  • Kriging model is widely used as design analysis and computer experiment (DACE) model in the field of engineering design to accomplish computationally feasible design optimization. In general, kriging model has been applied to many engineering applications as an interpolation model because it is usually constructed from deterministic simulation responses. However, when the responses include not only global nonlinearity but also numerical error, it is not suitable to use Kriging model that can distort global behavior. In this research, generalized kriging model that can represent both interpolation and regression is proposed. The performances of generalized kriging model are compared with those of interpolating kriging model for numerical function with error of normal distribution type and trigonometric function type. As an application of the proposed approach, the response of a simple dynamic model with numerical integration error is predicted based on sampling data. It is verified that the generalized kriging model can predict a noisy response without distortion of its global behavior. In addition, the influences of maximum likelihood estimation to prediction performance are discussed for the dynamic model.

  • In this paper we purposes to analyze the motivation of mobile payment adopters. In this study, with unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model as the basis of research, we set up a structural equation model based on gender, age, experience and voluntary, collected data in the form of a questionnaire survey and analyzed drivers that affected mobile payers. In this study, The necessity of this paper is that the group of Korean students belongs to a special group with nearly 70,000 people. The penetration rate of mobile payment in China is 77%, ranking first in the world, but after the young people came to Korea. There are many obstacles and inconveniences when using mobile payment. We have proposed special subjects for special populations. the survey data were analyzed using SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 statistical software and the proposed model was modified. The results show that consumers' mobile payment is mainly motivated by social influence and performance expectancy. These results are of theoretical value and offer a new direction and implications to mobile payment developers. Besides, they also provide useful information and guidance for enterprises to aim at the market of Chinese oversea students in South Korea.

Research questions include the following: i) how do application and improvement on work, performance, self-confidence, and use of network affect job satisfaction; ii) how do leadership, policy improvement, public diplomacy, social responsibility and global competence affect globalization?; iii) how do affective, cognitive, and behavioral components affect attitude of hosting country? Research design, data, and methodology: Online survey and interviews were conducted. For quantitative research, this study applied factor and structural equational modeling, while for qualitative research, this study applied cognitive mapping and sentimental analysis. Results: This study found that most of proposed effects showed significant. The results showed consistent for quantitative and qualitative researches. Conclusions: The results implied that higher education in global environment plays a key role to enhance job satisfaction, globalization, and attitude toward the hosting country and contributes to foster international relations significantly. The results also implied that human capital development in globalized environment helps improve global network and public diplomacy.

  • This study is to investigate the relationships between R&D collaboration and competitive advantage in Korean international venture firms from the perspective of resource-based theory, organizational learning and network theory. The R&D collaboration is divided into vertical cooperation within the value chain and horizontal cooperation beyond value chain. The first key finding from empirical analysis is that both vertical and horizontal R&D collaborations have significantly positive impacts on technology based competitive advantages. The vertical R&D collaboration has more impacts on competitive advantages than horizontal R&D collaboration. This suggests that R&D collaboration with purchasers and suppliers plays a greater role for venture organizations' competitiveness. Second, the potential knowledge based absorption capacity and mutual goodwill trust also work significantly to reinforce the positive influences of R&D collaboration to the competitive advantage. This implies that mutual trust between partners participating in collaboration and absorption capacity within venture organizations would strengthen the effectiveness of R&D cooperation. This study provides the practical implications that the performance and effectiveness of R&D collaboration may rely on the nature of cooperation partners and internal organization capability.

  • Due to recent improvements in computer processing speed and image processing technology, researches are being actively carried out to combine information from camera with existing GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) and dead reckoning. In this study, developed a vision-based positioning assistant algorithm to estimate the distance to the object from stereo images. In addition, GNSS/on-board vehicle sensor/vision based positioning algorithm is developed by combining vision based positioning algorithm with existing positioning algorithm. For the performance analysis, the velocity calculated from the actual driving test was used for the navigation solution correction, simulation tests were performed to analyse the effects of velocity precision. As a result of analysis, it is confirmed that about 4% of position accuracy is improved when vision information is added compared to existing GNSS/on-board based positioning algorithm.

  • For a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver, it is known that a Vector Delay Locked Loop (DLL) in which the code signals of each satellite are tracked in parallel by using navigation results shows better performance in the aspect of the tracking accuracy and the robustness than that of a Scalar DLL. However, the quantitative analysis and the logical grounds for that performance enhancement of the Vector DLL are not sufficient. This paper, therefore, proposes the structure of the GPS receiver with the Vector DLL and analyzes the performance of it. The tracking and the positioning accuracy of the Vector DLL are theoretically analyzed and confirmed by simulation results. From the simulation results, it can be seen that the tracking and positioning accuracy has been improved about 30% in case that the receiver is static and the positioning is conducted for every Pre-detection Integration Time (PIT) while C/N0 is 45 dB-Hz.

  • The heating and cooling air conditioning field has been increasing the problems of energy consumption and global warming in the world. A geothermal heat pump has been known as one of the highest efficient heating and cooling system. In this study, the analysis about the test standards of the geothermal heat pump of the Republic of Korea was executed. From the research, the following results were given. It is needed to address the domestic test standard for direct heat exchange geothermal heat pump. Water to air multi geothermal heat pump test standard was only developed in Korea. The test standard to calculate a seasonal energy efficiency ratio for cooling period and heat seasonal performance factor for heating period should be newly developed to estimate actual annual energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission.

  • Because international environmental and energy problems such as global warming and ozone depletion, exhausting of fossil energy sources are more serious than before, renewable energy system is attracting people's attention more and more. Organic waste bioenergy system among a variety of renewable energy system is expected to have an effect on building a society which is eco-friendly and recycles resources owing to carbon neutral effects. So this is considered as the role of an energy source of the building. Previous studies on the organic waste bioenergy are mainly bioenergy technology and activation plan of the bioenergy supply. But the performance evaluation studies of bioenergy systems installed in buildings are rarely. This study is to evaluate applicability of the organic waste bioenergy system as the building energy supply system by energy and environmental, economical analysis.

  • Purpose: This paper addresses issues that concern business-to-business marketing, namely informational justice in the supply chain or organizations. As previously reported by other studies, there is information asymmetry in organizations. The present study explores and addresses this in the medical industry, aiming to investigate how informational justice relates to information quality or logistics performance in the medical industry. This study also suggests a method for development of informational justice in medicine-related fields. Design, methodology, approach: The hypothesis and model were developed through a review of the literature. To this end, we surveyed 293 valid survey samples collected from occupational pharmacists and used structural equation modelling for analysis. Findings: The results of the empirical analysis of the hypotheses showed that symmetric sharing of information between pharmacists and employees of pharmaceutical companies has a positive effect on the perceived quality. Moreover, the results showed that quality information has a positive impact on logistics performance, whereas informational justice does not. Conclusions, implications: If information and explanations are exchanged fairly, information and logistics performance-as well as operational expenses-will be enhanced. Furthermore, our study has immense implications outside of academic applications since it suggests practical solutions to government and medical industry employees.
