복합시트의 구조가 흡·차음성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Structure on the Sound Absorption and Sound Transmission Loss of Composite Sheet)

  • 복합시트의 구조를 변화시켜 흡 차음성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 폴리프로필렌 보드의 표면과 배면에 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 부직포를 핫 프레스로 융착하여 복합시트를 제조하였다. 면밀도가 $0.64kg/m^2$인 부직포를 사용하여 제조한 복합시트의 흡음률은 0.1-0.2의 값을 나타내어 폴리프로필렌 보드의 흡음률에 비해 약 100~400%의 증가를 나타내었다. 폴리프로필렌 보드의 면밀도를 증가시키거나 복합시트 위에 반구형의 홈을 포함하는 경우에 복합시트의 투과손실이 증가하였다. 평판 복합시트와 사인 파형을 가지는 복합시트의 구조를 변화시켜 만든 2가지 복합시트 구조에 따른 흡음률과 차음도의 변화를 조사하였다.

  • An external electrode fluorescent lamps (EEFLs) have the advantage of a long lifetime in the early stages of the study on plasma discharge, interest in the lamp continues. Studies on the operation of external electrode fluorescent lamps have focused mainly on its use of a type of high frequency (MHz). By performing high brightness using a square wave operation method with the low frequency below 100kHz, which is applied to a narrowed tube type lamp that has several mm of lamp diameter, an EEFL presented the possibility of using it as a light source for backlights. However, because an EEFL generates plasma using wall charges, which considers the impedance characteristics of glass based on the structural principle in discharge, it can be significantly affected by frequency. Thus, this study verifies the change in the characteristics of electromagnetic fields according to the change in frequency through a Maxwell's electromagnetic field simulation and examines the relationship between the change in the EEFL frequency and brightness by measuring the optical characteristics. In addition, the characteristics of the transformation of energy orbits were verified by investigating the characteristics of the wavelength according to the change in frequency through the OES.

  • The recent TFT-LCD Trend that is done large size gradually. As size of monitor great, though problem happens, it is that consumer's request which it makes monitor combined TV function. Monitor and TV are no difference externally greatly, but define difference happens as for backlight.   • In this paper, the measurement method of the decoupling performance of a underwater decoupling material is studied. First, the simple vibro-acoustic coupled model of a multi-layered underwater decoupling material attached to a plate is analytically derived using impedance transfer matrix. Two test methods are introduced using the theoretical expression of the simple model. One is based on the ratio of the plate vibration and the radiated pressure under impact excitation of the plate. The other is based on the reciprocity theorem and uses the ratio of the incident pressure and the plate vibration under projector excitation in water. Some measurements are carried out according to the test methods using a pulse tube. The test results show the advantages and disadvantages of two methods. It is also shown that the combination of impact and projector excitation methods may be a useful tool to evaluate the performance of a underwater decoupling material.

알루미늄칩과 타공판을 이용한 방음벽 충진재의 흡음특성 (Absorption Characteristics of Sound Proof Wall by Scrap Aluminum and Perforated Plate)

  • Efforts to reduce noise in industrial application fields, such as automobiles, aircrafts, and plants have been gaining considerable attention while a sound proof wall to protect people from the noise has been intensively investigated by many researchers. In this study, our research group suggested creating a new sound proof wall composed of scrap aluminum chips and perforated plates in a commercial polyester sound proof wall, which was then successfully fabricated. This wall's sound absorption characteristics were measured by an impedance tube method. The sound absorption property was evaluated by measuring the Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) to the standard, ASTM C 423-90a. The noise reduction coefficient of the sound proof wall composed of 3.5 vol.% and 7.5 vol.% of scrap aluminum chips relatively increased to 5% and 8% compared to the commercial polyester sound proof wall. The scrap aluminum perforated plate also relatively increased to 13% compared to the commercial polyester sound proof wall.

Sound Absorption of Natural Fiber Composite from Sugarcane Bagasse and Coffee Silver Skin

  • This study aimed to develop a sound-absorbing composite using sugarcane bagasse (SB) and coffee silver skin (CS) as raw materials. The composite boards were manufactured by bonding the fibers with Melamine Urea-Formaldehyde adhesive, ensuring a consistent thickness of 30 mm. Various densities were employed, namely 380, 450, and 520 kg/m3. The samples were fabricated with different fiber ratios, including SB100%, SB75% with CS25%, and SB50% with CS50%. The sound absorption coefficient (SAC) and noise reduction coefficient (NRC) were measured using the impedance tube method within a frequency range of 63-6,300 Hz. The experimental results revealed that the mixing ratio of CS exerted a notable influence on enhancing the SAC, while the density of the composite board exhibited a significant impact on increasing both the SAC and NRC. Among the densities tested, the optimal value was observed at 520 kg/m3, yielding a SAC value of 0.65 at a frequency of 1,000 Hz and an NRC value of 0.55 for the SB50-CS50 composite plate. These findings underscore the importance of considering the CS mixing ratio and composite board density when aiming to optimize sound absorption properties.

무전극 램프의 성능 향상을 위한 커플러의 열특성 연구 (A Study on the Thermal Characteristics of a Coupler to Improve the Performance of Electrodeless Lamp)

  • 무전극 램프의 열특성은 램프의 설계와 성능을 결정하는 주요 요소 중 하나이다. 커플러는 열에 의해 임피던스 특성이 변화하며 그 사용온도가 보통 약 $150^{\circ}C$ 이내이다. 본 연구에서는 지금까지 논외였던 $150^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도에 커플러가 노출되었을 때의 현상에 대해 관찰하였다. 벌브의 안쪽 내관과 커플러와의 이격거리가 다른 두 종류의 커플러 A와 커플러 B에 대해 방열 조건과 열 차단 조건을 달리하여 전기적 특성, 열적 특성, 광학적 특성과의 연계성 및 열화 특성 등을 분석하였다. 우선 시스템의 임피던스를 구하여 이를 통한 전기적 특성을 분석하는 기준으로 삼았다. 두 종류의 커플러의 직경차는 1mm이며, 실험 결과에서 커플러의 직경이 1mm 작아서 발생하는 자계강도의 손실을 상쇄할 수 있는 조건을 찾을 수 있었다. 따라서 이러한 결과를 토대로 커플러가 약 $200^{\circ}C$의 고온에 노출될 때, 이에 대응하는 효율적인 설계 방안을 제시하였다.

다중채널 와전류탐상검사 장치 개발(I) (Development of a Multichannel Eddy Current Testing Instrument(I))

  • 전자기유도(electromagnetic induction) 현상을 이용한 비파괴진단기법으로 최근까지 와전류탐상기법, 교류장측정기법, 자속누설검사기법, 그리고 원격장검사기법 등이 개발되어 활용되고 있었다. 이 기법중 와전류탐상기법은 오늘날 발전설비, 화학, 조선 및 군수설비 등의 열교환기 전열관 비파괴검사에 널리 적용되고 있다. 와전류탐상검사 시스템의 구성은 기능별로 와전류신호 합성 모듈, 아날로그 모듈, 디지털 신호처리를 위한 아날로그-디지털 변환 모듈, 전원공급장치 및 신호취득 평가 프로그램 등으로 구성되며, 본 연구에서는 다중채널방식의 와전류탐상검사 장치(하드웨어) 개발에 필요한 구성 요소중 1차적으로 와전류신호 합성 모듈, 아날로그 모듈을 설계 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 와전류탐상검사 장치의 특정은 주파수영역 및 시간영역 다중화 방식에 의한 최대 4개 주파수의 동시 적용이 가능한 다중채널장치이다. 와전류신호 합성 모듈, 아날로그 모듈을 구성하는 각 회로에서 와전류신호 발생, 변조, 전처리, 변조 및 신호 디스플레이를 위한 신호가 적절하게 처리되어 최종적으로 와전류신호 평가에 필수적인 리사쥬신호가 임피던스 평면 내에 디스플레이 되는 것을 확인하였다.
