This paper proposes both global and local mobility management (MM) scheme improved from Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS)-based Mobility Management scheme (MPLS-MOB) for seamless service in Next Generation Network (NGN). The proposed scheme adds local MM on the existing MPLS-MOB which supports global MM by processing handover signaling by 2.5 layer switching via Label Switch Path (LSP) of MPLS. We numerically analyze and verify that the proposed scheme has lower handover latency time than the existing ones, such as micro-MM methods using MPLS as well as MIP and an interworking scenario between PMIP and MIP.

These days, anyone can easily product and share their own content through a web service such as blogs and SNS. However, contents are being operated separately because of the space limitation in individual SNS. Therefore, it is hard to search contents efficiently in individual SNS. To solve this problem, this paper propose a "Private Contents Management and Sharing Service with Voluntary Sharing Economy System." The system is in part [Input], [Save] and it provides a way to collect the content that are scattered on the Internet based on the creation of personal index. It also proposes a more systematic content management and sharing by creating and updating the website standard index by introducing an index Coordinator concept. Furthermore in [Use] section, by providing a portion of the index as the primary search results, it avoid unclassified content list which was simply collected by users. In conclusion, unlike previous studies, this system will contribute to the acquisition and management of interspersed content and ultimately contribute to the shared activation by preventing secondary processing and unauthorized processing to the original article.

In these days, international construction market including construction companies has much grown due to globalization and economic boom in the mid 2000's. The size of international construction market, measured with overseas revenue of 225 construction firms, has expanded 2.7 times from 2003 to 2008 according to the ENR. However, after the global financial crisis of 2008 it has faced condition of low growth. In this research, major changes of international construction market and top contractors have been studied. In this study, changes of international construction market have been analyzed in the aspect of region and product including general buildings, transportation, petroleum, etc. Then, in order to find the changes of top contractors which obtained good accomplishment, business performance of companies have been examined by the compound annual growth rate, profit margin and international revenue by comparing the data before 2008 and after. The purpose of the study is to understand major changes of international construction market. Also, strategy changes of top contractors against market stagnation, profit depreciation, high competition have been inferred through the study. The result of the study would contribute to analyzing the strategies of construction companies in international market.

Emerging global economic growth and increasing demand for energy supply and demand imbalance and the excessive use of fossil fuels existing the rapidly increasing greenhouse gas emissions and resource depletion of global energy crisis is deepening. Accordingly, improvement of living conditions around and through the natural ecological preservation and the need for a comfortable life for the meeting the importance of energy management and consumption are emerging. Many in the field of architecture for energy-saving measures and conducts research and analysis from the early stages to verify the energy performance of BIM (Building Information Model) technology development and commercialization through the building's energy performance to an objective technology forecasts Analysis of the existing building energy performance in waste management also possible that "BIM-based green building process, the possibility of" suggested. In this study, BIM through the analysis of information using the structures for the management of waste, energy and physical data collected by Mapping it can effectively plan resources for recycling were analyzed.

The successful implementation of various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems has provoked considerable interest in this subject over the last few years. The senior management, especially in large corporations have been attracted to look at new information technology and how to leverage it for corporate survival and to gain competitive advantage in volatile business environment. Although there is no shortage of positive reports on the success of ERP installations, many companies have invested millions of dollars in this direction with little to show for its success. Since many of the ERP failures today can be attributed to inadequate planning and poor execution in the implementation and closure of projects. The aim of this article is to offer some solutions to avert potential pitfalls in ERP implementation.

The provision of QoS control is a key of the successful deployment of multimedia networks. Buffer management plays an important role in QoS control. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel QoS buffer management algorithm named GREEN (Global Random Early Estimation for Nipping), which extends the concepts of ERD (early random drop) and RED (random early detection). Specifically, GREEN enhances the concept of "Random" to "Global Random" by globally considering the random probability function. It also enhances the concept of "Early" to "Early Esti mation" by early estimating the network status. For performance evaluation, except compared with RED, extensive simulation cases are performed to probe the characteristics of GREEN.

Global waste has become a global issue and we can see the new trend of discovery businesses established to focus on solving the waste problem using new renewable energy technology and the circular economy business model. This paper aims to study factors that impact green entrepreneurship in Thailand, such as environmental concern, organizational environment, founder demographics, education background, entrepreneurship awareness, as well as external factors of a business. The study analyzes the data from three qualitative in-depth interviews with green entrepreneur founders who started the businesses in polymer up-cycling, waste management, and renewable energy. The study finds overseas educational background to be one of the key main drivers for the entrepreneurial courage to decide to pursue a new business venture. By having the exposure toward the different culture, three entrepreneurs hands-on experiential learning through three key drivers who are composed of the can-do attitude, the willingness to be self-employed, and the way of seeking for the freedom to express their passions.

Recently, International Standardization is an important issue in competitive world market because of integration of standard, liberalization of international trade and globalization. In this study, we examine Intellectual Property, Patent and Antitrust Law which are related to standardization. This study suggests company strategy and system integration model to dispose the global standard.

Recently, foreign labor standards accreditation system has been emerged as more firms outsource manufacturing works to global vendors focused manufacturing. This paper discuss and compare three major private labor accreditation systems and evaluate what kind of problems may emerge if they become the major global standards for labor practices. This paper concludes that private labor standards accreditation system needs more transparency in the process and should improve accountability by including other stakeholders in the process.

Air pollution problem has been one of the most urgent global environmental problems since UN Framework Convention on Climate Change accepted in Rio Conference, 1992. International environmental regulations of global community to reduce the green house gases have influenced the domestic environmental policies. International trends of environmental regulation are introduced in this paper.
