In the recent years, the government pay more interested in BTL projects, this led to rapid growth of BTL projects. But the project stakeholder has encountered with some problems during initial phase. As a result, a distinct need has emerged for analysis of risk factors for BTL projects. Based on real cases, this study resulted in risk factors influencing every phases and grouped risk factors into each phase. In addition, this study also perform sensitivity analysis in order to know how risk factors affect to BTL projects. Moreover, the result of this study can be used as a tools for anyone who study or encounter the same problems in the future. The paper can be used as standards for risk assignment that occur between competent authorities and private enterprises.

Background Changes in the composition of the extracellular matrix (ECM) occur between the proliferating and involuted phases of infantile hemangiomas (IH), and are associated with angiogenic growth. We examined the composition of the ECM in proliferating and involuted IHs and assessed correlations between the composition of the ECM and whether the IH was in the proliferating or the involuted phase. Methods We evaluated IH samples from a cohort of patients who had five proliferating IHs and five involuted IHs. The following ECM molecules were analyzed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays and immunohistochemistry: laminin, fibronectin, collagen type I, collagen type II, and collagen type III. Results The involuted IHs had higher levels of deposition of collagen type III than the proliferating IHs. The median values (interquartile ranges) were 1.135 (0.946-1.486) and 1.008 (0.780- 1.166) (P=0.019), respectively. The level of laminin was higher in involuted IHs than in proliferating IHs, with median values (interquartile ranges) of 3.191 (2.945-3.191) and 2.479 (1.699- 3.284) (P=0.047), respectively. Abundant collagen type III staining was found in involuted IHs. Laminin ${\alpha}4$ chain staining was clearly present within the basement membrane adjacent to the blood vessels, and was significantly more intense in involuted IHs than in proliferative IHs. Conclusions Involuted hemangiomas showed extensive deposition of collagen III and laminin, suggesting that differences in the composition of the ECM reflect stages of the development of IHs. This pattern may be due to the rapid senescence of IHs.

The effects of environment and microstructure on low cycle fatigue (LCF) behaviors of CF8M stainless steels containing 11% of ferrites were investigated in a $310^{\circ}C$ deoxygenated water environment. The reduction of LCF life of CF8M in a $310^{\circ}C$ deoxygenated water was smaller than 316LN stainless steels. Based on the microstructure and fatigue surface analyses, it was confirmed that the hydrogen induced cracking contributed to the reduction in LCF life for CF8M as well as for 316LN. However, many secondary cracks were found on the boundaries of ferrite phases in CF8M, which effectively reduced the stress concentration at the crack tip. Because of the reduced stress concentration, the accelerated fatigue crack growth by hydrogen induced cracking was less significant, which resulted in the smaller environmental effects for CF8M than 316LN in a $310^{\circ}C$ deoxygenated water.
This study was designed to evaluate the influence of dietary supplementation of Tenebrio molitor larvae (TM) as an alternative source of protein to fish meal on growth response, retention of nutrient, hematological factors, immune system, and intestinal integrity in weaned pigs. A total of 180 weanling pigs (initial bodyweight of 6.27 ± 0.15 kg; 21 d) were distributed based on the bodyweight between 3 treatments with 6 replicates in each treatment including 10 piglets per replicate. The diets corresponding to treatments consisted of a fish meal diet (CON), a fish meal-dried mealworm diet (TM1, 50% replacement of fish meal with TM meal), and a dried mealworm diet (TM2, 100% replacement of fish meal with TM meal). This study was performed in two phases as phase 1 (d 0 to 14) and phase 2 (d 15 to 28). The pigs in the TM2 treatment showed a greater gain to feed ratio compared with the TM1 pigs in phase 1. Throughout the experimental period, the average daily gain (ADG) of the TM1 pigs was significantly greater than that of the TM2 treatment. The IgG concentration was increased in the TM1 and TM2 treatments compared with the CON pigs in phase 1. In conclusion, the supplementation of TM meal (50% replacement of fish meal) did not show any adverse effects in the performance of weanling pigs, however, 100% replacement of fish meal with TM meal is not recommended.
Zirconia nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrothermal process, and experimental parameters such as reaction temperature, reaction time, kind and concentration of precipitator, kind of precursor were varied. Particle sizes and crystalline phases of each synthesized nanoparticles were analyzed with X-ray diffraction and FE-scanning electron microscope (SEM). The particle size and crystallization of zirconia increased with increasing concentration of precipitator. The growth rate of particle sizes when NaOH as a precipitator was used also increased more than that of KOH. Therefore, the use of KOH rather than NaOH was more effective in the control of particle sizes. An amorphous zirconia nanoparticle was found in 4 h of hydrothermal reaction, but the monoclinic zirconia nanoparticle was found in 8 h and over of hydrothermal reaction, and the width of nanoparticles was slightly slimmed and the length of nanoparticles was slightly extended with increasing reaction time. The smallest particle size was produced at the same synthesis condition when zirconium chloride among the precursors such as zirconium (IV) acetate, zirconium nitrate and zirconium chloride was used.
Three types of piezoelectric single crystals [PMN-PT (Generation I $[Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-PbTiO_3]$), PMN-PZT (Generation II $[Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3]$), PMN-PZT-Mn (Generation III)] were grown by the solid-state single crystal growth (SSCG) method, and their dielectric and piezoelectric properties were measured and compared. Compared to (001) PMN-PT and PMN-PZT single crystals, the (001) PMN-PZT-Mn single crystals exhibited a higher transition temperature between the rhombohedral and tetragonal phases ($T_{RT}=144^{\circ}C$), as well as a higher coercive electric field ($E_C=6.3kV/cm$) and internal bias field ($E_I=1.6kV/cm$). The (011) PMN-PZT-Mn single crystals showed the highest coercive electric field ($E_C=7.0kV/cm$), and the highest stability of $E_C$ and $E_I$ during 60 cycles of polarization measurement. These results demonstrate that both Mn doping (for higher electromechanical quality factor ($Q_m$)) and a (011) crystallographic orientation (for higher coercive electric field and stability) are necessary for high power transducer applications of these piezoelectric single crystals. Specifically, the (011) PMN-PZT-Mn single crystal (Gen. III) had the highest potential for application in the fields of SONAR transducers, high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), ultrasonic motors, and others.

Self-reinforced silicon carbide was prepared by hot pressing and the control of starting phases of raw materials and its microstructural characteristics was investigated. The specimens with self-reinforced microstructure were obtained from the compacts with mixed compositions of ${\alpha}$-and ${\beta}$-SiC powders. Self-reinforced microstructure which is composed of large dispersed grains with rod-like shape and matrix with small equiaxed grains was formed by the transformation to the ${\alpha}$-SiC with 4H polytype for ${\beta}$-SiC and anisotropic grain growth during the heat treatment. Of all speimens the values of volume fraction maximum length and aspect ratio for large grains with rode-like types were the highest at the specimen with 50 vol% ${\beta}$-SiC in the starting SiC powder and therefore this specimen showed the highest fracture toughness due to the crack deflection by rod-like grains during crack propagation.

The present study demonstrates the effect of raw powder on the pore structure of porous W-Ni prepared by freeze drying of camphene-based slurries and sintering process. The reduction behavior of $WO_3$ and $WO_3-NiO$ powders is analyzed by a temperature programmed reduction method in Ar-10% H2 atmosphere. After heat treatment in hydrogen atmosphere, $WO_3-NiO$ powder mixture is completely converted to metallic W without any reaction phases. Camphene slurries with oxide powders are frozen at $-30^{\circ}C$, and pores in the frozen specimens are generated by sublimation of the camphene during drying in air. The green bodies are hydrogen-reduced at $800^{\circ}C$ and sintered at $1000^{\circ}C$ for 1 h. The sintered samples show large and aligned parallel pores to the camphene growth direction, and small pores in the internal wall of large pores. The strut between large pores, prepared from pure $WO_3$ powder, consists of very fine particles with partially necking between the particles. In contrast, the strut densification is clearly observed in the Ni-added W sample due to the enhanced mass transport in activation sintering.

The rapid growth of mobile communication technology has provided the expansion of mobile internet services, particularly mobile realtime transaction takes much weight among mobile fields. Current mobile transaction service has serious problems which check its development, such as low bandwidths, hand over, expensive charge system, and low response time. but, There is an increasing demand for various mobile applications to process transactions in a mobile computing fields. In mobile computing environments. A mobile host computing system demands for new concurrency control method to use the bandwidth efficiently, to improve the bottleneck and the response time of transactions. This study suggests about an efficient concurrency control in a mobile computing environment. Concurrency control method in existing method uses two phases locking method. In this method, Many clients can't use the same segment simultaneously, and so useless waiting time increases. The characteristic of this proposed method unlike existing one, Enable the transaction approaching different data in the same segment to minimize the useless waiting time by permitting segments, and therefore improves the coexistence of system. Also, It shows the algorithm of the proposed concurrence control method.
The addition of Co into $Nd_4Fe_{77.5-x}Co_x(HfGa)_yB_{18.5}(0$\leq$x$\leq$5, y=0, 0.5)4 was found to enhance the magnetic properties of $Fe_3B/Nd_2Fe_{14}B$ nanocomposite magnets. The enhancement resulted from the fact that Co retarded the crystallization of $\alpha$-Fe or Fe3B but accelerated that $Nd_2Fe_{14}B$. The decreased interval between the onset of crystallization temperature of Fe3B and $Nd_2Fe_{14}B$. phases enabled the grain growth of each phase to be uniform dufing a post annealing of the melt spun ribbons. The addition of 3~5 at. % Co into ternary composition $Md_4Fe_{77.5}B_{18.5}$ increased the coercivity (iHc) from 3.27 to 3.54 kOe with the enhanced remanence value (4$\pi$Mr) around 11.54 kG. From the ribbon magnets of Nd4Fe71.5Co5Hf0.5B18.5 made at 26 m/sec and annealed at 68$0^{\circ}C$ for 10 min, the magnetic properties of Br=11.54 kG, iHc=3.54 kOe, and (BH)max=14.35 MGOe were obtained from volume production line.
