The goal for the CD&R system is to predict that a conflict is going to occur in the future, communicate the detected conflict to a human operator, and, in some cases, assist in the resolution of the conflict situation. To provide insight into different methods of conflict detection and resolution, a literature review of previous research models and current developmental and operational systems was performed. This paper focuses only on the specific attributes of each model, not on the depth to which a model has been analyzed, validated, or accepted. Thus, care should be taken to remember that a model that seems to be simple according to our categorization scheme may be significantly more viable than an apparently sophisticated model.

Human being have destroyed environment through rapid industrialization, so that the world is increasingly faced with golbal environmental problem such as destruction of ozone layer, global warming., acid rain, decertification and we are heading toward impending disaster of the earth. Especially, recent environmental pollution of China from rapid economic development threatens neighboring Korea and Japan. Regional development are necessary for promotion of national prosperity, but theses regional developments must have brought about environmental and preservation. Actually there are so many conflict cases; Saemankum reclamation project, construction of nuclear waste storage facility, dam construction of China etc. Here, harmony and balance between development and preservation are needed to solve these great crux. Under theses condition, the concept of ESSD(Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Development) emerged as a global issue. And staring point to solve present environmental problems is to perceive the truth that we have inherited only one earth and hence owe a debt to preserve its environment for the benefit of the future generations.

The goal of this paper is improvement of vision inspection accuracy by using histogram specification operation. The histogram is composed of horizontal axis of image intensity value and vertical axis of pixel number in image. In appearance vision inspection, the histogram of reference image and input image are different because of minutely lighting distinction. The minutely lighting distinction is main reason of vision inspection error in many cases. Therefore we made an effort for elevation of vision inspection accuracy by making the identical histogram of reference image and input image. As a result of this area separation histogram specification algorithm, we could increase the exactness of vision inspection and prevent system error from physical and spirit condition of human. Also this system has been developed only using PC, CCD Camera and Visual C++ for universal workplace.

Drug used in hospital is allowed marketing through after pharmacological and toxicological tests using various animals and clinical test of human in developing state. But as pre-marketing clinical study take short period with relatively a few of patients and strict selection criteria of people, pediatric, geriatric. pregnancy, liver and kidney patients may be excluded. As the safety of drug isn't completely evaluated before launching. it is important to collect and evaluate drug adverse reaction newly reported by medical practitioners and pharmacists. (omitted)

In order to improve the hospital service quality, some hospitals try to reduce the outpatients' waiting time in the hospital. One of the dissatisfied service items at the hospital is the long waiting time to take the prescribed medicine. In most cases, the smaller the number of pharmacists, the longer could be the waiting time. The suggestion of criteria for optimal allocation of appropriate number of pharmacists must be very important to manage the hospital pharmacy. In this paper, we suggest the method to figure out appropriate number of pharmacists through the real situation study at the Sampling Medical Center Pharmacy. We present the simulation study results using the simulation package ARENA and the analysis of statistical distribution of the arriving prescriptions. The result of this research could be applied to the other service business to figure out the optimal allocation of available human resources and to do the job analysis for better service quality.

This paper highlights how Thailand upgrades its positions in global value chains in high-tech, mid-tech and low-tech industries represented by electronics, automotive and frozen seafood, respectively. In the electronics industry, there are not many capable firms in the upstream segment like semiconductors. Nevertheless, transnational corporations in segment like hard disk drive began to invest in process R&D and collaborate more with local suppliers, universities and public research institutes in human resource and technological development. In the automotive industry, several Japanese car manufacturers such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Isuzu set up R&D/Technical centres in Thailand since 2000s. This prompted Japanese and local part suppliers to also invest more in engineering, design and development activities. Some local universities offer as well engineering programmes specifically targeting the automotive industry. In the frozen seafood industry, several Thai firms have developed new ready-to-eat products, own brands and international distribution networks. They started to become transnational corporations investing in both developing and developed countries.

In order to measure the minute amount of Cu(II) in our environment, cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square-wave stripping voltammetry (SWSV) were performed for a trace copper assay using bismuth immobilized on a carbon nanotube paste electrode. An analytical working range of 30 to $240{\mu}g/L$ Cu(II) was obtained for CV and SWSV. The SWSV precision obtained was 0.47 % (n = 15) RSD in $30.0{\mu}g/L$ Cu(II). The detection limit obtained was 3.1 ng/L Cu(II) using SWSV, while the CV yielded the nano-range detection limit through the pre-concentration step. By using this research method, Cu(II) value could be determined in the urine of human sample and in the brain of fish sample. This research can be effectively applied to other cases of measuring minute amount of Cu(II) in living organisms.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an environmentally friendly energy system of ecological architecture, with the reference to foreign cases, judge feasibility of it. The ecological architecture is very similar to the natural ecosystem. There is growing international scientific consensus that human activities are having a discernible effect on the global climate. Therefore, with a precise understanding of the concept of ecological approach and concrete perception of the necessity it, an establishment of planning which recognizes the ecological architecture as a organism a same time, ensures diversity, stability and cycling stemmed from the ecosystem to various activities through a ecological structure shall bring the introduction of substantial ecological architecture into domestic realm. As a result, in this Age of industrial science, We are proposing useful materials and suggestion regarding the ecological architecture planning of korean cities, by preestimating the characteristics of a city heading toward the Age of the new ecological environment.

The authors have studied the marginal leakage of various dental cements; Fynal cement (Caulk), Zinc cement (S.S. White) Carbo cement (Shofu, Poly-carboxylate cement), EBA cement (Opotow alumina cement), Propac (G-C's zinc oxide euginol cement), and Super cement (Shofu oxyphosphate zinc cement), by means of penetration of 2% methylene blue solution between orden crown restorations and human teeth in 150 cases. The result revealed as follow 1. None of the cements tested were free from dye penetration. 2. There was a wide difference in dye penetration among the trade brands of dental cement when immersed in dye solution before setting of cements. 3. EBA cement and Carbo cement showed comparatively low grade of dye penetration at the restorative margins.

According to the statistical yearbook 2012 by Korea Coast Guard, the 69% of accidents at the sea are due to fishing boat. Accordingly, we studied cases of accident due to fishing boat, and safety supervision state and circumstance for the find out the reason and problem from the point of human, equipment, policy and VTS. As a result we hope that this study contribute to decrease of the accident due to fishing boat at the sea.
