The 9th Global Conference for Health Promotion has been held in Shanghai after 30 years of the first Global Conference for Health Promotion in Ottawa, Canada. In the conference, the delegated members of the countries declared 'Shanghai Declaration on promoting health in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.' In the declaration, the delegated members of country had agreed that health is one of the 'most effective markers' of any city's successful sustainable development and contributes to make cities inclusive, safe, and resilient for the whole population and 'health literacy' empowers individual citizens and enables their engagement in collective health promotion action. And in a parallel session 'Mayors Forum,' they had consensus for health city and they adopted 'Shanghai Consensus on Healthy Cities.' They recognized their political responsibility to create the conditions for every resident of every city to lead more healthy, safe, and fulfilling lives and to support the full realization of human potential and capabilities at all ages in the city environment.

The modem world has brought a wave of changes, not the least of which is globalization or what is often referred to as the "borderless society." In recent times, changes in the global business environment, such as trade deregulation and advances in technology, are challenging us to find new ways of thinking about and coping with these new forces. The field of global logistics has encountered a host of paradigm shifts as well. Therefore, it is critical that managers involved in international logistics take into account perceptional swift or at least understand the value of fully utilizing information. The appropriate management of human resources is a key factor in dealing with not only new information technology, but also shifts in the business environment. In particular, it will be important for Korea's logistics managers at international logistics companies to continually work to develop themselves, as they must carry out a critical role in global supply chain management. If they fail to take heed of the demand's of the new environment, the competitiveness of Korean enterprises in international logistics will suffer severely.

This paper examines the global supply chain management strategy and business performance of Doolee Vision Co. Ltd.. Based on the analysis of eighty-seven cases, the following results were found. First, it was found that just-in-time of GSCM strategy of firm have a positive influences on the business performance in transformation sector. Second, just-in-time of GSCM strategy of firm have a positive influences on the business performance in custody sector. Third, just-in-time of GSCM strategy of firm have a positive influences on the business performance in order response and support sector. Forth, just-in-time of GSCM strategy of firm have a positive influences on the business performance in customs sector. Fifth, just-in-time of GSCM strategy of firm have a positive influences on the business performance in customer service sector. However, several limitations, such as measurement for intra-industry homogeneity, measurement for flexibility of global supply chain management strategy, and measurement for business performance of global supply chain management, that make the preceding conclusions be considered preliminary.

This study investigates the current status of the green growth policies of Korean public corporations and proposes some potential improvement ideas. A set of twenty global green trends are first elicited by using classified macro trends of environmental changes. The green trends are categorized into four key issues based on which domestic and international research efforts are compared. The management performance reports of Korean public corporations are then throughly analyzed to evaluate the validity of their strategic green tasks in relevant to the global green trends. Finally, we suggest some potential government policies for enhancing the existing green growth businesses of public corporations.

This paper studies the distributed energy efficient resource management in the Internet of Things (IoT). Wireless communication networks support the IoT without limitation of distance and location, which significantly impels its development. We study the communication channel and energy management in the wireless communication network supported IoT to improve the ability of connection, communication, share and collaboration, by using the game theory and distributed learning algorithm. First, we formulate an energy efficient neighbor collaborative game model and prove that the proposed game is an exact potential game. Second, we design a distributed energy efficient channel selection learning algorithm to obtain the global optimum in a distributed manner. We prove that the proposed algorithm will asymptotically converge to the global optimum with geometric speed. Finally, we make the simulations to verify the theoretic analysis and the performance of proposed algorithm.

The study is devoted to the formation of a economic principles cargo delivery management in global supply chains. Mathematical model of delivering special categories of goods by road is a key element of these principles. The article analyzes the existing studies on solving the problem of cargo delivery in various aspects. It was noted that the greatest attention is paid to legal regulation, last mile delivery, optimization of routes and delivery schemes, information support, technological innovations, cluster routing, etc. In the developed mathematical model a minimum of total costs of forming loading units and freight shipments was defined as the criterion of optimality of organizing delivery by motor transport. The authors propose the creation of logistics clusters allowing the integration of urban transport flows and global supply chains.

Purpose: In this research, We made the conceptual frameworks for SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) on Global quality's origin and empirical research. Developing conceptual frameworks is an important step in theory building and theory testing. This research model was developed by strong theoretical foundation which is quality and systematical model. Methods: Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study. The analysis was conducted using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). Results: Results show that process quality and interaction quality are important drivers in customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is strongly impact on customer loyalty(repeated purchase). Conclusion: In turbulent business era, Global company require not only excellent quality but also create customer oriented culture and control over operation in the foreign country.

현대 산업에 있어 그 비중이 급속히 증가하고 있는 물류산업의 효율적인 업무 처리와 국제 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 물류정보시스템 구축이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이는 컴퓨터 기술의 발달과 함께 시간, 인력 및 비용이 많이 소요되던 종래의 거래서류 처리업무를 EDI 로 처리함으로써 가능해졌다고 볼 수 있다. 거의 30 여년간 기업간 온라인 상거래의 기본 수단으로 이용되어 온 EDI 의 동적인 변화 대응부족이나 고가의 네트워크 유지비용 등의 문제점을 극복하기 위해 유연한 변화수용 능력과 뛰어난 확장성을 가진 차세대 웹 문서인 XML을 이용한 XML/EDI가 등장하였다. XML/EDI는 XML, EDI, Agent, Template, Repository 의 5 가지 요소로 구성되어 있으며, 다른 요소들의 기본이 되는 Repository 는 거래에 필요한XML/EDI 태그들의 정의 및 의미를 저장하고 있으며 거래 당사자들이 검색하여 볼 수 있는 인터넷상의 공유 디렉토리를 말한다. 본 연구는 XML/EDI 물류정보시스템 구축을 위한 전 단계로서 현재 개념 적으로만 정립되어 있는 Global XML Repository 의 구성에 관한 연구이다. 특히 KEDIFACT 표준을 따르는 물류 EDI 를 바탕으로 Global XML Repository 내의 구성요소들을 정의하고 체계적으로 분류하는 것을 중점적으로 연구하였다.

Studies have shown that the future of the wine market rests on the effective and efficient changes in technology to the supply chain used by most of the major global players. In today's wine industry, companies are faced with the ever-shifting demand for their products, strict regulation and increasing price competition. Even at that, mature companies in the wine industry are succeeding by scaling up production, streamlining their supply chains, expanding into new geographic areas, implementing more efficient processes, cleverly marketing products, and focusing on ever closer relationships with suppliers, partners and customers. However, this paper looks at supply chain challenges in the wine industry from a global perspective presented in the inbound, manufacturing and outbound processes as well as offer effective solutions in order for companies to gain a competitive advantage and succeed on a global level.

The most important issue in database security is correct concurrency control under the restrictive security policy. The goal of secure transaction management is to keep security and provide many concurrent users with the high availability of database. In this paper, we consider the security environment of multidatabase system with replicated data. The read-from relationship in the existed serializability is improper in security environment. So, we define new read-from relationship and propose new secure 1-copy quasi-seriailzability by utilizing this relationship and display some examples. This security environment requires both the existed local autonomy and the security autonomy as newly defined restriction. To solve covert channel problem is the most difficult issue in developing secure scheduling scheme. The proposed secure 1-copy quasi-serializability is very proper for global transactions in that this serializability not violates security autonomy and prevents covert channel between global transactions.
