Korean mathematics education circle imported the new mathematics early seventies from USA, but serious problems had been found at that time in USA. This study has pointed out that new math oriented Korean mathematics curriculum was not proper and the new mathematics itself was disastrous for most Korean students' learning. The study also points out that they hurried too much introducing the new mathematics and publishing new mathematics oriented textbooks but they had not sufficient teacher training programs. In our future mathematics curriculum reform, we have to remember such a historical lesson.

대한상한금궤의학회의 학생우수인재교육과정 개선을 위한 설문조사 연구 (A Survey for Improvement of the 'Future Leaders of Korean Medicine' Curriculum in the Korean Medical Association of Clinical Sanghan-Geumgwe)

  • Objective : This Study aims to survey the current situation of the 'Future Leaders of Korean Medicine' curriculum and thereby improve the quality of the curriculum. Methods : 10 students in the curriculum answered 3 items of the NSSE questionnaires; 'Active and Collaborative Learning', 'Student-Faculty Interaction', 'Satisfaction'. Results : 'Worked with other students on projects', 'Tutored or taught other students (paid or voluntary)' average frequencies are relatively low in the 'Active and Collaborative Learning' item. 'Worked with faculty members on activities other than course-work' average frequency is relatively low in the 'Student-Faculty Interaction' item. Conclusions : The curriculum should be improved to encourage the students to take the leading roles at Collaborative Learning and to interact with the advisors.

시각과 시간에 대한 수학과 교육과정 국제 비교 연구: 한국, 일본, 호주, 미국, 핀란드를 중심으로 (A Comparative Analysis of the Mathematics Curriculum on Time-related Contents: Focusing on Korea, Japan, Australia, the United States, and Finland)

  • 이 연구는 시간 관련 학습에서의 어려움 개선을 목적으로 하는 시각과 시간에 대한 수학과 교육과정 국제 비교연구이다. 이를 위해 먼저 시간 관련 내용의 교수·학습과 관련된 선행 문헌을 검토하고 교수·학습 개선을 위해 고려해야 할 이슈들을 도출하였다. 한국, 일본, 호주, 미국, 핀란드의 수학과 교육과정에서 시각과 시간 내용의 범주 및 학습 시기를 비교하고, 선행 문헌 검토를 통해 도출된 이슈들을 중심으로 각국의 교과서 사례를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 우리나라는 학교 수학에서 시각 및 시간 내용을 다른 나라보다 짧은 시간 동안 압축적으로 다루고 있었다. 시간 관련 교수·학습 이슈별로 우리나라가 참고할 만한 개선 아이디어들을 다른 나라 교과서 사례 분석을 통하여 제시하였다. 결과를 바탕으로 시각과 시간 내용에 관한 우리나라 교육과정의 개선에 참고할 시사점을 제언하였다.
