The purpose of this study is to find method to meet the greater retailer's supplier assessment requirement So, this study analyze the greater retailer's requirement for supplier assesment and research global standard which is used instead of supplier assessment requirement that is recognized by global retailers initiative. Next, this study analyze domestic aquaculture certification requirement and compare the global standard with the domestic requirement by using The Most Similar Systems Design. As a result, this comparing has founded all of two domestic certifications are similar to global standard's Good Aquaculture Practice module but those are a little bit different from System Element module. Therefore, this study suggest tree alternative. First, make up for the weak points in the current domestic aquaculture certification system. Second, the introduction of global aquaculture management system certification as supporting by government. Third, development of new standard in accordance with global food standard. This study has major implications for research into development of domestic aquaculture standard.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of acupotomy in patients with frozen shoulder. Methods : From January 1st, 2011 to March 31st, 2012, five patients who were diagnosed as frozen shoulder and admitted to Daejeon Oriental Hospital. We have treated frozen shoulder with acupotomy combined with oriental medical treatments. Then the patients were asked Numeric rating scale(NRS) and neck disability index(NDI) before and after acupotomy, and global assesment after acupotomy. Results : There were significant decreased NRS and NDI in this study. ROM, global assesment also significantly imporved in this study. Conclusions : In this study, acupotomy have an effect on frozen shoulder.

Objective : This clinical research was conducted to test patients with Atopic Dermatitis by external application with Yeongyuseungmatang in cosmetics. Methods : We gave scores to 33 patients who visited the Dept. of Oriental Medical Opthalmology & Otolaryngology & Dermatology of Semyung Jecheon Oriental Medical Hospital from April 17th, 2008 to June 12th. Seventeen patients were treated with Yeongyuseungmatang(Experimental group) and sixteen patients were treated with Atopico skin care cream(Control group) for 4weeks. We observed change of total IgE, eosinophil count, Skin Temperature, Transepidermal Water Loss(TEWL), Skin Hydration and Skin pH. Also Clinic Index of Atopic Dermatitis(SCORAD Index) and global assesment of efficacy were used to evaluate the effects of Yeongyuseungmatang. Statistical analysis was performed by using frequency analysis and descriptive analysis. Statistical significance was achieved if the probability was less than 5%(p<0.05). Results : 1. After 4 weeks of external application treatment, SCORAD Index in Yeongyuseungmatang was significant statistically decreased compared with control group. 2. After 4 weeks of external application treatment, eosinophil count in Yeongyuseungmatang was significant statistically decreased compared with control group but total IgE was very increased both Yeongyuseungmatang and control group. 3. Statistically, Yeongyuseungmatang and control group didn't showed significant effect on Skin Temperature was measured by Thermometer SM815. 4. Transepidermal Water Loss(TEWL) in Yeongyuseungmatang was significant statistically decreased compared with control group measured by Tewameter TM300. 5. Skin Hydration in Yeongyuseungmatang was significant statistically increased compared with control group measured by Corneometer CM825. 6. Statistically, Yeongyuseungmatang and control group didn't showed significant effect on Skin pH was measured by Skin-pH-Meter PH905. 7. After 4 weeks of external application treatment, Yeongyuseungmatang showed significant effect on global assesment of efficacy. Conclusion : Considering the above results, we can speculate that cosmetics with Yeongyuseungmatang has some therapeutical effects in mitigating the symptoms of atopic dermatitis.

최근 지구 환경 문제의 심각성이 대두되면서, 전과정 평가(Life Cycle Assessment)에 대한 선박 적용 연구가 국제적으로 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전과정평가의 선박 적용에 대한 국내외 현황을 살펴보았다. 우선 전과정평가가 탄생한 국제적인 배경과 그 개요를 서술하였고, 이를 선박에 적용하기 위한 국내외 연구 동향을 개략적으로 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 전과정 평가의 선박 적용을 위한 국내 과제 향방을 제시하였다.

This study was aimed to design core areas applied by the global conservation criteria to promote the public awareness to the protected areas and the value cognition of the Key Biodiversity Areas (KBAs), targeting the Mt Seorak, according to the designation of globally important biodiversity areas. As a method for carrying out this study, the biota were cataloged through literature reviews and field trips. With applied by the Global Red List criteria of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), only nine species were categorized in the studied area; plants were classified into six species as follows: Megaleranthis saniculifolia ohwi, Bupleurum euphorbioides Nakai, Hanabusaya asiatica Nakai, Thuja koraiensis Nakai, Leontopodium leiolepis Nakai, Androsace cortusaefolia Nakai, fish was classified one species as follow: Pungitius sinensis Tanaka, and the mammal was classified as two species as follows: Hydropotes inermis, Naemorhedus caudatus. According to the occupation area (EoO, Extent of Occurrence) and Minimum Viable Population(MVP), the size of protected area was 234.56㎢ for plants, 235.07㎢ for mammals, and 0.14㎢ for fish, and the Key Biodiversity Area (KBA) of Mt. Seolak suggested as 286.72㎢.

This study provides an impact assesment of climate change on energy consumption, based on active-deal scenario. This approach assumes that the amount of electric energy consumption depends on human spontaneous acts against local (REC) has ben developed by using monthly mean temperature and monthly amount of electric energy consumption in the 6 major cities over the 19-205 period. The statistical model is utilized to estimate the past and future REEC, and to assess the economic benefits and damage in energy consumption sector. For an estimation of the future REEC, climate change scenario, which is generated by National Institute of Meteorological Research, is utilized in this study. According to the model, it is estimated that over the standard period (1999~2005), there might be economic benefits of about 31 bilion Won/year in Seoul due to increasing temperature than in the 1980s. The REC is also predicted to be gradually reduced across the Korean peninsula since the 2020s. These results suggest that Korea will gain economic benefits in the REC sector during the 21st century as temperature increases under global warming scenarios.

기존 구조물의 모델 업데이팅 기법은 주로 진동 계측을 통해 얻은 전역적 구조 응답-모달 파라미터-를 이용한다. 모달 파라미터를 이용하여 업데이트된 모델은 전역적 구조 응답을 잘 추정할 수 있지만, 부재 레벨의 안전성 평가를 위한 국부적 응답 예측에는 어려움이 있다. 구조물 내 구조 부재들의 변형률 계측을 통해 응력을 추정하고, 안전성 평가가 이루어진다. 따라서, 본 연구는 모달 파라미터 이외에 로컬 구조 부재들에 가하는 해머 가력을 통해 계측한 변형률을 추가적으로 모델 업데이팅에 이용한다. 본 연구가 제안하는 모델 업데이팅에서 목적함수는 전역적/국부적 계측 응답과 모델의 응답간의 차로 설정되며 NSGA-II를 이용하여 이를 최소화된다. 업데이트 모델에서 예측하는 변형률 응답은 철골조의 안전성 평가에 활용된다. 제안한 기법은 철골 프레임에 대한 시뮬레이션과 해머 가력 실험을 통해 검증된다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to confirm the effects of external applications(CLANCHE SM A Clinic) containing herbal extracts on patient with atopic dermatitis. Methods : A total of 24 patients who visited Semyung Oriental Medical Center from January 15th, 2014 to February 20th, 2014 were included in the study. In this study, the patients were treated with external applications(CLANCHE SM A Clinic) containing herbal extracts. For 4 weeks of gross examination and instrumental assesment were made before and after the study. Results : 1. In the primary endpoint, SCORAD index showed a statistically significant decline. 2. In the secondary endpoint, index of skin hydration and index of TEWL showed statistical significance. 3. In the secondary endpoint, index of skin pH showed no statistically significant result. 4. To evaluate the safety of the products for the human body, vital sign check were conducted and showed no statistically significant result. And There were no severe adverse events during this study. Therefore, it is suggested that the safety of the products, if used for certain period, should be safe for the human body. 5. In global assesment of efficacy, both experimenter and subjects evaluated external applications were effective. Conclusions : According to the above experiments, it is suggested that external applications(CLANCHE SM A Clinic) containing herbal extracts should be effective for the atopic dermatitis.

In this paper, we investigate the development process of the quality assurance system ISO9001 in the railway industry and ISO/TS 16949 the quality system in the automotive industry. We study the international standard IRIS(International Railway Industry Standard) & TSI(Technical Specification for Interoperability) applied in railway industry. Throughout studying for the whole development process of the Rolling Stock Quality System, we are to review the necessity of the monitoring process and assesment process applied in IRIS & TSI guidelines. It will be the keystone enhancing our quality level to global level in railway industry.

Regression diagnostics often involves assesment of the changes that result from deleting multiple cases. Diagnostic mehtodology based on global influence measure, however, needs prohibitive computing time. As an alternative, Cook (1986) developed influence approach in which it is checked whether a minor modification of specifiation influences key results of an analysis. In line with Cook's development, we propose and study an inflence derivative method that yields both the magnitude and direction of case influences. The utility of our methodology is highlighted when case influence derivatives are plotted in a lower demensional space. Such plots are especially effective in unmasking "masked" observations in least squares regression and in robust regression also. We give several illustrations.strations.
