여가전용 주택형 숙박시설의 내부공간계획 연구 (A study on The Space Planning of Housing type Accomodations for Leisure)

  • In accordance with recent highly advanced economic growth, the demand of leisure life is quite increasing, and also the increase of nature-friendly leisure with health-pursuing concept where human -being enjoys pleasant environment, is to me said as one of recent social traits. Accordingly, it is research the present situation and characteristic of the popularized housing-type accommodating facility, and then this study has discussed on the method how to plan the interior space of such facility to meet with environmental -friendly peculiarity and the object for health enhancement. At first, the program which applied the sustainable design techniques should be preceded, and when planning of interior space, the management method and space planning on the facility and the system should be properly considered in order to enhance the user's health. So to speak, in order to keep and promote the space user's health, those proposing methods such as the followings have been suggested likely as, consideration regarding to air-ventilation and lighting, usage of environmental-friendly material, use of life drainage, custom-typed plane planning, utilization of balcony space, storing furniture and systemization of kitchen space, themed bathroom, inducement of indoor-gardening, and so on. It is expected that this could be applied very usefully to the space plan of the small-scaled housing-type accommodation under planning to develop or renovation.

전면 2실형과 전면 3실형 아파트의 평면특성 및 만족도 비교 - 부산시 화명동 지구 전용면적 $85m^2$ 아파트를 중심으로 - (A Comparison of the Characteristics of and the Residents' Satisfaction with the Housing Unit with 2-Bay and 3-Bay - Focused on $85m^2$-Sized Housing Units in Hwamyung-dong, Busan -)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the characteristics of floor plan of $85m^2$-sized housing units with 2-bay and 3-bay and the residents' satisfaction with them. The subjects for analyzing floor plan were six floor plans of $85m^2$-sized housing units with 2-bay and nine floor plans of housing units with 3-bay in the new town, Hwamyeong-dong, in Busan. The floor plans were analyzed based on seven characteristics of floor plans such as the composition type of entrance core hall, the entrance arrangement, width and depth of the housing unit, size of each room, LDK arrangement, arrangement of family bathroom and private bathroom for husband and wife, and balcony arrangement. The subjects for grasping satisfaction with each housing unit were 400 residents of $85m^2$-sized housing units. A half of them lived in housing units with 2-bay and another half of them with 3-bay in the same area. They answered about the degree of satisfaction with the characteristics of each room and the preferred floor plan type if they move to the same size housing units through a questionnaire. The results were as follows; First, the floor plan with 3-bay had more diverse elements than one with 2-bay. Second, the residents who lived in 3-bay housing unit were younger, higher education, and higher income than the ones in 2-bay. Third, the residents who lived in $85m^2$-sized housing unit were more satisfied with and preferred to 3-bay housing units than 2-bay one.

농촌노인의 노인공동주거에 대한 의식 및 요구 (Needs and Consciousness of Housing for the Elderly in Rural Area)

  • The purpose of the study was to examine the housing needs of the elderly who lived in rural area and suggest the planning directions of the housing for the rural elderly. The subjects were 192 elderlies who lived in the rural area in Gyeongnam and Chonbuk. They were selected by using the stratified sampling method. Also the interview method was used for collecting the data. The results were as follows: 1) Most of the rural elderly had some problems in their health. Thus, the housing for them should be planned on the basis of their health conditions. 2) The rural elderly had active interaction with their neighborhoods. Therefore, the housing for them should be planned for maintaining this active relation. 3) The rural elderly has lived in their housing for long time and wanted to live there as long as possible. This implies that the concept of 'aging in place' should be considered as one of the Important design issues in the rural housing for the elderly. 4) Even though many rural elderlies didn't know about the planned housing facilities for the elderly, they had intentions to live in there if they were provided in rural area. 5) The rural elderly preferred the monthly payment system or the life long payment system as the payment system of the planned housing facilities for the elderly. Also, they wanted that facility to be maintained by the government. 6) The detached housing type or three story townhouse type which is located in each rural village as small size would be desirable as the housing for the rural elderly. 7) The 10-30 pyung would be desirable as the size of housing unit. Also, 2-6 persons per room in case of sharing a bedroom. 8) Ondol-bang would be desirable however the size of the bedroom should be determined by considering using the bed.

임대공동주택 구성재의 열화도 패턴에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Deterioration Patterns of Building Components in the Rental Apartment Housing)

  • Most of buildings have been deteriorated with time-elapse by reflection of the building location, material, environmental circumstances and so on. The performance would go down and be demolished if anything could not be done after constructed. The maintenance should be required to preserve a decent living condition or improve a inferior condition by various plans and practices. The maintenance plan needs various data such as a repair scope, a repair time, a forecasted cost, a plan of management and so forth. Among the above required data for planning the maintenance, the deterioration characteristics of the building components would be first analyzed. The deterioration pattern would be a key role to affect and make a maintenance plan. In this paper, it aimed at classifying the deterioration patterns of building components. A deterioration pattern would be analyzed between the cumulative repair cost and time-elapse and modeled with these relations. A deterioration patterns are classified into 4 types-a accelerated type, a straight type, a temporary type and a slowly type. As a result of this research, a accelerated type includes window, window frame, general paintings, general water proofing in building components. A straight type includes the lacquer paintings, furnishings in building components and water supply pipe, boiler, sanitaries in mechanical facilities and lighting in electric facilities. Based on these research results, further study should be conducted to include any other components and an estimating model.

군산 근대 민간 건축의 배치 및 평면 유형 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of a Plot Plan and a Floor Plan of Modern Private Housing Architecture in Gunsan)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the building layout and plan types according to the urban location, use and function of civil and to analyze the characteristics by the type classified. After constructing a framework (Mathia type, Nagaya type, Detached House type) for analyzing Modern Private Housing Architecture in Gunsan, the research was conducted on 30 representative buildings, and a plot plan, a floor plan and elevation were created. After analyzing the relationship between the lot of land and the urban street, we classified the type of arrangement into Mathia type and Nagaya type which directly enter the building from the road, and derived the Detached House type which indirectly enters from the road. When we look at the use of the derived arrangement types, most of the Mathia type are commercial and residential buildings, and some of them are specially designed for commercial buildings. The Nagaya type appears in the form of commercial and residential house or residential private house, and the Detached House type is classified as residential style. As a relation with the urban street, the Mathia type and the Nagaya type are generally located on the main urban street, whereas the Detached House type is located on the small urban street. As a result of analyzing, the floor plan was changed according to the plot plan. The plan of the Mathia and Nagaya type are arranged to enter directly from the street, with commercial space being mainly located on the street, and the residential space being composed on the back or the second floor. the plan of the Detached House is a type that enters indirectly into the interior through a separate space (Courtyard), and forms an organic space between the residential interior and the front and rear yard. The purpose of this study is to investigate the Characteristics of a plot plan and a floor plan of Modern Private Housing Architecture in Gunsan by means of analysis considering the urban street, Uses of buildings, Construction method and the yard through actual measurement.

주거환경과 학령기 아동 인성간의 상관성 연구 (Relationship between Housing Environment and Elementary School Children's Personality)

  • The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between housing environment and elementary school children's personality. The samples of this research are 459 children from elementary schools in their fourth or higher year grades. The results were analyzed using frequency, percentage, and t-test, F-test and multi regression. The findings indicated that housing type does not have effect on environmental characteristics of children's room, while housing ownership type, housing size and children's room size have significant effects on them. Housing size and children's room size have significant effects on children's satisfaction. The larger children room provides higher satisfaction with children room environment. The finding showed that environmental characteristics of children's room have relationship with children's personality. The order of environmental characteristics of children's room has the highest relationship with children's personality.

아파트 각 실의 비중변화와 내부공간 개조요구에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Changes of Areal Share of Rooms and Residents' Demand for Internal Space Remodeling of Apartment Housing)

  • This study examines changes of internal structure and the ratios of room sizes of flat-type apartment housing and residents' demand of housing alteration. The main results are follows: First, the auxiliary space, such as multi-purpose room, storage & receiving space, becomes an important component of flat-type apartment housing. Second, apartment housings should be supplied to residents focusing on functions of space rather than the number of rooms. Third, the ratios of living room and storage space sizes have been increased as living space increases. Since the current apartment housings do not meet residents' needs, we suggest that residents' age, number of family, and economic status must be considered when apartment space are planned.

동해연안의 주택경관 유형별 인지 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on evaluation of recognition with type of Housing landscape in Donghae Seaside)

  • This study is derived from relation between the natural landscape and architectural landscape. The type of landscape in Donghae seaside consist of three; Road, Mountain, Seaside. And we selected three landscapes about individual housing; Western, Traditional, Modern. This paper is analyzed 18-simulation scenes, which evaluated with semantic differential method in using 12-bipolar adjectives. The results of this study are as follows(ref: table 6). 1)The housing of western style do not correspond with landscape of Road, but landscape of mountain and seaside were suitable to the western style. 2)Mountain in Donghae seaside harmonizes with housing of traditional style. 3)Even though the housing of modern style were marked low assessment in three landscape, we found out relation, modern housing was well-matched with load landscape.

레이몬드 언윈의 쿼드앵글 유형 해석 (An Analysis of the Quadrangle Type of Raymond Unwin)

  • This paper has attempted to analyze the site planning theories of Raymond Unwin (1863-1940), who is called the father of British town planning. A prominent contribution of his was to establish both the site planning of garden suburb and urban housing style in British type. Here it attempts to analyze how he greatly and firmly established the concept of Housing Group, and how he got this the concept from the life and spatial composition of villages. It could be pointed out that the main factors of the Unwin theory are social mixture, creation of community consciousness and informal landscape design, and that the small enclosed space with plenty of amenity is his main theme. It is pointed out that the Unwin theory is composed of recognizing urban life as totality, and group planning theory, and that he definitely originated a new technique: Housing Group. It is analyzed that the syntactic relations between the group planning theory and housing designs in the English garden suburbs are epitomized in Hampstead Garden Suburb, Middlesex.

노인의 여가활동 및 근린시설 이용행태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Leisure Activity and Using Behavior of Neighbourhood Facilities for the aged)

  • This study analyzed the leisure activity and using behavior of neighbourhood facilities for the aged. For this purpose, this study is to compare the preferred characteristics of the leisure and neighbourhood facilities according to housing type and region (urban/rural), The data of this study was collected by questionaire methods from 225 elderlies. The statistical analysis methods used in this study are frequency, percentage, chisquare test and anova, The results are following, l)The elderlies show differences in daily life and social relationship by housing type. 2)In leisure activities, the apartment elderlies preferred to sport, tour, climbing and fishing rather than the detached housing elderdies. 3)Apartment have more neighbour facilities than detached housing. But using frequency of facilities is low. Especially, most of the elderlies think that medical facilities is very important.
