The relationship of psychological stress to human health is of interest to health care providers and researchers in the field of psychoneuroimmunology. The effect of stress on wound healing is a sub-component of study within the larger context, with relevance to both wounds that are acute and chronic in nature. Data from several studies that explore the influence of stress on events early in the trajectory of wound healing suggest that activation of both the sympathetic nervous system and the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis are involved. There is consistent evidence that psychological stress is associated with dysregulation of immune and other responses to tissue injury that are required for healing and also to the final wound healing result. Current data pertinent to psychological stress and its wound healing consequences is reviewed and a biopsychosocial framework for future studies in this area is suggested and described.
Service industries are rapidly increased and the environment of service is also changing in healthcare settings. Those make them change their management strategies and carry out many researches. Till now, single-item behavioral intention scale or direct measuring has some limitations that we have to consider its efficiency and it is difficult to explain phenomena of broad part in the process of determining behavioral intentions. In this paper, we examine the dimensionality of healthcare service in Korea through the multi-item behavioral intention scale. In addition, we are going to investigate the nature of the relationship between service quality perceptions which have unique construct, and consumer satisfaction judgements in the formation of consumers' behavioral intentions. we are going to conclude that the linear combination model of service quality and customer satisfaction can describe the process of formation of customers' behavioral intentions best and provide some managerial implications to decision makers for redistribution of materials and human resources.

The structures built carelessly become the origin of a serious environmental problem caused from the urbanization. To solve this problem, I have considered the characteristics of Atrium as an environment-friendly factor to the office environment. The result is that Atrium protects the insiders health and contributes to the energy saving as it enables the use of natural lights and solar heat first. Second, it gives the office environment liveliness, makes a clean environment and helps the insiders health for introduction of green field. Third, it plays a role of a place for rest, a place for meeting, and a small park by attracting people to the organic space where the inside and outside are connected with a huge glass. On the basis of these characteristics, we should try to prepare the complementary relationship between human beings and nature mutually through its active introduction in the space.

The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Employs' Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.
The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between individual values, nature-relatedness, and happiness in a sample of Korean university students(N=224). Specially, we used Schwartz's PVQ, life satisfaction, positive affect, psychological well-being, social well-being, and Korean Happiness scale to measure values and happiness. According to the bivariate correlational analysis, generally, there were positive correlation between benevolence, self-direction, universalism, stimulation and one of 5 happiness measurements and there was negative correlation between achievement and life satisfaction. Nature-relatedness were positively related with five types of happiness measurements. According to the hierarchical regression, demographic variables(sex, religion, economic levels), value types, and nature-relatedness explained 25%~36% of variance in happiness. Value was more related with psychological well-being than life satisfaction, positive affect, social well being, Korean happiness scale. This results emphasize the importance of healthy value(benevolence, self-direction) and provision of opportunities contact with nature to promote human happiness.
Purpose - In franchise system, how to build the relationship between the franchisor and franchisee through influence strategy is very important, because it affects on the long-term orientation like recontract intentions. Thus, this study examines the effect of mandatory influence strategy on relationship satisfaction, relationship trust, and recontract intentions in the context of food-service franchise industry. This study suggests the guidelines on how franchisor uses their influence strategy on franchisee to maintain and increase the recontract intentions. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between mandatory influence strategy, relationship satisfaction, relationship trust, and recontract intentions from the franchisee's perspective. Mandatory influence strategy divide into three sub-dimensions such as request, legalistic plea, threat. In order to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. Every constructs were measured by multiple items tested and developed in the previous research. Also, the constructs utilized in this research are measured using 7-point scales anchored by "1=strongly disagree" and 7=strongly agree". The data were collected from 496 owner and owner manager franchisees and were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. program. Analysis of frequency was conducted to identify the demographics and general characteristics of the survey subjects. In order to measure the reliability and validity of the measurement tools, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted and structural model analysis was conducted to verify the proposed research model. Result - The results of this study are as follows. First, this research found that mandatory influence strategy is positively related to relationship satisfaction and relationship trust, but not to recontract intention directly. Second, this research also found that the full mediating role of relationship satisfaction and relationship trust between the mandatory influence strategy and recontract intention. Conclusions - The findings of this research indicate that franchisor should use properly mandatory influence strategy to improve recontract intentions through relationship satisfaction and relationship trust. Due to the nature of food-service franchise industry, which needs high relationship quality, franchisor must manage their franchisee using influence strategy in order to improve satisfaction and trust. If franchisee perceives higher relationship quality, they will show higher intention to recontract. At the end of this paper, limitations and future research directions were suggested.

This report studies what connections was between Ethnic education movement in Bukkando and natural and human knowledge environment as a way to complement total absence of studying Anti-Japanese Movement at the Geographic levels. The summary is as following: At first, the Korean villages, where almost all spread the national schools, so there was a very close relationship. Both from a Longjing as the central plain area to the proliferation of surrounding areas. Second, schools that was adjacent to trunk road were given a great deal of weight on the connection with traffic. After that, however, it decreased gradually. Third, the national schools suffered the dual intervention from China and Japan, experienced a difficult development process. the schools which built by Japan were spreaded areas where concentrate the schools which built by Japan were spreaded areas where concentrated many national schools, both have a close relationship. before 3.13 movement, the distribution of schools that established by the Chinese mainly spreaded the areas concentrated national schools. But, after the 3.13 movement, it appeared a tendency to spread to the Korean people area where relatively dwelled a few people.
This paper deals with the artistic expression of religious thought in terms of the uniqueness of different images and creativity. The relationship between religion and art is complicated but popular in modern society. Film becomes the icon of modern culture to enhance the knowledge of religious traditions. Among many Korean religious films, Kang Daejin's work, The Way of Peace (1984) contains the life and thought of Kang Jeungsan(1871-1909), the highest god of Daesoonjinrihoe. First, the film, The Way of Peace, pays attention to the legitimacy of succession from Kang Jeungsan to Cho Jeongsan(1895-1958). Korea was beset with trouble both at home and abroad. China, Japan, Russia, and the US had the colonial desire to conquer the lands of Korea and to explore natural resources. Though the people of Eastern Learning(東學) protested government and Japanese colonialists, Jeungsan applied the principle of non-violence to the world. In order to save all the living beings of the world, he reordered the universe and renewed the harmonic relationship of human beings and their spirit. Second, The Way of Peace proposed the soteriology of peace and change to audience regardless of seekers(道人) or not. Jeungsan transformed the closed society to the open society, changed divided religions to the transcendent truth(道). He empowered the marginalized people such as women, the lowly, the elderly, and the sick, who were oppressed in the Confucian society. And he redeemed the people from the disease by healing all diseases and correcting disorders. In conclusion, The Way of Peace is a good resource of religious education by which we can overcome the religious illiteracy. The knowledge of new religious movements and Daesoonjinrihoe is necessary for us to understand the diversity of human nature. In the near future, the new images of Jeungsan should be created through multi-media and cultural contents for the new generation.
The purpose of this article is to study on the comparative relationship between mutual cooperation of the Dae-soon thought of Dae-soon jinrihoe and Shinnyo thought of Shinjo Ito. Dae-soon thought focuses on outspreading virtues and enlightenment teaching based on the saying of Jeong-san Sang Jae's Mutual cooperation without any grudge. According to the Buddha's nature thought of Shinjo Ito, 'Dharma kāya resident' is the source of touching upon buddhahood. The Shinyo-en is an outward manifestation of their deep resolve to help others by cultivating spiritual faculty and mind session. First, we can find the virtue action theory in the mutual cooperation of Dae-soon thought and the virtue nature theory in the Shinnyo thought of Shinjo Ito. From the perspective of comparative relationship, it was Jeong-san Sang Jae who laid foundation for the Posterior Grand Renewal. His idea is that the universe should be completed through the mutual communication between the earth and men following the Posterior Grand Renewal. It was Kyodoin-sama who laid the foundation for identifying the place Shinchoji was established. It was at the time that the power we call bakku-daiju as transversality and Shinnyo spiritual faculty were perfected through Shindoin-sama's passing. Second, based on Jeon-kyungn or Dae-soon Ji Chim, outspreading virtue is to awaken mutual cooperation without any grudge and the enlightenment teaching to practice according to mutual cooperation principle without any deceit toward one's own self. No deceit toward one's own self is to be sincere, to be respectful and to be faithful in Jeong-san Sang Jae. In the different context of Mahayana Buddhism, we can be aware that the immortal resident immortal of Dharma kāya is the source of permanent bliss in the Mahāyāna Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra' From the perspective of comparative relationship to pray toward Jeong-san Sang Jae and to participate in the Posterior Grand Renewal is to take part in Cheonji-Gongsa. It is a similar phenomena to be reflected suchness reality before the three personifications of buddhahood and the Shinnyo Stupa is the same meaning as meeting the ever present Buddha. Both of them, they focus to find religious altruism from real possibilities of mutual support. They argue that to dispense with altruism is to dispense with Sang Jae or Dharma for the divine transformation of human possibilities Third, Everybody possesses unique and wonderful abilities to be unified with Jeong-san Sang Jae. If we seek happiness by trying to get by without making much of an effort to take part in CheonjiGongsa, it will be difficult to attain the harmony and peace of mankind with outspreading virtues and enlightenment teaching. In the 'Mahāyāna Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra' tells us 'all sentient beings have Buddha nature' that could be the possibility to the fulfillment of buddhahood in the spiritual practice. From the comparative relationship, we can strive with open hearts and minds, in efforts that benefit others, and in ways we can work together to build a word of joy in which everyone can have an opportunity to cultivate spiritual faculty. This is based on mutually beneficial voluntary focused our principles into practice the spirit to build a mind session of Shinnyo as the civic clean precepts of 'Mahāyāna Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra'. Fourth, the disciples of Jeong-san Sang Jae are encouraged to acquire the Mutual cooperation manner of being considerate. It is important to accumulate virtue action by daily effort. It is the contrast to awaken virtue nature by daily practice. The Buddha's nature thought of Shinjo Ito is based on the thought of Mahāyāna Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra. It can be supported by the Shinnyo parents and the two Dojis to build a world of joy as the light dharma descending and the emphasis of Tathatā spiritual faculty. It's not that we can't do something we haven't attained a higher spiritual level. What counts is our continuos effort, act so we can cultivate our spiritual faculty through the way of mind session.

Over the past 20 years, brain science has developed rapidly thanks to new technologies such as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), leading to more accurate knowledge of human nature and behavioral changes. This knowledge is also actively applied in the field of management. This research aimed to gain insights into how neuroscience can be incorporated into management through the case of Midas IT Co. This construction software company has a separate organization with the purpose of studying brain science, and it makes and implements human resource management policies based on brain science. The founder Lee Hyung-woo has a humanist management philosophy, and the company's brain science research supports that philosophy. The case study method was adopted as the research method, and procedures such as interviews and direct observation, participation observation, and document information were carried out. The company's human resource management system can be explained by a brain science model called "SCARF", which combines various neuroscience discoveries. As this model suggests, the company has improved the trust and satisfaction of its members by reducing threat of status and by increasing certainty, autonomy, relationship, and fairness in the workplace, resulting in the creation of a platform for creativity, integrity, and high performance.
