The Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO) is the de facto standard ontology to describe human phenotypes in detail, and it is actively used, particularly in the field of rare disease diagnoses. For clinicians who are not fluent in English, the HPO has been translated into many languages, and there have been four initiatives to develop Japanese translations. At the Biomedical Linked Annotation Hackathon 6 (BLAH6), a rule-based approach was attempted to determine the preferable Japanese translation for each HPO term among the candidates developed by the four approaches. The relationship between the HPO and Mammalian Phenotype translations was also investigated, with the eventual goal of harmonizing the two translations to facilitate phenotype-based comparisons of species in Japanese through cross-species phenotype matching. In order to deal with the increase in the number of HPO terms and the need for manual curation, it would be useful to have a dictionary containing word-by-word correspondences and fixed translation phrases for English word order. These considerations seem applicable to HPO localization into other languages.

In the latest furniture design field, we can find mass production with concept of heterogeneity that is made by harmonizing existing object with other object, which has new value. In order to follow the trend in the reality, various design process method that applied concept of Hybrid is attempted by flexibly combining or changing heterogeneous materials, formations or functions such as combination of new material and wood or IT. However, not like other design fields, its research range in furniture design is limited. This study is conducted in order to overcome and supplement problems that are made when these different materials are combined, such as faults or cracks made due to difference of expansion and contraction coefficient, lack of intensity and change of formation due to external temperature and humidity. Panels that are combined for this study were verified materials that have passed environmental adaptation test throughout the period of 1 year and 2 months, which will be made into a table. By doing this, this study will be an empirical study that establish concept of furniture made with acrylic and provides manufacturing method of combining wood and acrylic. Finally it proposed a new furniture design method that follows the trend by researching new materials with the new concept.

Bribery is one of the world's most destructive and challenging issues. Yet despite efforts on national and international levels to tackle bribery, it remains a significant issue. Recognizing this, ISO has developed a new standard to help organizations fight bribery and promote an ethical business culture, which is "ISO 37001 - Anti-bribery Management Systems" in 2016. ISO 37001 can provide the tools and systems to greatly reduce the risk and help organizations deal with it effectively if it does arise. It is a flexible tool, which can be adapted according to the size and nature of the organization and the bribery risk it faces. After enforcing the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, Korean government standardized ISO 37001, one of the Business Ethics of Global Standard, harmonizing International Standards into Korean Industrial Standards (KS) in 2017. It is meaningful in that Korean companies have localized regulation which applies to global standard anti-bribery management systems. Only about 100 organizations, however, have adopted ISO 37001 so far. The primary purpose of this paper is to examine the expectation and awareness of ISO 37001. Results show that still many organizations lack of awareness of ISO 37001 and it is implicated that much promotion and education will be necessary. This study has originality and value in that it can provide the guidelines for activation of ISO 37001.

Currently the time when we are living the large majority is harmonizing with digital medium together. From the calligraphy which is traditional in the example is reconstituted with digital and with the element which is one design is being born again. This about one being time is not a fun in rediscovery and as the design where the traditional form which seems hardly is modern is mixed in digital medium and is going. In this paper when digitalizing the expressive technique of calligraphy from the work which is analog time knows the important element of the actual conditions which appear and the report person does. The ink which appears from joke from actual work or calligraphy technique analyzes the actual condition spreading and this digitalization at the time of height boil time.

A new possibility for helping regional residents to establish the identity based on the history, culture and environment of the region and harmonizing art and culture in daily life can be seen from eco-museum. Unique cultural inheritances for each region exist not only in our nation but everywhere around the world, and Cheonan region is continuously attracting tourists from other regions as a home of the Independence Hall, Yu Gwan Sun Memorial, and live branches of independent activists with important inheritances such as tourist attractions and national treasures. However, despite unique environment of the region and inheritances with high academic values, lack of basic guides and explanations place the region in an environment that is difficult to approach. The purpose of this study is to systematically investigate regional inheritances based on the concept of eco-museum as an alternative for such problem recognition and to examine problems of inheritances scarred around Cheonan region based on their current status. The author of this study aims to analyze the investigated regional inheritances, rearrange their values and suggest possibilities for continued preservation and utilization.

In the history of ancient art, the form harmonizing Text and Image is founded in many genres of art. especially Buddhist art Image, which is used as important tool as the text to spread Buddhist ideas. This original literary form have switched the visual communication systems, patterns of speculation is another reason to have a symbolic system. The switch between Text and Image is very important on interpreting the aesthetic concept of the modern interpretation of visual media. Therefore, This research has investigated and compared the Wall paintings in Dunhuang to Animation 's Image Narrative. The original story of is based on the Buddhist Jataka tale of the same name, which were discovered as wall paintings made by unknown artists at the Dunhuang Mogao Caves.

Our government finally understood the true meaning of this wisdom and is attempting to revive the rural area by establishing local produce exhibition hall. This is to allow different regions to promote their specialties and provide diverse experience to the public. However, the reality is that unstructured marketing and PR is not achieving much. Marketing in the past was a paradigm of function and benefit. As we passed 20th century, this was challenged, leading to experiential marketing. Customers' cultural urge and interest in experience and participation are getting stronger. With the facilitation of Promotion Center for local special products, local special products and relevant local communities will be promoted, and the distribution business will grow further. This research was performed to establish basic research materials for planning information center in order to invigorate regional products. This study brought about the following results: first, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire emotional elements by associating the elements with local special products; secondly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire cognitive elements by harmonizing local communities' unique identities with their own other special products; thirdly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire behavioral elements by enjoying various experiences and events; fourthly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire relational elements by integrating other new spaces.

The managing strategies of each enterprise has been fundamentally changed due to the emergence of digital economics by using the internet. Therefore it is indispensable for each enterprise to be changed their business strategies. With a view to meeting the change of new economic paradigm, they are efforting to build a infrastructure for information and communication, induce foreign capital, reconsider their conditions of location, draw the law concerned and reinforce education for experts etc. In consideration of these change, the Pusan port & the KwangYang port have to introduce e-Business for the purpose of increasing the level of their competition. We - our government, the companies - concerned with port management should recognize and use efficiently our core competence and potentiality of our port management. To achieve it, firstly port industries are to handle not only international logistic system but also communication, finance and sightseeing. Secondly, the developed off-line system have to be harmonizing with the on-line. This paper proposes an ontology population model based on ISO/IEC 11179. Much research has recently been done on harmonizing Web 2.0 and the Semantic Web, and the harmonization is defined as Web 3.0. The most important issues for realizing Web 3.0 include defining ontology schemas and populating instances for ontologies. To resolve the issue, Web ontology schemas should be precisely defined, and a method for populating Web ontology from Web resources should be developed. This paper proposes a Web ontology population model based on ISO/IEC 11179 - Metadata Registry (MDR), which is the international standard, developed to manage and use common standard concepts.

Objective : The Blood-Letting Therapy which gives an acupuncture and lets blood on the surface of body by using various needles is quite effective in chronic disease. SoMoon lays the theoretical foundation of Korean Medicine. This article could help improve the understanding of the blood-letting therapy in SoMoon and also paves the way for applying the therapy to treatment of the various diseases. Method : This study selected the texts correlated to indications of blood-letting, after collecting the sentences from SoMoon with the search words 'blood', 'stagnated blood' and so on. Conclusion : This study on the Blood-Letting Therapy includes the way and location to give an acupuncture, the general rules of prescription, needles, amount of blood-letting, running mechanism and attentions. The purpose of Blood Letting Therapy is to treat and cure the disease through Improve vital energy and Expel harmful energy by improving meridian function and harmonizing Um-Yang and Ki-Blood.
