This study is to present current research state of the art in serviscape and performance in healthcare system. Previous studies related to serviscape in healthcare sector are explored with limitations. This study conducts a content analysis with literature reviews in order to synthesize previous studies into three branch constitution dimension of the serviscape presenting the service environment. This study provides a current research state of the art and a future direction in serviscape in healthcare sector. Study results provide serviscape, customer response, satisfaction, and behavior intention in terms of healthcare settings. The patients and hospital customers as well as hospital employees should share the service experiences of the good quality in a proper service environment so that the patients and customer can satisfy and revisit the hospital.

Purpose: This study analyzed the research published in KCI-registered journals related to healthcare marketing for the last 27 years from 1995 to 2022 to identify academic research trends, the specificity of the healthcare field and to suggest future research directions. Methodology: A total of 213 articles were selected for this study, and a descriptive analysis of the period and journals was conducted, as well as the analysis of research topics and keywords from the perspective of marketing strategy factors and performance factors. Findings: A total of 213 articles related to healthcare marketing have been published in the last 27 years. The descriptive analysis showed a steady quantitative increase, but the STP field showed a decreasing trend, and many papers were mainly published in the Korean Journal of Hospital Management. According to the analysis of research topics and keywords, STP field will be hard to become an active research topic in the future, and even in the 7P field, only Product, People, and Process can be researched according to medical law regulations, and other factors such as PX & WOM, CRM, and the Internet fields are expected to be research topics. Implications: Through the analysis of research trends over the past 27 years, we were able to identify the specificity of the healthcare marketing field in Korea and suggest future research directions based on this.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to shed light on the healthcare management systems in correlation with the advancing technological world, as well as the many diversified systems in different Asian countries. Research design, data, and methodology - This is a comprehensive study on the past researches that have been conducted on the field of healthcare management in different Asian countries. The different types of healthcare coverages were examined by country. Additionally, incorporating the healthcare system with technology is also investigated in this research. Results - The results have shown that there is a rapid incorporation of the technology in today's society with the healthcare systems. This has promising effects for the future, and for the different healthcare systems that exist within other Asian countries around the world. Conclusion - Quality healthcare for people are still elusive, and the healthcare management should improve on ways to better take care of their patients for the near future. By shedding light on the healthcare systems of Asian countries, an idea of the similarities and differences each hold can be assessed and utilized for future goals. By incorporating technology into healthcare systems, this will help in improving the overall care and quality-of-life that patients receive for the future.

This study aims to analyze the research trends of the Journal of Korean Academy of Dental Administration and identify the characteristics of the journal. The research was based on 10 academic journals from 2013 to 2022 and related documents. The type of paper, research method, statistical analysis, topic classification, and research subject of 65 papers were extracted and categorized. As a result, the distribution of paper types was as follows: research articles accounted for 83.2%, review articles for 12.3%. In terms of research methods, questionnaire surveys were used in 46.2% of the papers, literature reviews in 23.1%, and national data analysis in 7.7%. Research topics included dental manpower at 20.0%, infection control at 7.7%, dental information at 6.2%, patient safety at 6.2%, and oral health care quality at 6.2%. 72.3% of the papers were quantitative studies, and the majority of research subjects were dental hygienists or dental hygiene students, accounting for 26.2% of the total. The Journal of Korean Academy of Dental Administration covers topics such as dental healthcare marketing, dental healthcare organization and management, dental healthcare information, dental healthcare policy, dental healthcare insurance, dental healthcare quality management, patient safety, medical disputes, and infection control. The authors are also contributed by a variety of dental personnel, including dentists, dental hygienists, and dental technicians.

In this study we analyze research trends on machine learning healthcare based on papers from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Korea. In Elsevier's Scopus, we collected 3425 papers related to machine learning healthcare published from 2018 to 2022. Keyword frequency and centrality analysis were conducted using the abstracts of the collected papers. We identified keywords with high frequency of appearance by calculating keyword frequency and found central research keywords through the centrality analysis by country. Through the analysis results, research related to machine learning, deep learning, healthcare, and the covid virus was conducted as the most central and highly mediating research in each country. As the implication, studies related to electronic health information-based treatment, natural language processing, and privacy in Korea have lower degree centrality and betweenness centrality than those of the United States and the United Kingdom. Thus, various convergence research applied with machine learning is needed for these fields.

Mycopasma contamination of tissue culture cells easily evades detection and, thus, represents a continous therat to cell biologists. In case where infected cell can not simply be replaced, attempts have to be made to eradicate mycoplacma from the tissue culture cells. A variety of anti-microbial agents have been shown to be toxic to mycoplasma strains ; however, cell associated mycoplasma are often protected from antibiotics at concentrations shown to be effective in vitro. Antibiotic concentrations high enough to be lethal to cell as sociated mycoplasmas frequently are also detrimentrations to the host cells, while moderately increased antibiotic levels tolerated by the host cells often lead to only temporary growth suppression and/or to the emergence of mycoplasma strains resistanct even to high concentrations of the antibiotis applied. Hare, a genetic approach for the elimination of mycoplasma from tissue culture cells that overcomes thens limitations is described. By expression of a selection marker conferring resistance to an otherwise toxic agent, Acholeplasma laidlawii infected BHK-21 cells used as the model system were enabled to temporarily tolerate antibiotic concentrations high enough to be lethal to cell associated mycopalsma while leaving the host cells unharmed. Upon successful mycoplasma eradicated, cultvation of the cured host cells in the absence of the selective agent yielded revertant cell clones that had regained susceptibillity to the toxic agent. Cressation of the selection marker expression was shown to result from the loss of the selection marker DNA, which is a consequence of the fact that the stable and permanent integration of foreign DNA in eucaryotic cell chrosomes is highly inefficient. Thus, the cells were cured from mycoplasma yet remained biochemically unaltered.

최근의 스마트폰과 정보통신 기술의 발달, 무선센서 영역의 폭발적 성장은 전통적 의료서비스 환경을 급격하게 변화시키고 있다. 이러한 환경 변화에 부응하고자 전통적 의료서비스 체제를 재택생활 영역과 사회공공치료 영역 등으로 그 범위를 확대하기 위한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 활발한 연구 활동이 전개되고 있는 헬스케어 분야에 대한 연구 프레임워크를 개발하여 제시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 해외 연구동향을 분석하였다. 스마트폰을 활용한 재택환자모니터링과 이를 활용한 신의료서비스 분야와 질병의 확대방지와 개인의 건강행동의 촉진과 권장 등을 통한 예방중심의 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하기 위한 사회 공공 헬스케어서비스 체계 구축에 관한 활발한 연구추세를 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 연구 프레임워크와 연구 동향은 향후 국내의 헬스케어 분야 연구와 헬스케어 정보기술의 실무적 활용에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this paper is to provide the comprehensive review of empirical investigations in strategy content in healthcare organizations. Given the absence of relevant reviews in assessing an external validity of strategy content research in the healthcare industry, the paper, by taking convergent view, discern two main streams of research in the school of content: (1) the strategy-structure-performance (SSP) contingent, and (2) competitive strategies which test the propositions that business strategy, industry structure (IO economics). Finally, the paper suggests some future direction for research in this area.

To date, many researchers have developed a variety of biosensors to detect the biomolecular interactions. Recently, electrochemical biosensors have been attracting great interest as one of key technologies in a ubiquitous healthcare (U-healthcare) system since they are highly sensitive and feasible to miniaturize. Here we overview the current electrochemical biosensors based on strip-type, nanowire/nanotube, field effect transistor (FET), and nanogap electrode.
