본 연구의 목적은 온라인 뉴스에 대한 베스트 댓글이 일반 댓글의 동조에 미치는 효과에 대해 검증하는 것이었다. 참가자는 총 194명이었으며, 참가자들은 통제집단(61명), 긍정적 베스트 댓글 집단(66명), 부정적 베스트 댓글 집단(67명) 중 한 집단에 무선할당 되었다. 참가자들은 온라인 뉴스 기사와 긍정적 또는 부정적인 베스트 댓글을 읽고 하단에 제시된 댓글 난에 자신의 의견을 댓글 형식으로 작성하였으며, 주제 관여도와 자기표현 정도를 묻는 설문지를 작성하였다. 참가자들이 직접 작성한 댓글은 4명의 연구자가 읽은 뒤 댓글 방향성을 긍정, 부정, 중립으로 분류하였으며, 평가자간 신뢰도는 평균 84.9%였다. 분석 결과, 실험 집단에 따른 주제 관여도와 자기표현 정도에는 유의미한 차이가 없어, 실험 집단 간 동질성이 확보되었다. 그리고 교차분석 결과, 실험 집단에 따라 긍정, 부정, 중립적 댓글 빈도가 유의미하게 차이가 있었다. 사후검증 결과, 통제집단과 긍정적 베스트 댓글 집단, 그리고 긍정적 베스트 댓글 집단과 부정적 베스트 댓글 집단 간 댓글 방향성에는 유의미하게 차이가 있었으나, 통제집단과 부정적 베스트 댓글 집단 간 댓글 경향에는 유의미한 차이가 없었다.

A 26-year-old female patient with Down syndrome visited to recieve dental treatment under gnenral anesthesia 6 years ago. The patient had difficulties in oral examination, radiograph taking and laboratory test. The patient had congenital heart disease and medical consultation based on the echocardiography was provided by a cardiologist indicating that the patient could tolearte general anesthesia during dental treatment. And two times of general anesthesia were administered during a dental treament with the interval of 3 years and no postoperpative complicaton was reported. At the third dental operation, the patient had a relatively good condition and her prescreening test revealed no abnormalities. Without further consultation with a cardiologist, general anesthesia was administered to the patient. Anaesthesia was based on thiopental and ventilation of desflurane and $N_2O$ in oxygen via an endotracheal tube with an appropriate monitoring. During the maintenance of anesthesia, the blood pressure of the patient started to drop and the oxygen saturation also began to decrease. Consequently, the proceding operation was discontinued and also inhalation anesthesia was ceased. As the patient was recovered from anesthesia, her systemic conditions were alleviated. After the complete recovery of the patient, she visited the cardiologist, and the cardiologic test revealed her severe right ventricular dilatation. In the anesthesia of patients with congenital heart disease, information on their systemic conditions needs to be undated from the medical consultation, which assures the safety of treatment.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of general and oral health status on dementia. Methods: Questionnaires were used for the KDSQ-C (Korean Dementia Screening Questionnaires-Cognition) and to investigate the oral health status of the participants. An independent t-test was conducted to analyze the differences between general health and oral health status depending on the normal and suspected dementia groups. Logistic regression analysis was performed to assess the effects of general and oral health status on dementia. Results: Regarding the health status of the subjects assessed by the KDSQ-C, the higher the current health status and the higher the exercise status, the lower was the dementia level (p<0.05). During the assessment of oral health conditions in KDSQ-C subjects, dementia was more suspected in subjects with dental decay and periodontal disease than in those without dental decay (p<0.05). Conclusions: Dementia has been confirmed to be closely related to general and oral health conditions. Therefore, oral health-related programs are essential for dementia prevention programs. Since dental hygienists are best suited for providing oral care to older adults with dementia, it is considered essential to reflect their occupation in future national policies.

In this study, we first present a brief overview of the Korean general insurance market. We then explore the characteristics of the loss ratios of the Korean general insurance industry and apply Markov regime-switching methodology to model the loss ratios of these insurance companies by line of business based on changes in economic regimes. This study applies a number of confirmatory tests such as Zivot-Andrews test (2002), the Chow (1960) test and the Bai and Perron (1998) to confirm the presence of structural breaks in the time series of the loss ratios by line of business. Then, we employ Markov regime-switching methodology to model these loss ratios. We find empirical evidence that the loss ratios reported by insurance companies in Korea is characterized by two distinct regimes; a regime with high volatility and a regime with low volatility, except for vehicle insurance. Our analyses suggest that macro-economic conditions have significant explanatory effect on loss ratios but the direction of effect differs based on the line of business and the regime. Unlike previous studies that have applied linear regressions or divided the samples into different periods and then apply linear regressions to model loss ratios, we argue for the application of Markov regime-switching methodology, which are able to automatically distinguish the different regimes that may be associated with the movements of loss ratios based on differing economic conditions and regulatory upheavals. This study provides a more in depth understanding of loss ratios in the general insurance industry and will be of value to insurance practitioners in modelling the loss ratios associated with their businesses to aid in their decision making. The results may also provide a basis for further studies in other markets apart from Korea as well as for shaping policy decisions related to loss ratios.

Flight modes of automatic flight control system for light general aviation flight deck. Garmin G1000, were realized using Stateflow. In developing aircraft, it is difficult to verify the operational flight program in particular branch statement because developer can not see any visual logical steam. So, Stateflow has been used to visualize logical stream, transition from one flight mode to another flight mode. The performance was approved by applying flight mode transition conditions of G1000 to proposed transition system that is composed of states, switches, events, data and transition conditions. DURMI-II was used as 6-DOF simulation model.

In recent years, the number of female workers pursuing careers in the construction engineering and management field has increased, despite the fact that the job positions have been traditionally considered as retaining job functions and/or qualities that are more appropriate to male than female. This may be attributed to the fact that the positions also require delicate and/or detail-oriented job functions, which can be successfully performed by female. It is important for project participants to understand the working conditions for female field managers by analyzing their job performance. This study collects expert opinions regarding female's managerial performance on job site. Survey questionnaires were administered to two focus groups, male and female field managers who work for general contractors. This study contributes to encouraging female's social and economic involvement by investigating the challenges they face in the workplace, and provides measures to respond to such challenges.

The purpose of this study was to determine of the present conditions and course of Korea physical therapy. As reviewing the curriculums for physical therapy education, the system for physical therapist licence issue. and working condition of physical therapist have been suggested a strategy far specialization of physical therapist and course of Korea physical therapy. Based on the research results, the following considerations and guidelines are presented. 1. Need to specialization of curriculum for physical therapy education. 2. For increase quality of treatment, decrease the number of patient per daily treatment by a physical therapist. 3. Specialization of physical therapist role at department of physical therapy, university hospital and general hospital. 4. Establishing physical therapy residency program at university hospital and general hospital. 5. Preparing the law for independent clime open of physical therapist.

본 연구는 RC 뼈대구조물의 실제적인 단부경계조건을 고려한 RC 기둥에 대한 인접부재의 강성을 비선형 거동과 부합시켜 해석하였으며, 인접부재의 단부구속 효과를 고려한 편심축하중을 받는 장주의 극한강도와 거동을 해석하기 위한 해석모델을 정립하여 반복법을 이용한 수치적분법에 의하여 1차로 이론 해석을 하였다. 그리고, 계속 RC 기둥의 극한강도와 거동에 영향을 주는 매개변수를 해석모델을 이용 연구하고져 한다.

Based on linear elastic theory of quasicrystals, various equations and solutions for quasicrystal beams are deduced systematically and directly from plane problem of two-dimensional quasicrystals. Without employing ad hoc stress or deformation assumptions, the refined theory of beams is explicitly established from the general solution of quasicrystals and the Lur'e symbolic method. In the case of homogeneous boundary conditions, the exact equations and exact solutions for beams are derived, which consist of the fourth-order part and transcendental part. In the case of non-homogeneous boundary conditions, the exact governing differential equations and solutions under normal loadings only and shear loadings only are derived directly from the refined beam theory, respectively. In two illustrative examples of quasicrystal beams, it is shown that the exact or accurate analytical solutions can be obtained in use of the refined theory.

The decoupling problem has a great practical importance in that it simplifies greatly the control of a given system by reducing the multi-input multi-output systems. In this paper, we derive the necessary and sufficient conditions for decoupling 2-D F-MM II via state feedback. For the general case, the problem of determining the feedback matrix F involves the solution of nonlinear algebraic equations. Under certain conditions, however, it is shown that an explicit formula for F may be derived. In comparsion with the method for FM, it appears that this method for F-MM II is more general and the algorithm is simpler.
