With a history of over 100 years, animation is an art of film and television, and a diversified special form of art as well. Animation scene design is not just about scenic painting but also a time-space formative art that serves for film and television animation, presents story plots, unveils dramatic conflicts and depicts character personalities. Scene design requires both high creativity and artistry. Scene design shall cover the living places, social environment, natural environment and historical environment where the characters live. The use of color is an important part in animation creation. In terms of scene design, it plays a significant role in building up the scene atmosphere, promote the plot and enriching screen contents. Focused on Uproar in Heaven-a classic Chinese animation, this paper analyzes the traditional characteristics of Chinese animation scene color and discusses the application and development of color.

Among legal unit of land registration, the minimum unit of land is one parcel. We give the parcel number according to numbering system to confirm the specification of the parcel. In Korea, this parcel number is used for daily life such as the sign of fixed place(address) and the property, of the place of register, of identification card and of legal action. It also plays the important role as a key item connecting the layer of other information system in organizing Land Information System. It is also valued as the sources looking for the process of developing of the country. This study will devote to cadastral history, reform and reestablishment of the country.

Reliability plays a pivotal role in products safety and quality. DoD RIAC recently developed a new reliability prediction methodology, $217Plus^{TM}$, for electronic systems. It officially replaces the well-known MIL-HDBK-217 and is expected to be widely used. Although theoretic study about $217Plus^{TM}$ and its application towards field systems seem to be attractive, it is also desirable to understand the general background of its development. In this paper, we performed a historical review of the arenas related to reliability prediction. Due to the vast of materials, our scope was limited to the development of $217Plus^{TM}$. We first reviewed Rome Laboratory and RIAC. We then explained the development course of reliability methods, MIL-HDBK-217, PRISM, and 217-Plus. This review will form not only a good understanding of the methodology but a basis for future study. We conclude this study with provision of future research areas.

How the organ size is adjusted to the proper size during development and how organs know that they reach the original size during regeneration remain long-standing questions. Based on studies using multiple model organisms and approaches for over 20 years, a consensus has been established that the Hippo pathway plays crucial roles in controlling organ size and maintaining tissue homeostasis. Given the significance of these processes, the dysregulation of the Hippo pathway has also implicated various diseases, such as tissue degeneration and cancer. By regulating the downstream transcriptional coactivators YAP and TAZ, the Hippo pathway coordinates cell proliferation and apoptosis in response to a variety of signals including cell contact inhibition, polarity, mechanical sensation and soluble factors. Since the core components and their functions of the Hippo pathway are evolutionarily conserved, this pathway serves as a global regulator of organ size control. Therefore, further investigation of the regulatory mechanisms will provide physiological insights to better understand tissue homeostasis. In this review, the historical developments and current understandings of the regulatory mechanism of Hippo signaling pathway are discussed.

This paper proposed an approach to integrate bridge condition assessment related information with a 3D bridge model to visualize bridge condition assessment information in the 3D bridge model. In this approach, bridge information model plays a centric role in the data access and realizes the integration of bridge initial design and historical bridge maintenance records. Behind the bridge information model is a rational database. After the system requirements for this approach, several IFC data model extensions are suggested.

This dissertation aims to study a role and importance of clothing as a visual transmission system, with investigating the system and structure of a pragmatics in a cinema costume and analyzing what the meaning of a pragmatics is, depending on the circumstance on the circumstance on the basis of pragmatics. It examines as an objective the clothes of Scarlett, a heroine in 'Gone with the Wind's film originated from the novel written by Margaret Mitchell. As a result of this study, the movie costumes demonstrate a purposed transmission medium as a describing tool governing comprehensive circumstances in the process of drama. The costume plays a significant role in delivering a meaning of a movie showing historical backgrounds, social situations, and psychological description, status, characteristics, tastes of characters by means of their costumes in the movie.

Science has developed along with human society and history. In today's society ruled by pluralism, an educational approach using the historical materials which represent their own cultures will make science education more effective. The purpose of this study was to search for the meaning of science education related with a history of science, and to suggest the possibility for science education based on Korean history of science. The conclusions of this study is below: (1) The history of science is useful to teaching science in K-12 setting. That is because it was helpful to make a scientific concept and to invite student's interest about learning science. Moreover, it was most suitable to teach the nature of science as well as the relation between science and society. (2) A model which consists of 15 types of science education materials using Korean history was suggested. This model plays a potential role as a R&D framework of developing teaching & learning materials based on the history of Korean Science.

Since ancient civilization, solving equations has become one of the most important subjects in mathematics and mathematics education. The extractions of square roots and cube roots were first dealt in Jiuzhang Suanshu in the setting of subdivisions. Extending these, Shisuo Kaifangfa and Zengcheng Kaifangfa were introduced in the 11th century and the subsequent development became one of the most important contributions to mathematics in the East Asian mathematics. The translation of coordinate axes plays an important role in school mathematics. Connecting the translation and Kaifangfa, we find strong didactical implications for improving students' understanding the history of Kaifangfa together with the translation itself although the latter is irrelevant to the former's historical development.

기존의 공간 데이터베이스는 오직 현재 시점에서 유효한 정보만을 대상으로 처리하기 때문에 과거로부터 현재에 이르기까지 시간의 흐름에 따른 이력 정보를 효율적으로 관리하기 어려운 문제점이 있다. 최근에는 이를 해결하기 위한 관심이 고조되고 있으며, 이를 통해 현실 세계에 존재하는 객체에 대하여 효율적인 공간 관리뿐만 아니라 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화해온 이력 정보를 제공하라는 시공간 데이터베이스 연구가 시작되고 있다. 이러한 시공간 데이터베이스는 다양한 응용 분야에 적용된다. 데이터베이스엣 정형의미는 데이터 구조와 연산에 대한 명확한 결과를 표현하고 이를 수학적으로 검증하기 위한 도구로서 사용된다. 아울러 시공간 정형의미는 시공간 데이터베이스와 시공간 데이터베이스 관리 시스템을 설계하기 위한 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 시공간 영역과 객체 및 자료 구조는 물론 시공간 기하 연산자와 위상 연산자를 제안한다. 또한 이들을 포함하는 시공간 모델에 대한 정형의미를 통해서 관계 수식을 정립하고 그 연산식을 실제적인 예로서 보인다.

In this paper, the nature-based tourism is described as one of the tools to achieve sustainable development in small islands. The study was carried out at Ayer, Bidadari and Onrust Islands of Kepulauan Seribu chains at Jakarta Bay, Indonesia. While the historical records show that previous uses of such islands have started at sixteen century, tourism uses was started at the beginning of 1970s. Among nature-based tourism destination in Kepulauan Seribu chains, these islands are the famous destinations and received a lot of tourists. Tourism growth at these islands has stimulated development of numerous tourism facilities and infrastructure to meet visitor satisfaction. It is observed in this study that island's site-plan destination design has contributed to the successful and sustainability of tourism in small island. The key success lies on the successful integration and implementation of three substantial perspectives into practices, namely economic, ecosystem and social perspectives. First, in order to enhance economic benefits, a site-plan design allowing floating cottages establishment to extent room availability, to build strong images as tropical paradise islands, and to enhance tourist satisfaction with the objectives of improving income and sustaining tourist loyalty to the destination. This design is also reducing land risk from tourism impact and it becomes the significant key of second perspective, the ecosystem perspective. Moreover, the ecosystem perspective has been implemented through native vegetation preservation that led island's wildlife conservation and became potential tourism attraction. The design also develops effective mechanism to manage and regulate visitor flows by establishing visitor track corridors. In implementation, such corridor plays an important role to reduce tourist density in single places and therefore become instrument to reduce severe visitor impact to wildlife, vegetation and heritages of islands. Third, the social aspect of development allowing heritages to conserve and furthermore serve numerous benefits for education, socio-political, culture, and historical studies. Through this study, it is clear that the success of these islands to continuous tourism growth lies on the island's vision to integrate economic, ecosystem and social perspectives on tourism development.
