현재 EJB(Enterprise Java Beans), COM+(Component Object Model+)등의 서로 다른 컴포넌트 참조 모델(Component reference model)을 기반으로 한, 상이한 컴포넌트 시스템 간 통합(Integration)에 대한 새로운 기술들이 제기되고 있다. 동일한 컴포넌트 플랫폼에서 컴포넌트 간 운용은 소스레벨의 결합(Composition)을 통해 이루어진다. 그러나 상이한 컴포넌트 플랫폼의 경우, 유사 도메인 컴포넌트임에도 불구하고 컴포넌트 간 결합은 불가능한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 상이한 컴포넌트 플랫폼 즉, EJB와 COM+ 컴포넌트 간의 결합 문제를 모델기반의 컴포넌트 변환 기법으로 해결 하였다. EJB, COM+ 컴포넌트 간 결합을 위해 각 참조모델을 비교, 분석하여 구현 독립적(Implementation Independent)인 가상 컴포넌트 모델(Virtual Component Model)과 상호 변환을 위한 구현 테이블(Implementation Table)을 제시하였다. 가상 컴포넌트 모델과 구현 테이블을 참조, 각 구현 모델을 가상 컴포넌트 모델로 일반화하거나 가상 컴포넌트 모델링을 통하여 플랫폼의 구현 독립적인 가상 컴포넌트 모델을 작성하고, 선택적으로 EJB와 COM+로 변환 가능하게 한다. 상이한 컴포넌트 플랫폼으로의 효율적인 모델변환 방법을 제시함으로서 EJB와 COM+ 컴포넌트간의 결합이 가능하다.

Although Enterprise Systems (ES) have promised major strategic benefits and process improvements from business and technology integration, their implementation has been plagued by a high failure rate and difficulty in realizing the promised benefits. For the purpose of understanding implementation failures, previous studies have focused on identifying critical success factors (CSFs) for information systems implementation. However, there has been little research on how these CSFs actually lead to successful results. In this study, based on process theory, we examined the process of ES implementation by explaining how the factors of ES implementation influence each other and how interaction among them produces results. Based on a failure case, we then developed a process model of ES implementation thus allowing us to explain the process of ES implementation. The proposed model facilitated an understanding of how repeating patterns of ES failure can be reversed. This model can be used for guiding new ES implementation projects.

The IT implementation literature suggests that various implementation factors play critical roles in the success of an information system; however, there is little empirical research about the implementation of data warehousing systems has unique characteristics that may impact the importance of factors that apply to it. In this study, a cross-sectional survey investigated a model of data warehousing success. Data warehousing managers and data suppliers from 51 organizations completed paired mail questionnaires on implementation factors and the success of the warehouse. The purpose of this study is to identify which factors have a positive impact on the successful implementation of DW among organizational implementation success, project implementation success, and technical implementation success which are selected as implementation factors of DW. To do so, this study comprehensively analyze the previous studies on the success factors of the information system and DW to develop the study model and set the hypothesized. Then, it verified the hypothesis via the empirical analysis after collecting the materials through the survey. Finally, the discussion of the study's results, offered the implications of the findings, and the conclusions of the findings followed.

Background: Most studies on the national health insurance benefit expansion policy have focused on policy tools or decision-making process. Hence there was not enough understanding on how policies are actually implemented within the specific policy context in Korea which has a national mandatory health insurance system with a dominant proportion of private providers. The main objectives of this study is to understand the implementation process of the benefit coverage expansion policy. Unlike other implementation studies, we tried to examine both the process of implementation and decision making and how they interact with each other. Methods: Interviews were conducted with the ex-members of the Health Insurance Policy Review Committee. Medical doctors who implement the policy at the 'street-level' were also interviewed. To figure out major variables and the degree of their influences, the data were analyzed with Winter's Policy Implementation Model which integrates the decision making and implementation phases. Results: As predicted by the Winter model, problems in the decision making phase, such as conflicts among the members of committee, lack of applicable causal theories application of highly symbolic activities, and limited attention of citizen to the issue are key variables that cause the 'implementation failure.' In the implementation phase, hospitals' own financial interests and practitioners' dependence on the hospitals' guidance were barriers to meeting the policy goals of providing a better coverage for patients. Patients, the target group, tend to prefer physicians who prescribe more treatment and medicine. To note, 'fixers' who can link and fill the gap between the decision-makers and implementers were not present. Conclusion: For achieving the policy goal of providing a better and more coverage to patients, the critical roles of medical providers as street-level implementers should be noted. Also decision making process of benefit package expansion policy should incorporate its influence on the implementation phase.

The purpose of this research is to analyze four models of global e-trade implementation which was suggested at the advance research of implementation global e-Trade with major trading countries. The main outcomes of this empirical study are as follows. For realizing global e-trade of G-Networking model country we have to implement e-trade in the field of "import & logistics". And for realizing global e-trade of P-Networking model country, it need to try in "settlement & clearance". Furthermore, for realizing global e-Trade of G-Penetration model country, we have known that the field of "import & logistics" would be implemented. Finally for realizing global e-Trade of P-Penetration model country, "settlement & clearance" could be implemented. Also, this study suggests that we have to do negotiation with China and Japan at first, and to try the area of settlement & clearance to implement the global e-Trade with Korea's 10 major trading countries.

Many researchers and practitioners have paid much attention to identifying some critical factors for the successful implementation of the TPS, EDP and MIS. However, not much effort have been focused on the implementation issues of DSS which is different from TPS or MIS in terms of the scope of the system, evaluation criteria, decision types served, and level of users. Because of these differences, implemention of DSS should be planned and approached from different aspects of TPS, EDP and MIS. A conceptual model includes four characteristics as independent variables and three dependent variables such as system usage, user's satisfaction, and user's attitude. This paper is to empirically prove the usefulness of the model and to identify a model for the successful implementation of DSS in Korea. It will provide a better understanding of the variables associated with the successful DSS implementation.

The management science was concerned about how to use the main point of the management science model and it's technique by the rational primary factors. The problem's definition, estabilished of the model and it's solving. These function are very difficult and important problems, what is more important, are the model of management science's real prosecution to the manager and management scientist. The management science give us a clue to the solution of a business problem. To get needs conclusion and achieving the estabilished object, we must implement a plan, a stratgem, a policy. If we were not implementing the recommended items, we may call the estabilished model and problem solving impractical, ivory-tower theorizing. But, the implementation of management science model is a complicated problem that is involved mutual relations of managers and management scientist, linkage parts member and the resources of organization. And the other problems of implementation are very complicated problems composed of technologic and economic, social and politic, psychological. This paper reports the implementation of a success that possibly studies a fluent and a chief cause to systematic analysis. Then, first of all I will define of implementation and from these, construction of a unity system, I continue with a catch hold of a main point and a fluent for the successful implementation.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and test a structural model of evidence-based practice (EBP) implementation among clinical nurses. The model was based on Melnyk and Fineout-Overholt's Advancing Research and Clinical Practice through Close Collaboration model and Rogers' Diffusion of Innovations theory. Methods: Participants were 410 nurses recruited from ten different tertiary hospitals in Korea. A structured self-report questionnaire was used to assess EBP knowledge/skills, EBP beliefs, EBP attitudes, organizational culture & readiness for EBP, dimensions of a learning organization and organizational innovativeness. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WINdows 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 program. Results: The modified research model provided a reasonable fit to the data. Clinical nurses' EBP knowledge/skills, EBP beliefs, and the organizational culture & readiness for EBP had statistically significant positive effects on the implementation of EBP. The impact of EBP attitudes was not significant. The dimensions of the learning organization and organizational innovativeness showed statistically significant negative effects on EBP implementation. These variables explained 32.8% of the variance of EBP implementation among clinical nurses. Conclusion: The findings suggest that not only individual nurses' knowledge/skills of and beliefs about EBP but organizational EBP culture should be strengthened to promote clinical nurses' EBP implementation.

SCM(Supply Chain Management) is one of the important issues in internet-based business environment. This study intends to suggest a research model to investigate the influence of environmental, organizational, technical factors on successful SCM system implementation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the organizational characteristics of SCM adoption on successful implementation of SCM systems, including the moderating effects of competitiveness. 122 companies data were collected by survey. The results of hypothesis testing showed that project management is the most important determinants to influence successful SCM system implementation. In addition to that, top management support, IS maturity have positive influence to successful implementation of SCM systems in direct effect model. Also, the results of hypothesis testing in moderating effect model show that competitiveness has a positive impact to successful implementation of SCM systems.

Despite much attention of strategy implementation, there is rarely a study focusing on the ways to evaluate the strategy implementation competence. Therefore, based on broad literature review, we suggested a simple model and procedure to evaluate the technology strategy implementation competence based on importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The proposed model applied to the case of 'Company A' in order to examine the feasibility. We grasped the importance of strategic direction by surveying the employees in 'Company A', and also measured relative importance and performance of critical technology strategy implementation factor. By analyzing the results of the survey, we can identify the barriers to implementing the technology strategy in 'Company A'.
