  • This paper presents a centralized adaptive control scheme based on perturbation equations in the vicinity of a desired trajectory,which are used to design a feedback control about the desired trajectory. This adaptive control scheme reduces the manipulator control problem from a nonlinear control to controlling a linear control system about a desried trajectory. Computer simulation studies of a two-joint manipulator are performed on a IBM-PC to illustrate the performance of this adaptive control scheme.

  • In this paper, we study the convergence of both relaxed multisplitting method and nonstationary two-stage multisplitting method associated with a multisplitting which is obtained from the ILU factorizations for solving a linear system whose coefficient matrix is an H-matrix. Also, parallel performance results of nonstaionary two-stage multisplitting method using ILU factorizations as inner splittings on the IBM p690 supercomputer are provided to analyze theoretical results.

  • 본 연구에서 퍼지제어 시스템 설계를 위한 마이크로 컴퓨터 지원 설계 기법과 프로그램 FCS 를 개발하였다. 이 프로그램은 IBM-PC 호환기종 (80386,804860) 에 사용되는 Turbo-C 언어를 사용하였고, Borland C $^{++}$ 2.0 컴파일러를 사용하였다. 제어시스템의 각 요소를 모듈화 하여 동특성을 차분 방정식으로 표시하여 사용자가 쉽게 대치할 수 있도록 서브루틴화 하였다. 퍼지제어 규칙의 최적조건, 퍼지 입출력 변수의 최적조건, D/A 및 A/D 변환기의 최적 비트수, 최적 샘플링 시간을 결정 할 수 있다. 공기예열 시스템을 예로서 이 프로그램을 이용하여 설계하였다.

  • The integrated management system IMMC system) is developed for machining, measuring and checking by using IBM-PC under Borland C $\^$++/ environment. MMC system consists of following systems : DNC system, MascMC system (for measuring and checking) and MascCAM system : DNC system, MascNC system (for measuring and checking) and MascCAM system (for CAM). And some other modules support MMC system for practical usages. A vertical machining center equipped with FANUC 0MC is used for experiments. Feasibility of the system is confirmed by a large amount of experiments.

모아레 광간섭에 의한 금형 형상의 삼차원 자동측정과 CAD/CAM과의 연계

  • 모아레토포그라피를 이용한 금형제작을 위한 클레이모형(clay model)의 3차원 형상측정을 위한 방법이 제시되었다. 그리고 모아레무늬를 해석하는 방법이 제시되어 클레이모형의 형상을 측정 하였고 디지털영상처리기법을 사용하는 일련의 과정을 통해 3차원 형상을 재현하였다. IBM PC/386과 CCD 카메라를 사용하여 실험한 결과 0.005mm의 분해능을 가지며 측정속도가 5분 가량이 소요되었다. 따라서 광학적방법이 접촉식 디지타이징을 이용하였을 경우 발생하는 많은 문제점 등을 효율적으로 보완할 수 있다. 그리고 품질검사를 자동화할 수 있는 방법을 제시하 였고 기존의 모아레토포그라피가 가지는 어려움을 극복하기 위하여 새로운 방법인 주사식 모아 레토포그라피를 제시하였다.

  • Thus paper deals with a study of the automatic machining and measurement system based on Features. The system includes following 5 modules : a feature-based design module, an automatic NC programming module, an automatic measurement programming module, and a simulation module. The system is developed by using IBM-PC in the AutoCAD and the BORLAND c $\^$++/ environment. A vertical machining center equipped with FANUC 0MC is used for experiments. Performance of the system is confirmed by a large amount of experiment.

  • A bare chip packaging technology by an encapsulated flip chip bonding on a build-up printed circuit board has emerged in 1991. Since then, it enabled a high density and low cost semiconductor packaging such as a direct chip bonding on mother board and high density surface mount components, such as BGA and CSP. This technology can respond to various requirements from applications and is considered to take over a main role of semiconductor packaging in the next decade.

  • In this paper, the control of a DC servo motor position control is implemented with fuzzy controller using IBM PC AT. In addition to the fuzzy controller with the error and change of error inputs PI controller is applied as well to improve the steady state error response. It shows the above configuration results in a good control characteristics.

The inverse kinematics of FANUC robot cannot be solved by the algebraical method, because arm matirix T$_{6}$ is very complex and 6-joint angles are associated with the position and the approach of end-effector. Instead we fuund otehr 5-joint angle by and algebraical method after finding .THETA.$_{1}$ value by a numerical method.d.

  • In this paper, an operating system is designed for NC controllers. Host computer is the IBM-PC, and the controller panel is designed in graphics mode to look easily for users. Pull-down menu is selected, which is useful to minimize a mistake made by users, so users can use NC controller more effectively. Also, many functions are proposed, such as NC editor for programming the NC program directly, simulation function for testing editted NC program, and new key-pad that appropriates for the functions of OS.
