A Study on Facility Information System using GIS and Semantic Web in Underground Space

  • The utilization of underground space has recently increased with the complication of road, the rise of the land price, and the development of green technology. Underground space ranges from classical excavations to subway, underground cities, and shopping malls where there are crowds of people. At this time, government has spent a lot of money in installing various types of safety facilities for preparations of increasing potential disasters. Therefore, an effective facility management system is required. In this paper, we propose an information retrieval process to effectively extract the facilities' information based on the ontology and spatial analysis in underground space. The ontology-based searching supports hierarchical and associated results as well as knowledge sharing with hierarchy concepts. The spatial analysis based searching has "Buffer" and "Near" functions to operate on a map without understanding any property of the facility information.

  • 들깻잎은 식생활의 변화로 인한 육류소비의 증가와 더불어 수요량이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 들깻잎은 특유의 향취로 인해 육류나 생선회, 영양탕 등의 음식점에서 상추와 함께 대량소비가 되고 있는 실정이다. 들깻잎의 수확은 반촉성 재배시 40-50일 뒤부터 수확하게 되며 봄가을에는 10일, 여름에는 5-7일 간격으로 수확한다. 들깻잎의 수확기간은 만생종은 150일, 조생종은 110일 정도이다. 1회 수확 시 보통 주당 1-2장(1마디)의 잎을 수확하며 숙련된 노동자의 경우 7,000-1l,000장 정도의 잎을 수확할 수 있다.   • The aim of this paper is to suggest basic guidelines for the urban park development policy in Taegu. This research is mainly based on university students' essay on <private inquiry of urban park in Taegu>. Talsong Park, the most popular site for the students' essay, was selected for the purpose of the study. The research focused on the general images of the park, negative images of the park and aspirations and demands for the park in relation with Talsong Park redevelopment policy. The research of this result suggested that the renovation of Talsong Park from zoo-oriented park to the historic & cultural park status. The other main suggestion was consideration of public participation from the planning stage for the betterment of park management. In addition, the importance of environmental education for the local people was stressed in order to enhance public awareness of environment for the solution of our common environmental problems in relation with Local Agenda 21.

  • This study is designed to suggest future development guidelines for leave-out lands in the land readjustment project area. For this purpose, physical conditions which affect living conditions were surveyed. The findings are follows. First, the living conditions in the lands are low with shortage of parking space and green area, narrow and low-performance road conditions, disordered fence and roof. Furthermore, illegal waste disposal made the condition even worse. Second, it is desirable to make separated plan for the leave-out lands because they have quite different living conditions from those of the land readjustment project area. Third, it is suggested that urban planning and architectural laws should pay attention to the leave-out lands to improve living conditions. It is also recommended that planning obligations for the leave out land should be imposed on land developers.

  • 본 연구는 충청권 연안역의 아름다운 자연과 이를 관광자원화 할 수 있는 연안역 녹색공간조성을 위한 해안도로 기반 시설로서 연안역의 지형 및 기후조건을 고려한 해안도로시스템 기술을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 해안경관을 고려한 도로계획기술, 연안기후 지형 및 기후에 강한 해안도로 경량포장시스템 등이 포함된다. 이러한 계획, 설계 및 시공, 유지관리 시스템 기술 개발 및 효율적인 구축을 통해 녹색성장의 연안역 개발 프로토타입을 구축하며 이를 통해 국토의 효율적 운영, 삶의 질 개선, 그리고 미래 신성장 동력 창출에 기여하고자 한다.

A Study on the Influx of Population by Rural Tourism in Rural Village (농촌마을의 농촌관광 시행에 따른 인구유입효과에 관한 연구)

  • Settlement problems in rural area are gradually becoming more intense due to decreasing agricultural income led by market globalization. Rural tourism is considered as one of alternatives for complementing agricultural income. In this study, we analyzed the relation of rural development project and the influx of population on green tourism villages. Results show that the influx of population in rural area is related with project cost, tourism income, visiting numbers, and ratio of labor population. With these results, we modified rural population model for estimating future rural population. Adapted result to Buraemi village by modified model showed that estimation error can be decreased from 7.23% to 0.95%.

Development of a One-step Two-site Enzyme Immunoassay for Measuring Human Alpha-fetoprotein by Eliminating Hook-effect

  • A one-step, two-site enzyme immunoassay was developed for measuring human alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in serum and amniotic fluid using monoclonal antibodies (McAb) by eliminating the high-dose hook effect. Three McAbs that recognize different epitopes were selected among 16 different clones on the basis of epitope mapping, two for immobilization and one for horseradish peroxidase conjugation. This one-step immunoassay system is more convenient and rapid compared to a conventional two-step sandwich immunoassay system. It did not exhibit the hook effect to around 2.7 mg/ml of AFP, which is probably one of the highest concentrations of AFP in the serum. The dose-response curve of the system was linear to 500 mg/ml of AFP and the system could differentiate as low as 1 mg/ml of AFP The intra- and inter-assay variations were in an acceptable range; 95~104% and 97~105% respectively Its correlation with other commercial systems was around 95%.

  • 전력계통 해석 분야는 소프트웨어를 사용하여 시뮬레이션한 결과에 HMI를 도입하여 기존의 공급자 중심에서 사용자 중심으로 변하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 조류계산 엔진 소프트웨어인 PSS/E를 사용하여 시뮬레이션을 했다. 그 결과값을 Python으로 코딩한 프로그램을 이용 SQL 데이터베이스로 옮겨 주었다. 최종적으로 사용자의 편의에 맞게 구현된 InTouch에 데이터를 나타나게 함으로써 HMI를 구현하였다.

And the skin can be compared to an antenna which amplifies information received from the outside and then passes it on to the inside. Therefore the art of many medicines make use of the skin as a medium of treatment. Peter mandel discovered centers, or zones, on the human body, which represent or correspond to the three primary colors(red, blue and yellow). And he came across to the four temperaments(or humors) and their respective colors, which consist of the primary colors with the addition of green.

  • Recent years have been widely discussed rural amenity as well as ecological restoration, green tourism, friendly nature, environmental preservation and so on as a way of addressing the various issues in sustainable rural development. This paper explores what the evaluation items on rural amenity is to sustain the identity of rural villages. After a review of the related preceding researches we suggested two alternatives of the amenity evaluation items in rural village's level. The one is the amenity evaluation items which consists of 3 factors and 17 items on basis of three functional space such as a living place, a working place, and a protected and enjoying place in rural villages. The other's amenity evaluation items has 6 factors and 14 items from a viewpoint of the functional integrated space in rural villages.
