보건의료와 ICT가 결합된 형태인 디지털 헬스케어는 보건의료 패러다임을 진단 치료에서 예방 관리로 변화시키고 있다. 또한 부가가치가 매우 높은 경제 발전의 신성장 동력으로 인식되고 있으며, 우리 정부도 이의 발전을 위해 관련 제반 기술 및 정보에 대한 합리적 법적 기준과 규제체계를 마련하고자 노력하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 노력에도 불구하고, 정부의 디지털 헬스케어 발전을 위한 규제 개선 전략에 변화가 필요하다는 주장이 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우선 우리나라와 해외 주요국의 디지털 헬스케어 발전을 위한 규제 개선 전략을 비교 분석하여 차이점을 확인하였다. 이어서 본 연구는 디지털 헬스케어와 관련된 신문기사 분석과 전문가 인터뷰를 실시하여 국내 디지털 헬스케어 관련 규제 쟁점과 발전을 위한 규제 개선 전략을 도출하였다. 전문가들은 디지털 헬스케어 관련 규제 개선을 위해 특히 부처 간 협업구조의 구축, 부처의 전문역량 강화와 전문가 확보, 폭넓은 이해관계자의 참여 보장, 그리고 의료 정보의 처리에 대한 명확한 기준 마련을 중요하게 인식함을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 전문가 인터뷰 결과를 중심으로 하여 연구의 시사점을 제시하였다.

최근 해외뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 헬스케어 산업에 대한 투자가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 시간과 비용이 많이 들어가는 헬스케어 산업의 특성은 창업 활성화 및 투자에 제약이 되고 있다. 이 때문에 IT산업 분야의 스타트업 기업에 적용되어 효용성을 인정받고 있는 린스타트업 방법론이 헬스케어 산업 분야의 스타트업에도 적용 가능한지를 살펴보는 것은 중요한 의미를 갖는다고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 헬스케어 산업분야에서 기술력을 바탕으로 창업하여 벤처캐피탈 투자유치 및 코스닥 상장까지 이룬 기업의 사례를 통해서 IT 산업분야 초기 창업기업에 적용되어 왔던 린스타트업(Lean Startup)이론의 응용 가능성을 모색하고자 하였다. 헬스케어 산업분야의 특성 및 린스타트업 관점의 접근을 통한 사례연구의 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시제품의 테스트가 법으로 엄격히 규제되어 있는 헬스케어 산업분야의 기술창업일수록 린스타트업 이론에 의한 최소요건제품(MVP, Minimum Viable Product) 개발을 통한 가설검증이 중요하다. 둘째, 헬스케어 산업과 같이 전임상(pre-clinical study), 임상 시험 등 인허가 과정이 길고, 비용이 많이 들어가는 산업일수록 연구조직을 스타트업(Startup) 조직으로 구성하고 연구원의 기업가정신(Entrepreneurship)을 함양해야 된다. 셋째, 젊은 엔지니어의 기술창업을 활성화하기 위해서는 기업가정신 함양과 같은 응용인문학 교육과 더불어 린 스타트업과 같은 스타트업을 위한 차별화된 경영기법이 요구된다.

최근 헬스케어 산업이 사물인터넷(Internet of Thing) 기술과 결합한 스마트 헬스케어 산업이 주목을 받고 있다. 스마트 헬스케어란 애플리케이션, 웨어러블 기기, 플랫폼 등 정보통신 기술은 기반으로 한 건강관리 및 의료 서비스를 말한다. 스마트 헬스케어 산업은 차세대 산업분야인 6T 중 가장 활발한 IT(Information Technology)와 BT(Bio Technology)간의 결합으로 차세대 스마트 헬스케어 기기들이 늘어나고 있다. 다양한 스마트 헬스케어 기기들이 나타남에 따라 스마트 헬스케어 시스템이 다른 유기적 연동 여부와 보안성 품질 여부가 중요한 평가요소가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 스마트 헬스케어 시스템의 특성 및 서비스 유형을 조사하고 스마트 헬스케어 시스템의 기술 및 산업 동향을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 스마트 헬스케어 시스템 평가 요구사항을 도출하여 스마트 헬스케어 시스템의 보안성 평가방법과 품질평가기준을 개발하고자 한다. 이는 스마트 헬스케어 시스템의 품질 향상 및 신뢰도 높은 제품 개발을 유도 할 수 있으며, 기술보호 장벽에 대처 할 수 있는 핵심기술로 기대된다.

최근 융합 현상중에서 관심 분야중 하나는 건강과 밀접한 헬스케어 산업이다. 헬스케어 산업은 정보통신과 의료산업이 융합된 분야로서, 우리사회가 겪고 있는 고령화 인구의 증가등의 요인으로 관심을 모으고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IT와 의료산업의 융복합 형태인 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 현황 및 문제점, 향후 발전 방향등에 대해 고찰하였다.

Blockchain is at the center of attention recently and it is expected to have a huge impact on healthcare industry including dentistry as well. Blockchain is a fundamental technology behind Bitcoin and itis all about decentralization, security, reliability, and transparency. These characteristics of the technology empower it to disrupt the current healthcare industry in innumerable practices such as supply chain management in pharmaceuticals to prevent the counterfeited medicine, clinical trials to guarantee transparency, healthcare information exchanges or personal health record systems to ensure data integrity and interoperability, etc. It will surely revolutionize the way the current healthcare system works; from provider-oriented to patient-centered. Hence, it is time to seriously consider how we could be a part of this blockchain revolution in dentistry.

디지털바이오헬스케어 산업은 문재인 정부의 3대 중점육성산업의 하나이다. 본 연구의 목적은 디지털바이오헬스케어산업의 연관 산업에 대한 파급효과와 투자효과를 비교분석하는 것이다. 디지털바이오헬스케어산업의 연관산업에 대한 파급효과를 분석하는 것은 산업 및 기술개발 정책의 수립에 매우 중요하다. 연구방법은 첫째, 표준산업분류 상의 33개 산업을 재분류하여 35개 산업대분류표로 재작성하였다. 둘째, 산업연관표의 분석틀을 활용하여 각종 유발계수와 파급효과계수들을 재작성하였다. 셋째, 디지털바이오헬스케어산업의 생산, 투자, 부가가치, 일자리부문에서 연관산업에 대한 파급효과를 비교하였다. 넷째, 투자효과측면에서 자체산업과 연관 산업과의 효과를 비교하였다. 이 연구의 결과가 산업정책 및 기술개발정책 수립에 용이하게 활용되기를 기대한다.

Success of any business solely is dependant on how to satisfy clients in healthcare-related industry. In the short history of Korea pet-care industry, there were not many guidelines on client satisfaction management of companion animal hospitals. The studies on many pet healthcare facilities were conducted based on their cost-benefits and the advantages of medical operation within special features of the traditional hospital management system. However the companion animal hospitals recently need to improve the service quality and client closed communication in keen competition on pet healthcare market. This study explores client satisfaction management could be the new issue of the veterinary hospital business. And it finally suggests of the critical factors affecting successful client satisfaction management of companion animal hospital based on the eight case studies.

현재 코로나 확산과 더불어 데이터 3법 시행으로 디지털 헬스케어 산업이 성장할 수 있도록 산업체 및 정부가 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 의료분야 관련 법률의 개정과 안전한 의료 데이터 전송 방안이 필요하다는 주장이 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 데이터 3법과 헬스케어와 관련된 법제도를 짚어본다. 법 제도적 및 기술적 측면에서 전략을 비교하여 법 제도적 이슈를 도출하고 기술적 측면에서의 전략적 방향성을 파악하여 시사점을 도출한다. 이를 기반으로 우리나라의 디지털 헬스케어 산업에 적합한 법 제도적인 전략을 제시하고, 안전한 비식별처리 및 데이터 전송 등의 기술적 방안의 개선 방향을 제안한다. 이러한 다각적인 관점으로 분석하고 접근한 본 연구는 디지털 헬스케어 산업뿐만 아니라 다양한 융합산업 확산에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The healthcare business is growing as a global core business because of the phenomenon of global aging, as well as in South Korea, skyrocketing health care costs accordingly, and changing the paradigm from treatment to the prevention-centered medical service. Especially, as the digital healthcare service stands out as a solution, major countries actively promote and support policies at the government level. Thus, this study will present attributes of a market-oriented service that would vitalize the digital healthcare service industry by investigating major attributes of the digital healthcare service. To analyze the relationships of the influences of attributes, this study used Interpretive Structural Modeling. As a result of literature research and ISM, this study can understand the eight basic attributes of the digital healthcare service (network scalability, context awareness, connection among information platforms, cost, trust, security, ease of use, usefulness) and analyze the relationships of the influences among the attributes. In addition, as this study finds some significant differences in Order Winner and Order Qualifier between the experts' group (security) and the users' group (trust, ease of use, usefulness), It provides meaningful implications for revitalization and promotion of digital healthcare service industry.

In this study we analyze research trends on machine learning healthcare based on papers from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Korea. In Elsevier's Scopus, we collected 3425 papers related to machine learning healthcare published from 2018 to 2022. Keyword frequency and centrality analysis were conducted using the abstracts of the collected papers. We identified keywords with high frequency of appearance by calculating keyword frequency and found central research keywords through the centrality analysis by country. Through the analysis results, research related to machine learning, deep learning, healthcare, and the covid virus was conducted as the most central and highly mediating research in each country. As the implication, studies related to electronic health information-based treatment, natural language processing, and privacy in Korea have lower degree centrality and betweenness centrality than those of the United States and the United Kingdom. Thus, various convergence research applied with machine learning is needed for these fields.
