액체 브릿지법에 의한 국산 도피지의 수리성 측정 연구 (A study on the water receptivity of Korea coated paper by the fluid bridge method)

  • The printing could not expect the print effect of the specific character of a printing material. Specially, a property of the paper that we are aware of the substrate has controled printability as well as run ability. The objective of this study was to measure substrate properties by measuring the water receptivity in order to know the degree of the uniformity on surface of paper. Therefore, the water receptivity was measured by fluid bridge method. And then the physical properties of samples such as ink set-off, porosity and print mottle of domestic coated papers were measured by Tappi method. Accordingly, this study obtained the outcome of water receptivity. And then we could know that the relations between water receptivity and physical properties of the paper samples have correlations. There are many measurement equipments to find out print mottle by the measurement of the reflected density at this point in time. However, it is thought that the fluid bridge method is the most proper way to find out print mottle, though there are many other ways to figure out.

모음의 포먼트 변형에 따른 인공와우 이식 아동의 청각적 인지변화 (Perception Ability of Synthetic Vowels in Cochlear Implanted Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the acoustic perception different by formants change for profoundly hearing impaired children with cochlear implants. The subjects were 10 children after 15 months of experience with the implant and mean of their chronological age was 8.4 years and Standard deviation was 2.9 years. The ability of auditory perception was assessed using acoustic-synthetic vowels. The acoustic-synthetic vowel was combined with F1, F2, and F3 into a vowel and produced 42 synthetic sound, using Speech GUI(Graphic User Interface) program. The data was deal with clustering analysis and on-line analytical processing for perception ability of acoustic synthetic vowel. The results showed that auditory perception scores of acoustic-synthetic vowels for cochlear implanted children were increased in F2 synthetic vowels compaire to those of F1. And it was found that they perceived the differences of vowels in terms of distance rates between F1 and F2 in specific vowel.

  • According as the industry develops recently, the import and export freight amount is increasing sharply, but physical distribution processing equipment ability had achieved conveyance, surge and setup of physical distribution by human's labor ability. But, inefficiency is indicated in operation of product line and warehouse or physical distribution storage equipment because is ceilinged the processing physical distribution amount and the efficiency in physical distribution processing by these labor ability.

수학적 의사소통의 지도에 관한 실태 조사 (Investigation of Present State for Teaching Mathematical Communication)

  • This research's purpose is to investigate follows. 1. How do middle school teachers recognize the mathematical communication globally? 2. If we classify the modes of mathematical communication as written, spoken, graphic and active ones, how much do teachers use them and how do the students' communication ability come as teachers judge? 3. What are teachers' thinking, the present condition and the future indication for the application of mathematical communication with computer? 4. Do teachers evaluate their students' communication ability? If then, what is the assessment rubric of student's communication ability? The results are analyzed by frequency analysis including percentile and free writings are arranged by similar responses. The result of this study is that global recognition for mathematical communication, current state for students' concrete performance of mathematical communication, and assessment of mathematical communication & proposals are very lacking.

  • Tangible user interfaces have attracted strong attention in the HCI(Human and Computer Interface) community for their ability to take advantage of skills humans develop in the real world. We are developing "tangible media aided design system" which employs physical objects i.e., brick as interfacing media for 3D graphic modeling. This system is targeting for persons who are afraid of experiencing 3D graphic modeling and virtual space, or have a sense of reluctance in approaching to them. Our approach suggests the easiest way for people to experience computer system and virtual space carefree while developing and improving their space sense. This work is one of initial explorations of media aided design system using tangible user interfaces.

광디스크의 노화에 관한 주사 탐침 현미경 연구 (Scanning Probe Microscopy Study on the Degradation of Optical Recoding Disks by Environmental Factors)

  • The storing ability of information of optical disks directly depends on the physical property of recording unit cells. It means that the degradation of optical disks ultimately causes the loss of the physical and chemical properties of recording unit cells and leads also information, too. We investigated the degradation and life time of optical disks which tell us the longevity of the preservation of information. Optical disks were aged using the accelerated aging system and studied by optical reflectivity spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy(AFM), and the preservation environment of electronic media in National central library of Korea also were analysed. Results show that the double reflective coated optical disks have good preservation of recording information but revealed some deformation of dye area in the AFM images. It means that we should include the mechanical and chemical degradation of the optical disks in the life time expectation evaluation.

  • Earth equipments are essential to protect ITS facilities from abnormal situation. In this research, an estimation algorithm of earth parameters and equivalent resistivity is introduced. Traditional estimation methods can be divided into graphic method and numerical method. The result of graphic method is varied by the ability of expert or repeated calculation and it is hard to estimate the parameters precisely. The numerical method requires special techniques such as optimizing theory, and numerous calculations, whose results can be varied with initial values. The proposed algorithm is based on the relationship between apparent resistances and earth parameters and approximates the nonlinear characteristics of earth using ANN(artificial neural networks). The effectiveness of proposed method is verified in case studies.

중학교 과학수업에서 MBL실험 수업의 효과 (The Effects of Microcomputer-Based Laboratory on Science Classes in Middle School)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중학교 과학수업에 MBL실험 수업을 적용한 후 전통적 실험 수업과 비교하여 어떠한 학습 효과가 있는지 알아보는 것이다. MBL실험 집단은 중학교 2학년 교과서 내용 중 5개 주제의 실험을 MBL실험으로 개발하여 적용하였으며 전통실험 집단은 교과서에서 제시한 방법으로 실험을 실시하였다. MBL실험 수업의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 MBL실험 수업과 전통실험 수업 실시 전에 과학학업성취도, 그래프능력, 과학탐구능력, 과학과 관련된 정의적 영역의 사전 검사를 실시하였고, 수업 처치 후에 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 과학학업성취도와 과학탐구능력, 그래프 그리기 능력에서 MBL실험 수업이 전통실험 수업보다 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 MBL실험 수업이 과학과 관련된 정의적 영역에 미치는 효과를 조사한 결과 통제집단이 실험집단보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 따라서 중학교 과학실험 수업에 도입초기 단계에 있는 MBL실험이 새로운 실험방법으로 현장 활용 가능성에 대한 긍정적 시사점을 찾을 수 있었다.

  • In this paper a Korean authoring system is designed to write a CAI courseware in Hangul/English by an author who is a nonprogrammer. It saves nock time in authoring a courseware and maintains high level transplantity among CAI systems. By interfacing ah expert graphic utility, image information can be processed more easily and efficiently. Programming control of the flow of CAI courseware can be ramification and individual learning possible, fitting various demands of learners and learning and learning ability.
