ChatGPT has the potential to revolutionize occupational medicine by providing a powerful tool for analyzing data, improving communication, and increasing efficiency. It can help identify patterns and trends in workplace health and safety, act as a virtual assistant for workers, employers, and occupational health professionals, and automate certain tasks. However, caution is required due to ethical concerns, the need to maintain confidentiality, and the risk of inconsistent or inaccurate results. ChatGPT cannot replace the crucial role of the occupational health professional in the medical surveillance of workers and the analysis of data on workers' health.

Even if odorous compounds remain very low concentration in water, it cause strong odor. Because Geosmin and most of odorous compound had very low vaporization, those were difficult to analyze with GC/MSD and Purge & Trap. So, we needed pre-treatment method for decreasing amounts of extracting solvents, improving recovery efficiencies and increasing analytical efficiencies. This study developed efficient technology for analyzing odorous compounds, using various adsorbents and extracting solvents. The optimum adsorbent was XAD resins. Especially, XAD-2, XAD-7 and XAD-2010 were superior, but XAD-2 of these and the optimum extraction solvent is MTBE. Other extraction solvents' efficiency is in order of MTBE>Dichloromethane>n-Hexane>Diethylether. The optimum NaCl dosage for increasing efficiency is 5 g in liquid-liquid extraction method. The shaking time(0~24hr) has no concern with adsorption efficiency. The optimum adsorbent is XAD-2 resin and extraction solvent is MTBE. Dosing NaCl, adsorption efficiency is increased in liquid-liquid extraction method, but NaCl has no effect on liquid-solid extraction method. In this experimental results, this algae toxins(Mycrocystin, Anatoxin etc.).
We have studied that the prediction of desulfurization efficiency by limestone in fluidized-bed coal combustor. The results were presented as follows : Firstly, the bed temperature had a great deal of effect on the desulfurization and the optimum temperature of limestone was 85$0^{\circ}C$~90$0^{\circ}C$. Secondly, as the velocity and temperature increased, $K_{s}$, K and the desulfurization efficiency increased. So, $k_{s}$, $k_{d}$ highly depended on the air velocity and bed temperature, and $k_{s}$, $k_{d}$ were 82.53 mm/sec, 0.0041/sec at 0.2 m/sec, 85$0^{\circ}C$, $k_{s}$, $k_{d}$ were 125.62 mm/sec. 0.00532/sec at 0.3 m/sec, 80$0^{\circ}C$ respectively. And $k_{s}$, $k_{d}$ were 143.78 mm/sec, 0.00568/sec at 0.3 m/sec, 85$0^{\circ}C$. Thirdly, as a result of desulfurization modeling, there was good agreement between theory and experiments as anthracite fraction increased. At 3.0 of optimum Ca/S molar ratio, there was very good agreement between theory and experiments.riments.riments.s.
Solid lipid nanoparticle (SLN) system has been attracted increasing attention during last few years as a potential drug delivery carrier However, the SLN have disadvantage of low encapsulation efficiency for hydrophilic drug. In this study, for increase it's encapsulation efficiency, we prepared the $Eudragit^{\circledR}$ L100-55 (eudragit) coated SLN(E-SLN) based on solvent evaporation method and melt dispersion technique, and analyzed their physicochemical properties in terms of particle size, morphology, and encapsulation efficiency. As a result, they have a ${\pm}150$ nm particle size, spherical shape, and $10^{\sim}25$ % loading efficiency. SLN consists of coconut oil as core material, ascorbic acid and okyong-san as hydrophilic drug.
The objectives of this research prograln were to study the ozonation characteristics of phenol contaminated wastewater in the continuous packed column reactor (PCR) and the bubble column reactor (BCR) using ozone that has a strong oxidizing potential, and to provide the fundamentals of ozonizing the phenol contaminated wastewater. Among various influencing factors on phenol decomposition through the oxidation by ozone, phenol/ozone mde ratio was chosen as reaction parameters. Concerning the phenol/ozone mde ratio, as the influent phenol concentration increased from 30 mg/l to 150 mg/l, the phenol removal efficiency decreased from 99% for 30 mg/l to 83.7% for 150 mg/l, in PCR. PCR also showed higher treatment efficiency than BCR by 1% for 30 mg/l and 2.2% for 150 mg/l, respectively. The ozone utilization efficiency of PCR for the phenol concentration 30 mg/l was higher than that of BCR while the efficiency of both reactors was 99.9% for the phenol concentration of 150 mg/l.
This study was performed to test the applicability of the ozone/hydroxy radical reaction system, which applied advanced oxidation processes, to remove total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) from the fine soil in washing water of the soil washing process. Removal efficiency was tested on 40 L of washing water in a pilot reaction tank. Fine soil contaminated with $800mg\;kg^{-1}$ TPH was prepared at 5% and 10% suspended solids. Testing conditions included ozone/hydroxy radical flow rates of 40, 80, and $120L\;min^{-1}$, and processing time of 2 to 12 hours. The removal efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbon from water waster by ozone/hydroxy radical was increased with higher flow rates and lower percentages of suspended solids. Optimal efficiency was achieved at $80L\;min^{-1}$ flow rate for 4 hours for the 5% suspended solids, and $120L\;min^{-1}$ for 6 hours for the 10% suspended solids. These results verified the efficiency of hydroxy radical in removing TPH and the applicability of the ozone/hydroxy radical reaction system in the field.
A laboratory experiment was performed to investigate phosphorus and nitrogen removal from synthetic wastewater by intermittently activated sludge process packed with aluminium plate. Three continuous experimental systems, I. e. an intermittently activated sludge process(Run A), an intermittently activated sludge process with an aluminium plate packed into the reactor(Run B), and a reactor post stage(Run C) were compared. In the batch experiments, the phosphorus removal time in the reactor packed with copper and aluminium plate simultaneously was faster than that of the reactor packed with only an aluminium plates. However, the reactor packed with only an aluminium plate could be used for phosphorus removal. Move phosphorus was removed with an increase of surface area of aluminium plate and electrolysis(NaCl) concentration. The efficiency of COD and nitrogen removal was not affected in Run B. However, the phosphrus removal efficiency decreased because of reaction products and activated sludge which gradually covered gradually the surface of the aluminium plate. The efficiency of phosphorus removal in Run C was 86.3% at the HRT of 3.2 hours. Especially, the efficiency of phosphorus removal in Run C was higher than that in Run B.
The treatment of the washout from small scale incinerator was performed physically, chemically and biologically. The results are as follows. 1. SS, FS removal efficiency of washout wastewater from incinerator was 67.4%, 37.4%, while SS, FS of sewage wastewater was removed 63.2% 35.4% respectively. 2. The optimal conditions for chemical coagulation turned out to be pH 7.5, alum(Al2O3 10%) 30ml/ι and polyelectrolyte(A-601P 0.1%) 4ml/ι. SS 86%, FS 89.5%, BOD 42.5% and CODMn, 63.5% was removed and the removal efficiency of some metals are shown as Pb 93.5%, Zn 86.5% and Fe 80.6%. The concentration of the effluent was SS 9mg/ι, BOD 98.4mg/ι, and CODMn 138.4mg/ι. 3. The removal efficiency in treating washout wastewater of incinerator through HBC-briquet media was getting higher with increasing HRT, and mixed wastewater with 1:1, 1:2 ratio could be met up to the standard limit with higher HRT than 12hr. Under the condition of 1:2 mix ratio and HRT 24 hr, removal efficiency of SS, BOD, CODMn, T-N and T-P was 92.1%, 90%, 87%, 48.2% and 48%, respectively, and the concentration of treated wastewater was SS 2.9 mg/ι, BOD 10.3mg/ι, CODMn 14.1mg/ι, T-N 11.6 mg/ι and T-P 1.3 mg/ι, respectively.

Objectives: The cytotoxcities of Au, Ag, SWCNT, $SiO_2$, and ZnO nanomaterials were evaluated in order to assess their potential toxicological effects in in vitro cell models using colony forming efficiency (CFE) assay. Methods: The CFE assay of the test materials was carried out on Hep G2 cells. The size distribution of nanomaterials was studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Changes in cell viability after treatment with a toxicant will result in a decreased number of colonies formed in comparison to solvent. Results: The TEM images show that all the particles except SWCNT and ZnO can be considered approximately spherical. The gold and $SiO_2$ nanoparticles show no response (no toxicity) in concentration response experiments. A statistically significant toxic effect was found in Hep G2 cells treated with Ag, SWCNT and ZnO nanomaterials. Conclusion: In this study, we considered CFE assay to be a promising test for screening studies for cytotoxicity with physicochemical analysis.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to enhance sales promotion efficiency for using solid refuse fuel facilities. Renewable energy technology using Solid Refuse Fuel (SRF) is an economic efficiency technology that recovers waste by burning various wastes. A survey on the pollutants discharged from the solid fuels facilities was investigated so that the SRF facilities could be expanded, distributed and reflected in the policy. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, 9 business sites using SRF and Bio-SRF as main raw materials were investigated for 2 years. The characteristics of target business sites such as the type of fuel used, combustion method, combustion temperature, daily fuel consumption and environmental prevention facilities were studied. Results: The average pollution & ammonia concentration of Bio-SRF facilities was found to be 88.15% higher than that of SRF facilities. But the average acetaldehyde concentration of SRF facilities was found to be 88.15% higher than that of Bio-SRF facilities. Conclusions: The main issue is how much electric power generation using combustible materials affects air pollution. The waste recycling law provides the standard value according to the fuel property, but there is a considerable gap with the mixed fuel. Therefore, for efficient utilization of facilities using solid fuel products, additional research is needed to improve the distribution structure of exhaust pollutants is needed.
