Bluetooth is a cable replacement technology designed for short-range ad hoc connections, which most likely change the way we handle and access information in the near future. In this paper we give an overview of the Bluetooth technology and its ongoing trends to whoever has interests in Bluetooth, not only with the background of Bluetooth technology but also without it.

Mongolia is aiming at connect and expand global trade to third countries using Russia, China and East Asian ports. Also, trying to evolve infrastructure and super-frastructure in international maritime transportation. This paper presents maritime development trends in Mongolia and focuses on discussing the current situation of international maritime plan and points out some issues currently facing by the policy to develop promoting the country's maritime businesses. Finally, this paper presents some future directions for developing the maritime transportation in Mongolia.

Driver-specific technology in the automotive field has been commercialized for vehicle accessories, driver memory sheets, and side mirrors. In recent years, the demand for customized technology has expanded to include the user interface of an infotainment system (Infotainment System) and advanced driver support system (Advanced Driver Assistance System), and customized technologies for drivers have been studied. Therefore, this article describes the driver-tailored technology trends being studied in these fields, and examines the major research issues related to future driver-tailored technologies in the automotive field.

This paper reviews the recent trends in optical access technologies and their future directions. As the number of hyper-connected, ultra-low-latency, and hyper-realistic services increases, the wireless path has become shorter and the optical access network has become deeply penetrated into the end user. The global metal injection moulding industry is getting mature. The technology is on its way to grow from a niche technology to a widely accepted manufacturing process. This paper addresses the latest technological trends in MIM. Challenges in materials development as well as the current limits of the technology are discussed. Trends in processing like 2-component injection moulding and micro injection moulding are presented. The European MIM market situation is described and some key factors for business success are addressed. In the discussion of future business opportunities best practice examples are included.

Industrial measurement technologies are essential in the semiconductor and display fields, which are our flagship industries. These technologies are also critical to the future rechargeable battery industry and smart factories. Although existing industrial measurement technologies have been developed primarily for 2D measurement, the demand for 3D measurement technology is increasing gradually in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Recently, with the technological development of artificial intelligence, related market is expanding rapidly. In the artificial intelligence technology field, which is still in the early stage but still expanding, it is important to reduce uncertainty about research direction and investment field. Therefore, this study examined technology trends using text mining and topic modeling among big data analysis methods and suggested trends of core technology and future growth potential. We hope that the results of this study will provide researchers with an understanding of artificial intelligence technology trends and new implications for future research directions.

This study aims to analyse the research areas and trends of reading (reading instruction) abroad in the respect of LIS, and suggest future research tasks. First, I reviewed the controlled keywords in SU field of LISTA database and the entries of DDC 23, and identified the research areas of reading and reading instruction in overseas. Second, I analysed the research trends of this field by applying a intellectual structure analysis on 2,115 research articles (1914~2014) retrieved from a representative database in the areas of Library and Information Science (LISTA). Third, Based on the results of these analysis, I suggested the future research tasks of this field in the domain of library and information science.
