Each year research institutions such as the Korea Employment Information Service(KEIS), a government institution established for the advancement of employment support services, and Job Korea, a popular Korean job website, announce first job waiting times after college graduation. This provides useful information understand and resolve youth unemployment problems. However, previous reports deal with the time as a completely observed one and are not appropriate. This paper proposes a new study on first job waiting times after college graduation set to 4 months prior to graduation. In Korea, most college students hunt for jobs before college graduation in addition, the full-fledged job markets also open before graduation. In this case the exact waiting time of college graduates can be right-censored. We apply a Cox proportional hazards model to evaluate the associations between first job waiting times and risk factors. A real example is based on the 2008 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS).

In the 21^st century, the growing use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) and social media platforms has influenced our way of life, including international diplomacy. With the use of new interactive communication technologies such as WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, video sharing website, blogs, and other social media networks, digital diplomacy has become an active diplomatic mode in modern society and plays an increasing important role in international relations. Although Indonesia has gradually realized the pivotal role of internet diplomacy and recently put it into practice, it is still lagging far behind. This paper will examine how Indonesia conducts its diplomacy in the new era of digital world. How far and in what ways does the Indonesian government make use of digital technology to conduct its diplomacy? What opportunities and challenges are confronted to develop digital diplomacy? How does it navigate diplomacy in the digital age? Unless Indonesia embraces new channels and methods of diplomacy, its foreign policy implementation may not run optimally to support its aim of attaining its objectives in the international stage.

본 연구는 지역축제 정보를 담고 있는 웹사이트들의 효율적인 운영 및 활용의 입장에서 지역축제 웹사이트를 평가지표를 새롭게 구성하여 정량적 평가모델에 의해서 분석을 해보고자 한다. 이러한 평가지표모델은 국내외의 웹사이트 평가 및 관광, 호텔 웹사이트 평가와 관련된 연구결과들을 토대로 평가기준(criteria)을 종합하여 공통적인 것을 하나의 영역으로 그룹화하고 재분류과정을 통해서 디자인(design), 인터페이스(interface), 축제정보(contents), 사용자와의 커뮤니케이션(communication)의 D-1-C-C라는 총 4개의 평가영역으로 분류하였다. 이렇게 분류된 영역은 다시 세부측정항목 39개를 도출하여 평가하였다. 지역축제 관련 웹사이트의 보다 객관적인 분석을 위하여 본 연구에서는 2002년 문화관광부가 지정한 29개 문화관광축제를 그 대상으로 하였으며, 최종적으로는 지방자치단체 웹사이트와는 별개로 독자적인 도메인을 가지고 축제사이트를 운영하고 있는 영암왕인문화축제, 대구약령시축제, 춘천국제마임축제, 세계태권도문화축제, 고성공룡나라축제, 대전사이언스페스티벌, 금산인삼축제, 안동국제탈춤페스티벌, 부산자갈치문화관광축제 등 9개의 축제를 그 대상으로 하였다.

본 논문은 RIA 기술 중 하나인 어도비 플렉스 프레임워크를 기반으로 하는 CMS를 설계 구현 한다. 플렉스는 기존 HTML+CSS+Javascript 등으로 이루어진 마크업 언어 위에 다양한 시각적 컴포넌트를 쉽게 추가 할 수 있어 보다 역동적인 웹사이트를 구현할 수 있게 해준다. HTTP요청 처리는 MVC기반의 스프링 프레임워크를 사용한다. 스프링 프레임워크는 자바 플랫폼을 위한 오픈소스 프레임워크로 동적인 웹 사이트를 개발하기 위한 여러 가지 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 대한민국 공공기관의 웹 서비스 개발 시 사용을 권장하고 있는 전자정부 표준프레임워크의 기반 기술로 쓰이고 있다. 갈수록 방대해져 가는 웹 콘텐츠들을 보다 효율적으로 생산 관리하는 방법을 제시한다.

기존의 보육시설은 정부의 보육시설의 양적 확충에 치중한 정책의 결과로 질적인 문제를 야기한다. 기존 환경에서는 획일적인 교육프로그램의 교육과 동적인 학습보다는 정적인 학습에 치중하는 경향을 볼 수 있고, 많은 수의 보육교사가 양산되어 보육교사의 질에 대한 제고, 부모 및 지역사회 서비스의 소극적인 형태를 지적할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 품앗이를 기초로 웹기반 공동육아교육 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하여 실제 보육에 접목해보고자 한다 이 시스템은 PHP 웹프로그래밍 방식으로 데이터베이스를 생성하여 공동육아그룹을 조직하고 그룹별로 별도의 교육계획을 세워 각 그룹에 맞는 유아교육을 실시하고자 웹기반공동육아교육 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

인터넷과 정보기술의 발달로 인해 기록관을 직접 방문하기보다는 홈페이지를 통한 서비스 요구가 확대되고 있는 오늘날 무엇보다 이용자들의 의견과 요구사항을 적절하게 수용할 수 있는 열린 소통도구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 게시판과 이메일, 그리고 전화 이외의 이용자 참여 커뮤니케이션 도구, 특히 이용자들에게 친근감과 실시간 소통을 제공하는 소셜미디어에 대한 정보가 국가기록관의 홈페이지상에 존재하는지와 그 활성화 여부를 한국, 미국, 영국, 캐나다, 중국, 그리고 일본의 기록관을 중심으로 조사하였는데, 소셜미디어중에서 가장 활성화된 도구는 페이스북이고, 미국의 기록관이 가장 다양한 소통 도구를 제공하였다.

2022년 현재 행정안전부 정부24 웹사이트에 등록된 공공부문 인터넷 웹사이트는 1만 7천여 개이다. 이처럼 많은 웹사이트를 기록으로 관리하기 위해 기록물 생산기관과 기록물관리기관이 상호 간 직접 이관하는 방식은 많은 인적·물적자원을 필요로 한다. 각 웹사이트 구동에 필요한 운영 소프트웨어와 응용소프트웨어 기술을 기록물관리기관이 보유하고 운영하는 것도 현실적으로 어렵다. 이러한 현실적 한계를 극복하기 위해 웹수집 소프트웨어를 이용하여 원격지에서 웹사이트를 자동으로 수집하는 방식이 국내외에서 사용되고 있다. 이 연구는 공공부문 인터넷 웹사이트를 원격으로 수집하여 기록으로 관리할 때 필요한 웹수집기의 성능을 비교하였다. 선행연구 및 문헌조사 등에서 검토한 다수의 웹수집 소프트웨어에 대하여 단계별 검토를 거쳐 가장 적합한 웹수집기를 선정하였다. 성능 평가 과정에는 일부 공공기관 웹사이트를 대상으로 실제 원격 수집 성능을 비교하였다. 이 연구 결과는 웹기록 관리를 위해 웹수집기 선택이 필요한 기관에 실증적이고 구체적인 성능 비교 정보를 제공한다.

Due to the car's central role in modern life, the industry has become more fiercely competitive, with each manufacturer doing everything it can to attract buyers with features like plush interiors, comprehensive warranties, and helpful customer service departments. Customers may not have the luxury of buying a new car, so they will have to buy a used car. Nevertheless, in most cases, the customer (car driver) may be deceived about the vehicle information and history and thus will be confused in making his/her decision to purchase. In addition, after all attempts to obtain vehicle information (plate number, model, year of manufacture, number of maintenance times, accidents, etc.), the customer's many attempts may fail. In general, the government records and verifies the information of all cars, even those that pass through their borders. However, there might still be some trouble in obtaining this information. From this standpoint, we will design a website that makes it easier for car drivers, car companies and governments to carry out all the above-mentioned processes. It will also allow users, whether a driver or a car company, to inquire about all vehicle information through detailed and integrated reports on its condition since its entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia until the present time, in addition to information supported by numbers and statistics to ensure the integrity and reliability of the information. This platform will save the trouble of searching for car information for drivers and car companies. It will also help governments keep track of the information of all cars entering and leaving the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which will contribute to facilitating the process of viewing the history of any car that has previously entered the Kingdom's borders.

4차 산업혁명과 코로나19 대유행의 영향으로 비대면 환경이 활성화되면서, 정부24 앱을 활용한 민원 서비스 이용량이 급증하고 있다. 따라서 공공 앱에 대한 사용자들의 불만과 개선 요구도 늘어나고 있으며 이에 대한 체계적인 관리가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 정부24 앱 사용자의 불만 사항을 분석하여 민원인의 불만 현황을 파악하고 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 구글 플레이 스토어에서 2013년 5월 2일부터 2023년 6월 30일까지 데이터 6,344건을 수집하였으며, 이 중 평점이 1점이면서 '좋아요(thumbsUp)'를 1회 이상 받은 1,199건의 데이터를 토픽 모델 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과 '증명서 발급 문제', '사이트 작동 및 UI 문제', '사용자 아이디 관련 문제', '업데이트 문제', '공무원의 앱 관리 문제', '예산 낭비 문제((별 한 개도 or 세금이) 아깝다)', '비밀번호 관련 문제'라는 총 7개의 토픽을 추출하였다. 또한, 전체 토픽은 2021년까지 증가세를 보이다가 2022년에는 약간 감소하였으나 2023년에 다시 증가하는 추세를 보여 업데이트와 관리가 매우 시급하다. 본 연구의 결과가 현재 공공 앱의 문제점을 파악하여 앞으로 민원인이 만족하는 공공 앱 개발 및 관리에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

The government of the Republic of Korea has introduced SNI blocking method since February 2019 to block illegal sites. Currently, this policy has been considered as a controversial policy in South Korea therefore, about 270,000 South Koreans have been calmed down by and the presidential office petition because people believe that blocking https by SNI would invasion of privacy and freedom of use of the Internet. As soon as the SNI blocking method was used, the bypass method was opened to the Internet, causing side effects. In this study, identifies the development of Internet blocking technology and the development of new technology that bypasses the technology. It also examines Internet censorship in other countries and identifies problems in blocking technology. Through this study would present policy suggestions and technical methodologies for sound Internet use.
