Purpose: The work of Dental technician which is part of national dental health, is more specialized recently. This research provides fundamental data from analyzing student's career consciousness according to needs of a career education. Here is the conclusion of the analysis about student's career consciousness, that is for a right choice of career. Methods: This study did questionnaire to a dental Laboratory Technology student who locate in Taegu. Question response student number was 570 people. Response contents analyzed to 506 people except imperfect questionnaire. Data used windows sas 8.0 program and did descriptive statistical analysis. Results: There is a meaningful difference in what they want to know about an occupation according to ages. (${\rho}$ < 0.01) All ages are similar to their occupational thinking, however they who are under twenties consider working environment. Most motives of an entrance are similar, there is a meaningful difference. (${\rho}$ < 0.05) According to a grade of college, there is a meaningful difference how to obtain informations of a career. (${\rho}$ < 0.05) Sophomores and juniors obtain information from seniors or family, however freshmen obtain from the internet because of an accessibility. There is a meaningful difference of a job meaning between men and women. (${\rho}$ < 0.01) Men are working for a means of living. But women give weight to a self-development. The older they grow, the more they know about their aptitude. Selecting subjects are different choosing time & motive. According to ages and where they are from, there is a meaningful difference how much know about their aptitude. (${\rho}$ < 0.05) Older Students know more than young students. Selecting subjects are different choosing time & motive. In accordance with a grade, ages, and where they are from, there are different degrees about how much know their interests. There is a meaningful difference of a choosing major period and choosing informations. (${\rho}$ < 0.01) And also there is a meaningful difference where they are from and why they enter to College. (${\rho}$ < 0.001) In accordance with a grade, ages, and where they are from, there are different degrees about how much know their aptitude. For spacecraft attitude control, reaction wheel (RW) steering laws with more than three wheels for three-axis attitude control can be derived by using a control allocation (CA) approach.1-2 The CA technique deals with a problem of distributing a given control demand to available sets of actuators.3-4 There are many references for CA with applications to aerospace systems. For spacecraft, the control torque command for three body-fixed reference frames can be constructed by a combination of multiple wheels, usually four-wheel pyramid sets. Multi-wheel configurations can be exploited to satisfy a body-axis control torque requirement while satisfying objectives such as minimum control energy.1-2 In general, the reaction wheel steering laws determine required torque command for each wheel in the form of matrix pseudo-inverse. In general, the attitude control command is generated in the form of a feedback control. The spacecraft body angular rate measured by gyros is used to estimate angular displacement also.⁵ Combination of the body angular rate and attitude parameters such as quaternion and MRPs(Modified Rodrigues Parameters) is typically used in synthesizing the control command which should be produced by RWs.¹ The attitude sensor signals are usually corrupted by noise; gyros tend to contain errors such as drift and random noise. The attitude determination system can estimate such errors, and provide best true signals for feedback control.⁶ Even if the attitude determination system, for instance, sophisticated algorithm such as the EKF(Extended Kalman Filter) algorithm⁶, can eliminate the errors efficiently, it is quite probable that the control command still contains noise sources. The noise and/or other high frequency components in the control command would cause the wheel speed to change in an undesirable manner. The closed-loop system, governed by the feedback control law, is also directly affected by the noise due to imperfect sensor characteristics. The noise components in the sensor signal should be mitigated so that the control command is isolated from the noise effect. This can be done by adding a filter to the sensor output or preventing rapid change in the control command. Dynamic control allocation(DCA), recently studied by Härkegård, is to distribute the control command in the sense of dynamics⁴: the allocation is made over a certain time interval, not a fixed time instant. The dynamic behavior of the control command is taken into account in the course of distributing the control command. Not only the control command requirement, but also variation of the control command over a sampling interval is included in the performance criterion to be optimized. The result is a control command in the form of a finite difference equation over the given time interval.⁴ It results in a filter dynamics by taking the previous control command into account for the synthesis of current control command. Stability of the proposed dynamic control allocation (CA) approach was proved to ensure the control command is bounded at the steady-state. In this study, we extended the results presented in Ref. 4 by adding a two-step dynamic CA term in deriving the control allocation law. Also, the strict equality constraint, between the virtual and actual control inputs, is relaxed in order to construct control command with a smooth profile. The proposed DCA technique is applied to a spacecraft attitude control problem. The sensor noise and/or irregular signals, which are existent in most of spacecraft attitude sensors, can be handled effectively by the proposed approach.
These studies were conducted to evaluate the bulk pasteurization system in comparison with the conventional mushroom growing technique of and to establish the phase II fermentation method for the system. The results obtained were as follows. 1. From the mushroom compost peak-heated in the bulk pasteurization system higher mushroom yield was obtained than that of the conventional method. 2. The compost fermented in the bulk pasteurization system showed poor mycelial growth and low crop. It was caused by the imperfect blower and its operation, not by ununiform moisture content of the compost and ununiform filling. 3. A bulk pasteurization system which modified the mushroom house was not proper for the fermentation of the mushroom compost and the sporophore yields were lower than the standard pasteurization system. 4. In the bulk pasteurization system, peak-heating time, phase II period and quality of the compost were influenced by the air temperature but its effects were not more significant than those of the conventional method. 5. During phase II in the bulk pasteurization system moisture content of the compost at filling did not affect the fermentation of the compost.

In this research, a paramteric study to account for the effect of interfacial strength and nanotube agglomeration on the elastoplastic behavior of carbon nanotube reinforced polypropylene composites is performed. At first, the elastoplastic behavior of nanocomposites is predicted from molecular dynamics(MD) simulations. By combining the MD simulation results with the nonlinear micromechanics model based on the Mori-Tanaka model, a two-step domain decomposition method is applied to inversely identify the elastoplastic behavior of adsorption interphase zone inside nanocomposites. In nonlinear micromechanics model, the secant moduli method combined with field fluctuation method is used to predict the elastoplastic behavior of nanocomposites. To account for the imperfect material interface between nanotube and matrix polymer, displacement discontinuity condition is applied to the micromechanics model. Using the elastoplastic behavior of the adsorption interphase zone obtained from the present study, stress-strain relation of nanocomposites at various interfacial bonding condition and local nanotube agglomeration is predicted from nonlinear micromechanics model with and without the adsorption interphase zone. As a result, it has been found that local nanotube agglomeration is the most important design factor to maximize reinforcing effect of nanotube in elastic and plastic behavior.

The international standard for the school library suggests that school librarians qualified for librarian and teacher should run the school library. And library assistants should support the teacher librarian to carry out a role as a teacher. Despite the difference of requirements, librarians without teachers' license are under the human resources for school library administration. Furthermore, the job description between the school librarian and librarian is not well-defined in Korea. The different requirements in the library standards and the school library related laws have led to weaken professionalism and social status of librarianship. The condition that teacher librarians are not in the school library have brought the pressure to overcome imperfect functions of the school library and unfairness of educational services. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to strengthen teacher librarians' qualification system to improve their identity as educational subject specialist librarians. We ought to also build proper foundations of social recognition about librarianship through classifying the types of human resources in the school library into the teacher librarian, library paraprofessional and volunteers. Especially we should hold the job analysis based on administrator, teacher, service, leader, collaboration, and partner.
Overwintering adults of sycamore lace bug (Corythucha ciliata) infected by an unidentified pathogenic fungus were found on the stems of street trees of sycamore in Cheongju city. The objective of this study was to describe this entomopathogenic fungus infecting overwintering sycamore lace bug adults. This unidentified fungus colonized the insect adult body and formed white colony with subglobose clusters of conidiocarps. The size of conidiocarps was 300 to $400{\mu}m$ and each conidium was 15 to $20{\mu}m$. The conidiospore was globus and 2.5 to $3.0{\mu}m$ in diameter, and the hyphae were 1 to $5{\mu}m$ thick. This fungus was successfully isolated and cultivated on potato dextrose agar medium (PDA). The fungal colony was white and then became light yellow. When conidia from this pure culture were inoculated into the overwintering adults, the fungus formed conidiocarps with the same morphology on the insect body and the lethal rate by the fungus was $88{\pm}16%$. This fungus has over 99% homology with Cordyceps bassiana (imperfect fungal name is Beauveria bassiana) in ITS-5.8s rDNA base sequence. The fungal ecology and the infection process of the fungus into its host need to be clarified before using this fungus as a biological control agent.

This study aims to provide the present general state of basic data about refrigeration and freezing warehouses scold storages because basic data about refrigeration and freezing warehouses are insufficient and imperfect at the moment. Research contents include the present general state of cold storages such as sales amount, capital(money invested), storage possession state by type, keeping area, cold storage facility capacity, and facility state such as existence of rack, building structure and floor height, and possessed facility state. According to research results, it was found that 86.7% of refrigeration and freezing warehouses are located in the capital region and Busan region in terms of regional distribution, and the average keeping area was found to be bigger in these two regions than that of other regions. In addition, the research shows that more than 80% of companies possess bonded warehouses and there was no big difference in the size and capacity of refrigeration and freezing warehouses. Regarding building structure, most of them were found to be reinforced concrete. However, only 25% of companies installed racks, but there was no statistical significance between existence of rack and the amount of capital and sales. Possessed facilities were found in the order of freight elevator, information system and dock. When it comes to cargo gear, companies were found to possess 9.1 units of forklift and 2.2 units of reach stacker in average. This research is expected to lay a basis for investigating, predicting and developing the local cold storage industry, and more detailed studies will be needed in the future.
Grain discoloration, caused by several microorganisms, is a minor disease, but it is gaining importance in almost all rice growing areas of the world in recent years. Such grains are of low market value and consumption appeal in addition to their abnormal performance as seed of source of nutrient value. When the casual agents were inoculated on rice plant,'Ilmi-byeo'(at right before heading time and on heading time), the incidence of rice ear blight caused by Alternaria alternate and Nigrospora oryzae was higher in a plot inoculated at right before heading time than (in n plot inoculated) on heading time. Meanwhile, the incidence of rice ear blight caused by Bipolaris oryzae and Curvularia lunate was higher in a plot inoculated on heading time than in a plot inoculated at right before heading time. In rice quality, the ratio of imperfect grains was increased at right before heading time or on heading time by Nigrospora oryzae or Alternaria alternata, respectively. As discoloration rate of rice grains increased on 'Ilmi-byeo', the percentage of perfect grains decreased proportionally and the percentage of damaged rice grains increased remarkably.

The hull dehydration in dough stage did not serious affect the rice yield though grain appearance texture may decline by severe occurrence of the symptom. As to white head in heading stage of rice, the occurrence of hull dehydration in 1998 was directly affected by high temperature, low air humidity and sometimes of strong wind and sunshine in early September. At harvest stage, 1,000-grain weight of brown rice was not found to be significantly different between the hull dehydrated grains and normal ones. That reason can be considered that the hull dehydration occurred hill was not injured on the leaf and rachis branches therefore the function of assimilation and translation of rice plant was not affected. The ratio of imperfect rice kernel such as green, cracked and white belly increased. The increase of cracked rice by the hull dehydration may caused by concurrent dehydration of kernel, or by insufficient water supply into kernel due to breaking of vascular bundles in glume.
