플라이애쉬 다량 치환 콘크리트 현장 적용 (The Application of High Volume Fly-Ash Concrete on Construction Site)

  • 본 연구에서는 플라이애쉬가 다량 치환된 콘크리트를 현장 적용한 결과에 대하여 보고하고자 한다. 대상 구조물은 설계강도 40MPa인 두께 3m, 2m의 기초이며, 플라이애쉬 치환량은 50%로서 프리믹스 형태의 결합재를 사용하였다. 적용결과로서, 두께 3m 인 기초에서는 약 $39^{\circ}$C, 두께 2m 인 기초에서는 $34^{\circ}$C 의 온도 상승량을 나타내었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 플라이애시를 대량 사용한 콘크리트의 기초 물성 및 단열온도상승 특성에 대하여 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 플라이애시를 시멘트량에 대하여 40% 및 50% 사용한 콘크리트 배합에 대하여 슬럼프, 공기량, 블리딩, 압축강도 및 단열온도상승 시험을 실시하였다.

  • The effect of fly ash to prevent detrimental expansion due to alkali -silica reaction was investigated through the ASTM C 1260 method that is one of the most commonly used method because results can be obtained within about 16 days. Reactive aggregate used is a netamorphic rock and sedimentary rock. The replacement proportions of portland cement by fly ash were respectively 0, 5, 10, 15, 25 and 35 percent. Expansion of mortar bars due to alkali-silica reaction decreased with the increase of fly ash content. The results show that the expansion due to alkali-silica reaction is dramatically reduced in the presence of high volume fly ash. When the fly ash content examine from all angles (strength and a flow), the replacement proportions of fly ash is about $25\%$ in order to control on expansion.

  • 플라이애시가 다량 첨가된 콘크리트, HVFA의 구조 기초 거동을 평가하기 위하여 플라이애시 혼입률과 압축강도를 변수로 하여 탄성계수, 응력-변형률 관계 및 부착강도 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과에 의하면, 탄성계수는 콘크리트의 압축강도와 플라이애시 혼입률에 어느 정도 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 극한변형률 역시 기존의 설계식과 다소 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 HVFAC의 탄성계수 및 부착강도는 일반 콘크리트와의 차이가 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

  • In this study, to increase fluidity and resistance of segregation of materials, the effect of each of the materials, which have effects on high performance concrete from investigating the properties of strength and drying shrinkage of high performance concrete made by the basic mix proportion used fly-ash and ground granulated blast-furnace slag after hardening, has been checked. According to the experimental results, fluidity on W/C = 34% was satisfied within slump-flow 65$\pm$ 5cm and U-type self-compactability difference 5cm. On the properties of strength, high performance concrete produced compressive strength over 400kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ in 28days when powder was replaced by 40% of fly-ash and 60% of ground granulated blast-furnace slag. And compressive strength was taken over 600kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ equal to non-replacement in 91days. Also, the length change of concrete with the addition of fly-ash was smaller than that without it. Therefore, it may be effective on the decrease of drying shrinkage volume.

플라이애쉬 치환율이 높은 콘크리트의 강도 발현 및 수화열 특성 (The Characteristics of Strength of Development and Hydration Heat on High Volume Fly-Ash Concrete)

  • 본 연구에서는 플라이애쉬가 다량 치환된 콘크리트 강도 발현과 수화열 특성에 대하여 연구를 수행하였다. 2수준의 W/B와 7수준의 플라이애쉬 치환률 및 2수준의 실리카흄 치환율을 실험 변수로 선택하였다. 콘크리트 배합에서 단위수량은 $125kg/m^3$으로 고정하였다. 결과로서 초기 재령에서는 플라이애쉬 치환율이 증가하면서 압축강도가 점진적으로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 그러나 재령 91일에서는 50%의 플라이애쉬 치환률까지 압축강도가 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 수화열 저감 효과는 플라이애쉬 치환율에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 플라이애쉬 치환율이 30% 이상일 때 수화열 저감 효율이 더 좋은 것으로 나타났다.

혼화재를 사용한 고강도 경량콘크리트에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on High Strength Lightweight Concrete Using Compound Materials)

  • This experimental study on high strength lightweight concrete using compound materials has been performed. In which, expanded clay was used as coarse aggregate, and silica fume and fly ash as admixtures varying by 0, 10% and 0, 5, 10, 15, 20% of cement amount respectively were added. Thus, the properties of fresh and hardened concrete have been investigated. The results of this study can be summarized as follows ; Each slump loss of mixtures replaced fly ash has been decreased by increasing replacement rate. The compressive strength have shown 465, 428 and $401kgf/cm^2$ at 30, 40 and 50% of W/B in 28days respectively, all of which have satisfied the criterion $270kgf/cm^2$ of high strength lightweight concrete. The unit volume weight of hardened concrete has been decreased by increasing replacement rate of silica fume and fly ash, values of which have satisfied the criterion $2000kgf/cm^3$of light weight concrete.

초유동 콘크리트의 재료특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Research on the Material Properties of Super Flowing Concrete)

  • In this study, the properties of super flowing cocrete containing gly ash were experimentally investigated and compared with those of ordinary concrete. Tests were carried out on five types of super flowing concrete mixes containing fly ash and three types of ordinary concrete mixes without fly ash. Flow test, O-funnel test, box test, Ltype thest and slump test were carried out to obtain the properties for the workability of fresh concrete. Compressime strength, splitting tensile strength, modulus of elasticity. creep and shrinkage test were also obtained as the mechanical properties of hardened concrete. In fresh concrete, it was found that super flowing concrete had excellent workability and flowability compared with ordinary concrete, and the volume ratio of coarse aggregate to concrete volume greatly influenced flowability. Super flowing concrete also had good mechanical properties at both early and late ages with compressive strengths reaching as high as 40 MPa at 28 days. The creep deformation of super flowing concrete investigated were relatively lower than that of ordinary concrete.

  • There are many factors that affect on the flowing properties of high flowing concrete(HFC), which are fluidity, compactibility, non-segregation ability and fillingability. And because the aggregate which is one of the factors occupies high volume in concrete, it has a much effect on the properties of high flowing concrete according to its size, quality and quantity etc. This is an experimental study to analyze the effect of admixture and volume of coarse aggregate in concrete on the flowing properties of high flowing concrete. For this purpose, the kinds of admixture are fly-ash and blast furnace slag. Also volume of coarse aggregate in concrete are 280, 290, 300, 310, 320 $(\ell/m^3)$. The test of flowablity properties is slump-flow, Air content, V-lot, L-Flow. According to test results, it was found that the compactibility of HFC is more superior to use blast furnace slag than other, and according .to kind of admixture, most compatible volume of coarse are different. Also when used blast furnace slag, the volume of coarse are increased than used fly-ash.

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze dry shrinkage of HVFAC (high volume fly ash concrete) with admixture to improve early strength. The results were as follows. In dry shrinkage of HVFAC with admixture to improve early strength, F3 had the lowest amount of dry shrinkage. The next is in order of Plain, F3-f15 and F3-f15r5. The study used index function modelfor analysis on dry shrinkage. Coefficient of determination was more than 0.97 in all mix, which made it possible to have a good estimation.
