The purpose of this study is to empirically confirm what is an important variable of organizational change by intelligent technology acceptance and whether is a difference in important variables in the organization level of acceptance of intelligent technology. Recently, business models using intelligent technologies such as chat-bots, self-driving cars, credit-prevention fraud, face recognition, and health-care are emerging. External situation factors such as artificial intelligence, big data, COVID-19, and the ESG management are changing the direction of a company's management strategy. This research method established a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, we found that the leadership, organizational culture, and organizational cooperation variables had a positive effect on human resource development variables. Human resource development found a positive effect on the performance of intelligent technology. In addition, we found the independent variables of leadership, organizational culture, and organizational cooperation had partial mediating effects on the performance of intelligent technology. Each group of levels of intelligent technology found performance differences. The organizational culture variables appeared as important variables in all groups. On the other hand, the leadership variable appeared as an important variable in the middle and lower groups of intelligent technology. The theoretical background of this study is that the business theory was updated through artificial intelligence and intelligent technology theory. As a practical implication, the organization adopting intelligent technology is necessary to prepare a systematic plan for organizational culture change.
In the ever competitive world airline industry, Korean Air has been seeking on the one hand to streamline its operations through cost control and at the same time to boost customer loyalty and retention through a strong service differentiation strategy. As part of their service differentiation strategy, Korean Air has been actively engaging in culture marketing campaign. Their main activity involves entering into an alliance with the three leading museums of the world. Beginning with the Luvre of France, Korean Air supported the development of voice narration system that included the Korean language. This case describes the efforts of Korean Air to go beyond simply being a company that transports people and packages, to a global leading carrier that links the cities, cultures, and arts of the world. In the process, the case introduces the strategies and detailed actions behind Korean Air's culture marketing efforts.

The present study was to investigate the basis of trust and distrust from the perspective of cultural psychology. We conducted a qualitative approach in terms of the reason to and psychological functions of trust and distrust. We also focused on the viewpoint of the relations between trust and distrust whether they are located on the continuum or independent dimensions. A total of 362 subjects participated in this study. The results revealed that the main reason to trust was interpersonal relationship, which indicated they have known each others well. On the other hand, the reason to distrust was based on the judgement of inconsistency between words and deeds, and other's selfish behavior. Therefore, the basis of trust and distrust was not only different but also located on the continuum. In addition, the principal psychological function of trust was a psychological safety, whereas that of distrust was a psychological anxiety.
A concept of 'digital' is changing a living pattern of moderners, with having influence on the whole life of modern society. The purpose of this study is arrange the frame of conformity to the 'fashion as culture' by considering the social and cultural phenomena being shown in relation to digital, which is a concept being watched most for the 21st century and by trying to analyze a tendency of digital culture being shown in the modernly fashion design based on this. The digital culture, which is a concept of generalizing the phenomena of interactional changes in the sub-structure being derived by digital technology, is being shown as a tendency of fusionization and globalization, and due to this, the culture of digital nomads is being formed. On the other hand, a tendency of amenity caused by the reaction against the coldly digital technology, is forming one axis of digital culture. As the culture, which experiences the process of a change by digital technology, is reflected even on the fashion, the fusion of technology and the human body, brought about the appearance and the development of the artificial body, by allowing the wearable computer to be introduced to fashion and by being connected directly to the body. This means the expansion of range for fashion. The destruction of a border between space and space, is making an opportunity of forming another ego inside the cyber space, with bringing about the mixed loading between the cyber space and the real space. As the border between the cyber space and the real space is being collapsed, the space of newly self-realization is being created. The collapse of gender is being shown as the pursuit of gender, which is a nomadic concept of not giving priority to anywhere of male gender and female gender. The tendency of sensitive design introduced the sports look as the largely fashion trend. Fascinated with Zen thoughts is leading to a response to the swiftly and coldly social conditions caused by machine. The digital culture by digital technology and the fashion tendency being shown by its influence, meet the needs of self-realization and self-expansion for a human being, and satisfy the needs for the expression of self-identity for a human being, and enable the search for introspection about inner existence inside the self.
The purpose of this study was to examine how the interaction between organizational culture and organizational communication factors on the effectiveness of a set of organizations has an effect on organizational effectiveness. For the empirical analysis of this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the subjects who participated in the core job training course of SMEs. To test the hypothesis of this study, we analyzed the moderating effects of organizational communication on the relationship between organizational culture type and organizational effectiveness by statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and control effect analysis through statistical program SPSS 20.0. The results of the empirical analysis show that organizational culture type positively influences organizational commitment and job satisfaction, but organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational culture. It exhibited a positive moderating effect. Therefore, this study reviewed the theoretical validity of existing studies by analyzing the moderating effects of organizational communication in the relationship between organizational culture type and organizational effectiveness. On the other hand, the empirical analysis of the interaction effects of variables can be interpreted as the pursuit of integration between prior researches that were performed individually.

This study examined the effects of pre-service teacher's cooperative organizational culture on the conflict management type. The subjects were 138 preschool teachers. The data were obtained by self-reporting and used to investigate the teacher's conflict management type and cooperative organizational culture. The collected data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and stepwise regression analysis. The major findings in this study were as follows; First, there was a relationship between the cooperative organizational culture of early childhood teachers and the overall type of conflict management. The overall cooperative organizational culture had the strongest relationship, particularly with the integrated type of conflict management. The following appeared in the order of compromise, consideration, and domination. On the other hand, there was no relationship with the avoidance type. Second, regarding the sub-factor of conflict management type that affects the cooperative organizational culture of early childhood teachers, the integrated type has the strongest influence, followed by the caring type. In the sub-factor of cooperative organizational culture, the integrated type has the strongest influence on the cooperative leadership, followed by the caring type. The integrated type had the greatest influence on teacher cooperation, peer support, and learning companion.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of worker's innovative organizational culture on organizational commitment in companies. The research data were used from the fourth year (2011) to the seventh year (2017) of the HCCP (Human Capital Corporate Panel), and 207 companies were subject to the final analysis except for missing values. To statistically validate the research model, we utilize the SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs to perform Latent Growth Modeling analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, both the innovative organizational culture and organizational commitment of companies have been shown to continue to decline over time. Second, the initial value of innovative organizational culture has been shown to have a significant impact on the initial value of organizational commitment. On the other hand, the initial value of innovative organizational culture has no significant effect on the rate of change in organizational commitment. Third, the rate of change in innovative organizational culture has been shown to have a significant impact on the rate of change in organizational commitment. Based on these findings, we present practical measures to enhance the importance of innovative organizational culture along with its implications.
Most of physical therapists has thought be exposed themselves to risk of hospital infection but it is reported that have been low concern about infection management. Above like this haven t done systematical education on hospital infection, also physical therapist's information management of infection disease is found very low. It is lack of driving information about disease condition of the patients. Physical therapists has thought their working room may be polluted a lots of micro-organism(%). The control situation of infection waste articles, only 53% responded that the controller has managed very intensive so we can feel to need more intensive It's reported that air culture investigation of physical therapy room has never initiated. To wash the hand, before, after treatment of the patients of physical therapist, is very low frequency. And 73% have responded that the time to wash the hand stays 15-45 second. It is examined that 70% physical therapy room is equipped with washing system, a response of 58% disinfects physical therapy room 1-2times per one month. 36% responded disinfection of treatment modality have done everyday, 25% responded have never done. The location physical therapy room is above one floor - 65%. A response of 57% is ventilation system sufficiency, it is considered that physical therapists needs more efforts on management of hospital infection.
Purpose: This study developed and evaluated a systematic intervention among medical ICU nurses for preventing ventilator-associated pneumonia (hereafter VAP). Methods: A VAP prevention program was proposed based on a literature review, revised to fit the target situation, and validated. It was composed of one-time interventions including education, pamphlets, hand cultures, and a quiz event, as well as repeated interventions such as posters, reminders, posting hand culture results, and performance feedback. A simulated control group pretest-posttest design was used to verify the effectiveness of the VAP control program. The incidence of VAP among ICU patients was measured both during 3 months before (n=80) and during 3 months after (n=75) intervention. Results: The VAP prevention program's effectiveness, with a pre-intervention VAP rate of 17.38 and post-intervention rate of 11.04 per 1,000 ventilator days, showed a clinical tendency to decrease, but the difference was not statistically significant (p=.750). Conclusion: A VAP prevention program of multiple interventions can be useful in decreasing the VAP rate. Given that the monthly decrease in the VAP rate was not considered statistically significant, long-term research needs to be done. Additionally, since this study targeted only nurses, it is suggested that future research targets other health care workers who can influence VAP rates.
This study categorized consumer groups by their life styles and examined the differences in preferences for and satisfaction with retailing stores. The results of this study are summarized as below: First, consumers' satisfaction level was most high in department stores, and discounting stores, internet shopping malls, and home shopping channels took the next in order. Traditional Korean stores, on the other hand, were the last. Overall, preference level was high in discounting stores, department stores, and internet shopping malls in order. Second, the singles and the elderly tended not to be interested in societal issues and concentrate on consumption only. Third, the more interested they get in consumption, the more consumers prefer department stores, and consumers who are neutral in societal issues and consumption were more likely to prefer traditional Korean stores. In addition, those who participate in societal issues and concentrate on consumption preferred discounting stores, convenient stores, and home shopping channels in order. On the other hand, consumers who are more interested in societal issues and less concentrate on consumption were less satisfied with discounting stores and department stores, but more satisfied with internet shopping malls. Consumers less participating in societal issues and concentrating on consumption were more likely to be satisfied with department stores, but less with traditional Korean stores.
