유압식 Actuator를 이용한 구조물 진동의 능동제어시스템 개발 (Development of Active Control System for Structural Vibration Using a Hydraulic Actuator)

  • 유압식 actuator를 이용한 구조물 진동의 능동제어시스템을 개발하였다. 개발한 시스템은 유압장치, actuator 및 제어장치로 구성되어 있으며, 구조물의 진동을 수진기로 감지하고, 이 신호를 받아 actuator에 연결된 보조질량의 운동을 최적제어하여 구조물의 진동을 제어한다. 능동제어시스템의 제어성능 검증시험을 위해 약 500kg의 4기둥지지 후판구조물($L{\times}W{$\times}H=1200mm{\times}800mm{\times}1600mm$)을 제작하여 시험을 수행하였으며, 시험결과 구조물의 공진주파수 근처에서 진동레벨이 약 1/6수준으로 감소됨을 확인하였다.

집.배수용 농업수리시설물 개발 (Development of Agricultural Hydraulic Structure for Water Collecting and Draining)

  • This study is performed to develop an agricultural hydraulic structure for collecting and draining pipe using polymer concrete. The water permeability of collecting and draining pipe shows an 5.917$\ell$/$\textrm{cm}^2$/h, it is more 190 times as large as in the world maximum rainfall. The external pressure on the collecting and draining pipe is in the range of 1.85~5.25tf/m under 2-edge test, 2.6~6.2tf/m under sand mat and the vertical displacement is in the range of 0.48~1.06mm, 1.01~1.89mm, respectively. Also, an increasing rate of external pressure on the developed pipe is higher than that of PVC pipe to the variation of t/D. Accordingly, the pipe developed in this study will be used widely in agricultural hydraulic structures such as collecting and draining structure.

  • In this paper, a variable structure controller(VSC) is used to control the position of the hydraulic servo system subjected to unknown disturbances. The system consists of two cylinders, which connected in series. One cylinder executes position control, the other executes force control to generate disturbances. In order to control each cylinder, interaction must be considered between two cylinders because two cylinders are connected in series. Therefore, the controller is designed regarding interaction between two cylinders as disturbances. Performance of the proposed controller was verified through experiments and compared to PID controller. The experiments showed that the proposed controller had a good performance and robustness.

Flow Characteristics in Nappe Flow over Stepped Drop Structure

  • This paper deals with flow characteristics on the air entrainment and the energy dissipation in nappe flow over the stepped drop structure. Nappe flow occurred at low flow rates and for relatively large step height Dominant flow features include an air pocket, a free-falling nappe impact and a subsequent hydraulic jump on the downstream step. Air entrainment occurred from the step edge, through a free-falling nappe impact and a hydraulic jump. Most energy was dissipated by nappe impact and in the downstream hydraulic jump. It was related with the step height and the overflow depth, but not related with step slope. The stepped drop structure was found to be effcient for water treatment and energy dissipation associated with substantial air entrainment.

  • This study proposed the performance analysis and hydraulic control system design of forklift structure manipulator with 5 joints for untact working in lilited environment. The performance analysis of the control system analyzed the control response to load and pressure fluctuations. The reliability of proposed control system was verified by simulation test under the various condition.

  • In order to push or pull a heavy weight structure, the positions of multiple hydraulic cylinders participated on must be tuned sumultaneously. To do this, it is necessary to control the position of each hydraulic cylinder through mutual tuning controller. In this paper, a tuning control of multiple hydraulic cylinders is introduced under the assumption that each position controller for each cylinder is used.

설계빈도변화를 고려한 천변저류지 최적위치 선정 (Determination of Optimal Location of Washlands Considering Design Frequency)

  • 환경 및 경제적 문제 등으로 인해 댐과 같은 대규모 수공구조물의 신설이 점차 어려워짐에 따라, 천변저류지 등과 같은 소규모 수공구조물의 설치가 대안으로 검토되고 있다. 천변저류지와 같은 소규모 수공구조물의 경우 홍수량, 유입수문곡선, 천변저류지 용량 및 월류위어의 월류고 등에 따라 홍수저감효과가 민감하게 반응하므로, 대상 저류지의 제원 결정을 위해 목표하는 설계빈도 결정이 선행되어야 한다. 또한 천변저류지를 이용하여 목표하는 홍수저감효과를 얻기 위해 다수의 천변저류지가 설치되어야 하며, 즉 천변저류지군의 홍수조절효과는 이들 저류지군을 연계한 수문네트워크의 분석에 의해 산정되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 설계빈도 변화에 따른 천변저류지군의 홍수저감효과를 산정해 보았으며 산정된 홍수저감효과를 분석하여 천변저류지의 최적위치를 선정하기 위한 새로운 지수를 제안하였다. 천변저류지의 최적위치를 결정하기 위해 개발된 기존의 의사결정모형을 보완하여 제안된 지수를 산정하기 위한 모형을 개발하였으며, 개발된 모형을 안성천유역에 적용하여 기존의 연구결과와 비교하고, 적용성을 검토하였다. 그 결과 천변저류지 최적위치를 결정하기 위한 기준으로의 활용이 가능한 것으로 판단되었다.

CCHE2D를 이용한 수리구조물에 의한 흐름 및 하상변동 연구 -창녕함안보를 중심으로- (Analysis of Flow and Bed Change on Hydraulic Structure using CCHE2D : Focusing on Changnyong-Haman)

  • 충적하천에서 발생하는 하천의 침식과 퇴적은 흐름을 통해 발생하는 자연적인 현상이다. 침식 및 퇴적과 관련된 수치모형을 이용한 분석은 하천에 존재하는 보와 같은 수리구조물들의 유사이송을 연구하는데 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 다기능보들의 효과적인 운영을 위하여 낙동강수계에 위치해 있는 창녕함안보를 대상으로 하상변동을 예측하였다. 2차원 모형은 CCHE2D를 이용하여 유사이송이 지배적으로 발생하는 다기능보 상 하류 구간 12 km를 대상으로 침식과 퇴적에 대한 모의를 수행하였다. 2003년 태풍 "매미"사상을 대상으로 모형을 검 보정 하였으며, 모의결과와 관측값의 비교를 통하여 전체 모의구간에서 신뢰성 있는 결과가 도출되었다. 함안창녕보가 건설된 이후 태풍사상에 의한 하상변동은 상당히 증가하는 것으로 나타났고 하상변동은 유사의 재분배를 야기하였다. 보와 같은 수리구조물들은 하도내 흐름과 유속을 변화시키기 때문에 세굴과 퇴적 문제를 심화시켰다.

수공구조물이 하천환경에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구(II) : 수질 및 생태학적특성 (A Study on Effects of Hydraulic Structure on River Environment(II) : Water Quality and Ecological Characteristics)

  • In this study, water protection reservoir is selected as the target which is located at the estuary of Taehwa river to analyze and examine the effects of hydraulic structure on river environment. This study examined the water quality variation characteristics among many effects of hydraulic structure on river environment before and after removal of the sediment protection reservoir when low flow is yielded. This study aims at the definition of factors which cause the change of ecological environment of river due to the effects of the sediment protection reservoir, and the proposal of the direction of environmental friendly river space development through the comparison of stream variation conditions(depth, velocity, and etc.) and riverbed variation characteristics with ecological depth condition of Taehwa-river's channel for each representative species of fish and examination those. Firstly, from the examination result of water quality when low flow is yielded before and after removal of the sediment protection reservoir for problems about water quality of river due to flow amount decrease in river, it is found that DO decreases about 0.78~0.86ppm at the lower stream of Myeongchon-gyo, and BOD decreases about 0.06~0.24ppm from right upper stream to the direction of estuary when the sediment protection reservoir is removed. It is known from the above that there is some improvement of water quality from the lower stream of Taehwa-gyo to the estuary in case of removal the sediment protection reservoir. Nextly, it is thought that the effects on ecosystem due to water depth and draw down in channel is not serious on the basis of the examination of water quality analysis result according to removal of sediment protection reservoir and hydraulic depths for reservation of ecosystem, these are 10~40cm for breeding season, 10~50cm for fry period, and 10~100cm for adult period of the representative species of fish in Korea.

조위차 극복형 저마루 구조물의 수리특성 (Hydrodynamic Characteristics of Tide-Adapting Low-Crested Structure)

  • A low-crested structure (LCS) is an excellent feature not only because it provides shore protection but also because it is fully submerged. However, in order to properly control waves, it is necessary to maintain a certain range of crest height and width in consideration of the wave dimensions at the installation area. According to previous studies, an LCS has some wave breaking effect when the crest width is more than a fourth of the incident wavelength and the crest depth is less than a third of the incident wave height. In other words, if the crest width of the LCS is small or the crest depth is large, it cannot control the wave. Therefore, when an LCS is installed in a large sea area with a great tidal range in consideration of the landscape, waves cannot be blocked at high tide. In this study, the hydraulic performances of a typical trapezoidal LCS with a constant crest height and a low-crested structure with an adjustable crest height, which was called a tide-adapting low-crested structure (TA-LCS) in this study, were compared and evaluated under various wave conditions through hydraulic experiments. It was found that the wave transmission coefficients of the TA-LCS at high tide were lower than the values for the typical LCS based on empirical formulas. In addition, the hydraulic performances of the TA-LCS for wave reflection control were 12.9?30.4% lower than that of the typical LCS. Therefore, the TA-LCS is expected to be highly effective in controlling the energy of incoming waves during high tide even in a macro-tidal area.
