공유수면 매립지 내 가로경관 개선 방안 및 평가에 관한 연구 (해운대 머린시티를 대상으로) (A Study on the Improvement of Streetscape in Landfill of Public Water Surface and Its Evaluation (Focusing of Marine City in Haeundae))

  • 본 연구에서는 공유수면 매립지에 조성되는 공동주택단지를 대상으로 현재 조성된 가로경관의 현황을 분석, 문제점을 도출하여 가로경관의 구성요소에 의하여 제어된 시뮬레이션과 인자분석을 통하여 보다 개선되고 변화된 가로경관 계획을 모색코자 하였다. 분석 대상은 부산광역시 해운대 마린시티를 대상으로 한다. 현재의 마린시티 가로경관을 분석한 결과 주요 문제점은 해안변이라는 특성을 반영하지 못하는 비연속적인 가로 공간 구성, 해안도로변 보 차 혼용도로로 인한 통행의 불편함과 안전상의 문제, 보행자를 위한 스트리트 퍼니처 요소 부족, 그리고 무질서한 옥외광고물 사용으로 나타났다. 따라서, 마린시티 가로경관의 문제 원인을 가로구성요소의 부족과 부조화, 비연속성 등에 두고 선별된 가로구성요소들을 적용시킨 시뮬레이션과 요인분석 및 평가를 통하여 공통적인 의미를 가진 주요 인자를 추출하여 보았다. 가로경관 요인분석 및 평가 결과 "스트리트 퍼니처", "주변과 조화로운 가로경관", "자연적 개방감을 지닌 가로경관", "동적인 심볼성을 지닌 가로경관" 요인 순으로 추출되었다. 향후 가로경관 계획 시 스트리트 퍼니처의 적절한 배치 계획과 주변과 조화를 이루면서 개방적, 연속성을 가진 심볼성 가로경관 계획에 더 중점을 두어 마린시티만의 정체성에 더욱 적합한 변화된 가로경관 계획수립이 진행되어야 할 것이다.

부산지역 여성의 자궁경부질환과 HPV의 상관관계 (Correlation between Uterine Cervical Lesion and HPV in Busan Region)

  • 2013년 1월부터 2016년 3월 사이 인제대학교 해운대백병원에 내원한 환자를 대상으로 HPV genotype 분석 후 세포학적 검사 결과, 조직학적 검사 결과와 비교하였다. 총 검사대상 2,130건 중 58.9%인 1,254건은 HPV 양성으로, 41.1%인 876건은 HPV 음성으로 분석되었다. HPV 양성검체 중 단순감염은 58.4%인 732건, 복합감염은 41.6%인 522건이었다. 감염비율은 HPV 16, 68, 56의 순으로 각각 7.1%인 152건, 4.6%인 97건, 3.8%인 80건으로 나타났다. HR HPV 감염은 40대, 30대, 50대 순으로 높은 감염률을 보였고, LR HPV 감염은 40대, 50대, 30대 순으로 높은 감염률을 보였다. 조직병리학적 분석 결과 CIN 2 이상으로 나온 HPV 16, 68, 56 건수는 329건 중 155건으로 47.1%(155/329)로 분석되었다. 부산지역 여성의 HPV subtype 감염은 주로 16, 68, 56, 58, 51과 관련이 있었으나, 이중 68, 56, 51형은 현재 시판 중인 Gardasil 9가 백신으로도 예방할 수 없는 유전자형이었다. 이 연구를 통해 부산 지역의 HPV 예방 접종을 위한 프로그램에 대한 중요한 기준 데이터를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

해운대 지역의 기후변화에 의한 해일고 변동에 따른 침수피해 평가 (Evaluation of inundation damages based on the fluctuation of inundation height due to climate change in Haeundae Area)

  • 기후변화로 인한 해수면의 상승은 해일고의 변동을 야기하여 연안지역에 많은 사회·경제적 피해를 줄 것으로 예상된다. 해운대 지역의 침수피해를 평가하기 위해 해일고는 관측된 자료를 이용하여 계산하였고, 그 값을 항공 LiDAR 자료를 이용해 생성된 DEM에 적용하여 침수면적과 건물을 파악하였다. 침수면적과 건물은 최저값과 최고값에 5개의 해수면 상승 시나리오로 계산하였다. 최저값인 181cm일 때 침수면적이 7.19ha로 건물 5동이 침수되며, 해수면이 20cm 상승될 때 침수면적이 8.90ha, 침수건물은 8동으로 산출되었다. 30cm 상승시에는 9.98ha로 9동, 40cm 상승시에는 11.11ha로 11동, 50cm 상승시에는 12.41ha로 11동, 60cm 상승시에는 14.18ha로 14동의 건물이 침수된다. 반면, 최고값인 526cm의 경우 32.35ha와 42동의 건물이 침수되는 것으로 나타났다. 해수면이 20cm 상승하면 38.94ha가 침수되어 47여 동이 침수 되고, 30cm 상승시 42.46ha로 52동, 40cm 상승시 45.76ha로 58동, 50cm 상승시 49.51ha로 66동, 이밖에 60cm 상승시 약 52.53ha로 70여동이 침수될 수 있다. 침수 예상 지역 주변에는 해양레저시설과 사회경제적 산업시설, 거주지 등이 입지하고 있어 그 피해가 더욱 커질 것으로 예상된다.

임플란트 시술환자에 대한 두경부 CT검사 영상 평가 (Head & Neck CT Scan Image Evaluation for Implant Surgery Patients)

  • 본 연구는 임플란트 시술한 환자에 대한 두경부 CT 영상을 4개의 알고리즘(Standard, Soft, Bone, Detail)을 재구성하여 Noise, SNR, CNR 측정값을 정량적으로 분석한 후 최적의 알고리즘을 알아보고자 하였다. 분석방법으로는 Image J 프로그램을 이용하여 재구성한 영상에 관심영역(Region of interest)을 통하여 픽셀값을 계산하였다. Noise, SNR, CNR은 측정부위를 영상에서 인두, 깨물근, 귀밑샘이 있는 지점에 관심영역을 측정하고 mean값과 SD값을 구하였다. SNR과 CNR의 값은 주어진 식에 의거하여 산출하였다. 결과적으로 Standard 알고리즘에서 노이즈는 가장 낮게 나타났으며 SNR 또한 가장 높게 나타났다. CNR은 Soft 알고리즘에서 가장 높게 나타났으나 Standard 알고리즘과는 별 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 두경부 CT검사에서 구강내 임플란트 착용한 환자 검사에서 Standard 알고리즘이 최적의 알고리즘이라고 사료되며 이 연구의 자료가 두경부 CT검사에서 영상 평가하는데 기초자료로 사용되기를 바라며 다양한 알고리즘 변화로 영상의 질을 더 높일 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 판단된다.

아파트 공간규모의 적정성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Appropriateness of Space in Multi-Family Housing)

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze the appropriateness of space in multi-family housing by examining the current conditions of space, space norms and deficits, satisfaction with and needs for the spaces of individual rooms. The data came from the survey with 412 households living in Haeundae New Town, Busan and were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The appropriateness of space were mainly investigated in terms of housing size, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms. In terms of current space conditions, the highest portion of the households live in apartments with $20\sim30s$ pyong, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It was found that the space norms included housing with $30\sim40s$ pyong, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Households in current study tended to have some space deficits, especially in housing size and number or bathrooms. In general, the satisfaction with the current space of individual rooms were generally low except living room and master bedroom. It was also found that the households were more likely to make the second biggest bedroom bigger than now. The stages of family life cycle has significant effects on needs for the spaces of several rooms, such as dining room, room2, and room3.

Ambient air pollution and allergic diseases in children

  • The prevalence of allergic diseases has increased worldwide, a phenomenon that can be largely attributed to environmental effects. Among environmental factors, air pollution due to traffic is thought to be a major threat to childhood health. Residing near busy roadways is associated with increased asthma hospitalization, decreased lung function, and increased prevalence and severity of wheezing and allergic rhinitis. Recently, prospective cohort studies using more accurate measurements of individual exposure to air pollution have been conducted and have provided definitive evidence of the impact of air pollution on allergic diseases. Particulate matter and ground-level ozone are the most frequent air pollutants that cause harmful effects, and the mechanisms underlying these effects may be related to oxidative stress. The reactive oxidative species produced in response to air pollutants can overwhelm the redox system and damage the cell wall, lipids, proteins, and DNA, leading to airway inflammation and hyper-reactivity. Pollutants may also cause harmful effects via epigenetic mechanisms, which control the expression of genes without changing the DNA sequence itself. These mechanisms are likely to be a target for the prevention of allergies. Further studies are necessary to identify children at risk and understand how these mechanisms regulate gene-environment interactions. This review provides an update of the current understanding on the impact of air pollution on allergic diseases in children and facilitates the integration of issues regarding air pollution and allergies into pediatric practices, with the goal of improving pediatric health.

노인환자의 수술 후 섬망에 대한 회복실 간호사의 간호수행과 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Performance of Delirium Care for Postoperative Delirium of Elderly Patients among Recovery Room Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors associated with performance of nursing care for postoperative delirium of elderly patients among recovery room nurses. Methods: The research was a cross-sectional, descriptive design using questionnaires. The participants were 99 nurses from five urban recovery rooms. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression with SPSS WIN 21.0. Results: The performance level of delirium nursing care was low because its mean score was 3.80 out of 5. Performance of nursing care was significantly positively correlated with the importance of nursing care and self-efficacy. Stepwise multiple regression analysis for performance of nursing care revealed that the most powerful predictor was the importance of nursing care. The importance of nursing care and self-efficacy explained 32.3% of the variance. Conclusion: The results indicate a need to enhance the performance of nursing care for postoperative delirium of elderly patients among recovery room nurses. The findings also suggest that consideration be given to strategies for improving the importance of nursing care and self-efficacy in developing programs to enhance the performance level of nursing care for elderly patients with postoperative delirium.

워터프론트 환경개선을 위한 WTP 분석 (WTP Analysis for Environmental Improvement of Waterfront)

  • As growing importance and concern of waterfront, we have tried to study its landscape, accessibility, landuse and so on as well as its environmentally sound and sustainable development. In fact we had been under the false thought that it always what we wanted, and it was neglected in its economic value. This paper/ looks at on alternative, the non-market value generated by management of waterfront as public resource. We consider the question : how much are people willing to pay to improve, how much are people want to improve? The contigent valuation method was implemented during Sep. 9 to 14 in 3 beaches ; haeundae, Gwanganri, Songjeong. They are representative waterfronts which have been widely known and visited. We find out that households are willing to pay about $12,000{\sim}16,000$ won per year for improving nature elements and inviting more valuable functions about 3 beaches. Especially we pay attention to defference between cognitive and comprehensive satisfaction 3 beaches and their substructural factors satisfaction such as natural environment, public facilities, recreational facilities and etc.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the planning of the community spaces for sustainable apartment complex under the aging society. For this, it is needed to identify the practical meaning of community spaces for elderly residents. In many cases, existing apartments' community spaces have been designed without considering the elderly. In order to develop successful environment for aging society, it is necessary for us to precisely review how elderly residents are changing their needs. Survey and depth-interview methods were used for data collection of this study. This study was performed in the five subject apartments located in Haeundae new town, Busan. In planning of community spaces for sustainable apartment complex in the aging society, 1) The population of the elderly in apartment complex has been increased with progress of the aging society, and it has been necessary to enlarge and consider the aging-friendly community space. 2) When the community space is located in a good accessibility, visual openness, multipurpose composition and the center of complex, it was investigated that the degree of its usage was high. 3) Common apartment complex for the elderly was deficient, and the composition and the layout of community spaces were needed, which included sports facility, spaces for leisure culture and study. This study could be utilized as basic data for designing community spaces in apartments from the perspective of sustainable community.

부산지역의 도시열섬 구조 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change of the Urban Heat Island Structure in Busan Metropolitan Area, Korea)

  • The spatial and temporal changes of the annual mean urban heat island(UHI) intensity were investigated using near surface temperature data measured at 16 automatic weather systems(AWS) in Busan metropolitan area(BMA) during the 11-yr period, from 2000 to 2010. For nighttime, the annual mean UHI intensity at Dongnae(U1) in 2000 was weaker than it in 2010. However the change of the annual mean UHI intensity at Daeyeon(U2) during 11 years was different from it at U1. The annual frequency of the UHI intensity over $5^{\circ}C$ considerably increased at U2 and decreased at U1 during 11 years. The center of the UHI also spatially shifted southward with Daeyeon and Haeundae in BMA. It would be caused by the increase of urban area, population-density and transportation near U2 and by the decrease of them near U1. We found that the spatial and temporal differences of the UHI intensity have coincided with changes of land-use, population density and transportation in BMA.
