The main purpose of this paper is to develop a questionnaire creation system by expert co-operation on the web. The most difficult problem in a survey is to make questionnaires. To solve this problem, we suggest the questionnaire creation system which is to create questionnaire for survey by expert collaboration. We can create the best questionnaire because it can gather and exchange to questionnaire information from experts.

This paper proposes the multiple objects focusing algorithm. Given multiple objects at different distances from a camera, we assume that one object is well-focused and the others are out-of-focused. The proposed auto-focusing algorithm is summarized as follows: (i) detects edges from an input image, (ⅱ) estimates the radius of PSF (Point Spread Function) across the edge, (ⅲ) gather edge points having same radius of PSF, (ⅳ) segments the image into regions with the same radius of PSF, and (ⅴ) restores the each segmented region using the corresponding PSF.

The authors have reviewed many mathematical thermal mode lings of bipropellant propulsion system in literatures to gather basic data for developing a computer program which analyses the performance of bipropellant propulsion system. In this paper COMS and its propulsion system is briefly introduced for understanding. The set of first order nonlinear differential equations is reviewed and considered as candidate equations for the program development.

Generic sentences assert generic properties of single individuals or those of plural individuals. It means the generic quantifier Gen can quantify over single and plural entities. Among the generic meaning information represented in terms of the tripartite structure, the information not in the nuclear scope part, but rather in the restrictor part is related to which individuals generic sentences assert of. The plurality in the nuclear scope part cannot be described by making the generic operator Gen quantify over plural entities: Generic sentences with collective predicates like gather, and those with dependent plurals predicate of generic properties of single individuals. On the contrary, the plural information in restrictor part leads Gen to quantify eve. plural entities.

This paper is a study on applications providing information related to infant care. It classifies various mobile contents into a few types, compares and contrasts them. Also it analyzes the latest trend of the contents and the strengths of newest applications or app. books. Through the analysis, this study suggests an infant care application which provides information efficiently. It causes useful that people in need can gather information conveniently through this application. Furthermore, it offers opportunities to contribute to the society.

We have studied a model and application that evolves the behavioral knowledge of a virtual robot. The knowledge is represented in classification rules and a neural network, and is learned by a genetic algorithm. The model consists of a virtual robot with behavior knowledge, an environment that it moves in, and an evolution performer that includes a genetic algorithm. We have also applied our model to an environment where the robots gather food into a nest. When comparing our model with the conventional method on various test cases, our model showed superior overall learning.

The evaluation of the Fuzzy Expected Value (FEV) as a typical value requires complete knowledge about the domain of the evaluation, and the distribution of the population in that domain [1]. Since in many situations it is not possible to gather complete knowledge regarding the domain, it is necessary to relax some of the restrictions involving the evaluation of FEV. In this paper we discuss solutions to this problem by using the concept of the Fuzzy Expected Interval (FEI).

In order to detect and track target, submarine gather the target information(bearing, range, frequency and so on) with using multiple sensors. And submarine can estimate target states with target information. In this paper, we suggest the target motion analysis(TMA) filter architecture of submarine and the proposed TMA filter architecture is tested by a series of computer simulation runs and the results are analyzed and verified.

Recently, there have been discussions among national observatories in East Asia about the possibility of EAO and the Subaru observatory forming a partnership. The official EAO-Subaru partnership can make the powerful wide-field observation capabilities of Subaru available to Korean astronomers through EAO, and also can serve as an excellent platform to gather astronomers in East Asia together for flourishing regional collaboration activities. A working group has been formed to outline the framework of the EAO-Subaru partnership, and the working group report has been prepared. In this talk, I will explain the proposed partnership framework in the working group report. Inputs are very welcome from KAS members about the proposed framework.
