Cosmetic industry is a typical industry for domestic demand and is closely connected with domestic demand growth. In 2006, domestic cosmetics market is showing high growth rate due to the recovery of domestic demand and the market reorganization of sales channels is proceeding rapidly due to the recent global economic slowdown, Due to the situation, many companies are launching low-priced brand shop. The purpose of this study was to clarify the impact of marketing strategy of cosmetic brand-shop on consumers' purchasing intention. As the result of analyses, it was found that product, place, promotion factors of cosmetic brand-shop affect brand image. Also only product factor affects corporate image, perceived quality. And using regression analysis between brand image, corporate image, perceived quality and customer behaviors. Brand image and perceived quality factors influence consumers purchasing intention. Brand image has a positive impact on corporate image. And corporate image affects the perceived quality.

In order to investigate the fracture behaviors (penetration modes) and the resistance to penetration during ballistic impact of Al 5052-H34 alloy laminates, cold-rolled Al 5052-H34 alloy laminates, anodized Al 5052-H34 alloy laminates, and anodized Al 5052-H34 alloy after cold-rolling, a ballistic testing was conducted. In general, superior armor materials are brittle materials which have a high hardness. Ballistic resistance of these materials was measured by a protection ballistic limit (V$_{50}$), a statistical velocity with 50% probability fur incompletete penetration. Fracture begaviors and ballistic tolerance, described by penetration modes, ate observed from the results from the results of V$_{50}$ test and Projectile Through Plates (PTP) test at velocities greater than V$_{50}$, respectively. PTP tests were conducted with 0$_{\circ}$obliquity at room temperature using 5.56mm ball projectile. V$_{50}$ tests with 0$_{\circ}$obliquity at room temperature were concucted with projectiles that could achieve neat or complete penetration during PTP tests. Surface hardness, resistance to penetration, and penetration modes of Al 5052-H34 alloy laminates are compared to those of cold-rolled Al 5052-H34 alloy laminates and anodized Al 5052-H34 alloy laminates and anodized Al 5052-H34 cold-rolled alloy.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutrition instruction using a curriculum guide on nutrition knowledge attitudes and food behaviors of students in a junior high school home economics course. We used three instruments co collect data: a nutrition knowledge test, a food and attitude instrument containing four scales, and a two-part food behavior assessment form A quasi-Solomon four -groups experimental design was used One experimental group was pretested taught nutrition via the curriculum, and posttested A Second experimental group which was not pretested was taught nutrition via the curriculum and posttested One control group was pretested and posttested and a second control group was only posttested Neither control group receive food and nutrition instruction until after the study was complete The results indicate that the experimental group had significantly improved knowledge scores and improved attitude scores on the scale entitled Eating New Foods Nutriton Affects Health Caring about Nutrition Significant changes were observe in posttest scores on the food behavior assessment form Key findings useful in understanding the impact of education on adolescent food choices were that 1) study participants nutrition knowledge improved 2) their attitudes toward nutrition became more positive 3) their intention to include more high-nutrient foods in their diet increased significantly.

Purpose: As global interest in environmental issues increases, the demand for green products/services is increasing. Companies are establishing eco-friendly policies to meet the changing expectations of customers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of eco-friendly behavior and third-party certification on trust, satisfaction, and loyalty as well as the mediating role of satisfaction based on SOR and signaling theory. Research design, data and methodology: This study collected data from 501 respondents who visited restaurant and analyzed using measurement model with SPSS 28.0 and SmartPLS 4. Results: First, restaurants' eco-friendly behavior and third-party certification (TPC) positively influenced trust while these did not influence satisfaction. Second, trust positively influenced satisfaction. Third, trust and satisfaction positively influenced loyalty. Fourth, TPC had stronger impact on trust and satisfaction compared to eco-friendly behavior in female group while TPC had stronger impact on trust in male group. Conclusions: This study emphasized the importance of TPC over eco-friendly behavior. Restaurants should maintain pro-environmental behaviors such as reducing single-use items while obtaining TPC such as ISO and LEED certifications to increase customer trust. It also found the importance of trust and satisfaction in securing loyal customers. Restaurants should make efforts to build bonds with customers through authentic marketing such as events that encourage customer participation.

This paper presents the effects of high temperature and water absorption on the mechanical behaviors of carbon-aramid fiber composites, specifically their strength, elastic modulus, and fracture. These composites are used in industrial structures because of their high specific strength and toughness. Carbon fiber composites are vulnerable to the impact force of external objects despite their excellent properties. Aramid fibers have high elongation and impact absorption capabilities. Accordingly, a hybrid composite with the complementary properties and capabilities of carbon and aramid fibers is fabricated. However, the exposure of aramid fiber to water or heat typically deteriorates its mechanical properties. In view of this, tensile and flexural tests were conducted on a twill woven carbon-aramid fiber hybrid composite to investigate the effects of high temperature and water absorption. Moreover, a multiscale analysis of the stress behavior of the composite's microstructure was implemented. The results show that the elastic modulus of composites subjected to high temperature and water absorption treatments decreased by approximately 22% and 34%, respectively, compared with that of the composite under normal conditions. The crack behavior of the composites was well identified under the specimen conditions.

This research investigates the impacts of information security (IS) culture and management leadership styles on employee's security behaviors (IS policies compliance, IS participation) in financial institutions. This study use the survey data collected from 236 employees of financial institutions. This research shows that IS culture has a positive effect on both behavioral intentions to comply with IS policies and the intentions to actively participate in information security activities. Transactional leadership has a positive impact on the IS policies compliance intentions and to participate in information security activities. In contrast, transformational leadership has a positive impact on the intentions to participate in information security activities, but not on the IS policies compliance intentions.

Background: Occupational safety issues related to food delivery riders emerge with evidence of an increase in associated traffic accidents and injuries along with the rapid growth of the online food delivery business. This paper focuses on food delivery riders' job stress and investigates its relationships with both antecedents and risky riding outcomes. Method: Survey data were collected from 279 Taiwanese food delivery motorcycle riders and analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The results show that job overload and time pressure positively impact riders' job stress, while self-efficacy slightly reduces job stress. Job stress positively leads to risky driving behavior and distraction. In addition, time pressure can strengthen the impact of job overload on job stress. Riders' risky riding attitude can also strengthen the impacts of job stress on risky riding behaviors and distraction. Conclusion: This paper advances the literature on online food delivery as well as the occupational safety improvement of food delivery riders. Specifically, this study provides insights into the job stress of food delivery motorcycle riders and the effects of job characteristics and risky behavioral consequences.

Large deflection dynamic responses of laminated composite cylindrical shells under impact are analyzed by the geometrically nonlinear finite element method based on a generalized Sander's shell theory with the first order transverse shear deformation and the von-Karman large deflection assumption. A modified indentation law with inelastic indentation is employed for the contact force. The nonlinear finite element equations of motion of shell and an impactor along with the contact laws are solved numerically using Newmark's time marching integration scheme in conjunction with Akay type successive iteration in each step. The ply failure region of the laminated shell is estimated using the Tsai- Wu quadratic interaction criteria. Numerical results, including the contact force histories, deflections and strains are presented and compared with the ones by linear analysis. The effect of the radius of curvature on the composite shell behaviors is investigated and discussed.

This paper presents the experimental results to verify the environmental consciousness with economic balances due to cutting fluid behaviors and effectiveness in machining process. The cutting fluid improves the productivity through cooling, lubricating effects, however its environmental impact also increases according to the cutting fluid usage. The primary mechanism in this study is the spin-of motion of cutting fluids away from the rotating workpiece. In this study some machining parameters are adopted to analyze the productivity as well as environmental impact. This study provides the criteria for the resonable cutting fluid usage quantitatively to develop the environmentally conscious machining process.

The numerical methodology for simulating water entry behaviors of the high-speed bodies has been developed. Since the present method assumed the impact occurs within a very short time interval, the viscous effects do not have enough time to play a significant role in the impact forces, that is, the flow around a water-entry object was assumed as an incompressible potential flow and is solved by the source panel method. The elements fully submerged into the water are routinely teated, but the elements intersected by the effective planar free surface are redefined and reorganized to be amenable to the source panel method. To validate the present code, it has been applied to the ogive model and compared with experimental data. Good agreement has been obtained. The water entry behavior of the bouncing phenomena from the free surface has been also simulated using the impact forces and two degree of freedom dynamic equation. Physically, acceptable results have been obtained.
