Le Corbusier had developed the Modulor replacing the Regulating Lines in the 1930's and 1940's. The lines can not produce lyrical ideas or creational concept but make plastic dimension pure only to keep in balance. First, the Grid of Proportions was developed and then the Modulor 1. The Modulor originated in one square, double square, the two golden means added or subtracted, the place of the right angle, human dimension, the Fibonacci series and divided Red series and Blue series. He developed the Modulor 2 for a reconciliation between the foot-and-inch system and the metre. As Corbusier devoted himself to a social and industrial problem, he was sure that a transcendental universality be in cosmos including a human being. His dream was to creat a orderly and harmonious utopia. What intrinsic harmony between Cosmos, nature and a human being be realized by mathematic order was the reason he hinted himself to the proportion.

새인두흡충에 의한 인체감염 제1례를 보고한다. 환자는 56세 된 남자로서 3-4일간의 인후부 이 물감과 염증성 증상으로 이비인후과의원을 방문하여 오른쪽 인두 후벽에 흡착한 충체를 제거하였다. 충체는 Clnostoumum complanatum으로 동정되었다. 환자는 평소 담수어의 생식을 즐겼으며 의원 방문 4일전에도 낚시로 포획한 담수어를 생식한 적이 있었다. 우리 나라에서도 이 흡충에 의한 인두염의 예방을 위해 담수어의 생식에 더 깊은 주의가 요망된다고 생각된다. Clinostomum complanatum의 우리 말 이름을 새인두흡충으로 제안한다.

본 연구는 인권피해와 자아존중감의 관계에서 성장 마인드셋과 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 자료는 임의표집한 대학생 233명을 대상으로 설문으로 수집하였으며, 자료 분석을 위하여 신뢰도 분석, 상관 분석 및 Macro Process을 수행하였고, 성장 마인드셋과 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 부트스트랩 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인권피해는 자아존중감, 성장 마인드셋, 그릿과 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 있는 반면, 자아존중감은 성장 마인드셋 및 그릿과 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, Macro Process를 이용한 경로분석 결과 인권피해는 자아존중감, 성장 마인드셋 및 그릿에 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 반면에 성장 마인드셋과 그릿은 자아존중감에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 성장 마인드셋과 그릿은 인권피해와 자아존중감과의 관계에서 매개효과가 있었다. 이러한 결과는 인권 피해를 당한 대학생들의 자아존중감이 성장 마인드셋과 그릿을 증가시킴으로써 향상될 수 있음을 시사하였다.

Postmodern American science fiction authors often dramatize the human fear and hope for the newly emerging artificial life forms. For example, Helen as an advanced artificial intelligence Richard Power's Galatea 2.2 shows that the student's memorizing efforts for exams can be useless someday. In Neal Stephenson's Snow Crash machines are liable to be infected with viruses like human bodies. In He, She and It, Piercy's parallel of an artificial human (Yod) and a mythic personification (Golem) allegorically reveals the pandora-like unpredictable effect of advanced technology. More than the mechanical entities (the diffusion and linear models for Latour), these biologically artificial entities reveal the limitations of even the fantastically idealized technology simply because the human being as the creators or impersonators of these machines are not perfect. Compared to illustrative mechanism, biologically artificial entities (Latour's transition or whirlwind models) are inherently rebellious because of their closeness to the creators. The Butler's organic environmental interaction of the Earthseed convincingly demonstrates how the wrong use of science ruins the holy earth and also how human beings survive through the right use of effective science with the aid of anthroposophy.

An optimal EEG and artifact classifier is proposed using neural network operating characteristics. The neural network operating characteristics are two dimensional parametric representations of the right and false identification probabilities of the network classifier. Since the EEG and EP signals acquired from multi -channel electrodes placed on the head surface are often interfered by other relatively large physiological signals such as electromyogram (EMG) or electroculogram (EOG), the removal of the artifact-affected EEGs is one of the key elements in neuro-functional mapping. Conventionally this task has been carried out by human experts spending lots of examination time. Using the neural-network based classification, human expert's efforts and time can be substantially reduced. From experiments, the neural-network based classification performs as good as human experts: variation of decisions between the neural network and human expert appears even smaller than that between human experts.

LGBT movements have been actively taking place since the late 20th century, 24 countries around the world have fully embraced same-sex marriage as a form of marriage, and implemented it into law. Therefore in this paper, arguments and discussion on prohibition of discrimination due to homosexuality are examined and reviewed under the Constitution of Korea, by looking at the discussion on homosexuality (sexual orientation), which is currently in progress in Korea. However, First, national consensus is deemed absolutely necessary to add a new prohibition ground. Second, specifying the grounds for prohibiting discrimination should take into account historical background and demands of the "oughtness." Third, it should be noted that the grounds for prohibiting discrimination specified in the Constitution are not subject to moral judgment. Fourth, in the case where homosexuality and/or sexual orientation are specified as grounds for prohibiting discrimination, the problems that may occur must be considered. the "National Human Rights Commission Act of Korea" Article 2, Subparagraph 1 defines the concept of "human right(s)," and also in Subparagraph 3, "sexual orientation" is enumerated as an example of "discriminatory act." Therefore, "National Human Rights Commission Act of Korea" Article 2, Paragraph 3 must be deleted.

이 글은 생명과학기술의 또 다른 그늘로서 유전자차별의 사회학적 함의를 조명하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 유전자차별과 관련된 주요개념과 세 가지 시각(예외주의, 표현주의, 인권적 담론)을 검토하고, 미국의 "유전자차별금지법(GINA)"과 우리나라 "생명윤리 및 안전에 관한 법"에 나타난 사회적 함의와 한계를 분석하였다. 또한 기존의 유전자차별에 대한 인식결과(차별인식, 차별경험, 차별의 두려움, 차별에 대한 대응)에 기반하여 향후 유전자차별의 연구 및 정책을 위한 몇 가지 함의를 제시하였다. 우선, 유전자차별에 대한 개념적 합의와 함께 인권주의 시각의 중요성이 요구된다. 둘째, 공적 영역뿐만 아니라 사적 영역에서의 차별에 대한 관심과 유전소인을 가진 인구집단의 시각을 반영한 연구가 필요하다. 셋째, 법제도적 장치뿐만 아니라 국민과 의료인들에게 유전자차별 의식을 고양하고, 유전소인을 가진 사람들을 위해 유전자차별의 두려움을 낮출 수 있는 심리사회적 대응방안이 개발되어야 한다.

So extending of individual ethics of behavior and completion of universal ethics are essential and indispensable (4) The final aim of human being in the universe is bringing universal ethics of behavior(Wisdom . Propriety' Justice. Humanity청시언모(智禮義仁) to perfection. (5) Devotion right practice concentration성정수일(誠正修一) of mind heart body power의심신력(意心身力) are developmental notions of earn emestness intelligence capability diligence성혜능동(誠慧能動), essential individual for living in the world, and preceding element for moral edification, social behavior and administration of the state.

We have analyzed the allele and genotype frequencies from 10 fractions of ancient human skeleton in 3 pieces of Jar coffin excavated from Naju Bokamni3rd tumulus by PCR amplification, high resolution polyacrylamide gelelectorphoresis and silver staining. We could isolate human genomic DNA from 3 bone fractions but the rest of them could not be used as materials due to being decayed. We could detect sex determination as male and 3 genotypes of STR system, HUMTHO1, HUMTPOX and HUMC5F1PO from the bone fraction of left side in Jar coffin 3 and see the slightly reaction suggesting the sex as male from the bone fraction of the left side in Jar coffin 2 and female from the right side in Jar coffin 3.We have also analyzed the genotype frequencies of mitochondria from the bone fractions of the left side and the right side in jar coffin 3, respectively. From the result of indetifiying at nucletide position between 16018 and 16378of the base of hyper variable region(HV1) in the control region, We can presume that the both bones have the same maternal inheritance.

발은 두 가지의 기능을 가지고 있는데 첫째는 추진기능이고 다른 하나는 몸을 지탱하고 보호하는 기능이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 발의 중요성을 쉽게 잃어버릴 때가 있다. 발바닥에는 인체의 중요한 부위들이 축소되어 있어 발이 건강하면 몸 전체가 건강하다고 헤서 발은 제2외 심장이라고 한다. 발이 건강하려면 좋은 신발을 신어야 한다. 신발을 사용용도, 신체적인 조건, 외적조건에 따라 재료, 디자인, 라스트, 패턴, 젯법 등이 다양하다. 좋은 신발은 적합성, 신축성, 그리고 순응성이 있어야 한다. 건강한 신발을 만들기 위해서는 인간공학적이고 과학적인 근거를 가지고 설계하여 제조하여야 한다. 특히 최근에는 일의 능률을 높이기 위해 다 기능성 신발의 개발에 많은 관심을 가지고 있어 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 신발의 기능성에 대한 이론과 실험을 근거로 하여 건강한 구두를 개발코자 한다.
