Purpose - The article studies aims to construct the center of economy in the upriver area of Chang Jiang, and has realistic significance probing into the contribution of insurance essential factor market to economic development on the contribution role of essential factor market of insurance in financial industry development to economic growth in Chongqing in both aspects of direct and indirect contribution by the way of demonstration analysis. Research data and methodology - The data are from Statistic Yearbook in Chongqing in 1997-2008.The conclusion shows that essential factor market of insurance development falls behind of economic growth in direct aspect; BBD, BLD and FIR could pull economic growth, but ID just restrain economic growth in Chongqing. Results -The estimate coefficient sigh of BDD, BLD, FIR are plus but ID is not, it is to say the increase of bank deposit dump could impel economic growth, which is accord with general thought. Conclusions - At last, the article Having Studied on the contribution role of essential factor market of insurance in financial industry development to economic growth in Chongqing by the way of demonstration analysis.

This paper relates recent empirical research on the growth. Smaller and younger firms have been growing more quickly than larger and older firms, thus, generating proportionately more new jobs. It is not difficult to understand why small and medium firms receive so much attention. Because SMEs provide about 80 percent of private sector employment so SMEs performance is an important economic and social factor. Despite this, they are subject to higher risk and mobility than those at the large firms. This paper is analyzes the relationship between firm growth measured as growth in employment, sales and production and firms age, size and R&D investment. The growth and its relationship with the determinants is linked to industrial policy in Korea. Empirical results are based on an unbalanced panel data covering period 1999-2002. Results show significant relationship between growth, size and age of firm.

The water strider, Gerris paludum insularis, was reared in a growth cabinet at two constant temperatures and ${\approx}20^{\circ}C$ under a 16:8 (L:D) photoperiod. Differences in head width among three temperatures of ${\approx}20^{\circ}C,\;25^{\circ}C\;and\;30^{\circ}C$ in G. paludum insularis, were compared. Temperature affected growth of head width of G. paludum insularis. There were highly significant differences among head width for three temperature regimes and the immature stages. It was found that head width is greater in $30^{\circ}C$ than $25^{\circ}C\;and\;{\approx}20^{\circ}C$. The growth quantity of the head width in ${\approx}20^{\circ}C$ shows the slowest increase, and $25^{\circ}C\;and\;30^{\circ}C$ were gradually increased in that order. The maximum ratio of growth quantity by each stage is in the first instar in all regimes. The growth rates of all regimes show an increase pattern.

Along with the recent growth of Fintech industry and low interest rate basis, one of the alternative investment technique for expecting higher investment profit, P2P loan using P2P financial system is greatly increasing. P2P loan can be referred to as a type of Crowdfunding that the law of Crowdfunding (adopted to revised Capital Market Act) enacted on January 25th 2016 only allows investment type Crowdfunding so that it can be used as a tool of raising fund for startup and venture companies. Also, it is true that Korean government could not make any legislative foundation related to P2P loan. At this moment, those online platform companies mediating P2P loan are not included as financial companies, expected to cause various legal arguments. Financial Services Commission has released a guideline in February of this year saying that limit of P2P loan is 10 million Korean Won per arbitrating company and 5 million Korean Won per borrower. However, what is more important is to make a law supporting this institutional system. If legislation on P2P loan is implemented without care, it may disturb growth of the field but it may result in the damage of investors if not clearly defined by law. As this is the case, first, "revision of execution regulations for loan business" should take place as soon as possible to intensify inspection of loan companies by registering them to Financial Services Commission. Second, saving customer fund separately in the their organization. Third, making law on protecting investors such as regulating exaggerative advertisement. Fourth, to have transparent and fair public announcement system, standardized agreement and guideline describing clear understanding on autonomous public information publication of P2P loan online platform business and information on the borrower.

During last 30 years, Korea economy has grown so fast and many leading-edge technologies ware introduced from the advanced countries. but this fast growth inevitably produced imperfect completion of infrastructures and caused man-made catastrophes like Sungsu Bridge and Sampoong Department Store. After the incidents, Korea Government and National Assembly established "The Special Law for Safety Maintenance of Infrastructures". According to this law, most of infrastructures must be inspected periodically. During last 10 years after the establishment of the law, many infrastructures were improved and the quality of construction was upgraded. However, important and weak-to-disaster infrastructures need to be watched continuously. Many monitoring technologies were developed and tested in the field. In this paper, the new research project "Establishment of Testbed of Safety Management Network for Main Infrastructures", funded by government, was introduced.

Government tries to revise the article 25 in Korea Maritime Transport Act which describes subject of coastal carriage for exported-imported container cargoes. The subject of coastal carriage will be replaced coastal carrier by ocean liner carrier according to the revised article 25. By adopting the revised article, coastal shipping industry will be deteriorated in terms of returns on investment, sales and etc. Even though the revision is inevitable to harmonize the flow of exported-imported container cargo movement, coastal shipping industry should be developed and restructured to get competitive power and to set up an efficient international logistics system. To enhance competitive power of coastal shipping companies successfully, government must realize the importance of coastal shipping, and aid the industry through various methods such as arrangement of law and regulation, indirected financial assistance, decrease of tax rate, etc.

The franchise business in Korea, having a relatively short history compared to those of the advanced countries, disclosed many problems between franchisors and franchisees due to a rapid growth in number for the short period of time. Having recognized these problems, the Korean government, responding to social demands, established "The Fair Trade Practices Law for Franchise Business" to restrict unfair trade practices and to develop a healthier franchise business practice in general. In this study, we closely examined how the franchisees' understanding of the related laws would influence the franchisees' countermoves and satisfaction and the franchisor's reactions from the franchisees' standpoints. In conclusion, the franchisees show higher satisfaction in heteronomous changes achieved by the mutual agreement with the franchisors rather than in autonomous changes achieved by their active pursuits, as seen from the interrelation of the franchisors' reactions and the appropriateness of franchise agreements.

The multi-point procedure is developed to predict the shape change of a semi-elliptical surface crack during stable fatigue crack growth. 3-D stress intensity factors along a crack front are calculated using the simplified 3-D J-intergral. Crack growth rate coefficient in the Paris law is assumed to be constant along the crack growth. Crack growth rate is set to be the distance between the two parallel tangent lines on the two semi-elliptic crack fronts before and after crack growth.

In this study the subcritical crack growth behavior in an Al2O3-SiCw composite has been investigated using in situ fracture technique of applied moment double cantilever beam (AMDCB) specimens indside an SEM. This technique allows the detailed observation of whisker and grain bridging in the crack wake region. The experimental results indicated that the KI-a curve was deviated from the conventional powder law form and that the existed a region where the rate of microcrack growth was decreased with increasing the externally applied stress intensity factor. This behavior could be explained by arising crack growth resistance i.e. R-curve behavior which was associated with crack shielding due to whisker and grain bridging. The R-curve was also analyzed from the KI-a curve data in order to quantify the bridging effect in the Al2O3-SiCw composite.

The exploitation of the natural resources of the Moon and other celestial bodies represents one of the most exiting future developments in the field of space law as well as a unique occasion for the economic and social growth of mankind as a whole. The large number of benefits that are expected to be generated from the exploitation of these resources, indeed, not only will contribute to the betterment of conditions of people on Earth but also will allow mankind to face and likely solve one of the biggest problems currently affecting our planet, namely the exhaustion of the stocks of raw materials and other source of energy, such as fossil fuels. The exploitation of the natural resources of the Moon and other celestial bodies, however, has been prevented so far by the absence of dedicated space law rules allowing its orderly and peaceful development and clarifying the rights and duties of the parties involved in it. Due to the uncertainty generated by the absence of these rules, indeed, States as well as private operators have refrained from investing in the exploitation of space resources so far. The time to change this situation and to allow the exploitation of extraterrestrial resources to begin has finally come. This paper aims at fulfilling this purpose by proposing a legal regime containing specific and detailed rules to regulate the exploitation of the natural resources of the Moon and other celestial bodies.
