Study on Development of Parallel-Typed Tilting Table and RAD Tool Program (병렬기구형 틸팅 테이블 및 RAD Tool 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we develop a six-axes machining center tool(MCT) and CAD/CAM system based RAD Tool Program. The MCT consists of two mechanical parts, i.e., a X-Y-Z Cartesian coordinate typed MCT and a parallel-typed tilting table. Kinematics and singularity are accomplished to design the parallel-typed tilting table, and RAD Tool Program Is developed for the six-axes MCT, which requires the commands of position as well as orientation for machining of complex shape. In RAD Tool, the CAD/CAM system has a tool path generator, NC code generator and a graphic simulator. This paper designs the parallel-typed tilting table to meet the desired specification and presents the results of CAD/CAM system based RAD Tool Program.

  • Shopping is a work and fun for a consumer. Retailers satisfy social and physiological needs through various experiences as well as economic and rational. Do offer online shopping malls fun and hedonic experiences that offline retailers do? This study applied the hedonic-experiential value relating to the consumption dimension of fun and excitement to online shopping. Especially, a model of online hedonic-experiential value, consisted of its antecedents and consequences, was developed and identified through a survey(n=436). As the result, graphic & multi-media, site structure & design, customer services, payment, individualization, product assortment & display, interactivity, dynamic pricing factors influence online hedonic-experiential value. Also, online hedonic-experiential value significantly related to revisiting, purchasing, and word-of mouth intention of the shopping site. The implications for online retailer are discussed and further research is suggested.

  • 세월호 사고를 계기로 재난 관리 체계에 대한 우려가 커지고 있다. 자연재난, 사회적 재난이 발생했을 때, 대응 과정에서 선행되어야 하는 것이 신속하고 정확한 재난 경보 전달이다. 경보발령권자가 경보를 발령하여, 이 메시지가 유관기관과 대상 지역의 경보시스템에 동시에 전달될 수 있는 표준화된 방법이 필요하다. 이 방법을 위해 Common Alerting Protocol 이라는 메시지 형식을 도입하여 재난 경보 시스템을 표준화할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 CAP 이 무엇인지 설명하고, 이 메시지 형식을 사용하여 경보를 발령하기 위한 화면 구성을 제안한다.

  • In this paper. we offer a new monitoring system that controls all of the windfar. it can also apply use general wind turbine systems and real meteorological tower. We propose a hierarchical releiable monitoring system connected by wireless communication channels between monitoring host computer and modular slave measuring subsystems. Our system has two hierarchical subsystems: slave measuring systems, and supervisory host computer. We design and implement that the slave measuring subsystems is placed in meteorological tower and wind turbines, and the supervisory host computer in safety zone, The micro-controller in slave measuring system is duplicated using cold-standby method for reliability. The host computer and slave system constructs a feedback system, with wireless communication channel between them. For monitoring and command function, the supervisory computer is implemented with a Personal Computer using graphic user interface. Consequently. we can get a reliable but economic system.

  • The isometric area of the anterior cruciate ligament was calculated during knee flexion-extension. Flexion-extension motion data of the joint were obtained using Fastrak and a three-dimensional motion measurement system. A total of five subjects were seated on a flat table and the tibia sensor position was measured with the femur fixed on the table. A three-dimensional knee model was constructed using a graphic tool to simulate the knee motion. Twenty seven positions of the tibia region and forty two positions of the femur region were selected and the distances between the determined tibial and femoral points were calculated. Highly isometric areas were found and displayed as three dimensional aspects.

  • 인지모델(Cognitive Model)에 의한 사용성 평가는 실제 실험에 의한 방법에 비해 시간, 노력, 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 여러 인지모델 중 ACT-R(Adaptive Control of Thought Rational)은 인간의 모든 인지과정을 상세하게 묘사할 수 있어 다른 모델보다 정확히 인간의 과제 수행을 정량적으로 예측할 수 있다. 그러나 ACT-R 모델을 수립하기 위해서는 인간의 지각, 주의, 기억 인출 등의 처리 과정과 행동 선택 및 수행에 필요한 과제 수행 규칙을 매우 상세하게 분석 및 기술해야 하기 때문에, GUI(Graphic User Interface) 환경에서 운용되는 메뉴 인터페이스와 같이 다양한 시각적 정보의 처리가 요구되는 과제에 대한 모델을 수립하는데는 많은 시간과 노력이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 GUI 환경에서 전문가 수준의 과제 수행을 예측할 수 있는 간략화한 ACT-R 모델 수립 방안을 제안하고, 이를 이용하여 상용 통계 분석 소프트웨어의 과제 수행도를 예측하였다. 그 결과 실제 실험을 통한 측정 결과와 간략화한 ACT-R 모델의 예측 결과가 잘 일치하였으며 본 연구에서 제시한 간략화한 ACTR 모델이 메뉴 인터페이스의 사용성 평가에 효율적으로 적용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, an automatic lighting control system is developed using microprocessor. The developed system consists of a digital lighting control unit, an analog lighting control unit, and a lighting control simulator. In the developed system, ATMega128 is used as the main controller. The developed digital lighting control unit consists of eight modules and the developed analog lighting control unit consists of six modules respectively. Additional, the developed simulator consists of a digital and an analog lighting control simulation using graphic user interface. And so this developed system can be applied to the controller design of the interior and exterior lighting equipment.

  • This paper deals with effective using the IGES file for flexible data exchange among the other CAD/CAM system. If a data exchange between STL file and the neutral IGES file in Stereolithography system is available, a product design becomes more flexible. THere can be many restrictions and difficulties intranslating these data. First, an STL file follows two rules, such as right-hand rule, and vertex-to-vertex rule, thus requires a structural verification. Second, translation should be performed with minmal errors. It becomes very important to translate IGES file of limited kinds of entities fot the purpose of geometric information into STL file with minor data manipulation. The developed system suggests a good approach of translating the sampled B-spline surface of IGES and shows a potential linkage between IGES and STL format file.

  • As automobile industry develope, design techniques to satisfy light weight and high efficiency in automobile parts is demanded. In this study modal analysis is performed using transfer matrix method to identify dynamic characteristics of exhaust system. It is estimated the theoretical transfer function by Pestel-Leckey method and the mode shapes in 3-D graphic. the validity of developed program is verified by comparing with the experimental results of exhaust system. Estimated modal parameters(natural frequency, vibrational mode, transfer function) are in accord with the experimental results. From the developed program, we can predict a location of the hanger which is determined by the lowest RMS value point, when displacement is given as an input at the engine side. We can find that attachment of spring modelled hanger at the hanger location bring vibration level down.

  • In this paper, we designed the bay control unit that is based on the microprocessors and integrates with the new technology of electrical, electronic, and mechanical fields. Nowadays the customers have required much more integrates multi protection relay, monitoring, control devices and power management for better and easier maintenance, performance, electrical system analysis and communication according to new trend of switchboard. This bay controller supplies those requirements of customers with easy handling and operation. This bay controller provides a graphic display with rear-lit liquid crystal LCD and push buttons as kinds of HMI. This bay controller provides the parameter setting program, various editors and fault recording and analysis program on Windows/95/98/NT/2000/XP for HMI. In addition, this bay controller can be set manually and this manual setting function helps user to interface easily.
