  • In a super-large underground with "large span and high side wall", it is buried in mountains with uneven lithology, complicated geostress field and developed geological structure. These surrounding rocks are more susceptible to stability issues during the construction period. This paper takes the left bank of Baihetan hydropower station (span is 34m) as a case study example, wherein the deformation mechanism of surrounding rock appears prominent. Through analysis of geological, geophysical, construction and monitoring data, the deformation characteristics and factors are concluded. The failure mechanism, spatial distribution characteristics, and evolution mechanism are also discussed, where rock mechanics theory, $FLAC^{3D}$ numerical simulation, rock creep theory, and the theory of center point are combined. In general, huge underground cavern stability issues has arisen with respect to huge-scale and adverse geological conditions since settling these issues will have milestone significance based on the evolutionary pattern of the surrounding rock and the correlation analyses, the rational structure of the factors, and the method of nonlinear regression modeling with regard to the construction and development of hydropower engineering projects among the worldwide.

  • Because of the rapid development of internet and Various Types. huge amount and Various types of data are available on the web there days. The tasks such as information retrieval, composition and integration are not easy on the web which contains such huge amount of data. In order to solve these problems W3C introduced Semantic Web as a next generation Web. Semantic Web guarantee the cooperation between heterogeneous Systems and improve reusability of information by providing the machine understandable Web data. In this paper. We design develop an ontology for the museum. The implemented ontology can be used as a standard ontology for the relic search in a museum.

  • While IoT device sensing data or financial transaction data is transmitted in real time, huge data traffic is generated in processing it. This huge data can be effectively compressed or transmitted using universal code, which is a real-time lossless compressor. In this paper, we propose our BL-beta code, which is newly developed universal code for compressing stock trading data, which the maximum range of measured values is difficult to predict and is generated within a relatively constant range over a very short period of time. For compressing real-time stock trading data, Compared with the fixed length bit transmission, the compression efficiency is at least 49.5% higher than that of the fixed length bit transmission, and the compression transmission performance is 16.6% better than the Exponential Golomb code.

  • This paper proposes an area-efficient FIR filter architecture for sampling rate conversion of hi-fi audio data. Sampling rate conversion(SRC) block converts audio data sampled at 96KHz down to 48KHz sampled data and vice versa. 63-tap FIR filter coefficients have been synthesized that gives 100dB stop band attenuation and 5.2KHz transition bandwidth. Time-shared filter architecture requires only one multiplier and accumulator for 63-tap filter operation. This results in huge hardware saving of up to 10~19 times smaller compared with traditional FIR structure.

  • It gives to users a difficulty for searching between this huge numbers of programs. Searching the best applications for our needs is a big challenge today. In this paper, we propose a study on collaborative filtering based app recommendation system. The proposed method is composed of three steps. In the first step, we extract the data set from the target website. In the second step, we parse the extracted raw data according to the types, and store in a database. In the third, we perform recommendations based on the stored data in database.

  • Now-a-days, data and task migration in collaborative work provides enormous facilities to users. Here, we propose an ontology-based information management scheme to facilitate data and task migration in collaborative work. This ontologybased model will help us to organize huge information (e.g. device status, runtime state etc.) efficiently.

  • Recently, the search for the whereabout of the huge Bell Imperial-Dragon-Temple becomes a great issue. If it happens to be found out and ringing at the original location of the Bell in Kyungjoo City, the Bell might be a great national treasure and lasting to the eternity with her beautiful sound. The Bell was so huge that the total weight of the raw material put into crucibles was 497,581 Kun (289 tons), the shoulder weight 10.3 Chuk (3.14 m) and the maximum thickness 9 Chon (27.4 cm). The Bell was erected in 754 in Shilla Dynasty and was assumed to be lost during the war time by the 3rd invasion of Mongolians (1235~8). However, the author found out that the huge Bell was recast into a new small Bell (8.1 ton) in 1103 by the people of Koryu Dynasty and then the new small Bell was hung in the same position as in the original huge Bell. 135 years later, the new small Bell was carried out by Mongolian forces as a spoil of war from Kyungjoo to the Bay Tonghaegoo, through the saddle point of Mountain Toham, Yangbuk and Riber Great Bell. At the bay, Mongolian forces wished to bring back the Bell to Mongolia by a ship, but they dropped the Bell into the sea by accident. So, if this was the case, the bell at the seabed may be the new small bell (7.4 ton) but not the original huge Bell (41.0 ton) For the evaluation of missing data of the two bells, the author sets up two equations relating all the dimensions and their weights, which seems to be a useful guide to the design of bells. The results of the evaluation of the Bells are as follows. The huge Bell The new small Bell Weight 41.0 ton 7.4 ton Shoulder ht. 3.14 m 2.07 m Mouth diameter 2.468 m 1.546 m Max. thickness 27.4 cm (9 Chon) 11.9 cm (3.9 Chon)

  • By Wikipedia, big data is a broad term for data sets so large or complex that traditional data processing applications are inadequate. Data mining is the computational process of discovering patterns in huge data sets involving methods at the intersection of association rule, decision tree, clustering, artificial intelligence, machine learning. Association rule is a well researched method for discovering interesting relationships between itemsets in huge databases and has been applied in various fields. There are positive, negative, and inverse association rules according to the direction of association. If you want to set the evaluation criteria of association rule, it may be desirable to consider three types of association rules at the same time. To this end, we proposed a balanced comparative confidence considering sensitivity, specificity, false positive, and false negative, checked the conditions for association threshold by Piatetsky-Shapiro, and compared it with comparative confidence and inversely comparative confidence through a few experiments.
