Scholars are paying increasingly close attention to brain research and the creation of biological neural networks, artificial neural networks, artificial intelligence, neurochips, brain-computer interfaces, prostheses, new research instruments and methods, methods of treatment, as well as the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases based on these data. The authors of the study propose their hypothesis on the understanding of the phenomenon of consciousness that answers questions concerning the criteria of consciousness, its localization, and principles of operation. In the study of the hard problem of consciousness, the philosophical and scientific categories of consciousness, and prominent hypotheses and theories of consciousness, the authors distinguish "the area of the conscious mind", which encompasses several states of consciousness united by the phenomenon of integrated consciousness. According to the authors, consciousness is a kind of executor of the phenomenological idea of the "chalice", so the search for it should be conducted deeper than the processes in the power of thought consciousness and transconsciousness, to which integrated consciousness can act as a lever. However, integrated consciousness may have the capacity to transcend into lower states of consciousness, which requires further study.

Many closed schools of about more 3,000(2006 year) have occurred all over the country according to governmental policy of 1982. These closed schools were sold or rent to institution, local government, and a private, and are used by various usage such as novitiate, institution, educational facility, art creation facilities, warehouse, and factory. But, unimproved closed school facilities are still reaching for about 450. Among practical use example of such closed school, alternative educational facility, practice facilities, art creation facilities etc. with closed schools which have general surrounding natural landscape and environment uses well preserved were applied consciousness and the practice about environmental problem to ecological concept. Also, a lot of discussions about ecological concept and study for desirable solutions about practical use of closed schools example have been achieved. However, it is hard to find various ecological practical use examples at filed. In such background, this research wishes to investigate changing space and facilities variously and its usage which is applied ecological concept with regional closed schools.

이 글은 현대시조의 다양한 주제 양식에 대한 관심에서 시작하여 시조의 제재를 시인의 자아, 혹은 인간사의 내면에 깃든 근원적 문제에 천착해 주제로 형상화한 작품을 세 가지 영역으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 첫째, 자아성찰과 시인의 자의식과 시인의식을 주제로 다룬 시조에는 메타시조 형식의 시, 시 쓰기에 대한 '시론'격의 작품 등이 있다. 시인 자신이 자아에 대한 인식이 치열할수록 현실적 자아와 이상적 자아 사이의 갈등을 통해 '부끄러움'을 느끼지만 이를 극복하고 의미 있는 시를 창작하고자 하는 진지한 자세와 시인의식 이 주제로 표출된다. 둘째, 인간이 직면할 수밖에 없는 죽음의 문제를 다룬 시조는 죽음의 타나톱시스(Thanatopsis: 사관(死觀))를 표현한다 그러나 죽음에 대한 철학적 성찰과 깊은 담론보다는 직정적인 감정과 죽음에 대한 단상들이 표현되고 있어 이러한 주제에 대한 형상화는 운문보다는 산문의 영역에서 보다 효과적으로 표현될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 죽음에 관한 다양한 제재가 시조의 영역에서 주제화되는 것은 현실적 삶의 태도를 돌아보고, 생의 깊은 이면에 깃들인 인간의 본질적 문제에 관심을 갖게 한다는 점에서 의미 있는 일이다. 셋째, 인간과 신에 대한 근원적 문제를 제기하는 주제의식은 주로 기독교적 세계관을 토대로 창작된 작품을 통해 나타난다. 이러한 주제를 다루는 시조의 경우 속악하고 부조리한 현실의 삶을 방관하는 신의 의지에 대한 항의와 불만, 이기적 욕망으로 인해 고뇌하는 인간의 모습을 그리고 있다 그럼에도 불구하고 기독교적 사유를 바탕으로 쓰인 시조에는 역설적으로 신의 섭리에 대한 순명이 나타난다. 이러한 유형의 시조는 기독교 세계관과 종교적 신앙을 주제로 표현할지라도 시인이 지닌 자유로운 시 정신과 창작태도가 있다면 생경한 종교적 언어에 함몰되지 않고. 호교적 신앙시로 축소되지 않을 수 있다는 가능성을 보여준다. 위에서 살펴본 몇 가지 주제들은 우리 시조의 관심을 피상적인 현실의 문제를 넘어 생의 깊은 국면으로 전환해 그 이면에 깃들인 인간의 자아의식과 고독, 삶과 죽음, 절대적 존재에 대한 물음 등을 다루고 있다는 점에서 시인의식의 지평을 넓히고 현대시조의 주제 의식을 심화하고 있음을 알 수 있다.
