체침(體鍼)과 두침(頭鍼)을 시행(施行)한 중풍환자(中風患者) 29례(例)의 임상고찰(臨床考察) (A clinical study on 29 cases with Stroke treated by commom acupunture therapy and scalp acupunture)

  • Objective : This study is for taking data for the clinical application of scalp acupunture(頭針). Methods : I made 29 patients an object of this study. They were diagnosed as Stroke and hospitalized in Dong-shin Univ. Korean Traditional Medicine Hospital from March, 2001 to May, 2001. They were divided into two groups. One was an experimental group, treated by 2 methods - common acupunture therapy and scalp acupunture(jung-sup jeon who-sa-sun(頂攝前 後斜線). The other was an control group, treated only by common acupunture therapy. Results : In an experimental group, there were 8 excellent cases(57.14%) and 6 good cases(42.86%). In an control group, there were 3 excellent cases(20%), 10 good cases(66.6%) and 2 improved cases(13.33%). There was no significant difference in variable of effects according to treatments. Conclusions : I thought that it needed to prove effects of scalp acupunture(頭鍼) for efficient application by more clinical data from now.

절리 암반물성의 크기효과 및 그 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Scale Effects in Jointed Rock Mass Properties, and Their Application)

  • 본 논문은 절리 암반물성의 크기효과가 암반의 불균질성 및 불연속성에 기인한다고 가정하였다. 이를 위해 대표체적요소의 개념이 적용되는 일반적인 등가물성이론을 탈피하여 불규칙적인 절리기하와 임의의 절리수 및 임의의 절리 방향성을 고려할 수 있는 등가물성이론에 대해서 연구하였다. 이론적인 연구를 바탕으로 이 이론을 실제 문제에 적용한 결과 암반요소의 크기에 따라 달라지는 물성 변화를 관찰하고, 크기효과에 관한 여러 가지 연구를 수행하였다. 특히, 수치해석적인 방법으로 크기효과를 증명하는 과정의 타당성을 입증하고 크기효과의 구체적인 원인을 알아보기 위해서 4개의 모델에 대해서 전산실험을 수행하였다. 이 실험으로부터 증명된 내용을 토대로 실제 3차원 구조물을 대상으로 크기효과 실험을 수행하였다. 이 실험 과정 중 절리의 여러 역학적인 성질들이 암반강도 및 탄성계수의 크기효과에 미치는 영향을 관찰해 보았다. 또 크기효과가 특정 절리구조에서 발생되는 것이 아니고 절리를 포함하는 모든 경우에서 발생됨을 증명하기 위해 절리 구조가 다른 두 모델을 대상으로 크기효과 실험을 수행하였다.

CONDITIONAL INTEGRAL TRANSFORMS AND CONVOLUTIONS OF BOUNDED FUNCTIONS ON AN ANALOGUE OF WIENER SPACE

  • Let $C[0,t]$ denote the function space of all real-valued continuous paths on $[0,t]$. Define $Xn:C[0,t]{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}^{n+1}$ and $X_{n+1}:C[0,t]{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}^{n+2}$ by $X_n(x)=(x(t_0),x(t_1),{\cdots},x(t_n))$ and $X_{n+1}(x)=(x(t_0),x(t_1),{\cdots},x(t_n),x(t_{n+1}))$, where $0=t_0$ < $t_1$ < ${\cdots}$ < $t_n$ < $t_{n+1}=t$. In the present paper, using simple formulas for the conditional expectations with the conditioning functions $X_n$ and $X_{n+1}$, we evaluate the $L_p(1{\leq}p{\leq}{\infty})$-analytic conditional Fourier-Feynman transforms and the conditional convolution products of the functions which have the form $${\int}_{L_2[0,t]}{{\exp}\{i(v,x)\}d{\sigma}(v)}{{\int}_{\mathbb{R}^r}}\;{\exp}\{i{\sum_{j=1}^{r}z_j(v_j,x)\}dp(z_1,{\cdots},z_r)$$ for $x{\in}C[0,t]$, where $\{v_1,{\cdots},v_r\}$ is an orthonormal subset of $L_2[0,t]$ and ${\sigma}$ and ${\rho}$ are the complex Borel measures of bounded variations on $L_2[0,t]$ and $\mathbb{R}^r$, respectively. We then investigate the inverse transforms of the function with their relationships and finally prove that the analytic conditional Fourier-Feynman transforms of the conditional convolution products for the functions, can be expressed in terms of the products of the conditional Fourier-Feynman transforms of each function.

가미방기황기탕(加味防己黃芪湯) 주정 추출물이 류마티스 관절염 동물병태모델에 미치는 영향 (Effects of GamiBangkeehwangkee-tang (fángjǐhuángqí-tāng) ethanol extract on Collagen-induced Rheumatoid Arthritis model of DBA/1 mice)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of GamiBangkeehwangkee-tang (f$\acute{a}$ngj$\check{i}$hu$\acute{a}$ngq$\acute{i}$-t$\bar{a}$ng, BHT) ethanol extract on the immunity and rheumatoid arthritis related inflammatory cytokines. Methods : We checked viability in RAW 264.7 cell after treat by BHT. Then we measured inflammatory and immunity factors of DBA/1 mice with rheumatoid arthritis induced by collagen after BHT oral administration. Also, we checked micro-CT image, bone volume and bone inflammation ratio in micro-CT and structural parameter test. Results : BHT showed cell viability of 95% or higher in all concentration in RAW 264.7 cells. BHT treated group decreased level in serum of IgM and IgG test by 36% and 25% respectively. And BHT treated group showed significant decrease in WBC, neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocytes immune cell ratio in blood by 47%, 22%, 56% and 85% respectively. Also, BHT treated group decreased level in serum of $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6, IL-17, $TNF-{\alpha}$ and hs-CRP tests by 29%, 33%, 32%, 24% and 56% respectively. Finally, BHT treated group showed increase ratio of bone volume that decrease ratio of bone inflammation. Conclusions : In this study, the results were observed rheumatoid arthritis factors cytokine decrease in serum. And BHT showed immunoglobulin and immune cells ratio decrease in serum and blood. Also, BHT depending on effects of inflammatory and immunity in hs-CRP test, micro-CT, structural parameter test. Thus, these results can used as a effective drug of BHT for inflammation and immunity.

Fabrication High Covered and Uniform Perovskite Absorbing Layer With Alkali Metal Halide for Planar Hetero-junction Perovskite Solar Cells

  • Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite have attracted significant attention as a new revolutionary light absorber for photovoltaic device due to its remarkable characteristics such as long charge diffusion lengths (100-1000nm), low recombination rate, and high extinction coefficient. Recently, power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cell is above 20% that is approached to crystalline silicon solar cells. Planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells have simple device structure and can be fabricated low temperature process due to absence of mesoporous scaffold that should be annealed over 500 oC. However, in the planar structure, controlling perovskite film qualities such as crystallinity and coverage is important for high performances. Those controlling methods in one-step deposition have been reported such as adding additive, solvent-engineering, using anti-solvent, for pin-hole free perovskite layer to reduce shunting paths connecting between electron transport layer and hole transport layer. Here, we studied the effect of alkali metal halide to control the fabrication process of perovskite film. During the morphology determination step, alkali metal halides can affect film morphologies by intercalating with PbI2 layer and reducing $CH3NH3PbI3{\cdot}DMF$ intermediate phase resulting in needle shape morphology. As types of alkali metal ions, the diverse grain sizes of film were observed due to different crystallization rate depending on the size of alkali metal ions. The pin-hole free perovskite film was obtained with this method, and the resulting perovskite solar cells showed higher performance as > 10% of power conversion efficiency in large size perovskite solar cell as $5{\times}5cm$. X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) are analyzed to prove the mechanism of perovskite film formation with alkali metal halides.

The extension of the largest generalized-eigenvalue based distance metric Dij1) in arbitrary feature spaces to classify composite data points

  • Analyzing patterns in data points embedded in linear and non-linear feature spaces is considered as one of the common research problems among different research areas, for example: data mining, machine learning, pattern recognition, and multivariate analysis. In this paper, data points are heterogeneous sets of biosequences (composite data points). A composite data point is a set of ordinary data points (e.g., set of feature vectors). We theoretically extend the derivation of the largest generalized eigenvalue-based distance metric Dij1) in any linear and non-linear feature spaces. We prove that Dij1) is a metric under any linear and non-linear feature transformation function. We show the sufficiency and efficiency of using the decision rule $\bar{{\delta}}_{{\Xi}i}$(i.e., mean of Dij1)) in classification of heterogeneous sets of biosequences compared with the decision rules min𝚵iand median𝚵i. We analyze the impact of linear and non-linear transformation functions on classifying/clustering collections of heterogeneous sets of biosequences. The impact of the length of a sequence in a heterogeneous sequence-set generated by simulation on the classification and clustering results in linear and non-linear feature spaces is empirically shown in this paper. We propose a new concept: the limiting dispersion map of the existing clusters in heterogeneous sets of biosequences embedded in linear and nonlinear feature spaces, which is based on the limiting distribution of nucleotide compositions estimated from real data sets. Finally, the empirical conclusions and the scientific evidences are deduced from the experiments to support the theoretical side stated in this paper.

알루미나의 성형밀도가 소성밀도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Pressed Density on Fired Density of Alumina Compacts)

  • 본 논문은 알루미나의 초기 성형밀도가 소결후 소결밀도에 미치는 영향에 대한 것이다. 실험에서는 두가지의 Reactive alumina powder (ALCOA A-16, A-17)를 사용하였으며, 넓은 범위의 성형밀도를 얻기 위하여 낮은 성형압을 가할 수 있는 기계적으로 작동하는 press와, 높은 성형압을 가할 수 있는 유압식 press를 사용하여, 이론밀도의 35%에서 65% 범위의 시편들 (A-16 alumina powder)과 46%에서 66% 범위의 시편들 (A-17 alumina powder)을 준비하였다. 성형밀도를 Log (성형압)에 대해 plot해 A-16과 A-17 alumina powder들에 대한 Compaction mechanism이 추론되었다. 1350, 1450, 155$0^{\circ}C$에서 소결하여 밀도증가량 ($D_T$-$D_P$)을 상대 성형밀도($D_P$/$D_T$) 에 대해 plot해 Ford가 제안한 두 변수 사이의 포물선 관계가 잘 성립 함을 보였다.

신경망, 시계열 분석 및 판단보정 기법을 이용한 교통량 예측 (Traffic-Flow Forecasting using ARIMA, Neural Network and Judgment Adjustment)

  • During the past few years, various traffic-flow forecasting models, i.e. an ARIMA, an ANN, and so on, have been developed to predict more accurate traffic flow. However, these models analyze historical data in an attempt to predict future value of a variable of interest. They make use of the following basic strategy. Past data are analyzed in order to identify a pattern that can be used to describe them. Then this pattern is extrapolated, or extended, into the future in order to make forecasts. This strategy rests on the assumption that the pattern that has been identified will continue into the future. So ARIMA or ANN models with its traditional architecture cannot be expected to give good predictions unless this assumption is valid; The statistical models in particular, the time series models are deficient in the sense that they merely extrapolate past patterns in the data without reflecting the expected irregular and infrequent future events Also forecasting power of a single model is limited to its accurate. In this paper, we compared with an ANN model and ARIMA model and tried to combine an ARIMA model and ANN model for obtaining a better forecasting performance. In addition to combining two models, we also introduced judgmental adjustment technique. Our approach can improve the forecasting power in traffic flow. To validate our model, we have compared the performance with other models. Finally we prove that the proposed model, i.e. ARIMA + ANN + Judgmental Adjustment, is superior to the other model.

모형검사를 위한 Modal mu-Calculus 와 CTL의 안전성 및 필연성 및 논리식 증명 (A Proof of Safety and Liveness Property in Modal mu-Calculus and CTL for Model Checking)

  • 대규모 시스템 명세의 올바름을 검증하기 위한 유한 상태 LTS에 기반을 둔 CTL논리 적용에 있어 가장 큰 문제점은, 시스템 내부의 병렬 프로세스간의 상호작용으로 인한 상태폭발이다. 그러나 Modal mu-calculus 논리를 시스템 안전성 및 필연성 특성 명세에 사용하면, 행위에 의한 순환적 정의가 가능하므로 상태폭발 문제가 해결 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 LTS로 명세화된 통신 프로토콜 시스템 모델의 안전성 및 필연성 특성을 모형 검사 기법에 의해 검증함에 있어, 시제 논리로 사용된 Modal mu-calculus 안전성 및 필연성 논리식과 CTL 의 안전성 및 필연성 논리식의 극한값이 동일함을 두 논리식을 만족하는 상태 집합이 같다는 것을 보임으로써 증명한다. 증명된 결과는 I/O FSM 모델로 표현된 통신 프로토콜의 안전성 및 필연성 검사를 위해 이론적인 기반으로서, 컴퓨터를 이용한 모형검사 기법에 효과적인 방법으로 응용이 가능하다.Abstract In applying CTL-based model checking approach to correctness verification of large state transition system specifications, the major obstacle is the combinational explosion of the state space arising due to interaction of many loosely coupled parallel processes. If, however, the modal mu-calculus viewed as a CTL-based logic with recursion, is used to specify the safety and liveness property of a given system, it is possible to resolve this problem. In this paper, we discuss the problem of verifying communication protocol system specified in LTS, and prove that a logic expression specifying safety and liveness in modal mu-calculus is semantically identical to the maximum value of the expression in CTL. This relation is verified by the proof that the sets of states satisfying the two logic expressions are equivalent. The proof can be used as a theoretical basis for verifying safety and liveness of communication protocols represented as I/O FSM model.

TWO DIMENSIONAL ARRAYS FOR ALEXANDER POLYNOMIALS OF TORUS KNOTS

  • Given a pair p, q of relative prime positive integers, we have uniquely determined positive integers x, y, u and v such that vx-uy = 1, p = x + y and q = u + v. Using this property, we show that$${\sum\limits_{1{\leq}i{\leq}x,1{\leq}j{\leq}v}}\;{t^{(i-1)q+(j-1)p}\;-\;{\sum\limits_{1{\leq}k{\leq}y,1{\leq}l{\leq}u}}\;t^{1+(k-1)q+(l-1)p}$$ is the Alexander polynomial ${\Delta}_{p,q}(t)$ of a torus knot t(p, q). Hence the number $N_{p,q}$ of non-zero terms of ${\Delta}_{p,q}(t)$ is equal to vx + uy = 2vx - 1. Owing to well known results in knot Floer homology theory, our expanding formula of the Alexander polynomial of a torus knot provides a method of algorithmically determining the total rank of its knot Floer homology or equivalently the complexity of its (1,1)-diagram. In particular we prove (see Corollary 2.8); Let q be a positive integer> 1 and let k be a positive integer.
