In order to understand Changeologically on the meaning of FCST's TMJ (temporo-mandibular joint) treatment procedure, Yi, Shike, Bi, Gen trigrams concerning the jaw and change by treatment were analyzed from the viewpoint of semiotic context of hexagon and holistic interpretation on disease. Yi is meant by jaw but actually indicates mouth made by maxilla and mandible, and it's characters are related with nourishing by aliment and words. But when we eat and speak in the daily life, jaw does not nourish properly it's own body by bad habit or postures. For the treatment of this ill state, there needs punishment and correction symbolized with Shike. Shike has fourth nine meaning obstacles between the two strong lines in the upper and lower end, and so it has the function of mastication and get rid of the fourth nine metaphorically indicating subluxation of axis using CBA and auxiliary measures of four movement or laughing methods. Bi expresses the achievement and effects of consecutive mastication process implicating normalized manifestation of jaw and its linked spinal function. Gen symbolizes removing selfish motive or partiality in advance and reaches the best state of the saint righteously self-nourishable human being.

On original exhibits, which is passive and repeat itself endlessly irrelevant of the present of spectators, reduce its immersion. Therefore in this paper, we propose the scheme to recreate original exhibits be adding automatic screen saver by using division of different images to make experimental of an area of different images, to judge movement, maintain conditions or to propose the transition of mechanism. By implementing and analyzing this automatic screen saver, which was made through the scheme of proposition, we show the positive aspect of the use of centralized automatic screen saver.

The purpose of this study is to research new paradigms of environmental ethics and environmental ethics education to overcome ecological crisis and to develop an alternative model of systematic environmental ethics education for establishing eco-centred life values. According to deep ecologists, they assert the necessity of basic reorientation of crucial components of present political, economic and social orders to overcome ecological crisis today. This means the movement from the mechanistic worldview to the ecological worldview and the shift from Dominant Social Paradigm(DSP) to New Ecological Paradigm(NEP). Environmental ethics education should be 'eco-centred environmental ethics education'which makes some contribution to overcome ecological crisis and to create new alternatives. Also it should be not a simple behavior change but 'eco-centred environmental ethics education', what is called, as 'ecological literacy education'which changes the views of values, thoughts and attitudes etc. In this, as a new social curriculum, 'ecological literacy education'means to cultivate the ability which can recognize environmental problems correctly and to overcome ecological crisis wisely we face with today. To perform this ecological environmental ethics education, we suggested 'eco-centred life values', we place a criterion of moral value judgment according to 'ecological conscience'on 'life', and we presented 'an alternative model of environmental ethics education' giving consideration to human being, nature and environment at the same time.

The pre-mixed $_{13}C$-urea powder preparation in ${Helikit}_{TM}$ for test of Helicobacter pylori was evaluated for pharmacological properties. The oral doses of the preparation used in mice were 30-fold as compared to human doses. The results obtained in the present study demonstrate that spontaneous movement, hexobarbital-induced hypnosis, rotarod performance, body temperature, acetic acid-induced writhing syndrome, chemical and electroshock convulsion, pupil size and intestinal propulsion had not been affected at the oral doses of 230, 700 and 2100 mg/kg in mice. The blood pressure was slightly elevated as given intravenously in rats at a dose of 5 mg/kg of the preparation, but respiration was not influenced at the dose. In isolated guinea pig ileum and rat fundus preparation, the preparation at a concentration of $1{\times}10^{4}$ g/ml neither caused any direct effect nor inhibited the contraction produced by acetylcholine, histamine or 5-hydroxytryptamine. These results reported here provide evidence that pre-mixed $^{13}C$ 13/C-urea powder preparation is free of general pharmacological properties performed in oral administration.

In this paper, We have designed a face recognition system based on the embedded Linux. This paper has an aim in embedded system to recognize the face more exactly. At first, the contrast of the face image is adjusted with lightening compensation method, the skin and lip color is founded based on YCbCr values from the compensated image. To take advantage of the method based on feature and appearance, these methods are applied to the eyes which has the most highly recognition rate of all the part of the human face. For eyes detecting, which is the most important component of the face recognition, we calculate the horizontal gradient of the face image and the maximum value. This part of the face is resized for fitting the eye image. The image, which is resized for fit to the eye image stored to be compared, is extracted to be the feature vectors using the continuous wavelet transform and these vectors are decided to be whether the same person or not with PNN, to miminize the error rate, the accuracy is analyzed due to the rotation or movement of the face. Also last part of this paper we represent many cases to prove the algorithm contains the feature vector extraction and accuracy of the comparison method.

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore and compare the level and type of nursing ethical values according to career and nursing units of clinical nurses, Methods: The subjects were 944 nurses working in General Hospital in Seoul and the data were collected from March 8 to August, 2007 using the nursing ethical values questionnaire, The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 10.0 program. Results: The results were as follows; The level of clinical nurses' ethical values were significantly different according to career and nursing units (p<.01) and it was found that most clinical nurses had deontological ethics in the areas of professional nursing domain ($2.77{\pm}.31$), cooperative relations domain ($2.90{\pm}.26$) and customer relation domain ($3.03{\pm}.32$). but that they had utilitarian ethics in human life domain ($2.53{\pm}.32$). Conclusion: Different approaches are needed to develop to establish clinical nurses' ethical values based on career, characteristics of nursing unit and various clinical situations.

Since their discovery in 1940, it has been well established that gangliosides are associated with a number of biological pathways and cellular processes such as growth, differentiation and toxin uptake. Gangliosides are glycosphingolipids containing neuraminic acid which are expressed on the plasma membrane of cells particularly in the nervous system. Heterogeneity and structural variation in the carbohydrate chains of gangliosides contributes to unique features of each of these molecules. Thirty five years ago it was discovered that aberrant glycosylation occurs in a variety of human cancers, including aberrant glycosylation of gangliosides. Ganglioside expression in terms of quality and quantity varies in different cancers and different roles may be played. Gangliosides, by affecting the immune system, including esxpression of cytokines and adhesion molecules, may inhibit anti-tumor mechanisms, as well as having direct impact on angiogenesis, cell movement and metastasis. It should be noted that different kinds of gangliosides do not all act by the same mechanisms.

In this paper, we propose a hand gesture interface for the manipulation of augmented objects in 3D space using a camera. Generally a marker is used for the detection of 3D movement in 2D images. However marker based system has obvious defects since markers are always to be included in the image or we need additional equipments for controling objects, which results in reduced immersion. To overcome this problem, we replace marker by planar hand shape by estimating the hand pose. Kalman filter is for robust tracking of the hand shape. The experimental result indicates the feasibility of the proposed algorithm for hand based AR interfaces.

Squash & Stretch principle is playing an essential principle for animation action. The application of this principle gives the illusion of weight and volume to an animation character, and makes it possible that an animation action be the smooth and soft by escaping from the stiffness and rigidity. If an action of human or object on animation is expressed like a real world, it seems to be unnatural. Any action without Squash & Stretch will look rigid, uninteresting and not alive. It can be applied to movement of all objects, characters' actions, dialogues and facial expressions with a basic rule of mass, volume and gravity. Any action will not be well expressed without this principle. To be a good animation action, it should be deeply applied in 3D animation, not only 2D animation. Thus, a systemic analysis of Squash & Stretch principle is required.

The purpose of this study was to explore and describe the experience of Dan-Jeon breathing training and of Qi as a essential substance in forming human body. The sample consists of 7 participants who are Dan-Jeon Breathing training in a Training center, Pusan, Korea. They were asked open-ended questions in order for them to talk about their experiences. With permission of the subjects, the interviews were recorded and transcribed. The summarized results of this research are following. 1. The purpose of Dan-Jeon Breathing The interview data was organized by themes into 4 categories : hope for health recovery, a concern about Dan-Jeon Breathing, seeking meaning of life, change of lifestyle 2. The experience of Qi during Dan-Jeon Breathing training The interview data was organized by themes into 3 categories : an autonomic movement of body, spiritual experience, conviction of existence of Qi. 3. The change after Dan-Jeon Breathing training. The interview data was organized by themes into 7 categories : physical health promotion, emotional relaxation, promoting brain function, positive attitude about life, love to others, investigation for self, improvement on Qi feeling..
