본 논문에서는 사람이 생각하고 표현하는데 영향을 주는 감성 요인을 사용하여 컴퓨터가 다양한 환경에 적응하며 지능을 표현할 수 있는 에이전트 모델을 제안한다. 감성은 사람이 생각하고 판단하는데 중요한 요소가 되고, 이러한 감성을 에이전트에 표현하면 사람의 추론하는 과정을 효과적으로 표현할 수 있다. 이에 사람의 추론 과정을 표현하기에 적합한 한 에이전트 모델인 BDI(Belief, Desire, Intention) 에이전트 모델을 감성과 결합하여 에이전트들의 행동을 빠르게 결정할 수 있는 ExMEBDI(Expanded Multi Emotional BDI) 에이전트 모델을 제안한다. 또 기존의 사람의 감성을 모델로 구성된 OCC모델을 기반으로 ExMEBDI 모델의 감성 추출 방법인 GEM(Generated EMotion)을 제안하였다.

The coat protein gene of Korean isolate of Ricer stripe virus (RSV-Kr) was cloned and its nucleotide sequence was determined. Total RNA was extracted from infected leaves and RSV viral RNA was detected by using RT-PCR with specific primer of coat protein gene. The result of RT-PCR showed a specific band. Purified RT-PCR products of coat protein gene were ligated into the pGEM-T Easy plasmid vector and cloned cDNA was obtained for nucleotide sequence determination. Coat protein gene of RSV-Kr consisted of 969 bp long encoding a protein of 322 amino acids. RSV-Kr showed 94%-99% sequence identities to that of Japanese- and Chinese isolates.

This paper presents for the torque characteristics and improving the efficiency of driving system of electric bicycle which applied IEWPM(Independently Excited Winding Permanent Magnet) motor. IEWPM motor can expand the number of phase from 3 phases to multiphase like SRM motor because stator windings are unconnected directly. BLDC motor raise rotor'-s electromagnetic torque per unit volume by using Spoke type permanent magnet. By using two photo sensor per phase and applying excited width, advance angle and bipolar control, we confirmed higher torque at a low speed, higher out-put at a high speed, and efficiency improvement at a wide speed control area.

천체의 거리는 다양한안 방법을 사용하여 직접 혹 간접적으로 측정되어왔다. 특히 우주배경복사를 측정하는 인공위성 관측의 정밀도가 혁명적으로 향상됨에 따라 우주의 나이는 수 % 이내의 정밀도로 결정할 수 있는 수준으로 발전하였다. 우주의 규모가 구체적으로 정의되는 가운데 우주의 절대적인 크기를 제시하기 위하여 천체의 거리를 측정하는데 사용되는 표준등불로 세페이드 변광성 이외에 식쌍성이 새롭게 대두되었다. 이 논문에서는 식쌍성이 거리척도의 표준등불이 될 수 잇는지 검증하기 위하여 광도곡선과 시선속도곡선이 잘 알려진 알골형 쌍성 식쌍성 RY Aqr, RX Gem, RS Vul을 선정하여 거리를 산출하였다. 별을 선정한 기준은 2색 이상의 광도곡선이 발표되고, 이중 분광쌍성으로 시선속도곡선이 각 성분별로 잘 관측되어 발표되고, IUE 관측 자료가 있는 알골형 쌍성이다. 거리 산출과정에서 간접적으로 유추하여 얻는 인자를 줄이기 위하여, 광도곡선으로부터 별의 상대적인 크기를 구하고, 시선속도곡선으로부터 공전궤도의 장반경을 구하고, 별의 에너지 분포 곡선으로부터 별의 온도를 측정하였다. 위 3종류의 관측 결과를 종합하여 식쌍성의 물리적 인자와 거리를 구하였다. 이와 같은 방법으로 구한 거리는 히파크러스를 이용하여 관측한 시차와 비교하였다.

Put Abstract text here. Recently, the Korea industry need systems engineering technology more than yesterday. The systems engineering management function is needed to use the systems engineering engine process effectively. The systems engineering management function is overlapped a lot with project management function and has vague interface. The project management and systems engineering are two independent disciplines. So there are few references which address the scope and relationships clearly between systems engineering management and project management. This paper suggest the scope and relationships between systems engineering management and project management and revise the PMP and SEMP structure of Blanchard and Fabrycky. Followings are the key concept of this paper presenting. The project management(PM) composed of technical management and non-technical management. The technical management scope is same with systems engineering management. The non-technical management scope is composed of parts of enterprise support processes.

Porcine transforming growth factor-$\beta$1 (TGF-$\beta$1) was expressed in Escherichia coli using cDNA of TGF-$\beta$1 and glutathione S-transferase (GST) fusion vector pGEX-1$\lambda$T. An ApoI-Tth111I fragment of cDNA which correspond to the amino acid residues from 123 to 390 of the precursor TGF-$\beta$1 was inserted into EcoRI-Tth111I digested pGEM#-l$\lambda$T and the recombined plasmid was named pGET-12. Gene products from the cloned regions of the recombinant plasmids pGET-12 was not detected in soluble fraction of cell free extract but detected in insoluble fraction. The solubilization of insoluble gene product was achieved by the treatment of N-laurylsarcosine. Molecular weight of partially purified proteins determined by electrophoresis was same as expected from cloned fragment. The ELISA test results of the purified proteins showed that immunologically detectable epitope was preserved in recombinant protein.

Splenic cysts are uncommon and classified as either primary(true) or secondary(pseudo-) depending on the presence or absence of a true epithelial lining. True cysts (epidermoid cyst) of the spleen are very rare. Three cases of splenic cysts in childhood were treated at the Yeungnam University Hospital in the last eleven years(1989-1999). Two of patients were girls. The ages at diagnosis were 7, 12 and 15 years. Abdominal ultrasonography and computerized tomography were utilized for the diagnosis. Radionuclide scanning was performed in one patient. Surgical resection(one partial splenectomy and two total splenectomies) was performed. The sizes of cysts were 4, 6.5 and gem in maximum demension.

During the last decade enzyme reaction in organic solvent has been studied to show that specificity in buffer is different from that in organic solvent. The specificity of restriction enzyme was effected by various factors such as ionic strength, salt organic solvent and temperature. In this study, restriction enzyme PvuII which is used most frequently in genetic engineering and the substrate was vector pGEM3 whose sequence was already known were used. As a result the recognition sequence site was changed in the presence of organic solvents whose Log P are -1.5∼0. Their specificities were contrast with activities were contrasted. Specificities were not changed in organic solvent easily in inactivating enzyme. We think that the enzyme recognition site was not changed randomly but by preferential order. A recombinant vector which does not contain typical cleavage site CAG↓CTG was cleaved in 20% ethanol solution. This result might show that restriction enzyme could be used to cleave at unusual sites by changing the reaction conditions.

It is reasonable to use the stereo vision and image processing technique to digitize 3D coordinates of grid points and to evaluate surface strains on a sheet metal parts. However this method has its intrinsic problems such as the difficulty in enhancement of bad images inevitable error due to digital image resolution of camera and frame grabber unreliability of strains and thickness evaluated from coarse grid on the corner area with large curvature and the limitation of the area that can be measured at a time. Therefore it is still hard to measure strain distribution over the entire surface of a medium,- or large-sized stamped part at a time even by using an automated strain measurement system. In this study the curvature correction algorithm based on the grid refinement and the geometry assembling algorithm based on the global error minimization (GEM) scheme are suggested. Several applications are presented to show the reliability and efficiency of these algorithms.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the tensile bond strengths of treated alloy surfaces for resin bonded retainers. For the experiment metal surfaces of 5 alloys were teated with sandblasting, Silicoating Rocatec, and cemented with Visio-Gem. All specimens divided into two groups. The group I specimens were treated with 24-hour immersion in $37^{\circ}C$ distilled water, and group II specimens were teated with 1500 thermo-cycles from $5^{\circ}C\;to\;55^{\circ}C$. The obtained results were as follows: 1. Bond strength values showed significantly different between sandblasting group and other groups after a 24-hour immersion in $37^{\circ}C$ distilled water(P<0.05). 2. All samples were fractured during thermo-cycles for sandblasting group, and bond strength values for Silicoating and Rocatec groups showed significantly different after 1500 thermo-cycles from $5^{\circ}C\;to\;55^{\circ}C$.
