본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 모바일 특성을 활용하여 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 서비스할 수 있고, 기존의 오프라인에서 이루어지던 다양한 서비스들이 모바일에서도 구현될 수 있는 사례관리 실시간 커뮤니티 시스템을 연구하여 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 일반 PC/노트북이외에 스마트모바일까지 동일한 환경 제공을 위한 HTML5 웹 전환과 동일한 Network 상의, 장치별 브라우저 Size를 고려한 최적의 인터페이스 구성하여 차세대 웹표준 HTML5기반 통합사례관리 웹과 모바일 웹으로 구현하였으며, 다양한 종류의 스마트기기 OS를 지원하는 SenchaTouch Mobile Framework 기반의 Hybrid App 개발하여 서버 간 실시간 동기화 및 메시지 Push Notification 기능 구현을 통하여 관리자와 보호자 간 대상자 실시간 양방향 커뮤니케이션 구현하여 실시간 사례관리 커뮤니티 시스템을 구현하였다.

A Hybrid Fault Current Limiter(FCL) which has more advantages in fast response and thermal characteristics than a simple resistive FCL had been proposed by our group. The Hybrid FCL consists of a resistive FCL for the magnitude of the first peak of fault current, and a fast switch for detecting fault current and generating the repulsive force within a cycle in fault situation. In ideal case, the impedance of the fast switch wound with two other kinds of HTS tape is negligibly zero in normal operation. But, during the fault situation, each HTS tape has different quench characteristics because of asymmetric current distribution. And this phenomenon causes effective flux and this flux opens the switch through the repulsive force applied to a metal plate of the fast switch. The magnitude of the repulsive force affects the switching characteristics of the fast switch. It should be large enough to raise the metal plate up. Otherwise the arc re-out break which are caused by not enough repulsive force to raise the metal plate up can cause unintended operation of the fast switch. In this paper, the numerical calculation of the repulsive force applied to the metal plate of the fast switch in various combinations of HTS tapes was performed by using the short-circuit test and finite element method.

기존 전기적 상호 연결을 사용한 네트워크-온-칩(Network-on-Chip, NoC)의 전력 및 성능 한계를 보완하고자 광학적 상호연결을 이용하는 하이브리드 광학 네트워크-온-칩(HONoC)이 등장하였다. 하지만 HONoC에서는 광학적 소자 특성으로 인해 서킷 스위칭을 사용함으로써 경로 충돌이 빈번하게 발생하며 이로 인해 지연 시간 불균형의 문제가 심화되어 전체적인 시스템 성능에 악영향을 미치게 된다. 본 논문에서는 경로 충돌을 최소화 시켜 지연 시간을 최적화 할 수 있는 새로운 태스크 매핑 알고리즘을 제안하였다. HONoC 환경에서 태스크를 각 Processing Element (PE)에 할당하고 경로 충돌을 최소화하며, 부득이한 경로 충돌의 경우 워스트 케이스 (worst case) 지연 시간을 최소화 할 수 있도록 하였다. 모의실험 결과를 통해 무작위 매핑 방식, 대역폭 제한 매핑 방식과 비교하여, 제안된 알고리즘이 $4{\times}4$ 메시 토폴로지에서는 평균 43%, $8{\times}8$ 메시 토폴로지에서는 평균 61%의 지연 시간 단축 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

A new hybrid silicon thin-film transistor (TFT) fabrication process using the DPSS laser crystallization technique was developed in this study to realize low-temperature poly-Si (LTPS) and a-Si:H TFTs on the same substrate as a backplane of the active-matrix liquid crystal flat-panel display (AMLCD). LTPS TFTs were integrated into the peripheral area of the activematrix LCD panel for the gate driver circuit, and a-Si:H TFTs were used as a switching device of the pixel electrode in the active area. The technology was developed based on the current a-Si:H TFT fabrication process in the bottom-gate, back-channel etch-type configuration. The ion-doping and activation processes, which are required in the conventional LTPS technology, were thus not introduced, and the field effect mobility values of $4\sim5cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ and $0.5cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ for the LTPS and a-Si:H TFTs, respectively, were obtained. The application of this technology was demonstrated on the 14.1" WXGA+(1440$\times$900) AMLCD panel, and a smaller area, lower power consumption, higher reliability, and lower photosensitivity were realized in the gate driver circuit that was fabricated in this process compared with the a-Si:H TFT gate driver integration circuit

본 논문은 MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switiching) 망에서 인터넷 멀티캐스트 라우팅 프로토콜을 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 인터넷 멀티캐스트 라우팅 프로토콜은 트리의 구성방식과 속성에 따라 최단거리 트리 방식, 공유트리 방식 및 복합트리 방식 등으로 분류된다. 각 방식에 따라 MPLS 망에서 지원해야 하는 기능이 달라진다. 특히, 단/양방향성 트리 링크, Flooding/prune 방식의 트리 구성, 하나의 멀티캐스트 그룹 에 다중 트리의 존재 등 여러 가지 미해결이거나 해결하기 어려운 문제점들이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 몇가지 가정을 세우고, 이를 바탕으로 각 멀티캐스트 라우팅 프로토콜을 MPLS 망에서 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. Flooding/prune 방식의 멀티캐스트 라우팅 프로토콜에 대해서는 새로이 브로드 캐스팅용의 레이블 을 정의하여 해결하고, 공유트리 방식에 대해서는 기 제안된 블록기반 멀티캐스트 전송기법을 도입하여 셀인터리빙 (Cell Interleaving) 문제를 해결하며, 마지막으로 복합트리 방식에 대해서는 기존 멀티캐스트 라우팅 프로토콜에 기능을 추가하므로써 MPLS 지원문제를 간단히 해결한다.

This paper proposes a new guidance law, which considers the Field of View (FOV) of the seeker when a missile has a strapdown seeker mounted instead of a gimbal seeker. When a strapdown seeker, which has a narrow FOV, is used for tracking a target, the FOV of the seeker is an important consideration for guidance performance metrics such as miss distance. We propose a new guidance law called hybrid guidance (HG) to address the shortcomings of conventional guidance laws such as proportional navigation guidance (PNG), which cannot maintain lock-on conditions against high speed targets due to the narrow FOV of the strapdown seeker. The aim of the HG law is to null miss distance and to maintain the look angle within the FOV of the strapdown seeker. In order to achieve this goal, we combine two guidance laws in the HG law. One is a PNG law to null the LOS rate, and the other is a sliding mode guidance (SMG) law derived to keep the look angle within the FOV by employing a Lyapunov-like function with a sliding mode control methodology. We also propose a method to switch these two guidance laws at certain look angles for better guidance performance.

본 연구는 다양한 DC 전원을 활용할 수 있는 승압형 DC-DC 컨버터로 설계사양을 통한 인덕터 L과 커패시터 C의 값을 산출하여 PSPICE를 통한 최적의 값을 추정하였다. 승압형 DC-DC 컨버터는 스위치 소자로 IRF840을 사용하였으며 역회복 시간(reverse recovery time)이 뛰어난 쇼트키 다이오드(schottky rectifiers)인 D10SC6M을 사용하여 정전류 제어 (constant current controller)가 가능하도록 구성하였으며 열저항을 고려한 파워 LED 모듈 (power LED module)을 제작하여 구동하였다. 컨버터의 스위칭 주파수는 50 kHz로 최초 듀티비는 10 %에서 출력전압의 검출 값에 따라 점차적으로 증가시키도록 하였다. 그 결과로 승압형 파워 LED 구동기를 시뮬레이션 한 특성은 설계사양과 비교하여 5 %이하의 오차로 근사적으로 나타났고, 입력전압 15 V를 인가하여 안정된 24 V의 안정된 출력전압을 얻었으며 디밍제어 (dimming control)를 통한 밝기 조절 및 소비전류의 조정이 가능하였다.

본 논문은 외부의 서지로부터 컴퓨터 네트워크회로의 보호를 위한 서지방호장치에 대하여 기술하였다. 서지방호장치는 동작속도가 빠른 아발란시 다이오드와 에너지 내량이 큰 가스튜브의 하이브리드형으로 구성하였으며, 고주파 대역에서의 삽입손실을 줄이기 위하여 고속회복 다이오드를 사용하였다. 제안한 서지전압 차단장치의 성능 평가를 위하여 국제규격 IEC 61000-4-5 및 IEC 61643-21에 따라 서지차단특성과 신호전송 특성평가를 수행하였다. 실험결과로부터 본 서지차단장치는 국제규격에 제시된 서지차단특성을 만족하였으며, -3dB의 고역차단 주파수가 204 MHz로 100 Mbps급 근거리 통신네트워크에 적합한 특성을 나타내었다.

Curvularia lunata is an important maize foliar fungal pathogen that distributes widely in maize growing area in China, and several key pathogenic factors have been isolated. An yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) library is a very useful platform to further unravel novel pathogenic factors in C. lunata. To construct a high-quality full length-expression cDNA library from the C. lunata for application to pathogenesis-related protein-protein interaction screening, total RNA was extracted. The SMART (Switching Mechanism At 5' end of the RNA Transcript) technique was used for cDNA synthesis. Double-stranded cDNA was ligated into the pGADT7-Rec vector with Herring Testes Carrier DNA using homologous recombination method. The ligation mixture was transformed into competent yeast AH109 cells to construct the primary cDNA library. Eventually, a high qualitative library was successfully established according to an evaluation on quality. The transformation efficiency was about $6.39{\times}10^5$ transformants/$3{\mu}g$ pGADT7-Rec. The titer of the primary cDNA library was $2.5{\times}10^8cfu/mL$. The numbers for the cDNA library was $2.46{\times}10^5$. Randomly picked clones show that the recombination rate was 88.24%. Gel electrophoresis results indicated that the fragments ranged from 0.4 kb to 3.0 kb. Melanin synthesis protein Brn1 (1,3,8-hydroxynaphthalene reductase) was used as a "bait" to test the sufficiency of the Y2H library. As a result, a cDNA clone encoding VelB protein that was known to be involved in the regulation of diverse cellular processes, including control of secondary metabolism containing melanin and toxin production in many filamentous fungi was identified. Further study on the exact role of the VelB gene is underway.
