Benzyl alcohol is known to have dual effect on the red blood cell shape change. At low concentration up to 50 mM benzyl alcohol transformed the shape from discocyte to stomatocyte by preferent binding to the inner hemileaflet, however, at higher concentratransformed the shape from discocyte to stomatocyte by preferential binding to the inner monolayer, however, at higher concentration above 50 mM benzyl alcohol transformed to echinocyte by affecting both monolayers. These results suggest that the effect of benzyl alcohol on the red blood cell shape and $Ca^{++}$ transport across cardiac cell membranes to assess the effects of the drug on the structures and functions of the biological cell membranes. The results are as follows: 1) Benzyl alcohol up to 40 mM caused progressive stomatocytic shap change of the red blood cell but above 50 mM benzyl alcohol caused echinocytic shape change. 2) Benzyl alcohol up to 40 mM inhibited both osmotic hemolysis and osmotic volume change of the red blood cell in hypotonic and hypertonic NaCl solutions, respectively. 3) Benzyl alcohol inhibited both Bowditch Staircase and Wood-worth Staircase phenomena at rat left auricle. 4) Benzyl alcohol at concentration of 5 mM increased $Ca^{++}-ATPase$ activity of red blood cell ghosts slightly but above S mM benzyl alcohol inhibited the $Ca^{++}-ATPase$ activity. 5) Benzyl alcohol at concentrations of 5 mM and 10 mM increased $Ca^{++}-ATPase$ activity slightly at rat gastrocnemius muscle S.R. but above 10 mM benzyl alcohol inhibited the $Ca^{++}-ATPase$ activity. Above results indicate that benzyl alcohol inhibit water permeability and $Ca^{++}$ transport across cell membranes in part via effects on the fluidity and transition temperatures of the bulk lipid by preferential intercalation into cytoplasmic monolayer and in part via other effect on the conformational change of active sites of the $Ca^{++}-ATPase$ molecule extended in cytoplasmic face.

Objective : The main idea of this article is to investigate the shamanistic medical activities through the traditional Chinese classics in the Zhou Dynasty. The ancient shaman played a bridge role between human beings and supernatural things like ghosts. Even though he didn't have the super power, the ancients believed that he could take care of all kinds of illness. Therefore, it can be said that the medicine of the Zhou Dynasty was still under the shamanism although it had already started to be specialized and professionalized. Method : This article is going to look into the detailed aspects of the shamanistic medical activities, for example, divination of illness, Zhuyou(祝由), shamanistic preventive medicine, and so on, through the traditional Chinese classics of Zhou Dynasty. Result : The medical knowledge of that time stayed in the early stage, so it was simple and raw. Also it had scientific and unscientific characters in itself at the same time. That's why it could be included in the shamanism. And about the shamanistic medical activities seen on underground written attestations, they will be offered through another article of mine, entitled A Research of Shamanistic Medical Activities on Underground Written Attestations in the Zhou Dynasty(兩周出土文獻所見之醫療巫術考察), which is being written now. Conclusion : From beginning of the Eastern Zhou period, the medicine gradually got to be specialized. And then specialized medical treatments and shamanistic medical activities began to be divided as the different two occupations. However, it is an unchangeable truth that the ancient shaman played an important role in the Chinese traditional medicine. Therefore, it can be said that he was in the very special position in the Chinese traditional medicine.

The present experiments were carried out to investigate the active center of sodium and potassium ion activated adenosine triphosphatase. An ATPase, activated by sodium ion Plus potassium ion in the presence of magnesium ion, and inhibited by ouabain, has been obtained from rabbit red cell ghosts. The ATPase activity was measured by inorganie phosphate released from ATP. From this values of the measured inorganic phosphate, the activity of ATPase was calculated. The following results were observed. 1. The activity of $(Na^++K^+)-ATPase$ is inhibited by ouabain. This effect may not be due to an effect on sulfhydryl groups, amino groups, carboxyl groups, imidazole groups and hydroxyl groups. 2. The $(Na^++K^+)$-activated enzyme system is inhibited by p-chloromercuribenzoate and by d nitroflurobenzene, and this effect may be due to an effect on sulfhydryl groups. These results indicate that the sulfhydryl groups is attached to sodium-potassium dependent adenosine triphosphate, an aspect of the pump. 3. The $(Na^++K^+)-activated$ enzyme system is inhibited by maleic anhydride and this inhibition is reversed by lysine. This Seems to indicate that the active center of this enzyme is the amino groups. 4. The $(Na^++K^+)$-activated enzyme system is inhibited by iodoacetamide and this inhibition is reversed by the simultaneous present of cysteine and aspartic acid in the suspension medium. This result indicates that this enzyme contains sulfhydryl groups and carboxyl groups. 5. The $(Na^++K^+)-ATPase$ activity is accelerated by adrenaline and this effect is abolished by aspartic acid. This effect of aspartic acid indicate that carboxyl group might be involved in the hydrolysis of ATP by the enzyme system. On the hydrolysis of ATP by the enzyme system. On the basis of these experiments it f·as suggested that the active center of $(Na^++K^+)-activated$ ATPase contains sulfhydryl groups, amino groups and carboxyl groups.

NPC, 특히 적 캐릭터들의 인공지능은 게임의 설계 단계에 있어 난이도를 조절하기 위해 핵심적인 요소이다. 지능적인 적들은 게임을 보다 도전적으로 만들 뿐 아니라, 동일한 게임 환경에서도 유저들에게 다양한 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 오늘날 대부분의 게임 유저들은 다수의 적들과 상호작용을 하기 때문에, 적 캐릭터들의 협업을 제어하는 것은 이전 어느 때보다 그 중요성이 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 팩맨 게임의 적 인공지능에 구현될 수 있는 A* 알고리즘 기반의 협력전술을 제안한다. 17명의 피실험자로부터 얻은 설문 결과는 제안된 협력전술을 따르는 적으로 구성된 레벨이, 기존 팩맨게임에서의 적들 또는 비협력적인 적들로 구성된 레벨들보다 더 어렵고 흥미로웠음을 보여준다.

And it was the important role of the ancient shaman of that period that gave patients the shamanistic treatment on the ground of the specialized medical knowledge, which was commonly activated during that time. Method : This article is going to look into the detailed aspects of the specialization of Chinese traditional medicine through the some kinds of written attestations of Zhou Dynasty. Result : The medical knowledge of that time stayed in the early stage, so it was simple and raw. Also it had scientific and unscientific characters in itself at the same time. That's why it could be included in the shamanism; the details can be offered through another article of mine entitled A Research of Shamanistic Medical Activities on Written Attestations in the Zhou Dynasty(兩周時期的醫療巫術), which is being written now. Conclusion : From beginning of the Eastern Zhou period, the medicine gradually got to be specialized. And then the specialized medical treatment and shamanistic medical activities began to be divided as the different two occupations. Searching for various written attestations of that period, we can see lots of records about the specialized medicine treatment such as acupuncture and moxibustion and the medical substances.

본 논문에서는 영상 감시 시스템의 중요한 조건인 주위의 조명 광이 변화하는 환경 하에서도 감시의 효율 개선할 수 있는 알고리듬을 고안하고 이를 실험을 통하여 확인하였다. 감시 시스템의 어려운 처리 과정들 중 하나인 카메라로 들어오는 조명광의 변화에 대처할 수 있는 영상처리 기법으로서 기존의 감시 시스템들은 이러한 변화에 따른 오차 특성을 고려하지 않았다. 실제로, 영상 감시시스템에 미치는 영향들로는 야간의 미약한 영상정보 그리고 조명의 반사나 등이 있으며, 이러한 영향은 정확한 물체를 인식하는데 많은 오차를 발생시킨다. 특히 야간영상에서 미약한 영상정보와 노이즈로 인한 오차특성은 감시 시스템의 성능을 가늠할 정도로 그 영향이 크다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 조명광의 변화에 강인한 필터를 설계하고, 히스토그램 분석과 가보 필터를 이용하여 효과적으로 이 동물체를 인식 및 추적 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 그 결과 조명 광이 좋은 상태인 주간에는 인식률이 이동 물체의 수에 대하여 약간의 차이가 있으나, $92\sim100%$의 인식률을 보였고, 야간의 경우 조명이 미약한 상태에서도 $80\sim90%$의 인식률을 보였다.

The action of serotonin on the sodium plus potassium activated ATPase activity in the rabbit red cell membrane has been investigated. The experiments were also designed to determine the mechanism of action of serotonin on the ATPase activity. The following results were obtained. 1) The NaK ATPase activity of rabbit red cell ghosts is stimulated by low concentration of serotonin but inhibited by higher concentration, and the concentration of serotonin for maximal activity is about 2mM. The pH optimum for the serotonin sensitive component is 8.0. 2) The activating effect of serotonin on the ATPase, with a given concentration of sodium in the medium, is increased by raising the potassium concentration but the ratio of activity is decreased. 3) The activating effect of serotonin on the ATPase, with a given concentration of potassium in the medium, is increased by raising the sodium concentration but the ratio of activity is decreased. 4) The ATPase activity is increased by small amounts of calcium but inhibited by larger amounts and the ratio of activity by serotonin is decreased by small amounts of calcium but increased by larger amounts. 5) The action of serotonin on the ATPase activity was not related to the amino group of lysine, the hydroxyl group of threonine, the carboxyl group of aspartic acid, or the imidazole group of histidine. 6) The action of serotonin on the ATPase activity is due to sulfhydryl group of the enzyme of NaK ATPase.

This study analyzed 'The representation of death' as expressed in the fashion photography posted on Facebook. Currently, there is a growing interest in 'Well-dying'. Also contemporary art and fashion is a trend that expressed what about death more than life. And today, Facebook is one of the current worldwide as a powerful communication. Death representation in contemporary fashion photography, as expressed in its first characteristic is 'Vanitas', and the main material was a skull. The shape of a skeleton of the symbol of death. Vanitas of inner meaning is vain, a mortal life's futility and death for the paradoxical emotion. The second characteristic is 'Phantom of the ruins'. This is like the darkness of death, and the shape represented in that space. And the death representation is depressed, gloomy atmosphere, dead-man and warm-less. Inner meaning is curiosity about the ghosts and the decadence romantic about the afterlife. The last characteristic is 'Grotesque'. This characteristic is the destruction of the body, fear of sadistic, and inhuman shape. This is parable with death that pain and fear of death, dark fantasy, the appearance of a contradiction modern society and cut off humanity. Inner meaning is the dark fear of death and the anger of wrong of the present society. At present, we have to reproduce the death, and what we want is eventually no one can escape 'Attention to death'. In addition, by expressing the solidarity between death and life is to want to get a consolation for the anxiety and afraid reality.

To properly answer the question 'Why have Vietnamese Women kept appearing in Korean Films and TV dramas?', We need to induce Postcolonial discourse along with historical and cultural similarities between Korea and Vietnam. It is because the relationship of two countries can be defined as a neocolonialism specially in view of economic relationship. Koreans need to locate themselves on the superior position by othering Vietnamese women, who are close enough to be compared and also distant enough to be othered. This paper is intended to bring their being in Korean films and TV dramas under the light of postcolonial discourse. According to the postcolonial concepts such as ambivalence, stereotyping and subaltern, Korean films and TV dramas are classified into three groups, which are Vietnam war melodramas, Horror movies based in Vietnam, and TV dramas with Vietnamese brides. War melodramas have been othering Vietnamese woman through ambivalence of the fear of Vietcom warrior and the fascination of exotic beauty. Horror movies, produced about 10 years later, brought the Vietnamese women back to Korean audience, stereotyping them into ghosts, which are incarnated through the suppression and eruption of sexual desire. The third group consists mainly of TV dramas. Their story usually evolves around Vietnamese brides migrating into Korea. The women are forced into the position of Subaltern, not representing themselves in their own voices. Facing multi-cultural society, our visual media are requested to modify their neocolonial approach of presenting Vietnamese women. To accomplish the goal, they have to find ways of storytelling to show the women in their everyday lives and help them to speak for themselves.

소형 대공 추적레이다용 전원공급기는 시스템이 잡음의 영향 없이 빠르고 안정적으로 전원을 공급받을 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위하여 신뢰성 있는 전원변환을 위하여 DC-DC 변환기를 많이 적용한다. 또한 DC-DC 변환기의 스위칭 주파수 노이즈가 시스템의 탐지 추적 성능에 영향을 줄 수 있는 False Alarm 과 Ghost 를 유발하지 않도록 해야 하며, 추적 레이다가 동작중 실시간으로 전원을 모니터링 할 수 있는 점검 기능을 보유하고 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 소형 대공 추적 레이다에 적용하기 위하여 +28VDC 입력을 받아서 최대 출력 𐩒𐩒𐩒 W, 효율 80% 이상(@100%부하), 출력 전원 6개의 다중 출력 스위칭 전원공급기를 개발하였고 효율 80% 이상을 달성하기 위하여 전력이 큰 출력에 대해서는 DC-DC 변환기를 적용하였고 나머지 소전력 출력에 대해서는 출력 전류 및 노이즈를 고려하여 리니어 레귤레이터를 적용하여 설계 제작하여 시험 결과 100% 부하조건에서 85%의 우수한 효율 특성을 확인하였다.
