파력발전기의 동력인출장치의 회전각도가 효율에 미치는 영향 분석 (Investigation of Moving Angle of Power Take off Mechanism on the Efficiency of Wave Energy Converter)

  • The hydraulic power-take-off mechanism (HPTO) is one of the most popular methods in wave energy converters (WECs). However, the conventional HPTO with only one direction motion has a number of drawbacks that limit its power capture capability. This paper proposes an adjustable moving angle wave energy converter (AMAWEC) and investigates the effect of the moving angle on the performance of the wave energy converter to find the optimal moving angle in order to increase the power capture capability as well as energy efficiency. A mathematical model of components from a floating buoy to a hydraulic motor was modeled. A small scale WEC test rig was fabricated to verify the power capture capability and efficiency of the proposed system through experiments.

  • Response time of actuator in a hydraulic system may be important and necessary to avoid failures and to improve the efficiency of operation. Flow restricting devices can result in a decrease in the peak pressure, but may change the response time. The response time has an important effect on both operator and operator perceived smoothness. The response time should correspond to how fast a system responds to a given disturbance at the system boundary, Occasionally the appropriate response time is not easily determined. This study is on the characteristics of response time in the hydraulic system.

  • Tractor implements are mainly utilized for the tillage operation. The proposed hydraulic system control was implemented to experimental apparatus. An implement control system for tractor using proportional valve was fabricated to improve the working efficiency. Hydraulic circuit included the proportional solenoid valve and on/off solenoid valve and so on. This paper shows results of a specification and design of an implement control system for tractor using proportional valve for automation. It was conducted to evaluate response characteristics of the designed implement control system under experimental conditions of various input flow rates. The results of experiments showd that the response characteristics was sufficient to be used as the implement control system.

  • In case of the Hydraulic Turbine Dynamo operating for Waterpower Generation, it makes very huge and loud noises, and it influences bad effect physically as same as mentally to those people who are working inside of power plant, and brings the decline of an effective working efficiency. However, its evaluation method or measure about such noise reflects merely its physical attribute which is sensuous Loudness of the Noise itself, since the accumulation effect of Noise or the meaning connected with psychological response did not reflect, it is the actual state that a rational evaluation is unable to expect. Consequently, this Study has attempted to evaluate the Noise of Hydraulic Turbine Dynamo by analyzing the sound quality using Zwicker‘s Psychological Acoustic Parameter, after classification by its positions of the Noise occurring at Hydraulic Turbine Dynamo.

  • To increase the efficiency of the hydraulic axial piston pumps, it is need to know the various characteristics in the sliding contact parts of them. Especially, friction characteristics between the cylinder block and the valve plate in the hydraulic axial piston pumps plays an important role to high power density. In this paper, we tried to clarify friction characteristics between the cylinder block and the spherical valve plate in bent-axis-type axial piston pump in experimentally. Results are arranged as follow; (1) friction torque between the cylinder block and the spherical valve plate has a proportional relation to weight or rotational speed, and is strongly affected by temperature. (2) Friction torque strongly depends on force balance ratio in valve plate. (3) In this experiment, lubrication condition between the cylinder block and the spherical valve plate is under hydrodynamic lubrication.

유압구동식 4족보행 로봇의 설계 및 제어 (Design and Control of a Hydraulic Driven Quadruped Walking Robot)

  • This paper proposes the trot gait pattern generation and online control methods for a quadruped robot to carry heavy loads and to move fast on uneven terrain. The trot pattern is generated from the frequency modulated pattern generation method based on the frequency modulated oscillator in order for the legged robots to be operated outdoor environment with the static and dynamic mobility. The efficiency and performance of the proposed method are verified through computer simulations and experiments using qRT-1/-2. In the experiments, qRT-2 which has two front legs driven by hydraulic linear actuators and two rear casters is used. The robot can trot at the speed up to 1.3 m/s on even surface, walk up and down the 20 degree inclines, and walk at 0.7 m/s on uneven surface. Also it can carry over 100 kg totally including 40 kg payload.

  • This paper presents a high performance pressure control scheme for SR(Switched Reluctance) type hydraulic oil pump using DITC(Direct Instantaneous Torque Control). SR drive has a good feature for pump applications due to a high efficiency, high speed and high torque characteristics. But, SR drive has high torque ripple in commutation region. So, the pump pressure variation is high in the region. In order to reduce the pressure variation, DITC combined with pressure control scheme is presented in this paper. A simple PI controller with flow and pressure limit, generates a reference torque to keep the constant actual pump pressure. The direct torque controller of SR drive generates inverter switching signals according to a control rule and a torque estimator. Computer simulation and experiemtal results show the validation of the proposed control scheme.

  • Hydraulic performance of LCH4 fuel inducer in turbopump system was predicted by 3-D Wavier-stokes calculation. The inducer was designed initially using 1-D method. Different parameters with blade angle and flow coefficient were set from the initial design one, md computation was fulfilled to assess the redesigned models. Especially, influence of inlet back flow on inducer performance and its effective control were explored. The numerical results showed that through reducing inlet back flow strength., the hydraulic efficiency of inducer could be improved up to about $20\%$ compared to that of the initial design one.

가변 유압 펌프/모터를 이용한 유압 제어 시스템의 에너지 절감에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Energy Saving Hydraulic Control System using Variable Displacement Hydraulic Pump/Motor)

  • This paper proposes a flywheel hybrid vehicle to solve the energy crisis problem by the exhaustion of a fossil fuel and air pollution for the conservation of environment. The proposed flywheel hybrid vehicle is composed of an accumulator and a flywheel as the energy generation and storage component and three variable displacement hydraulic pump/motors as the energy transfer devices. Flywheel has the characteristics of high energy density and easy energy absorption and consumption. The effectiveness of the energy-saving of the proposed flywheel hybrid vehicle is verified by simulation using Matlab/simulink. First of ail, analytical modeling for the flywheel hybrid vehicle is presented and simulations are performed based on the experimental efficiency data of a variable displacement pump/motor. The results of the simulation show that the effect of energy savings is realized by the proposed hybrid vehicle in 3 different city driving patterns.
