원자력 고온가스의 열물 이용하여 수소를 생산을 하는 IS(Iodine-Sulfur)공정 중 HI분해-분리반응은 높은 열적-화학적 안정성이 요구되는 공정이다. 이러한 공정분위기에서 사용 될 분리막반응기의 촉매를 선정하고자 다양한 담체내에 백금(Platinum)의 함유량이 각각 다른 촉매를 사용하였다. HI 분해실험온도는 $300-500^{\circ}C$ 의 범위이며 일정량의 HI 용액을 기화시켜 촉매반응기에 정량적으로 공급하여, 가스크로마토그래피를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분해온도 변화와 다양한 담체내백금의 함유량 변화에 따른 HI전환율 확인하였으며, 반응 후 촉매에 대한 SEM과 XRD분석의 수행으로 촉매의 내구성과 변화를 확인하였다.

The thermochemical splitting of water has been proposed as a clean method for hydrogen production. The IS process is one of the thermochemical water splitting processes using iodine and sulfur as reaction agents. HI decomposition procedure to obtain hydrogen is one of the key operations in the process, because equilibrium conversion of HI is low (22% at $450^{\circ}C$). The silica membranes prepared by CVD. method were applied to the decomposition reaction of HI vapor. The permeation characteristics of hydrogen and nitrogen belong to the Knudsen flow pattern.

우리나라에서는 2000년부터 고속도로의 지정체 해소를 위해 하이패스가 도입되어 운영중이나 이에 대한 적절한 기준이 제시되지 못한 바, 하이패스의 대표적인 안전시설물인 시선유도봉의 적절한 설치기준에 대해 알아보았다. 시선유도봉은 교통사고 발생의 위험이 높은 곳으로서, 운전자의 주의가 현저히 요구되는 장소에 노면표시를 보조하여 동일 및 반대방향 교통류를 공간적으로 분리하고 위험구간을 예고하는 목적으로 설치된다. 본 논문에서 제시 한 시선유도봉 설치 주요 고려사항은 크게 2가지로, 첫째는 일반 차량과 하이패스 차량의 상대속도차이로 사고가 발생하지 않는 것과, 둘째는 하이패스를 통과한 차량이 유출램프에서 원활하게 유출할 수 있도록 차로변경 소요거리를 고려하는 것이다. 이와 같은 고려사항을 중심으로 적절한 시선유도봉 설치거리를 제시하였으며, 아울러 우선 고려사항을 제시하였다. 향후 이를 기준으로 하이패스 구축영업소에 시선유도봉이 설치될 경우, 보다 안전하고 원활한 하이패스 운영이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

(주)동양잉크(대표이사 최대광)가 최근 광택도와 색감을 향상하는 한편, 작업안정성을 극대화한 매엽 윤전 UV잉크 신제품을 연이어 공개했다. 이번에 동양잉크가 선보인 매엽잉크 제우스(ZEUS), 윤전잉크 글로리(GLORY), UV잉크 하이원(HI-ONE)은 인쇄 트러블을 최소화하면서도 우수한 인쇄품질을 달성할 수 있는 최적의 제품으로 인쇄인들의 요구를 적극 반영해 개발됐다.

New green host materials, 9-phenyl-3-(4-(1-phenyl-1H-benzo[d] imidazol-2-yl)phenyl)-9H-carbazole (3a) and 9-(naphthyl-2-yl)-3-(4-(1-phenyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)phenyl)-9H-carbazole (3b), have been designed and synthesized by attaching the electron transporting benzimidazole moiety to the hole transporting carbazole unit. These compounds have similar HOMO, LUMO levels and band-gap characteristics compared with CBP (4,4'-di(N-carbazolyl)biphenyl). The fabricated green phosphorescent OLED with this 3a host shows much better device performances compared to CBP-based one. The current and power efficiency is enhanced at least by 60 percent at a given constant luminance of 1000 cd/$m^2$.

위성 DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) 시스템은 도심 환경에서 위성으로부터의 감쇄된 신호를 증폭하기 위하여 별도의 수신신호 증폭을 위한 지상 중계기(Gap-filler)를 필요로 한다. 따라서 Gap-filler를 통해 증폭된 신호는 위성으로부터 직접 수신된 신호에 비하여 위성 DMB 시스템 간에 보다 더 큰 간섭을 야기한다. Gap-filler를 통해 발생된 위성 DMB 시스템 간의 간섭에 의해 위성 DMB 시스템의 Outage Capacity가 제한될 수 있기 때문에, 위성 DMB 시스템 간의 상호간섭 효과를 최소화 하여야 각 시스템의 기대 Outage Capacity를 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ITU-R BO. 1130-4를 토대로, 보다 정확한 파라미터를 사용한 시스템 레벨 시뮬레이션을 통해 위성 DMB 시스템간의 상호간섭을 분석하고, 각 시스템의 Gap-filer에서 설정한 Spectrum Mask를 이용하여 간섭을 최소화하고 Outage Capacity를 극대화하기 위한 Gap-filler를 이용하는 위성 DMB 시스템간의 보호대역 및 적정 셀 반경을 제안한다.

Intracellular pH (pHi) plays an important role in the regulation of cellular processes by influencing the acitivity of various enzymes in cells. Therefore, almost every type of mammalian cell possesses an ability to regulate its pHi. One of the most prominent mechanisms in the regulation of pHi is $Na^+/H^+$ exchanger. This exchanger has been known to be activated when cells are stimulated by the binding of agonist to the muscarinic receptors. Therefore, the aims of this study were to compare the rates of $H^+$ extrusion through $Na^+/H^+$ exchanger before and during muscarinic stimulation and to investigate the possible existence of $HCO_3^-$ transporter which is responsible for the continuous supply of $HCO_3^-$ ion to saliva. Acinar cells were isolated from the rat mandibular salivary glands and loaded with pH-sensitive fluoroprobe, 2', 7'-bis(2-carboxyethyl)-5(6)-carboxyfluorescein(BCECF), for 30min at room temperature. Cells were attached onto the coverglass in the perfusion chamber and the changes in pHi were measured on the iverted microscope using spectrofluorometer. 1. By switching the perfusate from $HCO_3^-$-free to $HCO_3^-$-buffered solution, pHi decreased by $0.39{\pm}0.02$ pH units followed by a slow increase at an initial rate of $0.04{\pm}0.007$ pH units/min. The rate of pHi increase was reduced to $0.01{\pm}0.002$ pH units/min by the simultaneous addition of 1 mM amiloride and $100{\mu}M$ DIDS. 2. An addition and removal of $NH_4^+$ caused a decrease in pHi which was followed by an increase in pHi. The increase of pHi was almost completely blocked by 1mM amiloride in $HCO_3^-$-free perfusate which implied that the pHi increase was entired dependent on the activation of $Na^+/H^+$ exchanger in $HCO_3^-$-free condition. 3. An addition of $10{\mu}M$ carbachol increased the initial rate of pHi recovery from $0.16{\pm}0.01$ pH units/min to $0.28{\pm}0.03pH$ units/min. 4. The initial rate of pHi decrease induced by 1mM amiloride was also increased by the exposure of the acinar cells to $10{\mu}M$ carbachol ($0.06{\pm}0.008pH$ unit/min) compared with that obtained before carbachol stimulation ($0.03{\pm}0.004pH$ unit/min). 5. The intracellular buffering capacity ${\beta}1$ was $14.31{\pm}1.82$ at pHi 7.2-7.4 and ${\beta}1$ increased as pHi decreased. 6. The rate of $H^+$ extrusion through $Na^+/H^+$ exchanger was greatly enhanced by the stimulation of the cells with $10{\mu}M$ carbachol and there was an alkaline shift in the activity of the exchanger. 7. An intrusion mechanism of $HCO_3^-$ was identified in rat mandibular salivary acinar cells. Taken all together, I observed 3-fold increase in $Na^+/H^+$ exchanger by the stimulation of the acinar cells with $10{\mu}M$ carbachol at pH 7.25. In addition, I have found an additional mechanism for the regulation of pHi which transported $HCO_3^-$ into the cells.

We designed new anthracene-based host material to increase color purity as well as device efficiency. The new blue host, 9,10-bis(2,4-dimethylphenyl)anthracene (BDA), has highly twisted structure and wide band gap due to ortho interaction between anthracene and introduced 2,4-dimethylphenyl substituents. BDA exhibited deep blue fluorescence in solution (${\lambda}_{max}$ = 410 nm) and in solid state (${\lambda}_{max}$ = 429 nm), respectively, with the wide optical band gap (E = 3.12 eV). Blue-light-emitting OLEDs using obtained host and 2% Flu-DPAN as emitter showed 8 cd/A of high efficiency as well as high color purity [CIE coordinates = (0.15, 015)].

음원 스트리밍 서비스와 Hi-Fi 시장이 성장함에 따라 다양한 음향기기들이 출시되고 있다. 이로 인해 소비자들의 제품 선택에 대한 폭은 넓어졌지만 자신의 음악적 취향과 일치하는 제품을 찾기는 더욱 어려워졌다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 선호하는 음원으로부터 보컬 성분을 추출하고 이를 토대로 사용자에게 가장 적합한 음향기기를 추천하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 원본 음원을 Python의 Spleeter Library를 통해 분리하여 보컬 음원을 추출하고 제조사의 음향기기의 주파수 대역 데이터를 수집한 결과를 각각 격자 그래프로 나타내었다. 추출한 보컬 음원의 주파수 대역과 음향기기의 주파수 대역 측정치 데이터를 비교하기 위한 지표로서 Matching Gap Index(MGI)를 제안하였다. 산출된 MGI 값을 토대로 사용자 선호와의 유사도가 가장 높은 음향기기를 추천한다. 추천 결과는 음향 전문업체에서 제공하는 장르별 Equalizer 데이터를 이용하여 검증하였다.

The purpose of this study is to reconstruct upper class women's costume of 'Mongol-pung' and 'Goryeo-yang' in a civilization-exchanged period between Mongolia and Korea, for making movie or soap opera costume and historical animation. 'Mongol-pung' was a cultural influence from Mogolia to Korea. For example, sleeveless bi-gap(比甲) and half-sleeved dap-ho(搭忽) were put on by many women at that time. On the basis of old literature, I suggest a 'Mongol-pung' costume as a set of seeran-chulrik(膝欄 terlig), em-broidered bigap, dapho of meat-red color for women. 'Goryeo-yang' was a cultural influence from Korea to Mongolia. Due to old poem of Yuan, 'Short outer Jacket with square neckline, half sleeves, and clear color(方領過腰半臂)' was a representative of 'Goryeo-yang' in Mongolian royal women's costumes. Many women were dressed in it with short inner jacket and wide skirt. In the case of making soap opera costume, the budget of broadcasting station, appearence of nowaday's actor and actress, similarity between old fabric and modern fabric must be considered altogether.
