The development of underground space essentially leads to increase in construction cost and installation of a large structure also acts as a factor deteriorating fine sight of the city. Accordingly, there recently is a trend to make city center structures light and small if possible. In this study, for efficient development of underground space, we analyzed the change in the average delay time in comparison to the existing underpass and the influence thereof using a microscopic simulation software VISSIM 5.20 after controlling heavy vehicles not to use the underpass and to detour using the intersection above the underpass, and gradually increasing the ratio of heavy vehicles in accordance with v/c of the access road in order to examine efficiency of introducing an underpass exclusive to small cars at an underground road installed and being operated in a city road area, and presented installation standard for underpass exclusive to small vehicles adequate to the traffic characteristics. Considering the findings of the study, introduction of underpass exclusive to small cars judged to be beneficial in the aspects of reduction in the economic loss resulting from land purchase, environmental damage due to construction of large traffic structures and environment-friendly green traffic.
In developing countries, economically under-privileged are mostly consisted of women, therefore supporting those women signify supporting the local society and the family. Advancement of women's economic status not only contributes to her family but also to the local society, nation, and to the global world as a whole. This paper is a research on local informatization and successful model in e-business for Indonesia, which established interactive research model networking with Korea-Indonesia Research Institution and policy-makers for two years and susggested practical research model through visiting Pekalongan. Through activated interaction between women enterprises and policy makers from Korea and Indonesia, the research paper seeks to create research based network and provide opportunities of information access and business matching to local informatized and e-business enterprises. In research adopted regions, city development project has been accomplished in human, business and environmental field since 2005, and have selected Pekalongan region where infra is settled to certain extent. With the information about Indonesia's city development project, investigation on Pekalongan's current geographical, humanistic status quo, the paper aims to and create Indonesian female e-business professionals, e-business user, e-business producers and provide successful model on Pekalongan's local informatization and e-business.

The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) allows New & Renewable Energy projects to make additional income by selling CER's, which represent the amount of Green House Gases(GHG) that is reduced in the project. However, forward contracts used to hedge fluctuating market prices does not allow projects to sell CER's at a premium. As an alternate approach to maximize CER revenue, CER's are modeled as a 'real option', in which CER's are sold only above the desired sales price. Using the Binomial Option Pricing model, the resultant lattices are used to determine whether to sell, defer or abandon the option at individual nodes. Overlaying Pascal's Triangle on the lattices also enabled the calculation of the annual probabilities for deferring CER sales without incurring downside losses. Application to an actual Landfill Gas project showed increased overall NPV, and that CER sales could be deferred at a maximum of 2 years. The proposed framework allows transparency in the analysis and provides valuable and strategical information when making investment decisions related to CER sales of CDM projects.
The purpose of this study was to analyze womens' health problems using Green & Kreuter's 1991 PRECEDE model and to develop a model for a womens' health care center located in the community. The subjects were recruited from Wonju City. 1. The results showed that 23% of the sample population felt there was a need for a womens' health care center. The mean number of health problems was 3.1. The prevalence rate, was 44.4%, and the rate for an artificial abortion, was 36.4%. Also 30.5% did not have a health examination in the past year. Women using the hospital for medical care accounted for 45% of the sample, while 40% used the drugstore. The average score on the HPLP was 2.41, and this was influenced by self-efficacy, family support, sexual role, and health locus of control. There are a few educational programs in the city provided by the Wonju Health Center and by community health nurse practitioners. 2. The nursing center, as defined in North America, is a nurse-anchored system of primary health care delivery or neighborhood health center. Centers offer various services ranging from primary care to the more traditional such as education, health promotion, wellness screening, and coordination of services by advanced practice nurses. For examples in Sweden MCH centers provide total services for childbearing women and their families, sexual counseling and education for adolescents, and screening by midwives for cervical cancer. 3. The developed model combines purpose, target population, organization, and services, and is related to health resources. The purpose is primary health care and promotion of the quality of life. The target population can be grouped according to the life cycle, (premarriaged age group, the childbearing/child rearing age group, and middle aged and elderly women) and focuses on self-help. The organization of the center includes an advisory committee to plan and evaluate, and a health services team that will be multidisciplinary to provide health care, counseling education, and research. The model development suggested that a variety of women's health care centers are needed to insure adequate management of women's health. Follow-up research using PROCEED is needed to analyze health outcomes. Also a health nursing specialist system is required to develop health promotion, and improve the quality of life of women.

Parks became a matter of concerned among urban planning facilities that have not been executed for a long time because of the judgement of constitutional disagreement. This study deals with actual condition of constructing neighborhood park at the level of urban planning. In order to enhance the coefficient of citizens' utilization of parks. This study analyzes current situation of neighborhood parks and developing condition in Busan, revealing problems by investigating types of facilities under construction as well as by comparing size and progress of the parks under construction. This study tries different kind of access to the problems with the emphasis on estimation of planning and establishing neighborhood parks on the basis of the coefficient of citizens' utilization. Through the various examinations, this study brings into relief the problems being created in the course of establishment of parks which functions only as green tracts of land at present. As a result, the following conclusions could be made. First, from the viewpoint of location the parks, Busan parks are mostly located in the mountain areas adjacent to urban districts. Secondly, establishment of neighborhood parks is usually for development projects and the facilities introduced in them are monotonous. Thirdly, there is a tendency towards expansion of size and standardization of facility. Forthly, establishment plan of parks lacks profitability. Lastly, there is serious limitation in the size of land for developing neighborhood parks, and what is worse, there is no management of them.

Due to the development of information and communication technology, the production and processing speed of data is getting faster. To classify objects using machine learning, which is a field of artificial intelligence, data required for training can be easily collected due to the development of internet and geospatial information technology. In the field of geospatial information, machine learning is also being applied to classify or recognize objects using images and point clouds. In this study, the problem of manually constructing training data using existing digital map version 1.0 was improved, and the technique of classifying roads, buildings and vegetation using image and point clouds were proposed. Through experiments, it was possible to classify roads, buildings, and vegetation that could clearly distinguish colors when using true ortho-image with only RGB (Red, Green, Blue) bands. However, if the colors of the objects to be classified are similar, it was possible to identify the limitations of poor classification of the objects. To improve the limitations, random forest and support vector machine techniques were applied after band fusion of true ortho-image and normalized digital surface model, and roads, buildings, and vegetation were classified with more than 85% accuracy.

This study was investigated to know about the stages of flower bud development and the effects of natural and artificial cold treatment on flowering of herbaceous peony. Developing buds of Paeonja lactㅑflora Pall. var. Taebaek were observed since Jun. 17 and peony plants were forced since Nov. 27 in the green house with two weeks interval, and other plants were forced after cold treatment in $5^{\circ}C$ for 1, 2, 4, 6weeks. Differentiation of vegetable part in peony buds was started in early June, and floral part was differentiated in September and their differentiation was continued to shooting in early spring. Buds of peony were sprouted and flowered when it was forced on Dec. 4. Days to shooting were decreased with delay of forcing time from early to late of December, significantly. Two weeks for cold treatment were enough to break dormancy of peony and days to shooting of the cold treated were significantly shorter than the untreated in the same forcing times
A mountain village is defined as that which is autogenously formed over at least 100 years and supported by agricultural yields and forest products and forest area portion of which is over 70% in Guidelines for the Comprehensive Development Planning of Mountain Village. Recently, concerns about management planning of the Green and Eco-Village causes researches related to the Mountain Village's economics, tourism attractiveness, experience programming and investigation of the ecosystem and environment based on the village area. This kind of eco-village project should be supported by ecological evaluation of its spatial structure. But there is rare research of the village spatial structure studied from the ecological viewpoint originally. The purpose of this study is to interpret the spatial structure of Korean mountain village on the landscape ecological paradigm. The paradigm components are patches, corridors, networks, and matrix which explain the land and spatial structure at landscape scale. For this purpose, we selected two case study areas- Sansu and Ajick villages in Gimje city, Jeonlabukdo. We interpreted and evaluated the spatial structure by three steps: (1) to clarify the existing land mosaic pattern by land use mapping (2) to estimate the pore size as development area in matrix (3) to investigate the funnel effect of patch shape. These landscape ecological steps and frameworks could be applied for the proper methodology as fundamentals of eco-village planning and design.
This study was aimed to investigate the contribution of tree plantation, tree breeding and soil erosion control techniques developed during Saemaul Undong periods to the successful forest rehabilitation in the Republic of Korea. We surveyed a various literature of forest journals and had deep interview with forest experts who were actively involved in the forest rehabilitation projects. In the Republic of Korea, the forest rehabilitation was started with Saemaul Undong in 1970s and carried out to make the country green and to restore degraded forest lands by supports of tree plantation, tree breeding and soil erosion control techniques. Various techniques such as seed storage, seedling production, mass vegetative propagation (grafting and cutting) and special planting at denuded land or slash and burn site were developed for tree plantation. All techniques developed for the forest rehabilitation were connected with Saemaul Undong which caused active participation of local community people. Therefore, the development of tree plantation, tree breeding and soil erosion control skills had great impact on the job creation and income sources of local dwellers. It would be an applicable case to developing countries suffering with deforestation and forest degradation if the Korean skills developed for forest rehabilitation could be transferred.
To identify the influential factors and their relative significance on spatial distribution of $NO_3-N$ in urban ground water, spatial analysis was conducted using GIS and statistical approaches in the Seongnae-Koduk watersheds, where rapid urbanization has been proceeded. Several factors were considered including land-use type, distance to sewage lines, the ratio of impervious surface, and the ratio of green area. The spatial distribution of $NO_3-N$ in the land-use types shows differences between urban and crop field possibly due to the sewage networks in urban areas and the agrochemical uses in crop field. Nitrate concentrations in ground water were decreased with the distance to sewage lines to approximately 60-75 m. Concentrations of nitrate and distances to sewage lines showed negative correlation, indicating that the nitrate contamination was induced from the sewage system and specially significant in urban areas. The negative correlation of the ratio of impervious surface to the nitrate concentration in urban areas also suggested that the source materials of nitrate are introduced from the surface. Consequently, in areas of urbanization processes, systematic management of past-and-present land-use types and sewage systems are the most significant factors in preventing ground water from nitrate contamination.
