오늘날, 현대사회에서는 국가발전의 의미를 예전과 같이 경제적 차원에만 두지 않고 나라의 문화적 역량과 예술적 수준으로 국가의 이미지와 자부심을 표상하고 있다. 즉, 우리는 문화예술시대에 살고 있다. 국내 각 지역에서는 대도시를 중심으로 공연예술의 현대화로 탈 쟝르화, 대중문화와 고급문화의 융합, 새로운 미디어와 콘텐츠의 개발 등 공연예술의 특성화와 활성화가 이루어지고 있으나 지방자치단체의 의욕적인 시도가 아직까지는 공연예술의 현장에 충분한 영향력을 끼치지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 경기북부지역을 중심으로 국내의 공연예술현황을 비교, 분석하고 미래의 공연예술 활성화 방안을 모색한 결과 경기북부만의 고유한 콘텐츠를 통한 브랜드화, 공연예술단체의 경쟁력 강화, 공연프로그램의 다양화, 공연시설의 확대화, 예술정책의 궁극적인 목표달성과 활성화를 위한 지역의 전문적인 교육기관을 통한 우수한 인재양성이 절대적으로 필요하다는 결론에 도달했다. 이에 본 연구의 분석이 지역문화발전의 기초자료가 되고 지역문화예술 수준향상에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

Our nation has a problem with discrimination of income distribution and inefficient of resources distribution caused by real estate price rising from a sudden economy growth and industrialization. Specially, in recent years, there is a great disparity of apartment price between the north and south of the Han river. Because the housing price is decided by the immanent value of a house and neighborhood effects of the regional where the house is situated, the housing price is occurred difference. The purpose of study was to analyze the influence of various factors of housing price. Also, this study tried to predict real estate market and to establish previous effective real estate policy. In this study, we analyzed the differences of housing price determinants about apartment developments between the north and south of the Han river, and found the important factors that affect the housing price using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). As a result of this study, the older the buildings are, the more the housing price and the housing price rising ratio have increased, in Gang Nam area. This reason is that these have large possibility to be reconstructed and many convenient facilities, in this area. In the case of Kang Buk area, the increase rate of housing price are so low that they couldn't take effect on the housing price and they were declined. So to speak, constructing the infrastructure which takes effect on the increase rate of housing price is very urgent.

과학기술정보통신부는 2016년 1월부터 전기통신설비의 상호접속 기준에 대한 고시개정을 통해 인터넷망의 상호접속료 정산방식을 기존의 용량 기준 정액제에서 사용 트래픽량 기준의 종량제로 변경하고 접속요금의 상한제를 도입하는 등의 새로운 방식을 도입해 운영해 오고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 상호접속 제도의 개선안에 대한 대안을 탐색한다. 이를 위해, 관련 신문 기사를 대상으로 토픽모델링을 통해 주요 쟁점을 탐색하고 이에 대해 AHP 방법론을 적용, 인터넷 상호접속 제도 개선을 위해 고려되어야 할 기준에 대한 상대적 중요도 및 대안의 우선순위를 도출하였다. 인터넷 상호접속제도와 관련된 핵심 전문가들은 가장 중요한 대안 선택 기준은 '해외 사업자에 대한 공정한 과금'으로, 가장 바람직한 대안은 '제도의 일부 개정'으로 평가하였다. 인터넷 상호접속제도 개선을 위한 세부 과제로는 '접속료 산정원칙에 대한 재검토'가 가장 우선되어야 한다고 응답하였다.

지식경영(Knowledge Management), 지적 자산, 디지털 지식자산관리 등 지시에 관한 개념은 오늘날 많은 조직에서 중요한 화두가 되고 있다. 특히 우리나라의 경우만 보더라도 '지식정보화 강국'을 표방하면서 지식경영과 기록관리를 주요시책으로 채택하고 있어 문헌정보학의 관점에서 이에 대한 이론적 기반과 Best Practice에 관한 연구가 시급하다. 그러나 지식경영을 비롯 지식에 관한 종래의 많은 연구는 경영학 분야에서 주되게 연구되었거나 문헌정보학 내에서도 지식에 관한 통합적 연구 기반은 매우 부족한 형편이어서 정보통신발달(ICTs)에 따른 지식 및 관련 시스템 간의 관련성. 협업 가능성에 관한 논의도 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 특히 지식경영과 기록관리를 중심으로 지식의 범주, 관리방법 등을 비교 연구함으로써 지식에 관한 통합관리의 발전적 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 특히 향후 지식경영 렌 기록관리체제를 도입하고자 하는 공공기관에 이론적 논거가 될 것으로 판단한다.

Objective: The dynamics of morbidity, disability and death rates due to malignant neoplasms in the population in Uralsk city of the Republic of Kazakhstan were studied for 2011-2015, with a focus on age and sex, as well as tumor location. Methods: Statistics for total morbidity, primary disability and mortality from cancer in the adult population of the city of Uralsk for 2011-2015 were calculated per 100 thousand. Estimation of morbidity was based on data from form - $N{\underline{o}}12$ ${\ll}$Report on the number of diseases registered in patients living in the area of health care organizations and patient population under medical observation". Evaluation of primary disability was based on form $N{\underline{o}}7$ ${\ll}$The distribution of newly recognized disabled by disease class, age, sex and disability groups" for 2011-2015 in Ural city and analysis of cancer was carried out using annual form 7 "Report on the sick, and diseases of malignant neoplasms". Result: The most common localizations of cancer were the trachea, bronchi, lungs, stomach and mammary glands. High death rates were noted for patients with cancer of the trachea, bronchi, lung, as compared to stomach and esophagus. Conclusion: The results of our investigation and data in the literature indicate that regional characteristics influence the impact of risk factors associated with cancer. An unfavorable environmental background contributes to ill health of urban populations, contributing to development of cancer. Moreover behavioral risk factors are very important, such as smoking, alcohol drinking, and an unhealthy diet. All these factors require urgent adoption of a package of measures for prevention, early detection and timely treatment. Detailed study of cancer is necessary to develop national programs and activities for prevention and control.

Recently, as Information System projects tend to be more complex, the importance of Information System Audit increases. In the same context, the need for the resident IS Audit also increases, which is supposed to deal with the possible risks and urgent issues by providing the appropriate support and timely coordination during IS project. Basically, for the effective IS Audit, the IS audit team members should be able to understand such a business context as work characteristics, business knowledge, goals, and culture of the organization. The audit team members should also be able to share the various knowledge of Information Technology and audit procedure with the owner of the project. Especially, for the resident audit, it is more important to fill the gaps in expertise between project owner and audit team. However, any studies on the need of common knowledge base (knowledge complementarities) in the IS audit have not been done so far. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the knowledge complementarity based on inter-organizational communication between the project owner and audit team members makes an effect on the fidelity and performance of IS audit. In order to do this, the relationship among inter-organizational communication and knowledge complementarity, the fidelity of IS audit service, and performance of IS audit has been analyzed, using Structural Equation Model. The result shows that all the relationship is significant, which means that knowledge complementarity between the two different interest groups should be an effective factor on the fidelity and performance of IS audit. This result implies that, for better quality of IS Audit service, how to acquire the knowledge complementarity between the project owner and Audit team should be considered seriously as well as systematically in the process of IS Audit.

초고층 복합주거 유형은 도심지에서 신도시 개발 및 도시재생에 있어 중요한 위치로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 초고층 주상복합의 경우 친환경계획요소에 대한 정리와 실제 거주자들을 대상으로 한 만족도에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 초고층 친환경계획요소를 단지, 건물내부, 설비 및 유지관리로 구분하여 전문가를 대상으로 중요도 거주자를 만족도를 평가하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 보다 다양한 관점에서 평가할 수 있는 M-IPA를 이용하여 초고층 복합주거 친환경 계획요소의 개선방안 및 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 그 결과 첫째, 단지 부문은 복합적 토지이용, 친환경 교통은 유지관리를 지속해야 할 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 건물내부 부문은 생태적 단지환경, 실내공기환경이 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났고, 실내온열환경은 유지관리를 지속해야 하는 것으로 판단되었다. 마지막으로 설비/유지관리는 재료 및 설비와 에너지 관리 지표가 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

커뮤니케이션 언어로서 텍스트보다 사진, 이미지, 영상 등 비(非)텍스트 기록의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 국내 기록관리 유관 기관과 전문가들 또한 이미지 기록의 특수성에 적합한 기록관리 체계 마련의 필요성에 공감하고 있다. 이 글은 2018 국제 영상기록 관리연수(INA Frame)에 참가한 경험을 토대로 국내 영상기록관리 체계 마련을 위해 고민해야 할 지점들을 정리한 글이다. 특히 국가적 차원에서 관리해야 할 대상을 단순한 영화, 방송, 문화콘텐츠 등을 포괄하는 다양한 유형의 콘텐츠에서 더 나아가 '공공영상문화유산'의 개념정립의 필요성에 대해 역설하였다. 또한, 관련 제도 인프라 정비, 기관 또는 거버넌스 설계 등과 같은 '기반구축'에 해당하는 여러 과제들을 검토하여 이 선결과제들이 향후 국내에서 안정적인 '공공영상문화유산' 관리체계 마련으로 이어져야 함을 강조한다.

대학의 교양교육은 전공교육에 비해 본래의 교육적 의의를 살리지 못하고 있다는 문제에 직면해 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 가장 시급한 단계는 바로 현재 각 대학이 편성 운영 중인 교양교육에 대한 정확한 진단에서 출발한다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 대학의 교양교육을 평가할 수 있는 교양교육과정 평가도구의 개발에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 선행연구들이 이론적으로 교양교육과정 평가도구를 단편적으로 나열한 것에서 벗어나, 평가항목 간 상대적 중요도를 AHP 분석기법을 통해 확인함으로써 평가도구의 배점을 결정하였다. AHP 분석 결과 교양교육과정의 편성, 운영, 평가 중 편성의 영역이 가장 중요하다고 나타났으며, 후순위로는 운영과 평가 영역으로 나타났다. 전체 22개 평가 지표 중 가장 높은 가중치로 결정된 지표는 "교과목 편성의 적절성"으로 나타났으며, 2순위로 "교양교육과정 목표의 적절성"이 선정되었다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze Korea's trade relations centered on the Pacific Alliance (PA), a major economic integration in Latin America, and identify its problems and suggest measures that can be taken by the government and corporations to reinforce economic cooperation. Design/methodology/approach - To improve the level of contribution of the study, an empirical analysis is necessary. However, due to limited data access, the study will approach the topic of trade relations between Korea and the PA with various statistics and literature. Findings - First, there is an urgent need for changes in import-export goods between Korea and the PA, as trade is focused on specific items. Second, although foreign direct investment from Korea to the PA is centered in manufacturing and mining industries, there should be different investment strategies by countries and industries. Third, it is necessary to reinforce commercial cooperation. Korea currently has Free Trade Agreements with Chile, Peru, and Columbia, but not with Mexico, the largest trading partner among the PA. Therefore, Korea must take active measures to sign an FTA with Mexico, which has been put on hold. Research implications or Originality - Latin America has the most thriving market when it comes to Free Trade Agreements worldwide. With the official establishment of the Pacific Alliance (PA) in 2012, the economic integration of Latin America faced entirely new circumstances. Reinforcing economic cooperation with the PA is extremely important for Korea in terms of entering and dominating the Latin American market. However, there is still a lack of research on the Pacific Alliance, and corporations that aim to enter the Latin American market face difficulties due to lack of information. By investigating the Pacific Alliance and its prospects and analyzing the trade relations with Korea, this study will provide strategic measures for corporations that wish to enter the Latin American market.
