조숙 다수성 청예 조사료용 호밀 신품종 '다그린' (A New Early-Heading and High-Yielding Forage Rye Variety, 'Dagreen')

  • 국립식량과학원에서 조사료용 조숙호밀을 개발하고자 1995년에 '조춘호밀'등 10개 품종을 방임수분으로 혼합교배하여 그중에서 형질이 우수한 계통(SR95POP-S1-119-2-11)을 선발하여 생산력을 검정한 결과 그 특성이 우수하여 '호밀30호' 로 계통명을 부여하고 5개 지역에서 4개년간 지역적응성을 검정하여 조숙이면서 조사료 수량이 많을 뿐만 아니라 지역간, 연차간 재배안정성이 높은 것으로 나타나 2006년 직무육성신품종 선정위원회에서 '다그린'으로 명명하여 신품종으로 등록 보급하게 되었다. 본 품종의 특성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. '다그린'은 녹비 및 청예 조사료용 호밀 신품종으로 초형이 직립이고 잎의 크기는 중 정도이며, 줄기는 굵고 종실은 길으며 담갈색을 띤다. 2. '다그린'의 출수기는 4월 24일로 표준품종인 '올호밀'보다 4일 빠른 조생종이며, 초장은 103 cm, $m^2$당 경수는 713개이었다. 3. '다그린'은 한해에 강하였으며, 도복은 '올호밀' 및 '쿨그레이저'와 비슷하였고, 흰가루병과 잎녹병은 발생하지 않았다. 4. 조사료 건물수량은 평균 7.46 MT/ha으로 '올호밀'과 '쿨그레이저'보다 각각 17%, 6% 많았고, 종실수량은 4.09 MT/ha 으로 '올호밀'보다 11% 많았다.

원예치료정원의 성능개선을 위한 평가지표 개발 (A Development of Evaluation Indicators for Performance Improvement of Horticultural Therapy Garden)

  • 본 연구는 치료적 목적의 달성을 위해 훈련받은 치료사(Horticultural Therapist)가 실시하는 원예활동에 대상자가 참여하는 치료(Therapy)의 공간으로서 '원예치료정원의 성능개선을 위한 평가지표 개발'에 관한 연구로서 원예치료는 대상자의 치료를 위한 '의학모형'이며 원예치료정원은 대상자와 원예치료사의 활동을 기능적이고 효율적으로 지원하는 특성화된 공간임을 기본 전제로 설정하였다. 연구의 수행을 위해 의도적 표집에 의해 모집된 전문가 패널을 대상으로 3차례의 델파이(Delphi)기법과 AHP기법을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 원예치료정원의 성능개선을 위한 평가지표를 도출하였고, 각 평가지표들을 유형화, 계층화하여 평가항목의 우선순위를 파악하였다. 본 연구를 통한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원예치료 관련 업무를 수행하는 공무원과 원예치료사를 대상으로 본 연구의 타당성을 확보하기 위한 전문가 설문을 실시하였으며, 분석결과 관련 공무원 75.2%, 원예치료사 87.8%로 두 직군 모두 원예치료정원에 대한 인식이 높았으며 원예치료를 실시함에 있어서 치료정원의 활용이 필요하다는 의견에 동의하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 원예치료정원 성능평가를 위한 가중치가 적용된 평가지표 개발을 위해 총 3회에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 이후 두차례에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 타당도 및 신뢰도 분석 결과, 총 34개의 원예치료정원 성능개선을 위한 평가요소가 도출되었다. 셋째, 가중치가 적용된 원예치료정원의 성능개선을 위한 평가지표 개발을 위해 계층분석기법을 적용, 각 지표별 상대적 중요도 및 가중치를 분석한 결과 상위요인에서는 '자연과 인간의 상호작용'이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 다음으로는 '프로그램의 계획과 활용', '사회적 상호작용', '지속가능한 환경', '보편적 디자인'의 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전문가를 대상으로 원예치료정원 성능평가를 위한 가중치가 적용된 평가지표 개발을 위하여 종합가중치를 활용하였다. 평가지표의 가중치 적용은 평가점수에 AHP를 이용한 종합가중치를 곱하여 산출하는 것이 일반적이며 이러한 과정을 통해 평가지표들 간의 상대적인 우선순위를 토대로 가중치와 변환점수를 분석하여, '원예치료정원의 성능개선을 위한 평가지표 및 평가점수표'를 최종 작성하였다. 가중치가 적용된 평가표를 활용하여 기존에 조성된 원예치료정원의 효율성 증대를 위한 개선점을 도출할 경우, 전문가의 의견에 따른 항목별 중요도가 반영되어 있으므로 사항별 중요도를 판단하여 우선순위를 선정하여 개선할 수 있으며, 원예치료정원의 신규 조성 시에도 계획단계에서 원예치료 활동의 효율성 증대를 위한 방안으로 주요 지표를 미리 파악함으로서 가이드라인이 설정이나 기타 효율성 증대를 위한 방안을 제안하는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

제주도 연안의 해조류 분포 특성을 이용한 생태학적 평가 (Ecological Evaluation Using Seaweed Distribution Characteristics along the Coast of Jeju Island)

  • 본 연구는 제주도 연안의 해역별 해조류 분포특성을 비교하기 위하여 2018년 5월부터 12월까지 제주도 본섬 4개 정점과 유인도서 2개 정점의 마을어장에서 수행되었다. 해조류는 총 101종으로 녹조류 13종(12.9%), 갈조류 24종(23.8%) 그리고 홍조류 64종(63.4%)이 출현하였다. 계절별로는 5월에 가장 많은 해조류가 출현하고, 10월에 가장 적게 출현하는 전형적인 온대해역의 특징을 나타냈다. 수심별 해조류 출현 종수는 5m와 8m에서는 66종과 65종으로 유사하였으며, 12m에서는 74종으로 최대였다. 해역별로는 도서해역인 우도에서 66종으로 가장 많은 해조류가 출현하였고, 본섬의 동부 표선에서 27종으로 가장 적게 출현하였다. 출현종 가운데 중요도가 높은 해조류는 감태(Ecklonia cava)와 둘레혹산호말(Corallina crassissima)로 각각 21.1%와 20.3%를 나타냈으며, 방황혹산호말(Corallina aberrans) 9.2%, 에페드라게발(Amphiroa ephedraea) 6.2% 그리고 큰열매모자반(Sargassum macrocarpum) 4.4%의 중요도를 나타냈다. 해조류 중 산호말류는 평균 11.2종이 출현하였고, 각 해역의 산호말류 중요도는 평균 32.6%로 우도에서 14.7%로 가장 낮았고, 표선에서 가장 높은 41.0%를 차지하였다. 해조류 군락의 생태학적 평가지수(EEI)는 2.1~10.0으로 표선의 5월과 6월 12m에서 가장 낮았고, 그 밖의 다른 해역에서는 평균 7.3이상으로 좋은 상태를 나타냈다. 본 조사에서 설정한 생태등급기준 I 등급은 우도와 추자도의 수심 12m이었으며, II 등급은 사계와 추자도의 수심 5 m와 8 m가 해당되었다. III 등급은 표선과 귀덕2의 수심 5m와 12m, 평대의 수심 5m와 8m가 해당되었으며, IV 등급은 귀덕2의 수심 8m가 해당되었다.

  • 국립중앙박물관은 용산 새 박물관의 전시 유물로 선정된 중앙아시아 벽화의 연차적인 보존처리를 위해 "독립행정법인 일본 동경문화재연구소"와 공동연구를 모색하게 되었다. 2001년에 본4074, 본4096 작은 벽화편 2점의 보존처리를 시작하면서 벽화의 균열 박락 등 손상상태, 구조와 구성재료, 이전 보존처리에서 적용된 재료와 방법에 대한 기초조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 본4074, 본4096 2점의 벽화는 흙과 지푸라기를 반죽하여 만든 벽체에 석고를 발라 바탕으로 하고 그 위에 채색을 한 것으로 나타났으며 벽체 속에 포함된 지푸라기의 방사선 탄소연대측정 결과 본 벽화는 10세기 말에서 13세기 초에 만들어진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 X-선회절 분석 결과 화면의 흰색 바탕은 gypsum[Ca(SO4)·2H2O]과 CaSO4, Calcite(CaCO3)가 적색계통은 연단(鉛丹:Pb3O4)과 led arsenate[Pb(As2O6)], 녹색계통은 Cuprite(Cu2O)와 arsenolite(As2O3), arsenic oxide(As2O4) 등이 사용된 것으로 조사되었다.

  • 1. Macrobrachium rosenbergi(de Man)의 효율적인 종묘생산의 방안을 모색하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 염분량이 유생에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 부화직후의 Zoea유생을 (1) 염분량 별로 9실험구:담수, $3.48\~4.42\%_{\circ}Cl,\;5.26\~6.45\%_{\circ}Cl,\;7.63\~8.23\%_{\circ}Cl,\;9.76\~10.52\%_{\circ}Cl,\;11.27\~11.94\%_{\circ}C1,\;13.12\~14.08\%_{\circ}Cl,\;16.13\~16.88\%_{\circ}Cl$$18.04\~18.92\%_{\circ}Cl$로 구분한 사육수에서 수온 $28^{\circ}C{\pm}1$ 및 여과유속 0.6l/min.로 고정한 순환식 수조(용량 25l)내에서 Artemia salina nauplii 투이하며 post-larva령기까지 변태되는 온도별 성장 속도와 그 변태율을 비교하여 본 유생의 생육여과도를 조사하였고, (2) 각 령기별유생의 각종 염분량에 대한 적응도와 선택기호성을 조사하기 위하여 1l 용량의 코니칼 비커속에 수온 $28^{\circ}C{\pm}1$, aeration (3-4기포/sec)을 약하게 유지한 12실험구 ; 담수, $2.21\~2.76\%_{\circ}Cl,\;4.12\~4.47\%_{\circ}Cl,\;5.58\~5.98\%_{\circ}Cl,\;8.23\~8.64\%_{\circ}Cl,\;10.11\~10.56\%_{\circ}Cl,\;11.85\~12.42\%_{\circ}Cl,\;13.05\~14.51\%_{\circ},\;14.75\~15.38\%_{\circ}Cl,\;16.86\~17.72\%_{\circ}Cl\;18.54\~19.08\%_{\circ}Cl$ 및 해수$(19.38\%_{\circ}Cl)$로 구분한 사육수에 제 1 Zoea 령기, 제 4 Zoea 령기, 제 6 Zoea 령기, 제 8 Zoea 령기, 제 10 Zoea령기 및 제 11 Zoea령기를 급격한 염도변화에 조우당함을 피하기 위하여 일정한 염도에 순화시킨 후 각각 이주시켜 Artemia salina nauplii를 투이하고 2일간격으로 실험구의 사육수를 치환하며 6일간을 사육한 후 각실험구별의 생잔유생수를 서로 비교하였다. (3) 수온 $28^{\circ}C{\pm}1$를 유지시키고 염도가 상이한 3종의 사육조 ; $3.82\~4.68\%_{\circ}Cl,\;7.14\~7.85\%_{\circ}Cl$$10.22\~11.05\%_{\circ}Cl$에서 사육, 성장시킨 제 2 Zoea, 제 4 Zoea, 제 6 Zoea 및 제 8 Zoea 령기의 유생을 별도로 염분별로 3실험구 : $3.68\~4.34\%_{\circ}Cl,\;7.42\~8.28\%_{\circ}Cl$$10.71\~11.53\%_{\circ}Cl$로 구분한 150 l 용량의 여과실험조에 서로 염도가 상이한 간격간을 이주 (Fig. 4)시켜 12일간을 Artemia salina nauplii를 투이하고 수온 $28^{\circ}C{\pm}1$을 유지시키며 사육한 후 이주시킨 유생의 령기별 및 사육도중에 이주한 염도의 간격차에 대한 생잔율을 서로 비교하여 사육도중에 조우하는 변동된 염도에 대한 각 령기별 유생의 적응도를 조사하였으며 이 실험을 위하여 수온 $28^{\circ}C{\pm}1$, 염분량 $5.28\%_{\circ}Cl$에서 갓 부화된 유생을 각사육조에 분양시켜 사육하였다. (4) post-larvarl 및 Juvenile의 염분량에 대한 성장률 및 서식적염도를 조사하기 위하여 수온 $28^{\circ}C{\pm}1$, 여과유속 $0.6\~0.8l\~min$를 유지시키며 염분별로 6실험구 ; 담수 $3.61\~4.25\%_{\circ}Cl$$16.87\~17.13\%_{\circ}Cl$로 구분하여 각실험별로 40일, 60일 및 120일의 성장도 및 그 생잔율을 상호 비교하였다. qs 실험기간중 투여한 이료는 반숙절편한 반지락을 사용하였다. 2. 본유생의 post-larva로 변태하기 위해서는 반드시 일정량의 염분량이 요하고 기호, 선택하는 염분량은 각령기에 따라 다소상이하나 대체로 염분량 $7.63\%_{\circ}Cl$에서 $14.42\%_{\circ}Cl$의 범위가 적염도로 생각되며 이 범위내에서는 염분량에 따른 변태속도의 차이는 거의 볼 수 없으나 염분량 $4.42\%_{\circ}Cl$이상의 보다 높은 염도에서는 현저한 지연현상이 나타나며 더욱이 높은 염도에 비하여 저염도인 경우가 더욱 늦어지는 경향을 보인다. 3. 각 Zeoa 령기별의 염분량에 대한 적응도는 대체로 염분량 $8.28\~12.42\%_{\circ}Cl$ 사이가 가장 크나 령기가 기호, 선택하는 염분량에 차이가 있으므로 그 적응도도 서로 상이하다. 보편적으로 전령기를 통하여 제8 Zoea기를 전환점으로 하여 이 보다 어린 령기의 유생일수록 비교적 높은 염도에 대한 적응도가 높은데 반하여 령기가 진전되어 post-larva 기로 근접해 갈수록 점차적으로 저염도에 대한 기호, 선택성이 커지는 경향을 보인다. 4. Post-larva기에 대한 서식적염도는 염분량 $8.08\%_{\circ}Cl$ 담수의 범위로서 Zoea 령기에 비하여 저염성을 나타내고 더우기 적정범위는 염분량 $4.25\%_{\circ}Cl$로서 담수에 가까울수록 그 성장도는 높다. 따라서 Zoea유생은 담수에서 보다 성장률이 높다. 한편 post-larva는 령기 의 개체가 해수($19.38\%_{\circ}Cl$ 이상)에서 1일이상을 생존치 못하는데 비하여 Zoea 유생은 6일이사을 적응할 수가 있다. 5. Zoea 유생은 염분량에 대한 특성이 령기의 진전에 따라 고염성으로부터 저염성으로 그 특성이 조금씩 이행됨은 제8 Zoea 령기를 지나므로써 post-larva 기가 가지고 제 특성으로 점차 이행되기 때문으로 생각되며 이같은 현상을 뒷받침하는 것은 형태적으로 제 8 령기를 전후하여 종전의 유생에 제1, 제2 보각에 협지가 형성됨과 동시에 유영피도 거의 완성되어 post-larve 기의 형태로 이행됨을 볼 수 있고 또한 생태적으로도 제10-제11령기에 이르러서는 종전의 유영층에서 점차로 저변으로 이행하여 유영동작도 훨씰 둔화되어 post-larvarl로 전환되는 과도기의 특성을 관찰할 수가 있다. 따라서 이같은 점을 결부하여 제 8 령기를 지남으로써 염분량에 대한 특성 및 적응도가 종전의 유생기와 상이해 짐을 이해할 수 있다. 6. 령기별 Zoea유생을 사육도중에 염분량 $3.68\~11.53\%_{\circ}Cl$ 범위내에서 고, 저염도간을 갑자기 이주시켜 조우한 염도변화에 대한 적응도를 조사하니 제 8 Zoea 령기를 전환점으로 하여 어린 령기일수록 저염도에서 높은 염도로 이주했을 때의 적응도가 크고, 령기가 진전되어 post-larva 기에 가까워 질수록 반대로 높은 온도에서 저염도로 이주했을 때의 적응도가 점차로 커져가는 경향을 보였다. 또한 특의한 현상은 상이한 두 염도간을 가역방향으로 이주시켰을 때의 적응도는 각각 상이하고 이같은 경우에도 제 8 Zoea 령기를 경계로 하여 이동된 염분량에 대한 령기별 유생의 적응도도 전환되는 현상을 나타내었다. 7. Zoea 유생을 사육하는 동안 사육수의 염분함유량에 비례하여 유생의 체표에 산재하는 색소포가 팽창되어 주로 붉은색을 나타내게 됨으로 염분함유량과 색소포의 확장과는 어떤 관계가 있는 듯 생각된다. 8. 령기별 Zoea 유생 및 post-larva 기의 염분량에 대한 기호, 선택성과 치하 및 성하의 서식분포역을 고려할 때 자연서식역의 하천에서는 왕부하는 생활사를 취하는 듯 생각된다. 9. 본종의 종묘생산을 효율적으로 영위하기 위해는 유생의 염분량에 대한 특성을 고려하여 제 8 Zoea 령기를 경계로 해서 어린 유생기에서는 대략 염분량 $8\%_{\circ}Cl$에서 $12\%_{\circ}Cl$를 유지시켜 사육하다가 제 8령기 이후 부터는 점차로 담수를 첨가시켜 염분량이 령기의 진전에 따라 $7\%_{\circ}Cl$에서 $4\%_{\circ}Cl$로 이행되게 하는 것이 능률적이며 또한 효과적인 사육법의 하나로써 Green water를 사용할 때도 사육환경의 변동에 민감한 어린 유생기에 단세포 녹조류를 충분히 번식시켜 사육수내이 생물학적 평형상태를 유지시켜 주는 것이 중요함으로 어린 령기에는 가능한 염도를 높여 Green water의 보존도 효과적으로 하는 것이 전망된다.

인공광 식물공장에서 수경배양액 및 광질 조절이 상추 실생묘 생장에 미치는 영향 (Hydroponic Nutrient Solution and Light Quality Influence on Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) Growth from the Artificial Light Type of Plant Factory System)

  • 인공광 식물공장에서는 작물을 생산하기 위하여 일반적으로 화학비료 유래 무기성분을 포함하는 배양액을 시용하여 수경재배한다. 본 연구에서는 광질이 상이한 식물공장에서 관행의 무기배양액 일부 또는 전량을 유기배양액으로 대체할 수 있는 폐기 농업부산물 유래 유기배양액을 시용하여 수경재배하고 작물의 생장에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 청색, 적색 및 백색 LED를 1:2:1의 비율로 혼합한 혼합LED 및 관행의 형광등 조사 조건에서 적치마와 청치마 상추 실생묘를 35일간 수경재배한 결과, 적치마와 청치마 상추의 생체중 및 전개엽수 증가는 형광등을 조사한 Y구에서 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 그러나 유·무기 혼합배양액 처리구인 YK 및 YTJ에서는 오히려 혼합LED 조사구에서 증가하였다. 유기배양액 단용 또는 유·무기 혼합배양액 처리시 엽내 SPAD치는 두 실생묘 모두 Y구와 유사하거나 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 관행의 무기배양액인 Y구에서 배양액내 구성성분 중 가장 많은 양을 차지하고 있는 무기성분인 NO3-N은 재배 개시일에 약 97 mg/L으로, 적치마와 청치마 상추 실생묘에서 모두 재배기간이 경과함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 적치마의 경우 재배종료시 각 처리구별 NO3-N 농도는 형광등 조사시 약 29 mg/L, 혼합LED 조사시 24 mg/L였으며, 청치마의 경우 형광등 조사시 약 26 mg/L, 혼합LED 조사시 47 mg/L로, 초기 투입량 대비 25~48% 정도의 양이 재배종료시까지 흡수되지 않고 남아 있었다. 재배개시일 NH3-N 농도는 Y구3-N 잔여량은 약 13%로 최대값을 나타내었다. 관행의 무기배양액내 질산태질소는 작물체에 흡수되어 생체중, 엽수 증가와 같은 지상부 생장을 좌우하는 주요 성분이지만 재배종료시까지 전량이 흡수되지 않고 남아 있는 것으로 보아 상추 수경재배시 배양액내 질산태질소의 초기 투입량을 조절할 필요성이 대두되었다. 연구결과 농업부산물 유래 유기배양액을 활용하여 적치마와 청치마 상추를 수경재배할 경우 유기배양액 단용보다 유·무기 혼합배양액 시용으로 유기배양액내 부족한 질소 성분을 무기질소로 보충할 수 있어 무기성분 사용량 저감이 기대된다. 또한 상추 실생묘의 양적생장 추이와 달리 엽내 색소합성이 관행 무기배양액보다 특정 유기배양액 단용 또는 혼용에 의해 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 보아 작물체내 물질합성량, 유기배양액 사용기간 및 재이용 등 유기배양액의 화학적 특성 변화에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 본 연구는 시설하우스 재배에서 앞그루작물 재배 시 형성된 두둑을 재활용하여 뒷그루 작물을 무경운으로 재배할 경우 토양의 이화학성과 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 추진한 연구 결과의 일부이다. 중동통(jd)의 두둑에서 토양 균열은 관찰되었으나 고랑에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 관행 경운 토양 두둑의 길이 방향으로 경운 5개월 후에 최대 폭 30 mm, 최대 깊이 15.3 cm, 길이 37~51 cm 정도 되는 균열이 3개 정도 발생되었다. 그리고 두둑의 폭 방향에서는 길이 7~28 cm 정도 되는 균열이 7.5개 정도 발생되었다. 무경운 1년차는 두둑의 길이 방향에서 최대 폭 18 mm, 최대 깊이는 30 cm, 길이는 140~200 cm 정도 되는 균열이 1개 정도 발생되었으며, 두둑 폭 방향의 균열은 최대 폭 22 mm, 최대 깊이는 18.5 cm에 길이는 6~22 cm 정도 되는 균열이 11개 정도 발생되었다. 한편 모래함량이 많은 중동통(jd)의 무경운 2년차 토양에서 균열은 관찰되지 않았으나, 점토함량이 많은 지산통(jd) 무경운 7년차 토양에서는 균열이 관찰되었다. 중동통(jd) 시설재배의 미사질양토의 관행 경운토양 표토 1 cm 깊이의 관입저항은 59 kPa에 비하여 무경운 1년차는 유의적으로 높았다. 경운 토양 20 cm 깊이의 관입저항은 161~185 kPa 수준이었고 36~39 cm 깊이의 관입저항 503~507 kPa을 정점으로 감소되었다. 무경운 1년차 토양 관입저항은 5~30 cm 깊이까지 167~172 kPa을 유지하였으나, 43 cm 깊이에서 437 kPa를 최대값으로 감소되었다. 무경운 2년차 표토의 관입저항은 1 cm 깊이의 81 kPa에서 6 cm 깊이는 243 kPa로 직선적인 증가를 하였다. 논에서 전환한 지산통(ji) 시설 재배지의 관행 경운 토양 관입저항은 표토 1 cm 깊이로부터 52 cm 깊이까지 토양이 깊어짐에 따라서 직선적인 증가를 하였으나, 그 이상의 깊이에서는 증가되지 않았다. 그러나 두둑을 재활용한 무경운 7년차 토양의 표토 1 cm와 2 cm 깊이의 관입저항은 직선적인 증가를 보여 경운 토양에 비하여 현저하게 증가되었으나, 그 이상의 깊이에서는 거의 변동이 없었다. 지산통(ji)과 중동통(jd)의 쟁기 바닥층은 표토에서 10~12 cm 깊이, 작토층은 21 cm 깊이까지로 추정되었다. 그러나 지산통(ji)의 경운 토양의 경반층은 33~35 cm 깊이로 추정되었으나 무경운 7년차는 경반층이 토양 38~44 cm 깊이에서 흔적으로만 존재하였다. 표토의 수분함량은 관행 경운 토양과 두둑을 재활용한 무경운 토양에서 경운 방법 간에 차이가 없었으나, 20 cm 깊이의 무경운 토양 수분함량은 14%로 경운 토양 25%에 비하여 현저하게 낮았다. 1 Bar와 15 Bar에서 측정한 표토의 보수력은 관행 경운토양 비하여 두둑을 재활용한 무경운 1년차와 무경운 2년차에서 증가되었다. 그리고 무경운 2년차 심토의 보수력은 1 Bar와 3 Bar에서 경운 토양과 무경운 1년차에 비하여 증가되는 경향이었다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury.
