세대통합형 하우스셰어링에 대한 청년층과 노년층의 인식 비교 (A Study on Recognition and Demands about Mixed-Generation House-Sharing)

  • This study aimed to analyze the preliminary data to increase the residents' satisfaction of mixed-generation house-sharing. For this purpose, we examined the recognition and demands of different generations and compared the differences. The participants were 50 elderly and 100 young people living in Seoul. The data were analyzed using SPSS statistics. The key findings are outlined below; 1. Most of the young people in our sample got to know about the house-sharing via various routes, but this option was not well known to the elderly. The interest in living in a house-sharing situation was higher among the young people than among the elderly. The reason why people were uninterested in house-sharing was their comfort in living alone. 2. Secure personal-space privacy and the choice of a housemate were regarded as the most important considerations in house-sharing by the young and the elderly, respectively. Young people anticipated a division of housework and the elderly were worried about communication with the younger generation. 3. Expected benefits tended to be higher in economic aspects for the young and in psychological aspects for the elderly. The elderly responded that they would be willing to share the kitchen and living room with the younger generation. Young people demanded necessary living facilities such as a laundry room and a community area with the elderly. The majority of the respondents from both generations said they would be able to solve problems through communication. In conclusion, public relations are needed to increase interest in house-sharing. The elderly and young should understand its purpose and treat each other as family members, not as house owners and tenants. There should be a manager who can coordinate the residents.

대전지역 아파트 단위주호 계획에 대한 거주자의 주거의식에 관한 조사연구 (Survey on Condominium Apartment Dwellers' Consciousness of Unit Plan in Daejeon City)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the residents' consciousness of the unit plan on condominium apartment and to contribute to develop a condominium apartment unit plan in Daejeon City. This research was performed by a questionnaire survey method, 464 data was collected from apartment residents lived in about $85\;m^2$ unit with 3 rooms and the apartments was limited to the complexes within 1-4 years of the length of building at Yuseong-gu and Seo-gu. By analyzing those data, findings are as follows: 1) Residents thought living room, kitchen and bathroom were importment space in a unit plan. They needed a storage function in an entrance and a intermediate room, and Anbang(mater bedroom) so did. 2) L-DK plan type was very popular and the type of front DK with L on the floor plan was preferred. This was unique results. 3) Sub-kitchen was needed for a refrigerator of Kimchi, the location of it was related to a main kitchen and a utility. the third room was needed for library, home office and storage space. 3) Bath-tub in An-bang and showe-booth in public bathroom was preferred. This was same to the popular trend of Korean condominium apartment. 4) The enlargment remodeling of balcony was showed livingroom balcony or personal bedrooms at the time of occupancy. They needed the balcony near a kitchen or an utility to equip a storage facility. Additionally, residents were preferred to their taste rather than a choice of interior concept package services.

  • 워터 프런트에 있어서의 집합주택은 전면에 퍼지는 수역의 경관을 얻을 수 있어 사람들의 생활에 윤택이나 안락함 등을 가져다 준다. 그러나 시가지와는 다른 워터프런트만의 환경적 이점을 살릴 계획 수법이 확립되어 있다고는 말하기 어려운 것이 현상이다. 본 연구에서는 일본의 워터프런트(니시노미야하마와 비와코) 거주자를 대상으로 앙케이트 조사를 실시하여 친수 활동, 거주 환경 의식과 거주 선택 이유 등에 대해 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 향후의 워터 프런트에 입지하는 집합주택 거주자들의 거주환경에 대한 의식과 거주선택이유의 상이점을 알 수 있었다. 또 각각의 워터프런트지역에서 염해나 해충에 대한 대책 등 지역환경 특성에 맞는 문제점을 경감 대책의 필요성과 수변에의 전망을 확보를 희망하고 있으며 "방의 넓이" "통풍" "전망 채광" "프라이버시의 확보"등 워터프런트에 입지하는 집합주택의 계획수립 시에 상기한 거주환경의 조성이 거주자들의 주거의식에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

아파트 리모델링을 위한 의사결정 요인에 관한 연구 - 서울 및 경기 수도권을 중심으로 - (A Study on Determinants for Apartment Remodeling in Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • 재건축을 통한 도시주거환경의 개선이 용이하지 않은 시점에 노후아파트가 리모델링을 통해 개선되지 못하고 방치된다면 결국 도시는 쇠퇴하고 슬럼화가 이루어진다. 이에 정부는 리모델링을 활성화하기 위해 재건축의 대안으로서 인식하여 주로 면적증가나, 리모델링 비용 마련을 위한 세대수 증가, 수직 증축 리모델링 허용으로 법을 개정해왔으나 리모델링은 아직도 시장에서 활성화되고 있지 못하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수도권인 서울과 경기도의 아파트 소유 거주자들을 대상으로 리모델링 선택과 리모델링 투입비용 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 주택소유주와 투자자들에게 객관적 의사결정요인에 대한 정보를 제공하고 리모델링 활성화를 위한 정책적 효과에 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 우선 분석 모형을 통해 가구특성, 주택특성, 시간경과 변수로 리모델링 선택 확률과 투입비용의 크기가 결정되는 것으로 정리하였다. 분석은 표본선택 오류를 고려한 Heckman 2단계 분석을 활용하였다. 1단계 리모델링 여부(선택 확률) 분석결과 유의한 설명변수는 가구원수, 순자산, 주택만족도, 건축년도(11~20년), 건축년도(21~30년), 건축년도(30년 초과)로 나타났다. 2단계 리모델링 투입 비용 분석결과 유의한 설명변수는 순자산, 면적, 건축년도(30년 초과), 단위주택가격으로 나타났다. 분결 결과를 통해 면적증가나 리모델링 비용 충당을 위한 세대수 증가, 수직 증축 허용 중심의 현행 리모델링 활성화 정책이 큰 효과가 없을 것으로 실증되었다. 더불어 연령 변수와 관련하여 고령자라 하더라도 순자산과 소득이 높을 것으로 예상되는 서울 및 경기도의 고령자의 경우에는 선행연구에서 선택확률이 낮아지고 투입비용이 줄어드는 것과 달리 리모델링 선택 확률과 투입비용 규모 결정에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

도시지역의 통근통행만족수준 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Satisfaction Degree of Work-trip in Metropolitan Areas)

  • The aims of this study is to analyzed determinants of work-trip satisfaction degrees in six major metropolitan areas. and to derive urban policy implications. As is well -known, the main determinant of travel satisfaction degree is travel time. However, other factors such as travel mode, psychological factor, and priority in residential location choice are also significant ones. The findings imply that transportation problems are deeply related with housing problems in urban areas. This results provides an evidence of the nature of urban problems, i.e. inter-connectiveness among urban problems. Therefore, this study emphasizes that all urban problems should be treated with careful consideration of other related-urban problems.

  • 다양한 복합재료의 평면 전자파 차폐효과를 플랜지형 동축선 측정치구를 사용하여 평가하였다. 이들 측정결과로부커 제품의 외장재로 사용할 다양한 차폐재료의 선택 우선순의를 결정할 수 있다. 전자파차폐기능 복합재료의 차페 성능은 재료에 포함된 급속분말이나 급속섬유의 종류와 함량에 크게 의존한며, 최적 함량의 결정과 최적 첨가재의 선택이 매우 중요함을 알았다.

TOD이론의 발전과 입지효율성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Location Efficiency and the Development of Transit-Oriented Development Theory)

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis the concept of location efficiency, a base for the qualitative evaluation of TOD, and to propose the method of urban design for the improvement of location efficiency. Because of the environmental crisis by urbanization, sprawl and global warming, the importance of the solution through TOD has been increasing. For the future development of TOD, it becomes important to evaluate TOD qualitatively. From the study, it is grasped that location efficiency contains the concepts of value recapture, QoL and choice, financial return, and efficient regional land use and patterns. And the method of urban design for location efficiency is proposed as the followings: Form Based Zoning as land use plan, TOD and TOC model as node function, and street systems, mixed-use development, characteristic housing with various types, and networking of neighborhood facilities as place function.

한국가정의 일상식의 구조에 관한 연구 (Study on Daily Meal Pattern of Korean Families)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the daily meal pattern. This could view the future trend of meal pattern by comparing the ones in the past. The informations of this study were obtained from 720 housewives residing in various parts of Korea during July 20 to september 10, 1985, by using questionaires. The subjects were divided into several groups according to their ages, educational levels, careeres, monthly incomes, numbers of family, areas of residence, and types of housing. The X2-test was applied to see the indivisual data. The following observations were made in this study: 72% of Korean families had rice with side dish set three times a day, the first choice for rice substitute was noodle and the second was breads, 80% of the subjects consumed 2~4 varieties of side dishes. The favorite were Kimchi and Doh-an jeang digae(soybean paste stew), cooked vegetable and Gohchoojeang igae(Red pepper paste stew).

Permanent magnet machines as the FESS motor/generator are a popular choice, since there are no excitation losses which means substantial increase in the efficiency. In this paper, the structural design method of rotor retainer for a high speed motor/generator are presented.
