Saam acupuncture has an evident principles of prescription based on acupuncture tonification and purgation of Nan-gyeong but many prescriptions of Saam acupuncture are not typical patterns. Therefore it is difficult to understand principles of those prescriptions. Understanding the principles of any prescription means understanding the physiology and pathology of that prescription and it have an important role in selecting the best prescription and taking the most effective treatment. This paper studies principles of prescriptions of the king fire and the premier fire. The theoretical authorities of analysis are Nan-gyeong, works of Joo dan-gye and Li dong-won and Uihakimmun. The damage of fire to mentality is very intensive and severe. The prescriptions of the king fire and premier fire have a good effect on diseases by fire. The fire of human body are two types, the king fire and the premier fire but the water of human body is only one and then inferior to fire. The fire superior to the water is unstable and the fire influences rapidly and intensively on four elements, wood, earth, metal, water. So the control of the water is the key to treat the disease by fire. Considering the attack and the treatment of disease, heart and liver are attacked with a disease by fire in its early stage and kidney and lung are the key to treatment. Consequently the pathology of the disease by fire is corresponding to the theory- Yang Sufficient, Yin Deficient- of Joo dan-gye. It seems that the theory of Joo dan-gye influenced on the medical theory of Saam Acupuncture. On that account I believe that the study of medical theories of the Geum and Won Dynasty that various medical theories appeared is very available.

The contents of Yuk Mee Jee Dae Ron(六微旨大論) are as follows. 1. The Yuk Mee Jee Dae Ron(六微旨大論) is one of the Wun Gi Chil Pean(運氣七篇) which are inserted in So Moon(素問) by Wang Bing(王氷) who compile the So Moon(素問) into 24 volume. Wun Gi Chil Pean(運氣七篇) are Chun Won Ki Dae Ron(天元紀大論), O Woon Heng Dae Ron(五運行大論), Yuk Mee Jee Dae Ron(六微旨大論), Gi kuoo Beun Dae Ron(氣交變大論), O Sang Jeong Dae Ron(五常政大論), Yuk Won Jeong KI Dae Ron(六元正紀大論), Gee Gean Yoo Dae Ron(至眞要大論). 2. It prescribe the Sa Chun(司天) Jae Chun(在泉) Jwa Gan Gi(左間氣) Woo Gan Gi(右間氣). 3. It prescribe the Pheo Gi(標氣) Bon Gi(本氣) Juoog Gi(中氣). 4. It prescribe the Youk BO(六步) and the Sheung Gi(承氣). 5. It prescribe the Hamg Hae Sheung Jae(亢害承制) which is feedback control system between each Yuk Gi(六氣). 6. It prescribe the Sae whae(歲會), the Chun Boo(天符) and the Tae Il Chun Boo(太一天符). 7. It prescribe the active time of Yuk gi(六氣) within a year and Sae gi Whae Dong(歲氣會同). 8. It prescribe the Gi Gieo(氣交) which human beings and all the creation are living on. 9. It prescribe the Bo(步) which are composed of Chun Gi(天氣) and Jee Gi(地氣). 10. It prescribe the Duk(德) Wha(化) Yooung(用) bean(變) which are created by quarrel of Yuk Gi(六氣). 11. It prescribe the outbreak of the Sa Gi(邪氣). 12. It prescribe the Sin Gi(神機) and Gi Rib(氣立). 13. It prescribe all the creations existence are up to the Seoung Gang Chul Ip(升降出入). Like the past, the Yuk Mee Jee Dae Ron(六微旨大論) is include very important concep of the medicine. So the study should be continued with minute attention.

Objectives : Saam acupuncture has evident principles of prescription based on acupuncture tonification and purgation of Nan-gyeong but many prescriptions of Saam acupuncture are not typical patterns. This paper studies principles of prescriptions of the king fire and the premier fire. Methods : Through investigation of many medical documents concerning king fire and the premier fire, the author explained of physiological and pathological principle of king and the premier fire, also explained of interacting mechanism through five element. And The theoretical authorities of analysis are Nan-gyeong, works of Joo dan-gye and Li dong-won. Results & Conclusion : 1. The sufficiency and the control of the water is the key to treat the disease by fire. Considering the attack and the treatment of disease, heart and liver give rise to fire in its early stage and kidney and lung are the key to treatment. 2. Consequently the pathology of the disease from fire is corresponding to the theory- Yang Sufficient, Yin Deficient- of Joo dan-gye. It seems that the theory of Joo dan-gye influenced on the medical theory of Saam Acupuncture. 3. On that account I believe that the study of medical theories of the Geum and Won Dynasty that various medical theories had appeared is very available for Saam Acupuncture. At present global warming is accelerating because environmental pollution has been increasing. Therefore the damage of fire to human body will be more and more severe and extensive. Because in the future medical plants will not be free from environmental pollution, acupuncture will be very confidential treatment.

본 연구에서는 낙동강, 한강 및 금강의 중요관측지점의 월평균 유출량을 분석에 사용하였으며, 먼저 일정유량(Truncation level) 별로 Run-length와 Run-sum에 대한 2-변수 Gamma 분포 및 대수정규분포의 적합성 여부를 검토하였던 바 Gamma 모델이 적합한 것으로 판명된 자료와 실측치와 비교하였다. 그리고 Run-length 및 Run-sum에 대한 일정유량별로 평균치의 변화에 대한 성질을 구명하였다.

The Haeng Chym(行鍼) which is the sixty seventh chapter of the Young Chu(靈樞), predominantly explicates the six kinds of needling reactions. The principle ideas of this thesis can be summarized as following, the Haeng Chym is divided into three parts in this thesis. 1st part: It shows that the six kinds of reactions occur from the excess and deficiency of yin-yang(陰陽) which is due to each different constitution(體質) in the acupuncture. 2nd part: It explains the excessive visceral-qi(臟氣) which is due to congenital constitution and the needling reaction which appears among the man of overabundant yang(重陽之人). It shows needling reaction of the man who has a little yin among the man of overabundant yang. 3rd part: It explains the quick and slow of the reaction whim occurred in the acupuncture, the presence of reaction by the times of acupuncture, abnormal rising of qi, bad needling reaction in the acupuncture and the side effect by frequent acupuncture.

Purpose: To analyze the current status of health education and problems of elementary, middle, and high schools by national health education guideline. Methods: Study subjects were 991 school health teachers of elementary, middle, and high schools in one province and the data was collected by mail. The data was analyzed by $x^2$-test and Fisher's exact test. Results: The rates of school health education implementation were 99.6% in elementary school, 98.1% in middle school, and 96% in high school. The rates of school health education were reported much higher than former studies. The most barrier in providing school health education was 'health room management during health education'. During health education by school health teachers, the health rooms were managed by other teachers in elementary schools or by locking the health room with announcement memo in middle and high schools. Conclusion: To improve the school health education, higher school health teacher placement and administrative supports for health clinic were recommended.

본 논문에서는 Mach-Zehnder 변조기가 포함된 Sagnac 간섭기를 이용한 간단한 색분산 측정 방식을 제안하고, 제한한 시스템의 등가모델과 등가 전달함수를 유도하였다. 색분산은 2.235km 길이의 광섬유의 이용하여 측정하였으며 이론적인 값과 1500nm에서 1580nm의 파장 범위에서 매우 잘 일치함을 확인하였다.

Geungyul(根結) means roots and nodes of meridians. If human body gets damaged by energy which each seasons has, the meridians get some troubles. Healing for symptom, meridians consist of root, stay, follow, inpouring and node of acupuncture points should be in harmony. 1. This chapter explain roots and node parts of each meridian, acupuncture points name and root, stay, follow, inpouring of acupuncture points which in arm and leg of three Yin and Yang. 2. The opening, closing, axis function, the symptom, and the needling of both meridians of Yin and Yang are explained. 3. The method that predicts the rise-and-fall of visceral energy and the time of death by using an order of pulse and intermittent pulse is explained. 4. It is explained that since the physical condition of the rich and the poor are different, the method using a needling for each person to be healed, such as the deep-and-shallow and the quick-and-slow, are different. 5. It is explained that the excess and the deficiency in the energy of shape should be considered when a acupuncture is given.

An intravenous foreign body was retrieved from a 10-year-old Maltese. A 24 gauze of fracture intravenous (IV) catheter moved into the circulation to a Maltese (3.4 kg) dog through the upper cephalic vein. Radiography was performed to observe the fracture's moving path, followed by fluid therapy. It was found in the upper cephalic vein, moved about 10 cm up to dorsal and near the proximal humerus. Retrieval surgery was performed successfully without complications. The catheter fracture retrieval sometimes remains a challenge because of unknown complications in veterinary medicine. This case report describes that a fracture IV catheter moved to the systemic vein was removed successfully by a surgery.

본 논문에서는 광원이 불필요하며 단일 광섬유를 통하여 양방향 전송이 가능한 BS(base station)용 광송 수신기 모듈을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방식에서는 BS의 송신단에서 Ring type으로 구성된 Mach-Zehnder 변조기의 양방향 변조를 이용하여 CO(central office)에서 제공된 광원을 변조하여 다시 CO로 전송한다. Ring 타입으로 구성된 변조기의 등가모델을 도출하였으며, 등가모델과 측정결과가 매우 잘 일치함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 Ring type에서 Mach-Zehnder 변조기의 광학적인 대칭이 RF 신호 전송 특성에 중요한 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다.
