OMC is essentialiy necessary compound in sun goods as organic UV protecting products. But the skin-trouble problem is raising because of skin penetration of OMC. In this study, non-capsulated pure OMC was compared with Organic-Inorganic-Nano-hybrid OMC for skin penetration force and SPF degree. Organic- Inorganic Nano-Hybrid OMC is OMC trapped in the pore of the mesoporous silica synthesized by the sol-gel method after OMC is nanoemulsified in the system of the hydrogenated Lecithin/ Ethanol/caprylic/capric triglyceride/OMC/water. OMC- nano- emulsion was obtained by a microfluidizing process at 1000bar and then micelle size in the nanoemulsion solution is 100-200nm range. Mesoporous silica nano-hybrid OMC was prepared by the process; surfactant was added in dissolved OMC-Nanoemulsion, then the rod Micelle was formed. OMC-nanoemulsion was capsulated in this rod Micelle and then silica precursor was added in the OMC-nanoemulsion solution. Through the hydrolysis reaction of the silica precursor, mesoporous silica concluding OMC-Nanocapsulation was obtained. The nano-hybrid surface of this OMC-Nanoemulsion-Inorganic system was treated with polyalkyl-silane compound. OMC-Mesoporous silica Nano-hybrids coated with polyalkyl-silane compound show the higher sun protecting factor (SPF Analyzer: INDEX 10-15) than pure OMC and could reduce a skin penetration of OMC. The physico-chemical properties of these nano-hybrids measured on the SPF index, partical size, strcture, specific surface area, pore size, morphology, UV absorption, rate of the OMC dissolution using SPF Analyzer, Laser light scattering system, XRD, BET, SEM, chroma Meter, HPLC, Image analyzer, microfluidizer, UV/VIS. spectrometer.
With the wide application of fiber-reinforced composite material in aero-structures and mechanical parts, the design of composite joint have become a very important research area because they are often the weakest areas in composite structures. In this paper, the failure strengths of the hybrid composite joints which were composed of a combination of an adhesive joint and a mechanical joint were evaluated and predicted. The 10 hybrid joint specimens which have different w/d, e/d and adherend thickness were manufactured and tested. The damage zone theory and the failure area index method were used for the failure prediction of the adhesive joint and the mechanical joint, respectively and the hybrid joints were assumed to be failures if either of the two failure criteria was satisfied. From the results of experiments and analyses, the failure strengths of the hybrid joints could be predicted to within 25.5%.
A suspected intergeneric hybrid cross between Pungtungia herzi and Pseudopungtungia nigra was collected at the Ungcheon River. Overall hybrid index did not show the hybrid connection clearly, but the most striking key character between two genus, pigmentation on the all fins except pectoral, the shape and position of the mouth part appeared to show the intermediary. So this specimen was thought to be an intergeneric natural hybrid which merits further study.

The dependence of numerous systems on electronic devices is causing rapidly increasing concern over fault tolerance because of safety issues of safety critical system. As an example, a vehicle with electronics-controlled system such as x-by-wire systems, which are replacing rigid mechanical components with dynamically configurable electronic elements, should be fault¬tolerant because a devastating failure could arise without warning. Fault-tolerant systems have been studied in detail, mainly in the field of aeronautics. As an alternative to solve these problems, this paper presents the fuzzy hybrid redundancy system that can remove most erroneous faults with fuzzy fault detection algorithm. In addition, several numerical simulation results are given where the fuzzy hybrid redundancy outperforms with general voting method.

In this paper, we propose an incremental redundancy(IR)-hybrid ARQ(HARQ) scheme which uses double binary turbo codes for error correction. We also propose a methodology for basic analysis of the throughput which is a performance index of HARQ. The proposed double binary turbo IR-HARQ scheme provides higher throughput than binary IR-HARQ, which uses binary turbo codes for error correction, at all $E_s/N_0$. An extra coding gain is also attained by using the proposed HARQ scheme over the coding gain achieved by turbo codes only.

In this paper, the performance of Hybrid CDU MFSK system has been analyzed in the environment that narrowband Class-A impulsive noise include Gaussian noise in wireless communication channel and Nakagami fading. The performance of system improved to adopting both of technique MRC diversity and BCH channel coding. The results show that there is substantial degraded in Hybrid CDMA system performance by impulse index is stronger and the fading index is smaller. But also improvement can be obtained when BCH coding techniques are adopted. Additional MRC diversity techniques is more improvement than BCH coding techniques when degraded environment with the low fading index. But BCH coding techniques is more improvement than MRC diversity techniques when fading index has been increased. The Hybrid CDMA MFSK system is incomplete to voice communication standard BER$(10^{-3})$ in Rayleigh fading by independent each adopting techniques BCH coding and MRC diversity. But it's satisfy(improvement can be obtained) to voice communication standard BER in strong impulse noise(24dB over) by adopting techniques BCH coding and MRC diversity at a time. Additional it's a substantial enhancement $(10^{-3})$satisfaction) in fading index (m=3, 22dB) in addition to strong impulse noise and 24dB over with data service standard $(10^{-5})$ BER satisfaction. This result show that there is error performance improved by diversity branch and coding advantage.
Radish (Raphanus sativus L.) is one of very important crop plants in the world. It is very important to determine hybrid seed quality in the production of hybrid Brassica vegetable seeds to avoid unacceptable contamination with self-inbred (sib) seeds. The allozyme for evaluating seed purity in a commercial $F_1-hybrid$ radish cultivar is demonstrated. Three hundred sixty seeds from the male and female harvest were subsequently screened for seed purity using 27 isozyme loci. Especially, F1 hybrids of radish, Per-1 ($aa{\times}bb$), Lap-1 ($aa{\times}bb$), Est-1 ($aa{\times}bb$) were presented clear hybrid bands. Est-1 locus revealed that 15 (8.3%) seeds from the female harvest and 26 (14.4%) seeds from the male harvest were sibs. It maintains higher than average level of genetic diversity compared with their correspondent parents. Shannon's index of phenotypic diversity (I) of hybrids was the highest of all accessions (R. sativus L. cv. Daepeng, R. sativus L. cv. Backza, and their hybrids). The allozyme may lead to a better insight into the hybrid seed purity.
Currently, as the requirement for high quality Internet access from anywhere at anytime is consistently increasing, the interconnection of pure ad hoc networks to fixed IP networks becomes increasingly important. Such integrated network, referred to as hybrid ad hoc networks, can be extended to many applications, including Sensor Networks, Home Networks, Telematics, and so on. We focus on some data communication problems of hybrid ad hoc networks, such as broadcasting and routing. In particular. power failure of mobile terminals is the most important factor since it affects the overall network lifetime. We propose an energy-efficient routing protocol based on clustering for hybrid ad hoc networks. By applying the index-based data broadcasting and selective tuning methods, the infra system performs the major operations related to clustering and routing on behalf of ad hoc nodes. The proposed scheme reduces power consumption as well as the cost of path discovery and maintenance, and the delay required to configure the route.

The object of this paper is to acquire the data related to insulation evaluation of hybrid vehicle traction motors. We made a comparative analysis on Insulation Resistance (IR), Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR), and Polarization Index (PI) of the motor stators. The experiment was carried out according to IEEE Std. 43 and IEC 60085-1 for insulation resistance test standard of rotating machinery. Test voltage of 500 V was applied between a phase and the enclosure. The IR and the DAR of used motors were lower than those of new ones. The DAR and the PI were $0.92{\sim}1.02$ and $0.74{\sim}1.1$, respectively and the result did not meet the recommendation basis 2 for insulation level H. From the experimental results, we could prepare parameters and basis for insulation evaluation of the traction motor stator by the comparative analysis of short-time insulation resistance changes, DAR and PI.

The thermal behavior of an arrayed-waveguide grating made of a silica/polymer hybrid waveguide was examined. We experimentally confirmed that the hybrid waveguide is effective to decrease the temperature and polarization dependence of the center wavelength owing to the negative thermo-optic coefficient of the refractive index and extremely low baking temperature of the polymer cladding. However, the detachment of the polymer cladding from the silica core, which took place either during a repeated heat cycle test or during long-term storage in atmosphere, was a serious problem for practical use.
