그래픽 에디터를 이용한 지능형 전동기 제어반 설계 (A Design of the Intelligent Motor Control Center Using the Graphic Editor)

  • The previous MCCs(Motor Control Centers) have the demerits of high cost and much manhour for rework because it is impossible for us to standardize the previous MCCs and they have many manual connections. The customers require the products which can operate with the SCADA system by digitalizing the functions of the current MCCs and the systematized products with capability of remote control. To solve these disadvantages and requirements, we developed the Intelligent Motor Control Center. This system has the various functions such as protection, measuring, and communication. Using these functions, we can monitor motor status through communication with the upper system and define the circuit for lowering connection costs according tn starting type and shortening the manufactural period by the graphic editor. The development of this system results in establishment of the competitive structure with domestic area and Perfect automatic monitoring through linkage with the SCADA system.

  • This paper summerizes a prototype central control system of distribution automation system, which is a result of project carried out by KERI and 6 companies. Of the many possible systems, feeder automation oriented system is described. Control hardware system is composed of one super-mini and 2 workstations. Two kinds of commercial softwares, DBMS and graphic tools, are adopted. Three component system of the hardware has its own role, host system for DB managent, F.A. program running, communication scheduling, and etc., two workstations for communication node and graphic interface node. System management program, feeder automation program including load forcasting, communication scheduling and supervisory contorl functions are developed on the basis of above hardware and properly designed protocol, communication system and terminals.

다관절 로봇의 동적 시뮬레이터 설계 (A Design of Dynamic Simulator of Articulated Robot)

  • This study proposes an articulated robot control system using an on/off-line robot graphic simulator with multiple networks. The proposed robot control system consists of a robot simulator using OpenGL, a robot controller based on a DSP(TMS320) motion board, and the server/client communication by multiple networks. Each client can control the real robot through a server and can compare the real robot motion with the virtual robot motion in the simulation. Also, all clients can check and analyze the robot motion simultaneously through the motion image and data of the real robot. In order to show the validity of the presented system, we present an experimental result for a 6-axis vertical articulated robot. The proposed robot control system is useful, especially, in the industrial fields using remote robot control as well as industrial production automation with many clients.

  • One of the rising problems in the field of environmental engineering is the eutrophic phenomenon which appears in the closed water basin. This study is the elimination orthophosphate by adsorption, which is indispensible nutritive element for eutrophication Ziriconium(IV) oxide hydrate-activatedcarbon complex. which has excellent adsorptivity for orthophosphate and can easily be reused after desorption process has been made and used as adsorbents. The main purpose of this study is to obtain intraparticle diffusivity which is basic data for the design of adsorption operation the experimental results were as follows. 1. Optimum condition which gave maxinum adsorption of orthophosphate was ph5 2. Equilibrium adsorption showed good consistency with Freundlich type. q=10.80C1/2.08 3. Pore diffusivity and surface diffusivity obtained the kinetic experiment of batch adsorption were respectivity 5.38 and 2.06 ($\textrm{cm}^2$/sec)

  • In analysing the Image quality, one of the most important things to be considered is the granularity at a given emulsion speed. To enhance the image quality, the granularity should be lowered by the suitable methods, such as controlling the design of emulsion, grain size and structure, the distribution state of grains in the emulsion, etc. In this paper, the relations between the AgX grain structure and granularity are studied as a way of lowering granularity. According to the results, it is found that the grain structure is a very important factor for determining the granularity characteristics.istics.

Fresnel Lens를 이용한 조명 광학계의 설계 및 분석 (Design and Analysis of Illumination Optical System Using Fresnel Lens)

  • We designed the illumination optical system to use Fresnel lens which is the most general type of large aperture system. The normal construction of Fresnel lens is a thin molded piece of material, usually some kind of plastic, with one side flat and the other comprising a series of concentric segments each angled in a way to provide for optimum focusing for a pair of conjugate points. The 155 mm Marine Signal Lantern is the approved for use on buoys and a maximum omnidirectional range of 8 nmi, can be obtained with standard 12V equipment, respectively. Finally, Fresnel lens with 155 mm diameter was designed and evaluated. Also, we re-designed groove "out" of Fresnel lens and compared results of groove "in" type with groove "out" type. According to the results, Fresnel lens is obtained best optical results when grooved side faces the longer conjugate.de faces the longer conjugate.

  • The term color management system design, an ensemble of algorithm that provides a framework in which color information can be processed consistently throughout a digital imaging system. This is most commonly achieved through the use of special color transformation, known as device independent color transformation based on ICC device profiles. The purpose of this paper is to present some of the scientific principles of color management, and the original color management algorithms and solutions for digital soft color proofing system development.

  • Robotic technology has been grown up conspicuously by its versatility. KAERI has been involved in one of facets of robot industry to keep abreast of rapid evolving technologies In robotic field and has launched long-term R&D plan to assure the stable nuclear energy. In this paper, the latest development status of teleoperated robot system has been presented with emphasis the configuration of overall control system with 3 dimensional graphic system that provides operators with tele-presence situation. This robot system under development, composed of master-slave arm with controller and graphic simulator, is operated by a master manipulator to enable an installation and removal operation of nozzle dam system for steam generator. Evaluation and analysis has been carried out to get optimal parameters of robot system.

  • 요즘 현대사회는 주거생활을 윤택하게 하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히, 런던협약에 의해 음식물 쓰레기에 대한 대안은 분명히 필요한 부분이다. 런던 협약은 세계 각국의 폐기물 투기로 오염이 심각해짐에 따라 1972년 2월 유럽국가들이 모여 체결한 협약으로, 런던 협약에 가입한 국가는 매년 자국이 해양에 버리고 있는 폐기물 현황을 협약사무국에 보고할 의무가 있고 해양투기 금지를 저준위 방사성 물질을 포함한 모든 방사성 폐기물과 산업폐기물의 해양투기를 금지하기로 결의한 협약이다. 본 논문에서는 태양열 집열판을 이용해 자체적인 전원사용이 가능하도록 하여 음식물처리기 제어를 :LCD를 통한 GUI(Graphic User Interface)시스템으로 접근성이 쉽게 조작하도록 하여 사용자 편의에 중점을 두어 설계하였다.

  • 빠른 인터넷의 보급과 빈번하게 발생하는 원격지 구성원간의 협업으로 인해서 쉽고 편리하게 이용 가능한 다자간 협업 환경의 필요성이 대두되었으며 현재 이와 관련한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 원격 협업을 지원하기 위한 구성 기술로는 먼저 지능형 원격협업을 지원할 수 있는 시스템 및 네트워킹 구조를 설계하는 기술, 다양한 종류의 입력 채널의 내용을 동시에 보여줄 수 있는 디스플레이를 제공하는 기술, 협업 구성원 간의 자연스러운 데이터 및 태스크 마이그레이션 기반 기술, 그리고 다양한 사용자 인터랙션을 제공하는 기술 등이 있다. 그러나 무엇보다도 사용자 편의성 면에서는 위치적인 이질감을 극복하고 현장감 있는 공동 작업을 지원할 수 있는 사용자 인터랙션 기술이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 인터랙션을 지원하기 위한 다양한 인터랙션 기술을 소개하며 사용자의 인터랙션이 발생했을 경우 사용자의 의도에 따라 변경된 협업 환경, 특히 공통 디스플레이 화면의 변경 정보를 사용자 컨트롤 머신에도 Graphic User Interface(GUI) 기술을 통해 제공하는 방안이 논의되어 진다.
