음악학원의 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect Factors of Management Performance in Music Institute)

  • 최근 시장환경의 변화와 음악을 전공하는 음악학도가 많아지면서 음악학원이 위기를 맞고 있다. 무엇보다도 결정적인 이유는 음악경영의 경쟁자가 늘고 있고, 출산율 감소로 학원생이 줄어들어 학원 시장의 규모가 잠재적으로 축소되고 있다. 이에 따라 음악학원도 경영의 마인드가 필요하다. 본 연구는 음악학원의 운영의 성과인 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구의 내용은 3가지 영역으로 창업의 성공요인, 창업동기, 경영성과와 관련된 관련 내용을 살펴보고, 음악학원을 창업한 원장들을 대상으로 설문지를 통해서 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 경영성과에는 다양한 변수에 의해서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 음악학원도 벤처 경영의 접근방식이 필요하며, 음악학원, 거주환경, 상황적인 각각의 환경에 적합한 마케팅 전략이 필요하다.

핫 프레스 포밍을 위한 고열전도성 금형에 대한 연구 (Tough High Thermal-Conductivity Tool Steel for Hot Press Forming)

  • Due to the need for advanced technologies in the automotive industry, the demand for lighter and safer vehicles has increased. Even though various nonferrous metals, like Aluminum, Magnesium and also Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP), have been implemented in the automotive industry, a lot of technical research and development is still focused on ferrous metals. In particular, the market volume of High Strength Steel (HSS) parts and Ultra High Strength Steel (UHSS) by hot press forming parts has expanded significantly in all countries' automotive industries. A new tool steel, High Thermal-Conductivity Tool Steel (HTCS), for stamping punches and dies has been developed and introduced by Rovalma Company (Spain), and it is able to support better productivity and quality during hot press forming. The HTCS punches and dies could help to reduce cycle time due to their high thermal conductivity, one of the major factors in hot press forming operation. In this study, test dies were manufactured in order to verify the high thermal conductivity of HTCS material compared to SKD6. In addition, thermal deformation was inspected after the heating and cooling process of hot press forming. After heating and cooling, the test dies were measured by a 3D scanner and compared with the original geometry. The results showed that the thermal deformation and distortion were very small even though the cooling time was reduced by 2 seconds.

특허 및 논문 분석을 통한 디스플레이용 접착제의 기술경쟁력 분석 (Research Trend of OCA (Optically Clear additive) for Display Panel by Analysis of Patent and Papers Publication)

  • According to IHS, the overall display market is expected to grow at an average annual rate of 6% from $ 104 billion in 2016, to $ 138 billion in 2021. Among them, the OLED display panel will grow from $ 15 billion to $ 41 billion over the same period, forecasting a high annual growth rate of 22%. However, the refraction index, light leakage, bubble generation, adhesion deterioration, peeling phenomenon, moisture resistance, light transmittance, low turbidity. OCA (optically clear adhesive), which solves problems such as improving the resistance of the conductive film, is largely dependent on imported products. In addition, in 2016, the world market is worth KRW4.3 trillion, and the adhesive market has a large market effect. In this study, we tried to analyze the technical competitiveness of patent and thesis by classifying OCA (optically clear adhesive, optical adhesive) for display panel by curing method. As a result of the study, the amount of patents and papers in Korea was found to be superior to other competitors, but the quality level was low. In particular, it was found that the achievements of the papers in the hot melt field are lacking and the government should expand its support.

건조방법에 따른 건고추의 품질특성과 생산효율 비교 (Comparison of Dried Hot Pepper Quality and Production Efficiency by Drying Methods)

  • 고추는 조미채소의 한 종류로 우리나라 채소시장에서 큰 비중을 차지하는 품목이다. 대부분 고추의 이용은 건고추의 분말형태인 고춧가루로 가공하여 이용되고 있으므로, 고추건조에 대한 품질과 생산성 향상이 중요한 부분이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고추의 건조방법에 따라 고춧가루의 품질을 좌우할 수 있는 성분의 변화에 대하여 비교하고, 생산비를 고려하여 적정 건조방법을 제시하고자 실험을 수행하였다. 건조방법으로는 관행으로 많이 이용되는 양건과 화건을 이용하였으며, 제습기를 이용한 제습건조방식을 추가 적용하여 건고추 생산성과 품질을 비교하였다. 고추의 건조방식에 따른 건조율은 화건이 85.1%로 제일 높았고, 이에 따라 고춧가루의 수분함량도 13.5%로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 고추의 색택을 좌우하는 ASTA(American Spice Trade Association) 색도는 양건처리에 비해 화건과 제습건조처리가 높은 결과를 보였다. 고춧가루의 신미성분인 capsaicinoid 함량은 양건처리에 비하여 화건과 제습건조처리에서 모두 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 추가적인 적정 건조조건에 대한 연구가 추가되어야 된다. 당함량은 건조시간이 비교적 짧았던 화건과 제습건조처리에서 양건에 비해 높게 나타났으나 두 처리간에는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 건고추 생산비용은 제습건조처리가 화건처리에 비해 9.9% 효율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 화건과 제습건조가 당함량의 증진과 건고추의 색 발현 측면에서는 효과적 이었음을 알 수 있었다. 고추의 신미성분인 capsaicinoid 함량 증진을 위해서는 화건과 제습건조처리에서 적정한 건조온도와 건조시간에 대한 연구가 추가되어야 될 것으로 판단되었다.

온라인 주식 포럼의 핫토픽 탐지를 위한 감성분석 모형의 개발 (Development of Sentiment Analysis Model for the hot topic detection of online stock forums)

  • 소셜 미디어를 이용하는 사용자들이 직접 작성한 의견 혹은 리뷰를 이용하여 상호간의 교류 및 정보를 공유하게 되었다. 이를 통해 고객리뷰를 이용하는 오피니언마이닝, 웹마이닝 및 감성분석 등 다양한 연구분야에서의 연구가 진행되기 시작하였다. 특히, 감성분석은 어떠한 토픽(주제)를 기준으로 직접적으로 글을 작성한 사람들의 태도, 입장 및 감성을 알아내는데 목적을 두고 있다. 고객의 의견을 내포하고 있는 정보 혹은 데이터는 감성분석을 위한 핵심 데이터가 되기 때문에 토픽을 통한 고객들의 의견을 분석하는데 효율적이며, 기업에서는 소비자들의 니즈에 맞는 마케팅 혹은 투자자들의 시장동향에 따른 많은 투자가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중국의 온라인 시나 주식 포럼에서 사용자들이 직접 작성한 포스팅(글)을 이용하여 기존에 제시된 토픽들로부터 핫토픽을 선정하고 탐지하고자 한다. 기존에 사용된 감성 사전을 활용하여 토픽들에 대한 감성값과 극성을 분류하고, 군집분석을 통해 핫토픽을 선정하였다. 핫토픽을 선정하기 위해 k-means 알고리즘을 이용하였으며, 추가로 인공지능기법인 SOM을 적용하여 핫토픽 선정하는 절차를 제시하였다. 또한, 로짓, 의사결정나무, SVM 등의 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용하여 핫토픽 사전 탐지를 하는 감성분석을 위한 모형을 개발하여 관심지수를 통해 선정된 핫토픽과 탐지된 핫토픽을 비교하였다. 본 연구를 통해 핫토픽에 대한 정보 제공함으로써 최신 동향에 대한 흐름을 알 수 있게 되고, 주식 포럼에 대한 핫토픽은 주식 시장에서의 투자자들에게 유용한 정보를 제공하게 될 뿐만 아니라 소비자들의 니즈를 충족시킬 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

공동주택의 열부하 및 탄소배출량 저감을 위한 태양열시스템의 최적 적용 방안 연구 (A Study on the Optimum Application Method of Solar Thermal System to reduce Thermal Load and Carbon Emission in Apartment Building)

  • Architectural market in the world is trying to develop Zero Carbon Buildng that doesn"t use fossil fuel. Residential building that thermal load such as heating and domestic hot water is over 70% in energy consumption is easy to make Zero Carbon Building compared with office building that is mainly electric load. So, As a preliminary for analyzing the effect of Solar thermal system in the building, an annual energy consumption of residential building and total heat loads are calculated. Based on this result, three alternatives of solar thermal system for hot water and heating are applied in the building while installation area is increasing. Solar thermal system is applied on balcony and roof of apartment building as the way to reduce thermal load. In the first case that solar thermal system for hot water is applied on the balcony, optimum installation area is $56m^2$. And you could install $40m^2$ of this system in the roof that angle is $30^{\circ}$. In the second case of solar thermal system for heating and hot water, you can install $40m^2$ on the roof. As a result of economic evaluation, the most economical application method is to install $40m^2$ of solar thermal system for only hot water on the roof of the building. At that time, you can payback the initial investing cost within 10 years. And carbon emission of this method can be reduced until about 4 ton per year.

Sex-linked Dwarf Gene for Broiler Production in Hot-humid Climates

  • This review has been done to examine sex-linked dwarf gene in broiler production in hot-humid climates. Introduction of sex-linked dwarf gene especially in hot harsh tropical environments brings a great advantage for broiler production. The heavy broiler parent suffers due to the stress of these adverse climates. Sex-linked dwarf genes reduce body weight, egg weight, but are superior for adaptability under harsh tropical environments, with a lower requirement for housing and feed, better survivability and reproductive fitness giving fewer defective eggs, more hatching eggs, better fertility, hatchability, feed conversion efficiency and resistance to disease. Overall the cost of chick production from dwarf hens is lower than from their normal siblings. Market weights of broilers from sexlinked dwarf dams is almost similar to those of broilers from normal dams with normal sires. But the net benefit of broiler production from sex-linked dwarf dams is found to be greater than that of broilers from normal dams. This will be the most important to the rural communities in Bangladesh and in other countries where the similar environment and socio-economic conditions exist. Therefore, sexlinked dwarf hens might be used in broiler breeding plan as well as broiler production in the tropics.

Effect of Galvanizing Furnace Temperature on Material Property and Galvanized Surface of Hot Rolled Galvanized Steel

  • Recently, hot rolled galvanized steel is widely used in automotive parts. As the paradigm of the automotive market has changed from fossil fuel vehicle to electric vehicle, the automotive industry needs more high-strength steels to reduce weights of automobiles. However, because high-strength steel contains high solute carbon, it is expected to have a risk of stretcher-strain on the surface due to dislocation trapping by solute [C] and [N]. Generally, galvanized steel is supposed to pass through a furnace around the temperature of Zinc pot to increase material temperature. Otherwise, the inhibition layer could not be formed. However, solute carbon and nitrogen are volatile enough to move around the furnace temperature. Moreover, the ratio of ferrite phase and precipitated Fe3C can be variable, resulting in yield point elongation related to the stretcher strain. Furthermore, the quality of the galvanized surface can be affected by a high temperature of the furnace. Although a relatively hot rolled galvanizing line furnace has a lower temperature than an annealing line furnace, it can affect various quality aspects. In other words, this paper aims to determine how these phenomena appear concerning furnace temperature.

해양레저용 요트의 마스트 러그 형상에 따른 응력집중계수 추정 (An Estimation of the Stress Concentration Factor for Mast Lug of Yacht with Different Shapes)

  • Recently, according to the increase of income and development of quality of life, the leisure industry has been developed. In particular, the interest of design and manufacture technology of leisure yacht has significantly increased. However, domestic market of leisure ships is currently in its initiating stage. So research and development for structural strength of leisure yacht need to be investigated. In this study, lug of yacht's mast which is known for a critical damage region is explicitly considered. This paper deals with the estimation of stress concentration factors (SCFs) for lug of yacht's mast depending on dimensions of lug using hot spot stress. Also, SCF formulae is suggested using parametric study.

증국 운남성 백족의 음식문화 (Food of China Yunnan Baizu)

  • The Purpose of this study was to understand the China Yunnan Baizu food. This study was performed a visit market based on in- depth interview with food experts those who lived in Baizu province. The results were summarized as follows. The main food of Baizu were Bab, Dduk(BaBa), Nuddle(Mi xian) made from rice. They ate all kind of food from vegetables, fish, and pork, but the remarkable thing was that there were practical limit to select the ingredient. They would use some fermented products such as Pao-chai, Yan-chai, Zha. Pao-chai was fermented vegetables like Kimchi, Yan-chai was similar with Changachi in Korea, and Zha was prepared from meat and fish. Menus for Banquets were included 8 kinds of cold appetizer, 8 kinds of hot dishes, and 2 kinds of sweet desserts. The ingredients were local products and they considered hot, sour, cold taste importantly. The method of cooking was simple and Rusan, Sengpi was the most traditional Baizu food. Ru san is one of dishes prepared from the milk, and milk pedimented product. Sengpi was uncooked pork.
